I rememeber promoting up a cofo at one point and trolling the poop out of them. I made an announcement in my generals chat earlier in the day announcing that some things had come to light and that it was very serious and if proven to be true result in the blacklisting on multiple members. It was so great because based on how vague of a description I gave I literally created a witch hunt between the officers trying to figure out what was going on and who was in all this trouble. Needless to say walking into the generals meeting that night there was definitely some tension amongst everyone but nobody wanted to be the first one to inquire. The tone of the meeting was very monotone with little to no side chatter or even general questions being asked which was very weird for my division at the time. We finished up the meeting and we got to closing questions comments concerns and started to close out the meeting when finally someone spoke up and asked what's this about a blacklist. It was at that point I asked if anyone wanted to step forward and come clean. Of course the room went silent so I took it upon myself to call out KSI Ashhhx10 and see if she wanted to say anything. Naturally she was extremely confused and couldn't think of anything. I went on to explain that we take sexual harassment very seriously in this community and have a 0 tolerance policy. You could hear the room groan as they had heard it a million times before which was when I dropped the bomb on the now senior director that she was being blacklisted for not having a 7 in her name and to congratulate her on her promotion to cofounder.

I was blacklisted 3 days ago for inapropriate conduct with a minor. I am very sorry that someone has felt that way, at any rate, I do not do that.
KSI is supposed to be a mature gaming community, 17 years of age and up. And Halo 3, including XBOX live is supposed to be 17 years of age and up. Obviously there are some mothers and fathers that don't understand this warning. I am a navy wife, and born navy brat. I have some swearing issues that I am aware of, and I am trying to control.
My husband is currently on deployment, and I am lonely. I didn't know my words were going overboard as they were taken. I am sorry if I offended anybody. I talked with Shotty 7 and Seven 7 a couple hours before I was banned. The converstation went well. I told them that I would try to calm down and make sure that I knew who I was playing with.
I took their advice and left off for the day, and when I woke up I was blacklisted, without anyone telling me. I am a mature adult, and love to play with the people I have met in KSI. It's a great experience, and the pleasure of not having to play with immature gamers in matchmaking is the best. I am a female, and there are other females in KSI that I will miss playing with if I can't get this appealed.
My husband comes back in 6 weeks from japan, and things will certaintly be different. Being apart of KSI has helped me not think of my husband being gone and I had something to look foward to every night.
I left as a beginner in HR. I was going to be assigned to Capstone. But I didnt have a computer to complete my duties. Many people came to me for advice.

So here's my proposal.
I can come back into KSI, lose my rank and you can watch over me for a trial amount of time, and if you still feel that I have innapropriate conduct with minors, i will be on my way. KSI doesn't need me.
I just wish to be able to play with my friends and they can have me on their friends list without being blacklisted.
I obviously care about this 100% and will do anything to have a second chance. I still do not have a computer, and I am at the library 15 min away. I do care about KSI very much and I hope you can consider my apology for anyone who took my actions the way they did.

DragonPearl and Harlequin came into a party with Shotty and Darth Sidious. They explained how Karen was doing this with a 14 yr old. When asked if Karen knew he was only 14, she apparantly said yes! If their mother doesnt care about them being on here, than that is their problem. There was also an apparant conversation about "female toys".
I was not a witness to this, I am just saying what I heard in the conversation with Darth Sidious. He blacklisted her on the spot.

Not only that, KSI is suppose to be rated M; for Mature. KSI is NOT, however, rated X! As a member of KSI, you should conduct yourself respectively. If you want to carry on like that around your "near and dear" XBL and/or KSI friends, in an "INVITE ONLY" game lobby, or a private chat, thats your choice. But, you should never conduct yourself like that in a party with random KSI or XBL people. You never know who is in the room.
You came in my party the other night, with get0 baby and ksi racinkyle. I was listening, but wasn't talking, as, that is what i generally do in a party. And I personally heard you saying something about being "so drunk", and telling the people who were in the game lobby about how your husband is in the military, and you were just so "horny".
Now, I didn't witness this other conversation that Lunatic is referring too, but, I know I was pretty disgusted to hear a KSI member come into a game lobby, in which i do believe Darth Sidious was in, (but, he really wasn't there, just his gamertag was), and talk like that. What a way to give a first impression!
Not only that, jasmine, let me tell you this. I am a cop in real life. And I dont care what the ESRP rating is on the xbox, XBL, OR KSI. And as far as the reasoning of your blacklist, in MY opinion, not only did you go against the rules that are set in KSI, but, you broke the law. Period. Every state in the U.S., have these laws, although, alot of states name their laws a lil differently than others, but I know that here, in the state of Georgia, what you are being accused of, (depending on what, exactly, was said in these conversations), could be anything from Sexual Abuse, to Sexual Exploitation of a Child, to even Child Molestation. These are very serious crimes. As I stated previously, I was not in the room with you while you were allegedly having this convo with a 14 year old, so, therefor, I dunno what exactly was said, nor the context of what was said. And, if we get dragonpearl and that other person to come in and say that the conversation wasnt quite that intense, well, I hope you've gained some valuable knowledge about what CAN happen to you engaging in a sexually charged conversation with minors. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Child predators are everywhere, and here in KSI, we aren't down with that.
If there is evidence enough coming into this court that you engaged in any sort of sexual manner with a 14 year old, or anyone else in KSI who is in the age range to be considered a "minor", that falls into any of the definitions of these laws, I give you my word, as a cop, that I will do my best to have you prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in whatever state you reside in. However, if the evidence isnt compelling enough to this court, or, to real, legal law, I shall not apologize, but will say that i hope you learned a lesson in all of this, regardless of whether you remain in KSI or not.

Before applying for a  division transfer it must be approved by the highest ranking member in your current division. If it is not approved through the highest ranking member in your current division and the correct Template used the transfer application will be closed. All transfers are subject to a 2 week period before the transfer can be completed. The 2 weeks will start when the highest ranking memeber in the division posts that they approve. Although she can be a poop head at times true has definitely demonstrated time and time again outstanding service to this community. Wether it be through clan ops both times as she has risen through the ranks and helped out any and everyone she could or through web ops with both helping members further understand and get the word out about the aap system or her continued triumphs running a department with the news team and transitioning overlord impy out from a head position he held on to way longer than he would have liked. Trues compassion for this community goes above and beyond any normal member I've seen. Through trials and tribulations she's succeeded where many others do not in overcoming something in her personal life that caused het to have to leave the community she loved to work on her personal life only to come back a year later and hit the ground running to work her way back up and surpass where she left off and make it all the way up to the prestigious rank of senior director. She lives to help members ant way she can from buying members games that she couldn't necessarily afford but somehow made it work out. Her dedication to succeed in the face of many problems that others would give up flat out but she perserveered through them and has become a far better leader in there aftermath.

These three Join Area Moderators along with KSI Directors, Senior Directors, and Web Staff have the authority to
 
- Reprimand those who are not ranked Co-Founder and higher for posting in applications.
 
- Reprimand those who try to steal apps from other divisions when they clearly stated a preference.
 
- Close applications once the applicants are confirmed to have been recruited into a division.
 
- Request for a member to be banned from the Join Area if they disobey the rules of the area.
 
- Place applicants within a division when their application has not been replied to in a timely fashion.
 
- Request information regarding returning members, or applicants with questionable information on their applications.
 
Note: Web Staff should only post in applications to resolve issues when a Join Area Moderator has not tended to the issue in a timely fashion (generally any longer than 36 hours), or if the issue is of a time-sensitive nature and therefore needs to be dealt with immediately (such as flaming, arguments, etc.).
 
Rules
 
1. When a recruit posts an application, the first Co-Founder or higher ranked person to post in that thread gets the recruit unless the recruit has specifically requested a member, squad, or division.
 
2. Once a Leader posts in the thread to accept the applicant, THAT LEADER MUST CONTACT them on Xbox Live and initiate the interview/recruiting process, the same as any other prospective member. Leaders are NOT allowed to direct the applicant to contact them. The Leader MUST BE THE ONE TO INITIATE CONTACT.
 
3. As soon as a background check is conducted, and the applicant is officially recruited into a squad, the Leader MUST post in the application that the background check was done, member was approved and recruited.
 
4. If there is anything questionable on the members background check *friends list, motto, bio, profile* and/or the member does not qualify, that information must be posted in the application by the Leader in question or by any other informed parties who are above the rank of Co-Founder, or have authorization to post within the area.
 
If several members from one division continue to do things incorrectly in the Join Area/Rejoin Section, that division itself will be banned from using the Join Area until the Divisional Leadership corrects it and verifies it through Senior Leadership and the applicable Forums Staff.

Letter Prefixes-
 
The term "(BK)" appears at the start of the topic title of an application which has been assigned to KSI BadKitty 7.
 
The term "(K)" appears at the start of the topic title of an application which has been assigned to KSI xTheKing 7.
 
The term "(B)" appears at the start of a topic of an application which has been assigned to KSI BuMPer 7.
 
The term "(T)" appears at the start of the topic title of an application which has been assigned to KSI True 7.
 
The term "(V)" appears at the start of the topic title of an application which has been assigned to KSI VeRiiTaS 7.
 
 

Valid Application Title Statuses-
 

"(Requesting XX)" appears in the topic title of an application where the applicant has requested a specific KSI division/squad in response to the associated question within their application. Applications within which a Requested division/squad is not specified, or an application where the requested division is not immediately known or is ambiguous, will not have this Valid Application Title Status.
 

"(Joining XX)" appears in the topic title of an application where the applicant has been cleared to join a division by a Join Area Moderator or other authorized individual if applicable. Applications which have not yet been cleared will not have a "(Joining XX)" Valid Application Title Status.
 

"(MM/DD/YY)" appears in the topic titles of an application in which the Join Area Moderator has asked all their questions, but in which the 7 Day Hold has not yet expired on the application. The Date listed within this Application Title Status signifies when the 7 Day Hold will expire on the applicant.
 

"Need CSO Consult" or "CSO Consult Needed" means an application has a security issue in which the Chief Security Officer of KSI needs to be consulted. Applications with this topic title REQUIRE attention from the Chief Security Officer of KSI. The CSO has security resources and interview capabilities that Join Area Moderators may not have, and so he is a useful asset in the protection of KSI and its assets.
 
"On hold per CSO" means an application has been placed on hold by the Chief Security Officer of KSI. He has opened an investigation into the applicant due to questionable material either on their application or within their history within KSI or questionable communities.
 
"Open for recruitment" means that an applicant has been fully cleared by a Join Area Moderator to be recruited by ANY KSI Leader with the rank of Co-Founder with proper notification on the application.
 
"Open for interest" is normally used when an applicant either has requested no division, or has requested one, but that division has decided to not accept the applicant is question and the applicant has not at that juncture, requested a secondary division.
 
"Open on DATE" is normally used when an individual places an application before they have been out of KSI for 30 days. The date signifies the time on which 30 days have passed since the applicant left KSI.
 

Notes: "XX" is a placeholder for the two-letter abbreviation of whichever division the applicant has requested.
 

"MM/DD/YY" is a placeholder for the Month, Day, and Year on which the applicants 7 Day Hold will expire. Applications to join KSI use the "Month, Day, Year" or "MDY" Date and Time Notation format common within the United States, and not the "Day, Month, Year" or "DMY" format as is commonly used in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, etc.
 

Example- We would use 1/19/16 to signify January 19th, 2016, and not 19/1/16.
 

Application End Status Titles-
 

(Locked) means that the application has been Locked by a Join Area Moderator or other applicable individual until an issue with the application has been resolved, at which point the application will be reopened.
 

(Inactive) means that the application has been Locked & Archived in the Join Area Archive due to the application becoming inactive.
 

(Recruited into XX) means that the applicant has been recruited into one of KSI's divisions and therefore their application has been locked and stored in the Join Area Archive.
 

(Denied) means that the applicant in question has been deliberately Denied entry into KSI by an authorized individual, and that the application has therefore been locked and stored in the Join Area Archive.
 

(Closed) is generally a catch-all term for an application that has ended, but where one of the other terms does not apply, such as if an applicant has requested that their application be ended, locked, and stored in the Join Area Archive.
