Throughout this month he not only has been there for DM during a few instances that required his attention but he has also gotten the Headhunters season started up and running. Headhunters has gotten off to a bit of a rocky start mainly due to the highly competitive nature of the players (there not used to loosing) but along the way Gambit has been very patient with the players and reminding them that it’s just a game and for fun. Gambit is always there for his people which is truly a great quality for a leader to have. Gambit has always been an amazing leader and always helps out whenever possible a great example of what leaders can and should be. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI TexAngel 7 Director Link to forums account - @KSI TexAngel 7 Reasoning why they deserve this – Tex has always been there for DM whenever we need it. She’s always around to offer her sage advice. She always has that perfect balance that allows us to do our work without interference but she is always right there for us usually making fun of us. She like others before her have really helped not only myself but my entire 7's staff become better. Over the last month she provided everything we needed for a split in a timely manner and even though she doesn't like giving bad news when we mess up she still does it to make certain that we learn from our mistakes which makes us better leaders and more importantly a better Division. DM has been blessed to have her as our director and we look forward to having her as our director for many more months to come. Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSIXROMEO 7 DM/Founder Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO 7 Reasoning why they deserve this – Romeo over this last month has been doing not only every he should be doing but far more. It’s been a while since DM has had a squad split and the first time for Romeo being a 7 not that you could tell. Venom was nearing it’s split almost 1 year after her initial split which he took and was the General. So this split was personal he was like a proud grandpa helping his baby split. Of course he didn’t want anything to go wrong the man pretty much worked day and night making certain everything went perfect. It did have it’s ups and downs mainly the Romeo curse (lack of officers) put he never gave up and always helped the GEN and officer staff make a beautiful and long overdue split. Now one might assume that with him spending all this time on one squad his other squads might not get the attention they need they would be incorrect. Romeo spends a lot of his time for KSI including while he’s at work he might not be able to always play games but he is always on the app hanging out with members, attending meetings and making certain everyone is having a great time. He is always looking for ways to not only improve himself but those around him. He never really complains about the work he just does what’s needed of him and he does it well. He is one of the best leaders I’ve had the pleasure of working with and with him and a few others it truly feels like I’m not only working but playing with the dream team. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Dragons 7 DM/Co-Fo Link to forums account - @Dragons 7 Reasoning why they deserve this – Dragons is one of those special people that rarely comes along. Over the last month he not only has been over 3 squads but he has been the acting GEN of one of those. He not only takes the time to run a squad and train up a strong officer staff but also do everything he can to help the other squads. Although it can be frustrating for him when things don’t go as planned (which they rarely do) but he never gives up and never surrenders all while keeping an optimistic almost child like enthusiasm about him. It’s one of the many reasons why people love hanging out with him and giving him a hard time which he takes like a champ that he is. Dragons is always trying to come up with new (sometimes wacky) ideas but their always welcome and appreciated. Dragons is always willing to pass along his vast knowledge and to learn anything he can to be a better leader, he is also a pivotal role in making the dream team the success that it is. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI MeShell 7 General/Cruelty/DM Link to forums account - @KSI MeShell 7 Reasoning why the deserve this – MeShell what can I say about her that hasn’t already been said. She like so many of the great people in DM that I’ve had the pleasure of working with is a shining example of what it means to be an officer. MeShell not only takes the time and effort everyday for her members but she does it with such enthusiasm that it gets exhausting especially for this old man as she likes to refer to me. She is always in party’s forcing people to have fun running around on Roblox or singing the baby shark song. She’s always posting in her squad chat saying good morning asking how people’s day is going and just being an awesome person. DM is lucky to have her and it wasn't an easy choice trying to decide which General to nominate, but she more than deserves thus award. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Joe 7 General/DM/Sinister Link to forums account - @KSI Joe 7 Reasoning why they deserve this – I’ve known Joe for a really long time since day one in KSI and he hasn’t really changed all that much. He’s still obsessed with Alexa bliss, (not everyone’s perfect) he always seems to do the work of 10 people hangs out with everyone and people flock to him. This past month Joe was instrumental in helping Venom split. He not only helped his GEN along the way in the day to day duties but with his vast experience this was his 4th split he was directly involved with. In the past week alone they managed to transfer everyone over except a small handful. Joe is always the first one to invite people to party’s say hi to members and he gets to know people’s names. Joe adds a personal touch in everything he does and motivates people to step up and help out. I can’t say enough about this man no matter what rank he is he always helps out. Division Leader @Scarface 77 KSI Skarxz 77 (Division Leader-Sovereign Legacy) Reasoning: All around this guy is a legendary 7. He continues to prove it time and time again, on not only teaching and mentoring those around him. But by also making workshops that are actively used in this community. Whats that? Your members are bored? Don’t worry about it because Skarxz has already came up with 5+ different game types you can use for any kind of lobby. He is an innovator, this is his greatest strength. When he sees a problem, hes the kind of guy to not rush in and attack head on. Hes going to take his time and let the problem work for him and the environment he has created. He is a methodical leader that produces nothing but the best results for this division. Despite the huge success we have had with SL. He isn’t Roostery, he sees the crack form in a squad, and he uses it as a plus not a minus. He has taught me how to be a 7. I thank him for that. I think it more then well deserved and I ask highly to look at this nomination again and seriously consider him for this award. General KSI IBEYOMAMMY (General- SL/ Imperial) @KSI IBEYOMAMMY Reasoning: When I was assigned the responsibility of being the Co-Founder for Imperial, I knew it was going to be a challenge. In the beginning, the squad had just split. So, it was a happy moment, but then there was a sense of dread. Knowing what we had just done to get this squad to split, and that we were expected to do it again. Mammy was a newer Gen. But, fast forward to present day Imperial. The morale has greatly improved, and they have developed an environment that is their own. That I think will bring them success. I believe Mammy has earned this award, because of the hard work he has put in to make this squad work. He normally works double shifts. Naturally, because of this his time is strained. But you know what? He is making it work well. He has redefined his officer core that are more then capable of handling any issues. He has mentored everyone around him to be a better leader. Its his selfless service to this community, and the leaders like it that make this place so magical. I am more then proud to be this guy’s Co-Founder. Captain KSI MERCHY206 (3CPT- SL/Imperial) @KSI MERCHY206 Reasoning: During Imperials downhill slope, that listened to his General. After listening to the goal that was being set out, he rallied all officers together to make it happen. Everyday this guy shows me that with Officers like him in Mammy’s ranks, this squad will continue to be great and produce results that everyone can admire. Mr craggle then chose to begin his carreer as an officer in this community in his home squad of trocity and he sat there for quite some time observing and trying to determine what he had to do unfortunately he made the decision to transfer squads to Legend as he no longer felt connected to trocity and upon transferring to Legend Craggle has shown drastic improvement in not only activity but also in Knowledge of his position and encourages members old and new alike to get as involved in this community as possible and I would love to see how far this aspiring officer can come. Department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Excalibur (SGT - Trocity LS) Link to forums account - @Sir Galahad Reasoning why they deserve this - Galalalalala AKA Excalibur is a fellow brit and also a senior T&E Staff member and also a Productions Streamer fior this communityand as it would be that with KSI primarily running on EST (Eastern Standard Time) that makes most events within the community quite late at night for Mr Excalibur but his commitment to his departments is second to none as I have seen first hand that he will stay awake some nights/mornings for us until 6am to ensure that events are ran as smoothly as possible or even streamed and I applaud this member for their commitment to their department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Walnut (SSGT - Trocity LS) Link to forums account - @KSIsavagewalnut Reasoning why they deserve this - Walnut...… now this guy has made an impression the first thing I said about this guy was to my cofounder and I quote "WHO TF IS WALNUT?!?!?" and in response to that my cofounder laughed, now let me put this into context for you all, for the longest time LS had been lacklustre on recruiting and Swagg had gotten a recruit by the name of SavageWalnut who instantly changed their GT to KSI Walnut fast forward a few days and this guy had learnt how to recruit and by god was he good at it so fast forward a week and that brings us to my statement/comment about this member because in the week and a half 2 weeks of him being in the community he had pulled in a minimum of 13!! YES 13 recruits!!!! and that is why I am nominating this member for member of the month

General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI Hatter 77 (GEN/ES) Link to forums account - @Hatter 77 Reasoning why the deserve this - Hatter has been amazing person since my recuitment and also been very supportive with my questions or concerns. Hatter has helped many of with our my training to become an SSGT and has taken plenty of time out of her personal life to help me and the squad. She is very cool, calm and collective when it comes to problems. She also looks at everything with an open mind. She Is very understanding that we all have lives as well as our commitment to KSi. Family comes first and she still does her best to help us as squad and division as well. Jynxie went over and above to the point that she sent me notes to read to help with my progression within KSI to my current position. Jynxie is always willing to help anyone out that she can. She as well has pushed me to become a SSGT an has provided me the tools to become the best I can. Jynxie as well has take time away from her family to make sure what needs to be done get done. Jynxie went over and above to the point that she sent me notes to read to help with my progression within KSI. Jynxie also pops into my parties just see how myself and others within the party are doing out of the blue. her passion has no limit when it comes to her work, it is very inspiring.
