Powers has inspired the squad to be active, and has brought out leadership in the squads members. He has made it a lot less of a drag and more of an amazing place to just come and chill with cool people. He rallied Cronus to a split, and has made it fun to do it!

Hes not only gone to several of my meetings but he jumps out of my meetings to go to other meetings within FG. From BO2 to Ghost, he tries his best to get to everyone. Not only does he help out the general's but he always gaming with lower ranking members as well. Basically hes there for everyone no matter what their rank is. It can be anything from talking to Generals and officers, to getting on the forums and looking at the join section to see if anyone is interested in joining KSI. He has not only put members from the forums in my squad, but almost every squad in FG. This guy will go out of his way to make sure everyone is having a great time. He also will encourage the generals to do their best and to make sure we succeed in the long run. Division Leader, FG Gamertag- KSI xFALLENx 7 Link to forums- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/101-the-fallen/ Reasoning why they deserve this- Even though Fallen has the biggest role in FG, this guy will go out of his way to make sure that even a Sgt gets help. He just started a class for Sgts and lower, so that if they one day want to work their way up they can. Also he makes sure that all the generals and everyone in their squads are having a great time, but at the same making sure they do their job as well. Even though hes working his butt off as the division leader, he tries his best to go to every squad meeting, and game nights. Overall he's there for everyone and he also encourages his other 7's to do something similar but in their own little way. Overall he tries his best at his job and he doesn't ask for anything else but our help with the growth of FG. Captain, FG Gamertag- KSI Alpha Wolf Link to forums- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/21042-alpha-wolf/ Reasoning of why they deserve this: Alpha Wolf has been there through thick and thin in the month of February. Hes not only succeeded in helping the growth of a squad split, but has been part of every aspect of the squad. From HH, to game nights, and even meetings hes always been there getting things done and answering questions to his best ability. He would go out of his way to also game with new members and took criticism from me when he messed up. He would always work to his best attentions and try to improve on his mistakes. In the last month, he has not only done his job a captain should, but gone over and above on doing his job. He would help me make decisions and was willing to solve an issue when I wasan't on. I think he deserves this award more than any other Captain because of his constant dedication to KSI and FG. Mind that he is also now a general of the new squad Olympus in FG.

Takes care of his business professionally. Always willing to help out. Has done some Game nights with our Div. A LOT of fun to hang out with. Makes this side of gaming much easier for most of our clan ops. He gets in the mix. Fixes problems that others probably would try to look past and it ALWAYS works out in the end! Exceptional Leader! Puts in a TON of work for this community and definitely should be recognized for her Dedication and commitment. This guy has Been apart of and created more splits than most members I know. JUST split Liberty to Vector. 7-8-9 splits he's had hands in. Just unbelievable what this guy does for KSI. He does tourneys, he helps create SGT's for Quality CPL's. He handles ALL squad splits himself and doesn't lose ANY in the shuffles. SPECTACULAR Clan ops Leader! He helps out when ever asked, he's apart of web ops so he's stepped up and should be recognized for his dedication and commitment. This LT works perfect with Journeys Leadership and puts in a big amount of time recruiting and just hanging out with any member. Very glad he is in Journey.
