I witness for this award. Cannibal has taught me and countless others things that will stick with them throughout their KSI career. He makes sure people know what they need to know, even lower level people. I sometimes can't believe how much he has taught my squad already and we've barely been in GZ for a week, but Cannibal was a mentor to me before I even went to GZ. I aspire to be someone like Cannibal when I come up in the ranks. I've seen him mentoring countless people. His knowledge of KSI seems to come to effortlessly that anytime he needs to teach someone about anything, he can do it with ease. I don't think I've ever seen him get something wrong. I would always come to him for help because he is always wanting to help everyone.

I witness for this award. I haven't been in GZ for very long, but honestly, you don't need to be in the division to know Cannibal is a fantastic KSI member. Normally when I've seen Div leaders, they're pretty distant from the whole division, but not Cannibal. I see him on Halo/CoD all the time with each of his squads. He never leaves anyone behind and even offers to help when needed, in and out of the division. I've seen him helping members as well as leaders who need it and helping people become better KSI members. I look up to him as a mentor and a friend. He always there to offer a helping hand whether you're having a bad day, having a good day, need help with anything; he's always been there to help. Along with how helpful and friendly he is, he is extremely professional and gets things done when they are needed. He never calls favorites, never treats anyone badly or differently than the rest and he is extremely respectful. He is someone throughout KSI I believe deserves this award and needs to get it. Cannibal is a prime example of a KSI member and deserves this award more than anyone.

When I first met him, he was actually dealing with a situation that had to be dealt with and he managed to solve it with perfect leadership and professionalism. Not only is he a good leader, but he is a fun guy to hang around. He hosts tons of game nights through out the week and gets his entire squad as well as the rest of KSI involved. People love to be around him and have fun on multiple games with him. As a General, I know a good one when I see one and CrazyLogic is a prime example of a KSI General.

I've seen a lot of amazing KSI members in the short time I've been in KSI, but this guy is an inspiration to me as a General. The leadership in EO is not at it's greatest, I can admit that, but there is one person in the Division that needs to be recognized for the amount of work that he's done to keep this division going and that's KSI The Light 7. This guy is unbelievable. He works any second he can dispite his job and IRL things going. And he even works when he gets off Xbox. He buys mircosoft points for people who need name changes, he deals with almost all of the situations that arise in EO, he even buys games for people to get the division together. He personally bought me Black Ops 2 so that I can be included in BL2 game nights with the Div. He also gets with every squad in the Divison so he can make sure they are okay. I've seen so many CoFo's who only take care of the squads they're over, but not this guy. He gets with not only the Generals, but the people who make up the squads and helps out or just has fun in CoD or Halo with the squads in EO. With all of the work that he does and all of the seriousness he goes through to get the situation done with correctly, he is a teddy bear at heart. He has always been there when I needed advice or help. He always tries his hardest to help people feel better and overall help the morale of the Division. Once again, this guy is an insparation to me as a someone aspiring to be a leader in KSI and I will always look up to him for help and as a Co-Founder. He deserves this award because he doesn't ever go around talking about how much he does or anything like that and he needs to be known for the amazing Co-Fo he is. <3
