Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Bacchus WI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums...53-durzo-blint/ Reasoning why the deserve this - I believe he deserves this because when I first came to KSI I didn’t know much, and I didn’t know how things worked, and he answered all the questions that I could even possibly ask, from how to be able to help my squad get bigger, and how to help where needed and how to help things be able to run smoothly and be able to run how they should to, and to be organized within ourselves and how we run. I believe he deserves this because before he came to Venom I did not know much about him, or did I know who he was, but from the time he joined Venom he began helping and talking and getting to know people and how to help people if they get into situations with another member. He’s a good leader which shows in the choices that he makes and how he chooses to do so. I didn’t know much of him before he was captain because I really dindn’t talk to him much then, but after having a conversation with him the compassion that he shows for his squad and others squads to thrive to the best of their ability is purely amazing. He is an unbiased person who will listen to both sides instead of believing one side over the other, he listens to both and makes the best judgment call whether of not his friend is on the worse side of it. Hearing how excited he is and how happy he is to be a part of Venom, and even KSI in general have showed me that this truly is a family and that he respects each of us as we were one of his own siblings which is how we should be, even if we have problems he shows that we’re a family and ties can be fixed and broken ties can always be strung back together stronger than they were before. He has shown that he has some of the best leadership skills I have seen during my life, and one of the best problems solvers between people I’ve ever seen. He’s the type of person where if he knows somethings wrong he won’t do it, and if he sees someone doing something wrong he’ll warn them and tell them not to do so. Even when LGC came he’s one of the members that didn’t leave he chose to stick with KSI even though so many of the new friends and people he grew to love left for them. He’s hard working and dedicated and if asked to do something he does it to point, and won’t fight back about it. From being active on the forums and being active through Xbox messages there’s nothing she’s not informed about. She is always willing to talk about problems and talk about things that might need to be fixed. Between hosting a weekly game night and keeping updated on members she’s always meeting and learning new people, and making sure no problems occur between those people.
