My backstory with Trendies did not start out in clan ops, but instead, started in department ops. I was a new judge and he was the first person who had reached out and welcomed me. At this point I only knew of him as a 7 and was surprised and quite taken back by the hospitality. Over the next few months of getting to know him and taking his LEAD 101 workshop, l learned how down to earth he is: Trendies is not only a director but he is also a prime example of what all leaders should be. I personally never had the chance to experience him as my director, but just as these statements posted and statements I have heard from his members during the workshop, he gets to know members as an individual and not just another number. Trendies definitely deserves this award for his hard work and dedication to the community!

When you find some people you enjoy playing with enjoy that time. At some point life will get in the way and you may not get to chill with your friends as much as you'd like.

Take time for yourself. Meaning if you feel burnt out its perfectly fine to step back and participate where and when you like.

Chasing a promotion wont mean anything if you don't understand that by doing so you will have to deal with situations in an objective manner. Especially where your friends are concerned.

Advice wish I would have gotten: if you don't feel like you are being trained correctly ask someone above who trained you.
2: how to work the forums and been told more about them sooner.
3: don't let it stress you out we are all here to have fun. Make new friends and have people to game with. My first few months in KSI was not like that but soon became amazing and I'm very glad that I stayed.

• 1st piece of advice: I wish someone told me that there was forums rewards, I still dont have any, but whatever , i see how it is. But the awards , gives members to trive for and makes us feel like we accomplish something and did something good
• 2nd piece of advice: I wish the advice i was given is that there was so many people. The massive ness of this community is amazing and at first i felt that i was a rock on a hill , then when i looked i was a ant in the universe, this community is crazy and i love it

If you had bottomless funds and could host a KSI get together, what would it be like?

While the majority of persons will be flying in from the US, Canada and potentially elsewhere, you will flying into Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.

Don’t worry of course, no matter the start location you will be flown by Virgin Atlantic all expenses paid.
You will then transfer to Edinburgh Airport, to have a 2 day exploration of the Capital of Scotland.
You will spend your night in the Caledonian Hotel with views over the castle of Edinburgh.

You have distillery’s such as: Benromach, The Glenlivet, Cardhu, Speyside Cooperage – Acorn Caskets, Dallas Dhu, Glenfiddich, Glengrant, Glen Moray and Strathisla.
Once you have returned to St. Andrews from your day trips please refresh and come down to what we affectionately call the Attrium;

You will have a full Traditional menu containing all Scottish traditional items – Neeps and Tatties will be there, Haggis is always an option too!
However don’t worry, those who are picky – you will have your pick from our current menus (shown above) If you have something you’d like to order off the menu, please let your server know and they’ll have it arranged.
By this point you will have been in the UK for 4 days (Unless you came early) and the fun must begin somewhere.
Enter the doors behind the crowd and you shall find the conference centre!

Inside you shall find a KSI stall with all the merchandise you could desire.
You will find Food vendors waiting on you with all manner of food, and once you turn with the hallway to the right, you will have the ballroom.
The ballroom is where we shall have tables set up for mingling, eating and general socialising.
In the various conference rooms you will have Xbox One Xs with Laptops set up alongside to ensure that you can catch up on some gaming while you have been away, and check emails and the forums to continue the KSI Business as usual model!
You will have a further 3 days to enjoy the splendour of St. Andrews and the surrounding areas, and on the final night you shall have a Black Tie event.
This event will require you as the name suggests to come down In a suit, dress or other traditional dress wear.
Bonus points if you man up and kilt up!
This event will wrap up the entire trip, give out some well deserved accolades, HoF Inductions – Div HoF Inductions and anything else that’s required!

Simply put, I would be excited to meet anyone and everyone who attend! I expect you all!

It would just get unnecessary to be honest. It would look like a narco party from El Chapo or Narcos. It would be outside, with a giant pool with like a plastic slide. We could set up a projector and put it on white wall in front of it to have a movie theater sized screen to play on. There would a magicians and a circus there to perform for the community.

I would host the party at a mansion. Most of the party would be outside though in the backyard

I will be dropping my vote, to witness for this one. This guy goes beyond measure since his day as General now, a Cofounder he still doesnt stop. He does everything he asked and more. Blicky is very dedicated and wants the best for his Divison. 
       
He help anyone with anything at anytime. He will sacrifices, sleep just to make it happen. We are happy to have him here on this Divison. His knowledge of KSI is strong and it just keeps getting stronger. He is the embodiment of Knowledge, Strength, and Intergrity. 
          
He teaches others to do the same. His passion and wanting us to strive as a Divison is paraelle with each other. Blicky is also a Marketing Rep. witch just add to is deditication.

I can wholely agree to BLICKY getting these awards. 
In my time rejoining KSI I had a very strong distrust to most of the leadership not because of these current leaders but ones I had a bad experience with in the past and when I joined into Hellcat because I was scared BLICKY was first to tell me he understood me and how I felt and that I should feel safe because he was looking out for the best in me. He doesn't shy away from standing up for his division when everything seems wrong and members are feeling down he is there for us. I can say I have seen him work his butt off with being a new dad (which im sure most people will understand) he had spent days in the hospital for his own health but that didn't stop him from getting on xbox either on the app or system and doing his duties as a General and again as a Co Founder! During the TSB XDG inncident he was one of the core people helping make sure the officers and Generals were up to speed on what to do because the situation was sensitive and we needed a gameplan. BLICKY basically took on 3 or all 4 of the squads because he was always available for us and he knew what needed to get done and he does it by training Generals or new officers in a squad that doesn't have a general yet, he also is a Marketing rep which I will say he helps a lot in trying to promote the events in KSI but he says this himself he will always put his division before anything because we are his family and I am very happy to call him my mentor and best friend!
