I still like the idea brought up a couple months ago. about an award for Gens who split a squad and also for splitting a Division.

Hyperion has a HC Domination team 6 v 6

FG HYPERION SQUAD (squad based) has a HC DOM team that needs some competition soon

I like the squad split award as well as helping hand

I don't think that the AAP crew get enough credit for the job they do every month to go though this. great job and keep it up

I am witnessing for Pinky7 for member assistance- Since I have been on the forums Pink has always been there to give me advice as well as answer questions about the forums as well as squad operations. she is a very important part of KSI and no matter what is going on she always takes time to answer questions even if you are not in any of her squads or div. She really shows what 7 is supposed to be and I am proud of the job she doing she really deserves this award hands down and no question about it. thank you for your time and respects to all.

I also like that one just cause of the sheer stress of it is enough lol I just went through it you can also do it for div splits but not sure how that would work lol

He also makes it a point to talk to all members in the lobbies to makes sure they understand that even though he is a div leader he would take the time to talk to them if they need him which is big morale booster for all ranks. He is a strong leader of the division and should be recognized for his devotion to making all squads succeed no matter what is going on. I hope in the future to use him as an example of what a div leader is supposed to be. He connects to each member personally not just as a cofounder but as a friend to everyone he comes in contact with. He is my second in command and he is always on hand when need him. He has ran squad meetings with the efficiency of a general and is doing most of the work of a gen already. He does admin work like a machine ( I promoted three people last week and he had prepared statement on each person being promoted extolling the virtues and strengths of each person. you cant teach this). He takes a personal role with each member of the squad and makes sure every question is answered. Gunner is one the very best captains and he has set the bar high in the way future Captains will be measured in our squad. He is one of the best to come through in a long time and he is only going to get better and is going to make a superb gen in the future. I will witness for chey, Chey has been a great influence on me also her service extends far beyond her own squad and div. Her reach is into FG and into my own squad. I have needed information on lots of different topics and pinky has been there to answer them for me. She has also helped me out in several areas of my KSI career.
