Skarzx (can't forget the 'x' or he yells at me) is an amazing leader. He is level-headed and well beyond his KSI years. He has an ability to dissect situations and thoughtfully consider all reasons and consequences before making a decision. He is not afraid to seek out other leaders for guidance or input. While I'm sure others will be able to more properly outline his Clan-Ops contributions, I want to focus on his Department contributions and his Divisional Hall of Fame idea that was debuted at Fall Classic. He assisted Gary with running the Productions Team and has earned so much respect from the team and his peers that when Gary recently decided to move in a new direction away from Productions Head, Skarzx was the obvious guy to run that team. As Co-Head, that move seems obvious, but it isn't always. But his calm, yet devoted leadership style made him an excellent leader in that team. He helps out in other aspects such as forums work and AAP, and he somehow never finds himself stressed out. His work in Clan Ops and AAP helped create the Divisional Hall of Fame, for which the Board worked intensively with him to bring his idea to fruition. Though in its infancy, people have bought into the idea and plan, and have helped execute it well. These differences and impacts will leave a lasting legacy on KSI that few can say they've earned, and Skarzx has earned it and then some. These contributions merit him Outstanding Service Level 2, and I'm happy to vouch for him, and encourage others to do the same.

Both Riiot and Luci came together to play a huge role in creating LB. It was the first of its kind re-training division that allowed a better re-entry process for members who left the community under poor circumstances. It allowed for rigorous training standards and gave several hundred members a second chance at being in KSI. That knowledge, tolerance, and determination eventually lead LB into becoming WI and WD, and without Riiot and Luci's contributions to creating a brand new division *from scratch,* it would have never been. Their work is an example of what leaders can achieve when they work hard and execute their vision properly. LB could not have been without them, so their place in its DHoF has been earned several times over.

I can't speak to his Clan-Ops acumen, but his work on News Team alone is worthy of this award. He is always volunteering to do more than is required, and since the News Team has become his to lead, he has been hard at work developing new concepts and approaches to make KSI News even better. He keeps his members involved in KSI happenings, and the News Site has been popping with great coverage. His involvement in History has also been notable. Without a doubt he deserves this award for his contributions to the community through News and History. I'm thankful for all that he does and can't wait to see the future of his programs.

Trendies is a quiet one, and you've got to keep an eye on those people. But his intelligence and awareness are his strengths, as well as his ability to make time for his divisions and his members. There may not be a more welcoming, open person than Trendies, and those around him respect him for it. He is always calm in the midst of any storm that may surround him, and that calm helps lead to better decisions and outcomes. Trendies is always offering a helping hand whenever he is available, and those contributions cannot be measured or understated. Trendies deserves this award and I am grateful for his commitment to this community.

Tex is my kind of leader. Whether it's the word play or the quick-wit, she always finds a way to say something poignant. She is always thinking and analyzing, and it allows her a better vision forward and an impeccable way of communicating that vision. Tex has been a welcomed addition to the Director staff, and the work she did at the Divisional level before the promotion is memorable. Tex is always willing to supply her opinion respectfully and honestly, and any conversation she finds her way into (or that finds her out) is better for it. Her contributions, both tangibly and intangibly, have made a mark on the community for the better, and her presence makes those around her better for it. She deserves this award.

Cherry was just inducted in WD's Divisional Hall of Fame. She is a hard worker and always has her divisions' best interests at heart! She is a very motivating, yet personable member. She wasn't sure she wanted Director a few months ago, but she ran her division so well, we knew we needed to add her to the team. Since her promotion, she has flourished and been a great asset to the team. I'm appreciative of all the work Cherry does for KSI, and she deserves both OS1 and OS2 for her contributions to the community.

I would like to consider this man a friend and a mentor for the contributions he did for EO as well as my own growth in this community. Trendies is phenomenal in a multitude of ways as a leader. He has created lasting relationships with leaders and divisions that at one point in time were considered impossible to actually form a relationship with as an outsider. Trendies does this by always remaining level-headed and calm. This thread is dedicated to those members who have been selected for induction into the KSI Divisional Hall of Fame. These members have made a lasting positive impact that deserves recognition, and they will be immortalized forever in this section.

I have known Riot for nearly six years, and I’m thankful to have met and created a friendship with him. Despite things that have happened that would have turned someone less dedicated away from the community, Riot has a commitment and a drive that not many people do. He is always among the most open and friendly moderators (now admins) around, and his welcoming and understanding disposition creates a safe environment for KSI members to come confide issues and questions about the forums. He has a deep understanding of the mechanisms that keep KSI running and has become a sort of peer leader in the community. His ability to undertake nearly any challenge presented to him — whether it be staring a division with Luci, running the mod staff, or reinventing AAP to be more open and rewarding — has never wavered. If he undertakes a challenge, he follows it through to completion. His actions and demeanor are an example of what all KSI members should strive to be and the mark he’s left on the community is so immensely positive that it can never fully fade. Riot fully deserves this award and I fully and completely agree with everything stated above. He has my complete support and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for him.

We are excited to announce a new addition to KSI's portfolio -- The Divisional Hall of Fame! Members make impressions and differences every day at the divisional level, and thanks to the ingenuity of KSI member KSI Skarzx 77 and the KSI AAP, we have decided to implement an official Divisional Hall of Fame across the community. The process will run similarly to KSI’s “Of the Month” and “Of the Year” awards, but with some minor tweaks, including the nomination periods and the nomination process. Current Members This process will happen twice a year: 1) at Fall Classic in September and 2) Spring Break in March. You will only be allowed to nominate one (1) person. To be eligible, the nominee must meet the following baseline criteria: Must currently be in the division they are being nominated for. Must be in the division for at least six (6) months. Must be in KSI for at least one (1) year. Not been blacklisted, security risked, or DNH’ed unless successfully appealed and overturned. Must have KSI gamertag. Please make sure those criteria are met. You can confirm that criteria by visiting their profile and looking at their awards tab, or by asking the person you are nominating. The nomination process will occur within a specially made section similar to KSI's DOTMs, and each division will have its own thread for nominations. Each nomination will earn your division a point for the Divisional Cup for September. When the nomination process ends, AAP will confer and select up to three (3) inductees per division. They may choose less depending on testimony and evidence provided. Previous OTM/OTY/Award nominations will be considered when going over nominations. The inductees who are selected will be announced at a KSI-wide Live Stream on the Final Day of Fall Classic in late September and Spring Break in late March. They will submit a normal AAP post following the usual award template, and witnesses will be outlined in the form. The same process will be used for Directors/Seniors/Etc. who are still in the community, but not currently within the division they made their ascent in. If the strength of the witnesses is to par, they will be inducted on the spot following an AAP vote. Current Hall of Fame Members Current KSI Hall of Famers will be retroactively inducted into their division's Hall of Fame. Display of Divisional Hall of Famers Divisional Hall of Famers will be displayed for eternity within the Clan Ops Information Center, with blurbs from the testimony provided during the nomination process. Becoming a Divisional Hall of Fame inductee is no minor accomplishment and we will proudly display their gamertags for future generations of KSI members to look at as an example of what a great KSI member is. --- So that's the system, and we will be moving forward with this process. We will review the process periodically to see if there will be new tweaks to make it run more efficiently. The first nomination period will be from August 20 - September 15, with winners announced during Fall Classic.
