Since the beginning I knew he was destined to be great and do great things. When things got hard, he always had my back. He always made sure that he did what he could do and more. When i stepped down, i knew that the staff of sevens and generals were solid, but i had the most faith in silence. We lost MP, something that i never wanted to happen, but since he took the seven position he has worked tirelessly to protect and better this division and this community. He made my transition from codiv to sgt as smooth as possible and supported me every step of the way. When personal things came up, he was there for me and other members to talk to. He is the purest form of a leader you can find and a mentor to those around him. He does not limit his friend group to those around his rank like i've seen some do, he befriends those in the various squads and makes them feel welcome. His personality attracts members to the community and makes them love the place that there are placed at. He is one of the more active members of the division. Blicky does not shy away from a challenge, he simply just faces it. He is there for his members whether they need an ear or if they just need a good laugh. He will do great things within this community and i can not wait to see what he has done whilst i'm away because im sure itll be great. He is highly active and has a great personality. He continues to push himself and try to make the squad a better place. He is a great person to be around and inspires those to do so as well. He will make a great division leader one day, I put $10 on it. She receives some attention that she does not deserve. She is an amazing officer that continues to push herself to better the squad. She works closely to Kerfuffle to run meetings, gamenights and other events division wide. She has found the perfect balance of personal life and KSI life, one that those looking to move upward can inspire to have. She never ceases to amaze me with her strength and resilience and her drive to just better the division. She inspires on the daily and i wish she was one my captain's when i was general because man, this girl is pretty amazing.

He's really focused down on his squads helping mentor many of the officers in DW as well as helping out by recruiting some top notch new members. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Bane (3CPT/DW/Paladin) Link to forums account - @KSI Bane Reasoning why they deserve this - Bane transferred from Hanibal DW to Paladin DW the night of the split taking a demotion from 4CPT to 1LT and has since re-earned his rank and more with good reason. Bane has helped host gamenights as well as squad meetings and Po workshops in order to keep the squad properly function and to help teach and inspire new members. He is always getting parties together and has great member retention with KSI as a whole. Within the year that I have been in KSI Silence has gone from moderately insane to full blown bonkers here within the last 2 weeks. With the deluge of XDG and TSB into our Discord causing a mass exodus of members. This man has been up long nights and gotten up anytime there has been a problem causing his sanity to chip away in large chunks. So i can say without the shadow of a doubt that he belongs in a padded cell made out of a bounce house just to keep his nerves from fraying anymore.

You all done goofed if you don’t recognize this Leader. He is currently the leader of DM one of the most secure divisions in KSI, No TSB issues at all, takes every safety precaution he can to protect all 320+ members. Co-Div for 4 months yall need to promote this guy. He has to deal with me on a daily basis that in itself is a very taxing feat! Ask Kitty she be like yall listen here this guy noooooooo, then laugh about it. Hands down I don’t think anyone can work so hard day in and day out making sure all the security checks are done right always making sure peoples friends lists are clear, to protect the rest of the members. He successfully got his div together make teams for Spirit week, lead the charge got 1st in Poker for spirit week setting the precedence that he leads from the front. I would love to type more but honestly this is the biggest thing to take away from this. He keeps the most insane people in check making his div the greatest, he is more than qualified/earned this award he is what this award is made for! From troubleshooting discord server to successfully turning a dying squad into the second-best squad in DM. He has done a lot for DM, I am super impressed with his performance! He has hiccups every know and then but he takes the time go back and easily correct the whoops move past it and never do it again. With him taking over the CEP side of the things in DM I haven’t heard any complaining or gripes from the members. It is still running successfully and continues to do so. He hasn’t taken the hint KYLE FOR PRODUCTIONS! Yet but give him time he will. Over all out of all the Co-Fos I have working with me im truly excited to see the ideas he has come up with and watching the steps he is making to better himself and DM as a hole. The most respected general you will ever meet in DM as of right now. His members will follow him through thick and thin, and he shows them the mutual respect and for that alone his squad thrives. Another big thing to note is the fact his previous Gen told him he could never be a Gen with his schedule. That alone fueled his hard work ethic and became the best GEN he could be. Through his success he has inspired so many to step up and be officers for him, I myself am a little inspired and want to strive to be better then I am. My way of thinking is Black and White, King brought in the Grey portion trying to steer me in the right direction to help a div with the welcoming committee and in the end, I saw the light and we worked it out. Also this is huge for me I had people waiting in the join/rejoin section and usually when I see people that I am interested in and its been more than 24hrs and no one from the join/rejoin staff not commenting I can count on king when I said him a message legit 30 seconds later he is doing what others don’t. I FREAKING love it!!! Someone to count on. Someone who has mutual respect. Overall DW you got a good one don’t let him go! With recent events in DM, the amount of gratitude I have towards my Mentor is unfathomable. I made a squad called Hellborn and its better then Hellfire! Anyway, the squad started to die, it was a sad sad couple week watching it die. Meshell put in a Div transfer and entered hellborn! Holy smokes a new light was brought into the squad. Not only is the squad finally stable thanks to the amount of work and effort she put it in, but its starting to grow, game nights are thriving, discord is blowing up. It was a miracle the 7-staff including myself are shocked. We are very thankful and grateful she came to DM. I am proud to say Meshell thank you! (Ill never say it again you better screen cap this) Will be editing soon for Lt and Cpt couldn't make up my mind its close!

I've only been back for about 6 months so Silence had already started losing his sanity before I rejoined. But in the last month alone this man has went well beyond what was asked of him for his division, while working full time and alot of night only getting a couple hours of sleep. December is one of my closest friends in LS he has always gone above and beyond with demonstrating his hard work to all. I appreciate him just being around because when he is around we are all better. He is a driving force in LS as well as a role model. I also have experience with him in HH which he is the captain of and he always leads our team in the right direction. I trust December fully because of how much dedication and hard work he has shown.

Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gruntier 7 (Co-Division Leader - DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Gruntier 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Gruntier is very humble; he doesn’t try to show off or make lower ranks feel like they’re of less importance. I’m truly astonished by the fact that he frequently hosts game nights for the division. He wants to get to know his members, and I know that can be hard when of a higher rank but he does his best to make his rounds and say hi! Gruntier cares about everyone in DM - he’s stepped up and participated in events when we couldn’t find anyone else to compete, and division security is extremely important to him. He always has discord messages to reply to or paperwork to do, but somehow manages to spend time with all of us. Gruntier just doesn’t seem to stop working… this guy needs a promotion! He’s very open and isn’t afraid to speak his mind on any topic whatsoever. Good leaders are those who take things seriously, putting a large amount of effort into the work that they do. Great leaders allow themselves to put work aside and have some fun once in a while. Blood pushes himself to work as hard as possible - he’s been a Performance Officer, helps out developing Welcoming Committees across divisions, and works to have the best divisional security around. Blood is always enthusiastic when joining parties, he seems to know everyone in DM and everyone knows him. I think it’s funny how people think he’s mean when they first meet him, but I’ve never gotten that impression from Blood. He tells you how it is, and being upfront and honest with someone is an extremely important quality of a good leader. Everyone in DM definitely looks up to Blood. Joe motivates his members to keep accomplishing our goals and to keep contributing to this community by nominating anyone that he can for AAP awards. And he’s really adamant about everyone needing to feel like we’re equal, that no rank is better than another and CPLs are just as important as Generals. I would see her post on the forums helping out new members, making suggestions to departments, etc. I joined DM and when I first saw her post in discord I thought, “Hey I know her!”. She’s so helpful to members on the forums and reminds DM of KSI happenings that we should be aware of. And he’s always one of the first people to jump on streaming a KSI event. He’s super friendly, sarcastic, and hilarious. The Productions Department would be a whole different atmosphere without Bane around to liven things up. He is active, he is available, he is reliable. He is always full of advice and feedback, with an answer to every question. Ronin has been here since dinosaurs roamed the Earth, so he simply must know what he is talking about. Something bad happens, he is the first one there. He is the first one to communicate about an issue. He is always helping other members in need. Sinz is the ideal Lieutenant in any squad. Sinz' name is known throughout this community because he actively goes out of his way to appreciate KSI as a community, rather than just simply EO. Each year, it gets easier, but BadKitty and her T&E staff did a wonderful job this year (it's not that the other departments didn't, T&E just has most of the responsibility). Everything was on time, everything was moderated. Although BadKitty had a lot going on - clan-ops, forums, T&E - she was still such a prominent member in Spirit Week to win QUEEN. So all hail the queen! So, Spirit Week is over. Yet little did everyone know that December was behind most of News' success in covering Spirit Week. He was online for every event, available for advice and feedback, and ensured each and every article was posted flawlessly. He has been the ideal news member from the day that he joined, but only recently had the chance to show that off to this community. He was the biggest help this week and even this entire month with his dedication to our members.

This wonderful, wonderful man that we call December is so much more than just outstanding. I have been working with him for a short amount of time, yet he has impressed me so much more than so many others have, even after years of knowing them. December went above and beyond this Spirit Week, assisting with coverage of every event. He reached out to the members, offered assistance and guidance, and was consistent. His role of editor was a recently gained role, yet he has made so much of an impact on both the History and News teams. Not only does he offer his time and assistance, December is always coming up with ideas as to how the News or History teams can become better and more efficient. He remembers things and prioritizes, both are traits of a strong leader. News just recently came out with a writing 101 workshop, which was inspired and orchestrated by December himself (with a little bit of editing help), that has helped out writers understand English on a better level. We will be releasing this to the public soon. He is currently juggling the News Team and his position within clan ops quite amazingly. December is an intelligent leader and I have witnessed on numerous occasions him handling issues with ease, using those occasions at teaching opportunities. Clan ops always comes first, as it should. He is not afraid to tell me that he has to go deal with an LS problem and that we will continue the News discussion at a later time. Straight-forward, to the point, and honest are all qualities that December shows on a regular basis. I am proud to have December as a part of my team, because he is utterly and absolutely more than outstanding.

This past month alone she has been watching out for DM, ensuring the safety for all the members, while still maintaining coming around and keeping up the fun with DM. I've even seen her in a party with another Division she was over, and saw the respect they have for her. On top of it, she took on the reigns of being Director of three Divisions, instead of the usual two. She still manages to find the time to always check up on each and every one of the 7 staff in DM, and even reaches out to the members as well, on a professional and personal level. Kitty is an outstanding leader, and has truly molded into her own now as a Director. Leader, maintaining a fun, friendly atmosphere that we all love here. He plays with all members in DM, regardless of rank. He cares deeply about DM and the members as well. He ensures their safety at all times. He speaks softly, but commands the room when he does speak, as his orders are always ones that he himself does first. He passes down knowledge to us all, trying to better DM on a daily basis. He always keeps us in the loop at our 7 staff meetings, as he has us all working as a cohesive unit. Eli has the I for integrity in KSI. He will do things calmly, even if it's a matter where one would lose their cool. Blood not only has the recognition of all of DM, but other Divisions as well, as he cares about all of KSI. He ensures everyone is always having fun while gaming, while maintaining a safe atmosphere for us all as well. He is a pleasure to work with. His honest, blunt ways are truly respected too. Blood takes the time to get around to all squads, literally jumping in every one of their game nights sometimes, to play and have fun and make his presence known. He maintains it well with important information and updates things regularly, to help us out. He plays with all members in DM, showing them all the fun we have, while teaching them the KSI ways in the process. He currently keeps things on the Education side running smoothly, ensuring all members in DM are doing their weekly workshop(s) and keeps everything on schedule. He also sets goals for the Generals and officers in the squads that he is over. Kyle is a fun, chill and laid back guy that brings a fresh take to the DM 7 staff, which is a pleasure, as he is a pleasure to work with. Since a premature squad split that merged back, Dragons has calmly gotten everyone settled back into Hellborn, and has gotten up two new officers, both which are flourishing and doing amazingly well. He really knows how to show his squad how to have a good time. He is currently re-building his squad, and is constantly seeking officer potential, and helping train new officers up as well. Dragons is there to help guide his squad towards a successful split in the future, slowly, but surely. Right now he is focused on getting things back on track, which he is doing a great job of. Everyone in his squad respects and enjoys hanging out with him, as he shows the members the family like ways that DM is known for, always. She makes sure everyone in her squad, DM and anyone in KSI she comes across, is having fun and getting the best out of their KSI experience. She sticks up for the people, as she calls it, that are not sitting at "the cool kid's table." I have known silence since he was first recruited into KSI. I was his founder and i realized fairly quickly that i was going to have an interesting time with him. him, another member and I were kinda the three musketeers of just trolling people. One day, however, he went to troll one of his members (once he hit gen) and he said "I don't think we can no longer be friends" That double negative was the start of the downfall of his sanity. I don't find many who are on the same wavelength as i, but silence is defiantly on it and lets just say his sanity was like "Silence, i don't think we can no longer friends if you keep dealing with these KSI folk." And thus we are here, and he is still putting up with us however his sanity is not. He is perfect for this award because sometimes i worry about him. Thank you.

When I first met blood was when we were both hired on as Performance officers, at first we weren't really anything close just 2 dudes trying to get the job done. Link to forums account - @KSI Deathren Reasoning why they deserve this -Deathren is a under the radar type of guy from what iv gotten from him. while he will tell you he is nobody special and does not stand out iv personally seen this member get more involved and come in full force with some awesome suggestions and thoughts. Our div has been getting hit hard lately with whats been going on and Deathren has been one of those guys helping keep the calm by reminding everyone to stay united. He stepped up and volunteered to represent his division in Spirit Week and has also taken intrest in trying to rise up in the ranks by trying to bring people together with helping members out and hosting a game night to celebrate spirit week. he is an awesome member and if he keeps on the path he is on he will go very far.

With all nominations comes reasons and facts. KSI December 77 has been part of the News and History Department for some time, and I have had the pleasure of getting to know him as a friend, as well as getting to know his professional side. Being part of clan-ops, an editor within the News and History Department, and handling real life, December has always pushed himself to the highest potential. He has gone above and beyond in multiple ways. For example, this years spirit week, December was on top of the recaps, and made sure to check in on everyone else who helped. December is an inspiration to all of those around him. Sometimes you meet people in life who just have that spirit and way about them that helps motivate those around them. December is definitely that type of guy. Not only that but he pushes those around him to do their best. As humans we need a fellow friend to help realize that we can do more than we believe, and December is definitely one of those human beans. He has a hard work ethic, and great communication skills. IF he can't get his stuff done he finds a way to get it done, or asks for help. Which is a valued trait these days. December also has great leadership skills. He is always looking for new ways to get the KSI community involved, as well as other members within our department. He is a kind soul that knows how to get things done, and knows what to do afterwards. He truly is an amazing asset to this community and deserves this award 110%. December even went above and beyond and created a workshop for our authors in our department. As leaders we all have roles that we need to fulfill and are required to fulfill, but it is those great leaders that go outside of their roles to help those around them, that truly become a leader. December does this in multiple ways whether it’s in clan-ops, or in our departments. December is constantly getting involved in community activities and inspires others to do them as well. He is an inspiration and someone I’m proud to call my friend. He deserves this and more for all of his hard work and dedication to KSI and the members within.

Well Well Well, my Boy December , he been busting tail in the Divison, he has been doing great things in the history department by being the editor in the history and news department , and in my experience I believe December is going to be a great leader so he deserves this award

As everyone will tell you silence has done a lot for us even taking time out of his day to participate with us while he's at work which most saine people won't do. He also has been up most hours of the night recently trying to help with the squads getting hit by other communities or even troubled members causing a fuss he also laughs at the controller at night because it looked at him funny. But he has for sure lost his mind being a leader over all of us in the crazy division!

This man has gone through a lot the last couple of months. Actually both he and his wife, but I am here today to speak for this man's sanity. This guy doesn't sleep much, I know because I don't sleep much. Somehow he goes to sleep later and gets up at same time or earlier, meaning a couple hours, yet he makes sure to make time for his division's members and problems. However, the last couple weeks have been even more insane as hes been dealing with all of the xdg stuff, and trying to keep the squads strong. He has had to deal with a lot of highly active people leaving, making sure spirit week rosters are set, and ensuring everything is running as smoothly as it can be.The only time he has to sleep is a couple hours a night, and possibly during his lunch break at work. Luckily for him, his wife puts up with him, otherwise he would be in the loony bin by now. After the last couple weeks, actually the last week mostly, I question if someone else poses at him, but then I hear him laugh at the stupidest stuff and realize yes, it has been him the entire time. He has just gone insane.

I haven't been in KSI long enough to meet him more than a handful of times but ive seen him on all the time most likely dealing with stuff and I've heard some of the stuff he deals with and see how he doesn't get much sleep because of everything he deals with and if possibe is even crazier than my own gen.

Witness; Silence has gone through so much within KSI that he should require daily solitary confinement with a straight jacket on in his own padded cell. With all the situations that have arose he loses sleep over the shenanigans KSI brings upon him and still manages to go through every situation almost-perfect and in a timely matter. He’s been losing his sanity over the last few weeks and honestly deserves to have his own padded cell.

As the co founder over December i have seen him rise through the ranks without any problem. From the time he rejoined he hasn't missed a beat. From department OPS to Clan OPS he has definitely been the example for not only his squad but for every member in LS. I remember when his general was on LOA and at the time December was an LT, now i heard about december from 2014 but i never really knew the guy. I came to the officers letting them know I was acting GEN for a bit but December said he gots this. So i said ok, lets see what u got. Not once did i have to step in bcuz he knew exactly what to do. Before he was in, trocity was on the path to going into the squad graveyard but Since his presence, trocity has been an outstanding squad. Still as a 1st captain he likes to bounce ideas off with me trying to find the most effective ways to improve the squad. Also During spirit week he was a great motivator. Getting members on the forums, helping me with teams, Holding the tryouts for the D2 team and overall getting 2nd place in that event. Always in his squad chat making sure everyone's informed of the upcoming events. Constantly online making sure gamenights, HH practice, meetings and workshops are happening. I mean with the passion and motivation i see December have toward KSI, I'm honestly surprised he doesn't already have this award. Long overdue for sure
