I have sat in on many of his Orientations and he does a great job with informing the members about the rank structure, making sure they know who thier officers are, squad meeting times and dates. He also makes sure their privace settings are correct and explains the importance of our forums as well as weekend warfare. 11thDoctor has proven to me he deserves this award. I'd like to witness this award nomination. KSI 11thDoctor has orientating people ever since when I was a GEN and I can witness to the great job he has done while orientating. Following the guidelines without flaw and just informing all the members of everything they need to know. He was always there when I needed someone being orientated. He definitely deserves this award.

Your passive aggressive smilies aside, i don't believe rhetorical questions count. The only question i see in your post was Did you honestly expect an answer to that question? It's a yes or no question which leaves no option other than to agree with your opinion. This is not an "opinions" topic. Ask a real question and you'll get a real answer. If you feel your precious time is being wasted by making these awards, then don't make them. I can see from your section you are an extremely busy department.
