Reason-/-Evidence: Well she has succeeded where others have failed , especially with the squad she is now Gen of . She was handed the a failing squad due to the part of the Gen before her and she has managed to bring her officer staff together to be a united front for the squad. As I have watched her and answered several questions for her, she has proven that she will continue to do great things in KSI. She is a friend to everyone and I don't think there are many that she hasn't gamed with or just set in a party chatting with. She is always thirsting for more knowledge about her gaming community and ways that it may be improved. She works well with everyone, including the 7's staff and is also apart of the join/rejoin mods. If there was anyone that has come up the ranks after me, she is the one that I will be watching to do bigger and better things then myself. She is always there for members of KSI, not just her squad. She has handled things with positivity no matter what has been thrown at her and I believe she can and will be able to handle anything that KSI throws at her next. DL will always be a better place with her in it. For all this and more she deserves this award and for putting up with me !

Reasons they deserve this award:

DropShot keeps growing and showing he can handle what ever we throw at him. He is not only running DL, handling Judge duties, but also Head of T& E. I can't wait to see what he is going to be able to do in the upcoming year! He has stuck through all the ups and downs of DL with us and managed to keep his sanity. He has made some good Gens and is working well with everyone in DL to make DL a better Division. No matter what I have chatted with him about he has taken the bad and made some positive changes in DL.

This Member/ Gen has went from the quiet little mouse to a very out spoken individual. She tries to come off scary and it is funny at times, but she is starting to remind me of someone. I have watched her grow of the last year and i would have to say she has came along way in a short time. I  believe she knows her squad and what they want most of th time, better then some of the other Gen's we have had in the past. I have heard and seen some of her ideas come to life in her squad and am very impressed with how she has changed things for her squad. For these things and more she truely deserves this honor.

Reasons they deserve this award: Well this guy what can I say?! hum or ever  do I start! He was just going to be a member and not change his gamertag! Well I think watching his Gen and hearing things that were going on in his squad and the Division just changed his mind! He made that comment that he was going to be a Gen in DL and I was not sure what to say but "go for it" and he did just that. He has some great ideas and works well with all his officer's below and above him. He also works well with the other squad officer's and Gen's to make game nights fun with in DL. I have watched as he has climbed to the where he is today and he worked hard to get himself into that seat. As a captain I watched as he surrounded himself with his squad members and made sure they all knew he was there to help them in anyway he could, be it listening or gaming or just setting in a party having fun. He has earned his stripes with this squad. For this and More he deserves this honor.

Reasons they deserve this award: Talk about your quiet but deadly members. LOL Well this one has tons of questions and is not afraid to ask them. She is not willing to let anyone side step her on her way. When she decided to become and officer, their were those that were not so sure that KSI SnowQueen had made a good decision. But I am here to tell you this was a good one, as I have watched and mentored this member from time to time to help her on her way. She is one that will be the first to tell you that is breaking the COC. She is willing to help others and to be helped at the same time, which I have rarely seen here lately. She will step up and listen to anyone needing to chat and is willing to help those that need help with games that she has. If she doesn't have the game she is willing to go the extra mile and find someone who does have that game to help them out. For All This and More KSI Lilducky deserves this honor! yep yep yep She is not a Duck!

Watching this one grow has been an experience like no other other. Each officer grows at their own pace and this one is going to do great things. He as started to come out of a shell I didn't thing he was going to for a short time. He is doing more with his officer's and members then is expected and I  believe he will continue with the right mentoring and  leadership. With the questions that he is asking and the way he is learning things he will be able to do great things. For this and more I believe he deserves this.

Reasons they deserve this award:  This one had a little bit of a rough start. He was unsure of weather or not he was going to change his gamertag or not and when he did change it, only to find out he would have to change it again as the first time it didn'[t aloud him to add 72 so he only added the 7. But he was very understanding and changed it to add just the 2. But he works side by side with the officers and tries to help out when he can.  But he has become a asset to his squad none the less. He is making changes a little at a time but is there for those who are willing to join a party and has helped his fellow members in other ways! For this and More he deserves this.

This one is a unique individual. He was able to make it to a  SSGT position, but do to life and family had to step down. He said when things changed he would try again when the time is better. He knew he was going to hurt his squad and was able to do the right thing until the timing was right and he is now trying again to become an officer that his squad needs and help his fellow officer's. I can't wait to see what this one is going to be able to do now that he can put his mind to the task at hand. For this and More he deserves this.

This member/ Officer I have watched for a very long time, He has changed his gamertag a couple a times alone the way. But he has managed to be able to handle any thing that we throw at him and that life has thrown at him in his personal life, and still managed to make it to a CPT seat. He is always willing to listen to anyone and help anyone that he can with what ever the need may be in KSI or within his squad. He is always there with his positivity and is always there to make sure we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, when we think there is none! He always manages to make me smile when I am dealing with my pain and need a pick me up. for this he deserves this award and more.

Integrate Recruits 

It is important that when bringing in new members off of certain games, we as officers need to remember to help integrate and play those games with them. It does no good to recruit and dump them off with other people/squads all the time. It is our responsibility when we recruit someone of quality (somebody we want to play with) to hang out with them and show them the KSI way

Squad Tag Security

Please remember when we are recruiting new members that they DO NOT add the squad tags during the recruiting process. This could create a security issue for the squad and its members. The recruit clubs/tags are used to weed out and are a second line of defence to keep those who would try to get into KSI and create issues for the squads. The Squad tags are not to be added until they are promoted to PVT during the training portion. 

Reporting Issues

Members and officers encountering issues that need to go up the chain of command need to be sure they are going up. Having an issue in the ranks of your division and not reporting it to the leadership can and will become very toxic. Withholding issues because “I did not want to say anything” is a problem and needs to be corrected immediately. We don't want it to wait and fester. Instead we want to get ahead of any issues and correct any issues before they become big issues resulting in rank suspension or removal from KSI. Waiting until an issue gets to where squads and divisions are losing members and officers is not healthy. 

Leadership Development Class Sign-Ups

This will be the last Leadership Development Class of 2019. After the first of the year we will start the classes again. 

Relationships (Officers and up)

There is nothing wrong with dating a fellow KSI member we can't help who we fall for. It is important that if officers enter into a relationship with a member or fellow officer no matter the squad both are in. It is always a good idea to let your Gen or 7's staff know about said relationship. You don't have to go into details just have to say "hey im dating so and so" that way if there is any drama that might affect the squad or division , then the GEN or 7's staff can get ahead of the situation.

We want you!

Are you interested in becoming an officer? Squads are always looking for more people to help out and give back to this wonderful community. If you have some extra time on your hands becoming an officer is fairly simple. You can host game nights, promote people up maybe even help recruit someone and show them the KSI love. If your interested you can ask one of your officers or your GEN about it. They are always looking for more people to help out and they would certainly appreciate the help. The more helpers the lighter the workload.

Member Retention

Every rank from RCT all the way up is important! Too often do we see CPLs and PVTs getting lost within the daily doings of the community. As leaders and members of the community it is our job to ensure all members are being included in all activities within the squad and division. If there is a member you haven't spoken too or seen in a squad meeting for a while, reach out to them, see what's happening. Ask them what kind of games and activities they want to see in the squad or how things can be improved to make things better for them.

Dirty laundry

When airing one's dirty laundry or a beef with someone don't post it in the casual chat on discord. Be an adult and discuss it with either the person you might have a problem with or bring it up to an officer. The casual chat is there for people to chat and have fun. There is no need to bring negativity into the chat that just ruins everyone's day.

Treating Your Officers Right

One of the biggest things we have as leaders is the ability to treat others with respect and communication. Treating your officers like team members and working together will be more productive for the squad and division. If your team can succeed together and fail together it builds a bigger and better team. Keeping all lines of communication open with each other good or bad helps that team build strength and divisions.

Join/Rejoin Applicants: 

• Please remember when you send members to join/rejoin area to post an application , the following things are completed:
• Member must create a forum account. If they already have a forums account they must use that to post application. IN THE EVENT, they forgot the password/email for the account then contact your divisional 7’s staff to help get in touch with a forum mod. (DO NOT TELL THEM TO CREATE A WHOLE NEW ACCOUNT)
• The application is completed accurately and correctly (DOUBLE CHECK)
• Make sure the member is keeping an eye on the application in case of any questions that need to be answered. 
• Lastly, NO ONE besides the applicant, the join moderator and 7’s staff members should be posting on any join/rejoin applications. 

Security Checks : 

• Please remember to do security checks on your members at least once a month. As people come into the community or leave the community sometimes you see some individuals on your members friends list that need to be removed (referring to blacklist or security risked members). This will help keep your division secure and safe.
• When your officers come to you with issues please be understanding and work with them to fix the issue. We have to make sure we are on the same page as we teach our newer officers do these checks.

Communication 

• It is important to keep in constant and open communication with your fellow officers. The officer staff can and should be a cohesive unit working to solve any and all problems that might arise. It is crucial that you maintain open communication by posting in your perspective officer chats, private messages or by getting in party's together. You guys and gals are a team and should always be working together toward the greater good for your squad/division. To be patient with each other and work together toward a common goal of better Communication with everyone.

Teamwork 

• Teamwork is key to success. Everyone should be working together with their staff and making sure that the day to day operations are being fulfilled. If someone or multiple people are struggling, reach out and see what you can do to help. WE ARE A TEAM we're not just here to kick back and let everyone else do all the work while we watch and play games. 

Transparency 

• Divisional & Squad Leadership - Please remember that although every decision may not be one open for discussion/debate, It is important to be as transparent as possible with the leaders and members beneath you. When making decisions about what direction a squad/division heads in or any promotions/demotions that may be received, It is important to keep those under you informed as to why these things are happening and why certain decisions are made. The ultimate way to reach a feeling of inclusion and family is for people to have their thoughts and feelings are taken into consideration.

Blacklisted/Security Risked Communities

• Please remember that members and communities designated as Blacklisted (or Security Risked) are on a strict no contact policy. This means you are not to message them on any platform, join their parties and have discussions, etc. These individuals are designated as blacklisted for a specific reason; mainly it is to ensure the safety and security of all our members and the community as a whole. If a member of these communities reaches out to you , you are to screenshot the message , block the individual and report it to your Divisional 7’s staff. Please remember to always check who is inviting you before joining a party; Check Gamerscore, Following/Followers, if they are in your squad clubs, etc. Be Safe!

• You might have noticed a new useful channel in Discord server. It is an audit log of all deleted/edited messages. This channel Will help the Gens and 7's staff maintain and monitor what happens in their prospective server. If something was said in a channel but you were busy or at work this channel let's you know exactly what was said so that appropriate action can be taken to ensure a better KSI experience for all the members. 
• Posting of screen shots and other info that needs to be filed for the division can be posted in this channel as well. I think it will be easier to look back on them and find them. Also GENs and up are the only ones with access.
   

Invite only parties 

• It is important to remember that during peak hours officers should not be in invite only parties. It sets a bad precedent for our members and might make them think that we don’t want to include them. Sometimes we have to be in invite only parties for meetings and lockdowns but for the most part we can and should be in open party's interacting with other people.That is the reason why we joined KSI.

Omega Sign Ins 

• Please make sure that you and your staff are signing into the omega. There should be no reason why multiple 7's and generals are going offline for 4, 6 or even 7 days. Please remember that we do get notified when you are off for 4 days and when you hit 7 you will serve a rank suspension.

NEW GAMES OCTOBER & Be Careful: 

• This month we will be enjoying 2 new games being released on Xbox, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare & Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: BreakPoint. Recruiting tends to be very active especially with the new Call of Duty dropping. As always, make sure we are looking for active individuals with good personalities and be aware of any potential blacklist or security risk individuals trying to sneak into KSI. WE ARE INVITE ONLY community, if you are reached out to about getting recruited; direct that individual to join/rejoin section on the forums.
  
  
  Encouragement 
• Remember we as leaders are looked up to by our members and officers, so taking 5 min to give a member or officer a good job goes a long way. Asking and not demanding is such a better way to get your Div moving in the right direction. An officer telling a RCTing member that they did a great job on there last RCT can lead to more positive growth. Kindness and communication is a great tool for our members and each other.

• Please make sure your members, officers, and generals know that the join area is for 7's usage only. There should be no reason why anyone besides the 7 staff of that respective division is posting.

• Remember we as leaders are looked up to by our members and officers, so taking 5 min to give a member or officer a good job goes a long way. Asking and not demanding is such a better way to get your Div moving in the right direction. An officer telling a RCTing member that they did a great job on there last RCT can lead to more positive growth. Kindness and communication is a great tool for our members and each other.

• Please make sure your members, officers, and generals know that the join area is for 7's usage only. There should be no reason why anyone besides the 7 staff of that respective division is posting. 

Teamwork

• Teamwork is key to success. Everyone should be working together with their staff and making sure that the day to day operations are being fulfilled. If someone or multiple people are struggling, reach out and see what you can do to help. WE ARE A TEAM we're not just here to kick back and let everyone else do all the work while we watch and play games

Maintaining the Omega (Generals) (7/30/19)

Please make sure squad members game-types are set to the correct game-type to the squad they are in. It is also essential that we are ensuring that Privates are being trained and moved up in a timely manner. Once a Private reaches the 2 week period, you need to be asking yourself, "Is this person fluff?". It is also just as important we are ensuring all Corporals are active in some capacity and not just fluff.

Performance Operations Weekly Advice "POWA"

• Micromanaging seems like a good idea at times but it actually proves to be detrimental in the long run. It’s very easy to assume control but if we do, it prohibits officers and members from learning from their mistakes. When we advise members in the decision making progress, it allows them to grow as leaders within the community. Remember to not take control when they make a mistake and do not abandon them but rather help them pick up the pieces again.

Reason why they deserve this award: This Guy has made sure he has learned anything he could since he joined KSI.  He said he wanted to join some departments and joined 2 already. He said he was going to become an officer and he has done that and has continued to climb the ranks within his squad. When he is on gaming he will ask if anyone wants to join him to join his party and ask what game they want to play, if he has it he will play it. He even invites members to play ark and is willing to teach them how to play it. I believe he will make a great Gen when he get there. He makes friends very easily and is easy to talk to about anything. He is always hosting game nights and talking to whoever joins his party.

Reason why they deserve this award:  Since she joined and an officer made her mad, she said she would make it to Gen seat and run he Squad, She host game nights, Sgt meetings and is willing to help anyone she can. She is willing to learn and has learned forums alone the way. She is willing to game with anyone as long as she has the game or will just set in party and chat with all. I believe she will make her goal.  She also loves to play ark and is willing to teach anyone to play it. She is a friend to everyone she meets. For these reasons and more she deserves this award.

Reason why they deserve this award: He has worked is butt off to get to the Gen set and has made a good Gen. I believe he will make and even better 7 when he gets the chance to. He knows no stranger. He would host every game night and meeting if we would let him. He has became a even better teach when it comes to teaches others the ranks and how to host meetings. He deserves this for all this and much more.
