I hope in my future I can have as big of a impact as he does now! He has been hosting game nights left, right, and center, making sure that everyone in the division is together and playing, I truly believe that he has made a big improvement a pawn himself and the squad he's in now. The division wouldn't be the same without him, Keep it up buddy LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI x Brownie, DW Elysium, 3CPT Link to forums account - @KSI x Brownie Reasoning why they deserve this - I'm not in Brown's Squad, but I see him constantly working with the officer staff of Elysium, and he has been planning events for his squad and making sure everything is running smoothly. Although he is in Elysium, no one is in the squad officer core except him and Artifice, he has been learning how to be a Captain and has earned the rank! He is always striving for new information, Brownie is a great example for those Officers who chose not to give up when given a tough situation! Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxETR, DW Hannibal, 3LT Link to forums account - @KSIxETR Reasoning why they deserve this - Eddy was recruited in a bit ago, and recently has been pushing himself for improvement! And has recently been promoted to LT, Has always been up and ready to help the people of Hannibal and the Officers inside it, he's always open to help people inside of KSI and make sure they know what they're doing. Eddy has been a big person you'd see at events inside of the division! He's always trying to play with members and making sure they feel comfortable inside of the squad and the division. I hope that every Division has a Eddy in the future Department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Harmony 7, DW Hannibal, 3CPT Link to forums account - @Nikki Cola Reasoning why they deserve this - Harmony has been someone I see in departments a lot!, Whether hosting Events for the Community, he the division she's in. Writing articles for the communities benefit, or interviewing people who've won these events (AAP). Or even being a Performance Officer and making sure everyone has the knowledge they need inside of KSI! She has been a huge influence on many in the community, and I believe that we should have more people like this in the departments! People who grab something they're interested in and giving it 110%!

I sincerely appreciate this. “Grunt” or “Eli” as I know him took the time to respond to a question I posed to my General in an officer’s chat. His unexpected yet refreshing “small essay” (his own words) response in the chat truly clarified an important issue, and for that I’m grateful. Lastly, DM is currently without a Div L, and I sincerely believe Grunt – by and through his actions – is already filling these shoes. Thank you, Grunt for always being professional, honest, cool, calm, and collected. Discord server, he’s there; Forums, he’s there. Message him, tag him, or simply mention his gamertag and he’ll answer the call. This month for Spirit Week, Blood offered up a pre-order copy of Anthem to be raffled off to those who voted/commented on the forums challenge. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed Blood do things such as this to motivate DM members. In addition, Blood truly gets things done; I’ve noticed Blood is a man of action. Lastly, he is extremely efficient in executing his myriad of duties, and I truly appreciate this. Thank you, Blood for all your hard work and motivation. He is extremely dedicated to the morale of our Division by always taking the time for the extra things that make a difference for DM. This month, Kyle took it upon himself to create a channel on DM’s discord server dedicated to this year’s E3 conference. He took the time to sort and post a massive amount of content putting the same at the fingertips of all DM’s members. I was unable to watch E3 this year, but I sincerely appreciate Kyle putting forth maximum effort with this project, allowing me (and the entire Division) to simply find what I’m interested in and click a link. I’ve observed Romeo patiently lead/run through Destiny 2 raids with members who’ve never run some of the raids/encounters (myself included), explaining in an easy-to-understand manner how to complete each section. If a member falters, he’s the first to get the member back in action. I’ve witnessed Romeo instill and foster self-confidence in his own squad’s officers/members and beyond. Thank you, Romeo. Specifically, new recruits. This month, Whiskey tried many times (and in the process, spending a large amount of time) to help two recruits who’d either lost access to Xbox Live due to a lost password or had a glitch which prevented their bio/location from displaying on their Xbox Live profile. Finally, Whiskey is not afraid to speak up when something is amiss. He is a strong, efficient officer with true leadership qualities, and I sincerely appreciate his time and assistance in making Discord Squad a great place to be. Thanks, Whiskey for constantly and consistently contributing to the success of our Division/Squad and for not being afraid to speak up/speak your mind.

Ill be dropping my vote to attest to this man's outstanding service in KSI Since meeting KSI December 77 rather recently when he joined the News Team I was nothing short of amazed of the work he did for us. He was very shortly after joining our team promoted to Editor of our department due to the mass amount of communication assistance and content he had for us! He was a key member to this team success at this point he was driving and motivating member to whole new levels of success not to even comment on his writing ability! He even more shortly after becoming Editor has now replaced myself as the Co-Head of News simply based on his own drive to do more and grow more and to bring his team with him I am more then excited to see what he can do for this team as I believe he will bring it to whole new levels. KSI December 77's service to the News team has been more than outstanding!

Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – Co-Div DM Link to forums account - @KSI Gruntier 7 Reasoning why they deserve this – Co-Div KSI Gruntier 7. Alright AAP staff listen here. You all done goofed if you don’t recognize this Leader. He is currently the leader of DM one of the most secure divisions in KSI, No TSB issues at all, takes every safety precaution he can to protect all 320+ members. Co-Div for 4 months yall need to promote this guy. He has to deal with me on a daily basis that in itself is a very taxing feat! Ask Kitty she be like yall listen here this guy noooooooo, then laugh about it. Hands down I don’t think anyone can work so hard day in and day out making sure all the security checks are done right always making sure peoples friends lists are clear, to protect the rest of the members. He successfully got his div together make teams for Spirit week, lead the charge got 1st in Poker for spirit week setting the precedence that he leads from the front. I would love to type more but honestly this is the biggest thing to take away from this. He keeps the most insane people in check making his div the greatest, he is more than qualified/earned this award he is what this award is made for! From troubleshooting discord server to successfully turning a dying squad into the second-best squad in DM. He has done a lot for DM, I am super impressed with his performance! He has hiccups every know and then but he takes the time go back and easily correct the whoops move past it and never do it again. With him taking over the CEP side of the things in DM I haven’t heard any complaining or gripes from the members. It is still running successfully and continues to do so. He hasn’t taken the hint KYLE FOR PRODUCTIONS! Yet but give him time he will. Over all out of all the Co-Fos I have working with me im truly excited to see the ideas he has come up with and watching the steps he is making to better himself and DM as a hole. I would love to take credit for it but I can’t he has grown into a rocking Co-Fo has potential to be a lot more. Glad to have him apart of the team and honestly having one of the most stable divisions in KSI he plays a huge role in that. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – Gen DM Venom Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO Reasoning why the deserve this – Gen – KSIxROMEO, Honestly for the longest time in DM has had the number one squad which was Cruelty, Cruelty split into Venom and here we are today. The most respected general you will ever meet in DM as of right now. His members will follow him through thick and thin, and he shows them the mutual respect and for that alone his squad thrives. Another big thing to note is the fact his previous Gen told him he could never be a Gen with his schedule. That alone fueled his hard work ethic and became the best GEN he could be. Through his success he has inspired so many to step up and be officers for him, I myself am a little inspired and want to strive to be better then I am. We consider ourselves the A the team, this guy showed me the way to being a successful PO but how to be a better 7. My way of thinking is Black and White, King brought in the Grey portion trying to steer me in the right direction to help a div with the welcoming committee and in the end, I saw the light and we worked it out. Also this is huge for me I had people waiting in the join/rejoin section and usually when I see people that I am interested in and its been more than 24hrs and no one from the join/rejoin staff not commenting I can count on king when I said him a message legit 30 seconds later he is doing what others don’t. I FREAKING love it!!! Someone to count on. Someone who has mutual respect. Overall DW you got a good one don’t let him go! Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -Sgt DM Hellborn Link to forums account - @KSI MeShell 7 Reasoning why they deserve this Member – KSI Meshell 7, she is relatively new to DM. HOWEVER! With recent events in DM, the amount of gratitude I have towards my Mentor is unfathomable. I made a squad called Hellborn and its better then Hellfire! Anyway, the squad started to die, it was a sad sad couple week watching it die. Meshell put in a Div transfer and entered hellborn! Holy smokes a new light was brought into the squad. Not only is the squad finally stable thanks to the amount of work and effort she put it in, but its starting to grow, game nights are thriving, discord is blowing up. It was a miracle the 7-staff including myself are shocked. We are very thankful and grateful she came to DM. I am proud to say Meshell thank you! (Ill never say it again you better screen cap this) Will be editing soon for Lt and Cpt couldn't make up my mind its close!

He pushes all of us to keep hope while we do our work and is an inspiration to most everyone else. Even during personal times, Joe is still there to support the members of DM and beyond. Overall he has a wonderful energy that pushes us all to be great members, staff sergeants, generals, and everything else. During my training as an officer, he was always there to offer support and guide me through what I lacked to understand. Joe is such a hard worker and does his duties plus and he is such an important person to so many members of DM and we would all hate to lose him.~ General ~KSIxROMEO ( General, Venom-DM ) Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEOReasoning why the deserve this: I see Romeo as a very important figure to everyone in Venom and even outside of that. Romeo has this amazing way with people and often times manages to pull in more recruits than we can keep up with. Yet even beyond his own work he supports his officers and makes Venom a wonderful family to be a part of. Besides recruiting he is also a big influence on all of Venom's members staying together as he always encourages everyone to include one another. No KSI member left behind after all. Romeo is a wonderful general when it comes to training his officers by a landslide. Not only with my own training but as well as all of Venom's officers Romeo has guided us to become capable and eager to pull new people in. Even when we make mistakes he shows us what we've done wrong and how to improve with what we are doing. He is very supportive of his squad and is always there to help anyone in need. If it's from helping a fellow officer in training or helping someone play/get a game Happy prevails. Happy does his job and sometimes plus to make Venom the wonderful squad it is currently. She brings such an interesting twist with everything she does from her inspirational messages to DM every day to her game nights where we all have such a wonderful time. The time and effort she puts into recruiting quality people really adds into the inviting atmosphere of Venom and DM. Dontask works hard to include everyone and really show what KSI is all about.

GeneralGamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - General, DM, VenomLink to forums account - @KSIxROMEOReasoning why the deserve this -@KSIxROMEO from day one when he recruited me has been an extreme influence in my staying in KSI. Now don't get me wrong, it hasn't been all roses but I respect him because when he has a problem with me, he comes to me, not the squad and the whole division. I've taken punishment from him for things I've done wrong but with the correction he brings the lesson. And that is an amazing leadership ability to have. Also, He doesn't have to talk bad about others or break others down to make up for his insecurities. And last but not least, if he can put up with dontask he can handle anything. He has dealt with a squad split and is going strong. In the split, he has started with basically nothing, especially officers, and is slowly building a BA squad. The amount of care and man hours he puts into this is unbelievable. I have seen first hand that with recruitment he takes quality not quantity seriously. I’ve been tracking Veriitas 7 since he was a CoFo. While Rita was cutting his teeth in FI he had developed his leadership qualities and was willing to reach out for advice from other leaders in the community. (btw we love to give advice it doesn’t matter if you just want to hang out in the party chat or play games if you’re looking to move up in this community be open to reaching out of your inner circle). Ok back to Rita Veriitas omg what’s not to say about this guy. While Rita was in FI it became obvious to all the seniors of his potential his ability to connect with his members in fi really showed when MP and FI merged. Rita made it his task to incorporate the new members from MP into FI. Rita worked hard to maintain a positive attitude during this stressful time As a director he helped mentor the leaders under him and helped develop new leaders by teaching lead and learning from his experience in FI and made it a point to include the members he was over and making sure they felt connected to him. Later as a senior Rita continues to motivate new leaders. Also, all these things that I’m sealing from fuzzy’s post Accomplishments (most not all) Running Lead Achieving Senior Director Strong showing and rebound of FI in spirit week and in general Having to take over and learn a lot regarding leadership in a short time ascending the ranks of FI Laying the ground work for Marketing Assisting in the rec reaction of the Handbook In closing Rita deserves this award. I'm not doing justice to Rita I can't explain it any other way the for doing small things great and I know its vague. Whether Rita is awarded this achievement or not I would like to say even though I’m Technically over the seniors and over twice Rita's age I would count Rita as a mentor that I’ve learned tons from Rita Also, Rita I’m still Funny!
