He has shown he can prove himself by getting to the captain spot and has maintained the role needed for it by covering and helping out the general whenever the time came about. I have high hopes that in the future, this person will make a positive difference to KSI.

I'm going to withdraw my vote on this one. I'm pretty sure I was co-founder over LB at the time he got transferred into the division and heard about it. I'm not witnessing however...
