Uppish  is the type of person that is very outgoing and very driven to succeed (not only for himself but for others as well). He goes above and beyond to include everyone in game nights, conversation on discord and all around just being there for people. A while back Uppish was in a different squad that was doing quite well it was close to a split. Myself and the rest of the seven’s staff approached him to do a business transfer to a squad that really could use the help he seemed like a perfect fit he played the games they played, he got around to other squads and his personality fit in with the hellborn way. Uppish did have a lot of questions and understandably wanted to know what he was getting into, after we explained the whole situation and he thought on it for a few days (because it was a big decision) he agreed to go over and help out and that he did. At one point it was just him and one other captain (besides of course the acting GEN Dragons) he never gave up. Uppish kept on giving it his all by hosting multiple game nights, recruiting and being a leader within headhunters he did it all without complaining and helped keep his current squad not only a float but prospering he has had a major impact on DM.

I’ve known Pam for quite some time and in that time I’ve seen her come a long way. Pam moved from being this extremely shy individual that would hardly say anything (as most new people are) to the still slightly shy individual that is an active Co-Fo that everyone loves being around and hanging out with. I swear she is one of the few people that nobody seems to dislike her and for good reason. She is one of the most caring individuals that I’ve ever been around. Now this is just talking about her personality and the type of person that she is. 
As far as doing her KSI responsibility’s she has always excelled at them even though she has had some rings come up in real life that she had no choice but to step down from being General. She was doing so well that she was going to be the next 7. She always hosted her game nights and filled in when others couldn't. She always did promotions when they had to be done she didn’t care who did what if something needed to be done then she would do it without complaint because she truly cares about her members. At first she was a little hesitant about recruiting because she was very shy but she pushed through it because it was one of the responsibility’s of being an officer. Every struggle or hurdle that she has had to face she’s pushed through and not only has she excelled but helped others excel. She is a wonderful mentor and leader. Since stepping down she stepped back up when her squad needed it she didn’t miss a step. She went all the way up to Co-Fo and has continued to do an excellent job helping out her whole division. Pam has done a tremendous amount of work for her division over the last almost two years that she's been in KSI has gone above and beyond for DM and I believe that she truly deserves OS2.

Testimony:
Harley first appeared on my radar when she attended my lead class. She stood out to me because she was very interested in learning everything that she could. She would ask a lot of good questions during every class and talked about stepping up and becoming an officer. She attended all the classes and soaked up all the knowledge that she could. Later on when I was assigned DW she was a SGT in Samurai DW. Even as a SGT she was highly active doing the responsibility’s of a SSGT she always takes the time to game with members listens to them and helps in any way possible. She is known as mama Harley for good reason because she tends to take people under her wing and adopts them. She is the heart and soul of her squad she moved up through the ranks to a recent well deserved promotion to General of her squad and it couldn't be in better hands. She always does what’s asked of her and then some and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that if it wasn’t for her DW and Samurai most likely wouldn't still be here. She has had a huge impact on DW since joining it and has helped instill a sense of family into the division which greatly helps with member retention. She has earned the respect of everyone around her including the 7's staff and myself included. In the short time that I’ve known her she has continued to impress me and I look forward to seeing what she does in the coming year and in my opinion she definitely deserves to be in the DW hall of fame.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Romeo as I’ve said time after time is a natural born leader both in real life and in KSI. He is one of those leaders that if anything cares a little to much about his division and it’s people which really is a good thing. He never asks anymore from his people that what he is willing to do himself as proven with the amount of time he hasn't been acting GEN of a squad while being a 7 which has been about 2 weeks 1 day and counting fingers crossed. He’s always hosting 
 game nights, recruiting, training up  officers but most importantly always hanging out with his members. Under his tutelage DM has been happy and prosperous he continually pushes his people to better themselves and their squads.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Drew has been everywhere man from being a Co-Fo in DM to co-head of news on the LC committee ect. But out of all of the mantels he is taking on as DM’s Co-Fo he has really been rising to the challenge. He has been a tremendous help to DM and to Romeo in helping keep things running smoothly always coming up with good ideas like having a biweekly recruiting night for the officers to help promote unity and help anyone that needs help in their recruiting techniques. This last month he really has stepped up his game and truly deserves this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this – where to start with this women. Since meeting her she has been a sponge soaking up any and all information to not only improve herself but that of her squad. Every chance she gets she seeks out new information and then helps integrate it and apply said knowledge for the betterment of her squad and it’s members. She is always active with her members always playing games with them. If something needs to be done to help the squad then she is there to do it in a heartbeat. Also she’s a hoot to hang out with always finding ways to engage her fellow members and challenging them to be better. She’s often referred to as mama Harley and for good reason she adopts a lot of her family.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Blitz is a go getter. Since being promoted up to SSGT he has been stepping up in all aspects of his responsibility’s. He has been a tremendous help in getting the squad ready for its split. He hasn’t been doing everything alone he has his fellow officers by his side and he’s usually the one to initiate Comunication so that they get everything done. He has been one of the officers taking charge of ensuring that everyone gets added to the club and making a very detailed list that he has been continually updating. He is a fine officer and I can’t wait to see how well he does in the future DW truly is lucky to have him.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Spartan is one of those rare members that join KSI and stand out not intentionally but because of the type of member that he is. Over the last month I’ve seen him in a party everyday with his fellow squad mates. He always speaks highly of his fellow members unless they get out of line then he is one of the first people to defend them always doing what’s right an admirable quality. He’s always willing to play games and help people out with what they are doing. With Spartan in the party you always know that it’s going to be a blast and everyone is going to be having fun. It’s been a pleasure to meet and hang out with him and I can truly say that I’ve only meet a hand Full of people like him in KSI that can always be relied upon and bring a spark of life to any party and always being active with the squad.

I haven't really known Ronin for very long I knew of him but we mainly hung out in different circles until recently this year. I’ve seen a lot of the different things that he does for clan ops and KSI as a whole. Now Ronin is the type of person that likes to get stuff done he doesn’t like procrastinating or having other people do his work for him he truly leads by example which is very admirable and has earned my respect several times over. Now some of the things Ronin has done for this community for KSI’s benefit. Now the problem for Ronin is that he gets a lot of heat sometimes for what he does which isn't fair but it comes with the job. Now Ronin keeps his head up and continues to push forward. (usually drinking dish soap in the process) Out of all the board members I see Ronin going above and beyond doing more than his fair share always keeping himself involved and informed on everything going on in each and every div by talking to the directors at least once a week along with talking to the Divisions 7 staff. He also trusts his team of directors to go and be hands on and handle situations instead micromanaging us but at the same time offers advice and corrects any mistakes I make instead of letting me continue to make mistakes. Granted I am a little biased because he’s the main board member that I work with. It truthfully has been a bit of a bumpy road but as a team we have gotten through everything and every team needs a great leader and Ronin is that leader and he more than deserves this award.

I’ve known Tex for quite a while the whole year actually first as my director and then as a fellow director. As DM's director she was always active with us staying hands on but at the same time she gave us the space to do our own thing. She recognized that we had a good thing going offered advice when possible but never pushed change on us. She taught me a lot on how a director can and should do there duties. After I got promoted up to a director she continued to give me sage advice and help out with the little things and made me feel welcome to the directors team. Anyone that knows Tex knows that she gives her best and is always willing to help people out which is wonderful to see. We might give each other a hard time if anyone has seen us in a party together but in truth it’s our mutual respect for each other, and I know that I’m not alone in that sentiment (respect for Tex not giving her a hard time although a lot of people do like to give her a hard time also)

What can I say about Romeo that others have not already mentioned I guess my unique perspective. The truth is like other people on here he could easily fall into several other categories but Div lead definitely takes the icing in the cake. Romeo over this last year has certainly been through some thick and thin situations has he handled them all perfectly no nobody ever does Romeo like the rest of us has his faults he can be very stubborn and hard headed and a few other things that I won’t go into (because there might be children reading this) but in all seriousness he might be all those things but one of his greatest strengths and on of many reasons why I’m nominating him for this award is because of his heart. He might talk a big game and try to act all rough and tough ( which he is) but at his core he is a big softy. He deeply cares about his division and it’s members and it shows. He is always trying to make things better always takes the time to talk to and play with all his members ( usually falling asleep in party's) Sometimes his passion for his Div gets him in hot water but he will never stop trying to help. 
When Romeo took over as DM's Div lead I knew that DM was in excellent hands while his methods are different than mine (as it should be not trying to raise a grunt clone army) his ideals on how the past, present and future of DM should and can be is the same he wants a fun family like atmosphere something that he along with several other people has been successful in implementing. Romeo’s journey or adventure hasn't always been the easiest but I’ve never seen him give up he’s been acting GEN over several squads while being div lead and takes on more work than anyone else because he leads by example as any great Div lead can and should. He’s always out bringing in new Recruits hosting game nights and doing everything in his power to ensure that those around him don’t get burnt out. The truth is I could go on for quite a while about Romeo but the main point I would like to point out is that despite any faults that he might have he always does his best to make those around him the best person that they can be which is what KSI is all about.

Where to start with MeShell she (as many people reading this that have met her can attest to) is a genuinely nice person. As much as she tries to be the MT7 which according to a recent revelation to me from her it’s all my fault because I’m the OG MT7 that corrupted her among others( I’m not denying it). But truth be told she is the type of person that no matter who you are she wants to help if you let her. She always seems like she is the life of the party. Since becoming a Co-Founder this year she has continued to help DM be the home that it is. She was acting GEN for quite awhile after becoming a Co-Fo (this time in the right Div Rip CD) she has continued to help her fellow 7's and anyone else that she can because that is the type of person she is she could sit idle by and do nothing but that would go against her core being. She has a way about her that forces you to try new things like ROBLOX she even got this old man to try it out ( more than once I’m ashamed to say) and I actually enjoyed it not so much the game but the people I was playing with. It is a natural talent of hers and it has helped bring the people within DM closer as a family. She like everyone else has her faults ( which I’m not going to mention them except her biggest one always calling me old the truth hurts) and her ups and downs but she doesn’t let that define her she gets knocked down so to speak she gets right back up. She along with several others are the reason why DM is so successful not perfect no Div is perfect but very successful because the members are happy.

Reasons they deserve this award:
Starset really worked hard to turn his squad around and get it on the correct path. He did everything asked of him and then some. Working hard on getting rid of his fluff, getting members more active and building up an officer staff pretty much from scratch. He does have a few faults ( like his obsession with shoes) but he has done a great job on motivating people into stepping up and helping out. He is a natural leader and more that deserves his promotion to Co-Fo but I believe that out of all the ranks he’s been this year he was best at being GEN. He has been a big help with getting DW back in the right direction and will continue to be what DW needs. It’s not easy running a squad sometimes especially when it’s in a rebuilding phase but he made it look easy never venting down always keeping a positive attitude.

Harley has been killing it as a Captain this year even though she has been one for a short time she has been doing the job of a Captain for quite a while. She always takes the time to get to know the members and is always very protective of people. A lot of people call her Mama Harley and for good reason she is always keeping people in line when they get out of line but most importantly she takes care of her people like a mother hen. She always goes out of her way to pay special attention to those that need it not because she has to but because she wants to. She does everything that is asked of her and more to help everyone out it’s the type of person that she is.

Pam is the type of person that always wants to help people out and make life better for everyone. No matter the rank she has held over the last year she has always been one of the most caring and nurturing people around. All of her game nights are always jam packed for hours at end people tend to gravitate towards her. She is one of those people that people can always be relied upon to do the right thing not always for herself but definitely for those around her because that is the type of person that she is one of the most kind hearted people that I’ve ever known. She always takes her responsibility’s seriously can always be relied upon to perform her duties without having to be asked to or be monitored. She knows how to be an officer and isn’t afraid of doing work. I could have easily nominated her for several other categories but I feel that as a LT she has really excelled this year.

Venum and I haven't known each other for very long but about the time I was put over his Division was about the time he became head of PO. Now over my time I’ve seen a few people take on this responsibility and even though he still has some kinks to workout (No pun intended) he is constantly trying to improve his department. Some people try to push their department and literly force it down people's throats to make their department  relevant but with Venum it’s different. He wants PO to be there and used as a tool for the people in clan ops to help not hinder the divisions. I can remember a time when PO was trying to constantly push the info out workshop this workshop that but with Venums PO under his tutelage he just wants the info there available for the people and to have his people available for any Division that needs the help. Even though he is busy with his other responsibility’s like being Div lead or forums mod he finds a way to balance everything and do what’s right for KSI.

Reasons they deserve this award:
Whiskey is an up and comer in KSI he has made leaps and bounds within clan ops recently becoming a Co-Fo but I feel as though in department ops he really outshines the rest of his fellow members. He has risen through the news department recently becoming Co-head. His journey involved a lot of hard work and dedication doing things that I’m incapable of doing as you can see in my typing. Whiskey goes through and corrects other people’s mistakes which can be very taxing mentally but he didn’t complain he just kept doing what he does best help out. I heard high praise coming from Tex about his work which is for good reason Whiskey is the type of person that always wants to help and always does his best. There is a lot of stuff that I don’t see that he does do for his department but others do and he deserves this award among many others.

Joe is a hard one for me to write about mainly because I’ve known him for so long and pretty much nominated his for what seems like a hundred different awards all of which he more that deserves and then some. No matter what rank or what is happening with him in real life both of which have been constant rollercoaster rides for him he doesn't change at the heart of who he is. From the day I meet him what seems like a lifetime ago and at other times just the other day ( I guess old age will do that to you). He truly is the rock that holds DM together there’s not one squad in DM that Joe hasn't personally helped in one way or another whether it be as an officer or as Joe does best someone to talk to (when you can get a word in lol) he does talk a lot but he also listens offers advice his best rank would be DM's councilor because at one point or time he always seems to end up talking to people listening to their life story’s and offering advice on how to proceed. Very few people can say a mean thing about him ( I’m one of them always hating on his clear obsession with Alexa bliss) but in truth he always means well and always wants to help out his fellow KSI members and is the true embodiment of what KSI stands for Knowledge he taught me a lot (including how to be toxic?) as I came up through the ranks and he has helped out countless others. Strength he is one of the strongest people that I know in KSI he has been through a lot of hardship but he is still here still strong as ever. Last but not least Integrity Joe always does what he thinks is right is he always right no but he doesn't stop doing it and always and I mean always tries to do what’s right and he never looses his moral compass. He is far from perfect none of us are but I can’t think of anyone else in KSI that is more deserving of this award he is always there for his fellow members and is a large part of why DM has such good member retention is because he is so welcoming to everyone. I know that I wouldn't be in KSI today if it wasn't for this man and I know for a fact that I’m not alone.

When Romeo took over as DM's Div lead I knew that DM was in excellent hands while his methods are different than mine (as it should be not trying to raise a grunt clone army) his ideals on how the past, present and future of DM should and can be is the same he wants a fun family like atmosphere something that he along with several other people has been successful in implementing. Romeo’s journey or adventure hasn't always been the easiest but I’ve never seen him give up he’s been acting GEN over several squads while being div lead and takes on more work than anyone else because he leads by example as any great Div lead can and should. He’s always out bringing in new Recruits hosting game nights and doing everything in his power to ensure that those around him don’t get burnt out. The truth is I could go on for quite a while about Romeo but the main point I would like to point out is that despite any faults that he might have he always does his best to make those around him the best person that they can be which is what KSI is all about.

Where to start with MeShell she (as many people reading this that have met her can attest to) is a genuinely nice person. As much as she tries to be the MT7 which according to a recent revelation to me from her it’s all my fault because I’m the OG MT7 that corrupted her among others( I’m not denying it). But truth be told she is the type of person that no matter who you are she wants to help if you let her. She always seems like she is the life of the party. Since becoming a Co-Founder this year she has continued to help DM be the home that it is. She was acting GEN for quite awhile after becoming a Co-Fo (this time in the right Div Rip CD) she has continued to help her fellow 7's and anyone else that she can because that is the type of person she is she could sit idle by and do nothing but that would go against her core being. She has a way about her that forces you to try new things like ROBLOX she even got this old man to try it out ( more than once I’m ashamed to say) and I actually enjoyed it not so much the game but the people I was playing with. It is a natural talent of hers and it has helped bring the people within DM closer as a family. She like everyone else has her faults ( which I’m not going to mention them except her biggest one always calling me old the truth hurts) and her ups and downs but she doesn’t let that define her she gets knocked down so to speak she gets right back up. She along with several others are the reason why DM is so successful not perfect no Div is perfect but very successful because the members are happy.

Starset really worked hard to turn his squad around and get it on the correct path. He did everything asked of him and then some. Working hard on getting rid of his fluff, getting members more active and building up an officer staff pretty much from scratch. He does have a few faults ( like his obsession with shoes) but he has done a great job on motivating people into stepping up and helping out. He is a natural leader and more that deserves his promotion to Co-Fo but I believe that out of all the ranks he’s been this year he was best at being GEN. He has been a big help with getting DW back in the right direction and will continue to be what DW needs. It’s not easy running a squad sometimes especially when it’s in a rebuilding phase but he made it look easy never venting down always keeping a positive attitude.

She always takes the time to get to know the members and is always very protective of people. No matter the rank she has held over the last year she has always been one of the most caring and nurturing people around. All of her game nights are always jam packed for hours at end people tend to gravitate towards her. She is one of those people that people can always be relied upon to do the right thing not always for herself but definitely for those around her because that is the type of person that she is one of the most kind hearted people that I’ve ever known. Venum and I haven't known each other for very long but about the time I was put over his Division was about the time he became head of PO. Now over my time I’ve seen a few people take on this responsibility and even though he still has some kinks to workout (No pun intended) he is constantly trying to improve his department. Some people try to push their department and literly force it down people's throats to make their department  relevant but with Venum it’s different. He wants PO to be there and used as a tool for the people in clan ops to help not hinder the divisions. Whiskey is an up and comer in KSI he has made leaps and bounds within clan ops recently becoming a Co-Fo but I feel as though in department ops he really outshines the rest of his fellow members. He has risen through the news department recently becoming Co-head. His journey involved a lot of hard work and dedication doing things that I’m incapable of doing as you can see in my typing. Whiskey goes through and corrects other people’s mistakes which can be very taxing mentally but he didn’t complain he just kept doing what he does best help out. I heard high praise coming from Tex about his work which is for good reason Whiskey is the type of person that always wants to help and always does his best. There is a lot of stuff that I don’t see that he does do for his department but others do and he deserves this award among many others.

Joe is a hard one for me to write about mainly because I’ve known him for so long and pretty much nominated his for what seems like a hundred different awards all of which he more that deserves and then some. No matter what rank or what is happening with him in real life both of which have been constant rollercoaster rides for him he doesn't change at the heart of who he is. From the day I meet him what seems like a lifetime ago and at other times just the other day ( I guess old age will do that to you). He truly is the rock that holds DM together there’s not one squad in DM that Joe hasn't personally helped in one way or another whether it be as an officer or as Joe does best someone to talk to (when you can get a word in lol) he does talk a lot but he also listens offers advice his best rank would be DM's councilor because at one point or time he always seems to end up talking to people listening to their life story’s and offering advice on how to proceed. Very few people can say a mean thing about him ( I’m one of them always hating on his clear obsession with Alexa bliss) but in truth he always means well and always wants to help out his fellow KSI members and is the true embodiment of what KSI stands for Knowledge he taught me a lot (including how to be toxic?) as I came up through the ranks and he has helped out countless others. Strength he is one of the strongest people that I know in KSI he has been through a lot of hardship but he is still here still strong as ever. Last but not least Integrity Joe always does what he thinks is right is he always right no but he doesn't stop doing it and always and I mean always tries to do what’s right and he never looses his moral compass. He is far from perfect none of us are but I can’t think of anyone else in KSI that is more deserving of this award he is always there for his fellow members and is a large part of why DM has such good member retention is because he is so welcoming to everyone. I know that I wouldn't be in KSI today if it wasn't for this man and I know for a fact that I’m not alone.

I haven't really known Ronin for very long I knew of him but we mainly hung out in different circles until recently this year. I’ve seen a lot of the different things that he does for clan ops and KSI as a whole. Now Ronin is the type of person that likes to get stuff done he doesn’t like procrastinating or having other people do his work for him he truly leads by example which is very admirable and has earned my respect several times over. Now some of the things Ronin has done for this community for KSI’s benefit. Now the problem for Ronin is that he gets a lot of heat sometimes for what he does which isn't fair but it comes with the job. Now Ronin keeps his head up and continues to push forward. (usually drinking dish soap in the process) Out of all the board members I see Ronin going above and beyond doing more than his fair share always keeping himself involved and informed on everything going on in each and every div by talking to the directors at least once a week along with talking to the Divisions 7 staff. He also trusts his team of directors to go and be hands on and handle situations instead micromanaging us but at the same time offers advice and corrects any mistakes I make instead of letting me continue to make mistakes. Granted I am a little biased because he’s the main board member that I work with. It truthfully has been a bit of a bumpy road but as a team we have gotten through everything and every team needs a great leader and Ronin is that leader and he more than deserves this award.

I’ve known Tex for quite a while the whole year actually first as my director and then as a fellow director. As DM's director she was always active with us staying hands on but at the same time she gave us the space to do our own thing. She recognized that we had a good thing going offered advice when possible but never pushed change on us. She taught me a lot on how a director can and should do there duties. After I got promoted up to a director she continued to give me sage advice and help out with the little things and made me feel welcome to the directors team. We might give each other a hard time if anyone has seen us in a party together but in truth it’s our mutual respect for each other, and I know that I’m not alone in that sentiment (respect for Tex not giving her a hard time although a lot of people do like to give her a hard time also)

What can I say about Romeo that others have not already mentioned I guess my unique perspective. The truth is like other people on here he could easily fall into several other categories but Div lead definitely takes the icing in the cake. Romeo over this last year has certainly been through some thick and thin situations has he handled them all perfectly no nobody ever does Romeo like the rest of us has his faults he can be very stubborn and hard headed and a few other things that I won’t go into (because there might be children reading this) but in all seriousness he might be all those things but one of his greatest strengths and on of many reasons why I’m nominating him for this award is because of his heart. He might talk a big game and try to act all rough and tough ( which he is) but at his core he is a big softy. He deeply cares about his division and it’s members and it shows. He is always trying to make things better always takes the time to talk to and play with all his members ( usually falling asleep in party's) Sometimes his passion for his Div gets him in hot water but he will never stop trying to help.

I can remember a time when PO was trying to constantly push the info out workshop this workshop that but with Venums PO under his tutelage he just wants the info there available for the people and to have his people available for any Division that needs the help. Even though he is busy with his other responsibility’s like being Div lead or forums mod he finds a way to balance everything and do what’s right for KSI.

Reasons they deserve this award:
Whiskey is an up and comer in KSI he has made leaps and bounds within clan ops recently becoming a Co-Fo but I feel as though in department ops he really outshines the rest of his fellow members. He has risen through the news department recently becoming Co-head. His journey involved a lot of hard work and dedication doing things that I’m incapable of doing as you can see in my typing. Whiskey goes through and corrects other people’s mistakes which can be very taxing mentally but he didn’t complain he just kept doing what he does best help out. I heard high praise coming from Tex about his work which is for good reason Whiskey is the type of person that always wants to help and always does his best. There is a lot of stuff that I don’t see that he does do for his department but others do and he deserves this award among many others.

Joe is a hard one for me to write about mainly because I’ve known him for so long and pretty much nominated his for what seems like a hundred different awards all of which he more that deserves and then some. No matter what rank or what is happening with him in real life both of which have been constant rollercoaster rides for him he doesn't change at the heart of who he is. From the day I meet him what seems like a lifetime ago and at other times just the other day ( I guess old age will do that to you). He truly is the rock that holds DM together there’s not one squad in DM that Joe hasn't personally helped in one way or another whether it be as an officer or as Joe does best someone to talk to (when you can get a word in lol) he does talk a lot but he also listens offers advice his best rank would be DM's councilor because at one point or time he always seems to end up talking to people listening to their life story’s and offering advice on how to proceed. Very few people can say a mean thing about him ( I’m one of them always hating on his clear obsession with Alexa bliss) but in truth he always means well and always wants to help out his fellow KSI members and is the true embodiment of what KSI stands for Knowledge he taught me a lot (including how to be toxic?) as I came up through the ranks and he has helped out countless others. Strength he is one of the strongest people that I know in KSI he has been through a lot of hardship but he is still here still strong as ever. Last but not least Integrity Joe always does what he thinks is right is he always right no but he doesn't stop doing it and always and I mean always tries to do what’s right and he never looses his moral compass. He is far from perfect none of us are but I can’t think of anyone else in KSI that is more deserving of this award he is always there for his fellow members and is a large part of why DM has such good member retention is because he is so welcoming to everyone. I know that I wouldn't be in KSI today if it wasn't for this man and I know for a fact that I’m not alone.

I haven't really known Ronin for very long I knew of him but we mainly hung out in different circles until recently this year. I’ve seen a lot of the different things that he does for clan ops and KSI as a whole. Now Ronin is the type of person that likes to get stuff done he doesn’t like procrastinating or having other people do his work for him he truly leads by example which is very admirable and has earned my respect several times over. Now some of the things Ronin has done for this community for KSI’s benefit. Now the problem for Ronin is that he gets a lot of heat sometimes for what he does which isn't fair but it comes with the job. Now Ronin keeps his head up and continues to push forward. (usually drinking dish soap in the process) Out of all the board members I see Ronin going above and beyond doing more than his fair share always keeping himself involved and informed on everything going on in each and every div by talking to the directors at least once a week along with talking to the Divisions 7 staff. He also trusts his team of directors to go and be hands on and handle situations instead micromanaging us but at the same time offers advice and corrects any mistakes I make instead of letting me continue to make mistakes. Granted I am a little biased because he’s the main board member that I work with. It truthfully has been a bit of a bumpy road but as a team we have gotten through everything and every team needs a great leader and Ronin is that leader and he more than deserves this award.

I’ve known Tex for quite a while the whole year actually first as my director and then as a fellow director. As DM's director she was always active with us staying hands on but at the same time she gave us the space to do our own thing. She recognized that we had a good thing going offered advice when possible but never pushed change on us. She taught me a lot on how a director can and should do there duties. After I got promoted up to a director she continued to give me sage advice and help out with the little things and made me feel welcome to the directors team. We might give each other a hard time if anyone has seen us in a party together but in truth it’s our mutual respect for each other, and I know that I’m not alone in that sentiment (respect for Tex not giving her a hard time although a lot of people do like to give her a hard time also)

What can I say about Romeo that others have not already mentioned I guess my unique perspective. The truth is like other people on here he could easily fall into several other categories but Div lead definitely takes the icing in the cake. Romeo over this last year has certainly been through some thick and thin situations has he handled them all perfectly no nobody ever does Romeo like the rest of us has his faults he can be very stubborn and hard headed and a few other things that I won’t go into (because there might be children reading this) but in all seriousness he might be all those things but one of his greatest strengths and on of many reasons why I’m nominating him for this award is because of his heart. He might talk a big game and try to act all rough and tough ( which he is) but at his core he is a big softy. He deeply cares about his division and it’s members and it shows. He is always trying to make things better always takes the time to talk to and play with all his members ( usually falling asleep in party's) Sometimes his passion for his Div gets him in hot water but he will never stop trying to help. 
When Romeo took over as DM's Div lead I knew that DM was in excellent hands while his methods are different than mine (as it should be not trying to raise a grunt clone army) his ideals on how the past, present and future of DM should and can be is the same he wants a fun family like atmosphere something that he along with several other people has been successful in implementing. Romeo’s journey or adventure hasn't always been the easiest but I’ve never seen him give up he’s been acting GEN over several squads while being div lead and takes on more work than anyone else because he leads by example as any great Div lead can and should. He’s always out bringing in new Recruits hosting game nights and doing everything in his power to ensure that those around him don’t get burnt out. The truth is I could go on for quite a while about Romeo but the main point I would like to point out is that despite any faults that he might have he always does his best to make those around him the best person that they can be which is what KSI is all about.

Where to start with MeShell she (as many people reading this that have met her can attest to) is a genuinely nice person. As much as she tries to be the MT7 which according to a recent revelation to me from her it’s all my fault because I’m the OG MT7 that corrupted her among others( I’m not denying it). But truth be told she is the type of person that no matter who you are she wants to help if you let her. She always seems like she is the life of the party. Since becoming a Co-Founder this year she has continued to help DM be the home that it is. She was acting GEN for quite awhile after becoming a Co-Fo (this time in the right Div Rip CD) she has continued to help her fellow 7's and anyone else that she can because that is the type of person she is she could sit idle by and do nothing but that would go against her core being. She has a way about her that forces you to try new things like ROBLOX she even got this old man to try it out ( more than once I’m ashamed to say) and I actually enjoyed it not so much the game but the people I was playing with. It is a natural talent of hers and it has helped bring the people within DM closer as a family. She like everyone else has her faults ( which I’m not going to mention them except her biggest one always calling me old the truth hurts) and her ups and downs but she doesn’t let that define her she gets knocked down so to speak she gets right back up. She along with several others are the reason why DM is so successful not perfect no Div is perfect but very successful because the members are happy.

Starset really worked hard to turn his squad around and get it on the correct path. He did everything asked of him and then some. Working hard on getting rid of his fluff, getting members more active and building up an officer staff pretty much from scratch. He does have a few faults ( like his obsession with shoes) but he has done a great job on motivating people into stepping up and helping out. He is a natural leader and more that deserves his promotion to Co-Fo but I believe that out of all the ranks he’s been this year he was best at being GEN. He has been a big help with getting DW back in the right direction and will continue to be what DW needs. It’s not easy running a squad sometimes especially when it’s in a rebuilding phase but he made it look easy never venting down always keeping a positive attitude.

Pam is the type of person that always wants to help people out and make life better for everyone. No matter the rank she has held over the last year she has always been one of the most caring and nurturing people around. All of her game nights are always jam packed for hours at end people tend to gravitate towards her. She is one of those people that people can always be relied upon to do the right thing not always for herself but definitely for those around her because that is the type of person that she is one of the most kind hearted people that I’ve ever known. She always takes her responsibility’s seriously can always be relied upon to perform her duties without having to be asked to or be monitored. Venum and I haven't known each other for very long but about the time I was put over his Division was about the time he became head of PO. When I first became Venoms director I didn’t know what really to expect. I didn’t know if he would welcome my help or if he would bat me away and keep me at arms length. To my pleasant surprise he welcomed me into DW with open arms but most importantly he was very candid about everything in DW the good, the bad, and the ugly. This is a very good quality for a leader to have being open and honest this quality helps him stand out from some of the other leaders I’ve known in the past that like to hide things and hope that they go away.

Moving on Venom definitely had his hands full running DW,PO and a rejoin mod. (at the time now he's a forums mod) DW wasn’t in the greatest shape but he had a positive attitude and wasn’t about to give up. Venom didn’t have the best of help but he didn’t care his main focus was to make DW the best that he could. He had a lot of good people in DW that were willing to follow him on this journey, he had a solid foundation to work with just needed a little help. Every time I would offer him a piece of advice he would listen and adapt it to best serve DW's needs. There have been plenty of obstacles along the way but throughout it all he has never given up he sees a vision of what DW can be and won’t stop until that comes to fruition. 

As I stated before he has had more than a few setbacks had people step down others had real life come up so he stepped up to the plate and helped keep things stable. It wasn’t easy to say the least but he always kept a positive attitude and that infectious attitude spread down to the rest of his people. He had to basically get all new Gens up, (save one) a new 7's staff which I’m pleased to say happened just this last week, and most importantly straighten out the officer staffs across all the squads which they are better than ever. (at least since I’ve been a part of DW) He did have to make some tough calls like merging some squads and getting rid of inactive members but it is always what’s best for his division. DW still has a ways to go to reach its true potential but within a few months time he’s managed to accomplish this much given a few more months of hard work and determination I can’t wait to see what he continues to do with his division. Venom doesn’t hesitate if something needs to be done he’s always the first to dig in and get things done. The people in DW respect him because he leads by example and shows them respect.
 
I can’t speak too much on the PO side of things I know that since he has taken over it has improved a lot. He loosened the power grip (for lack of a better phrase) of pushing for more and more power for the sake of being necessary vs what is good for the members. He doesn’t care about the title of being head of PO his only concern is how his department can help KSI as a whole and has been rebuilding it and getting the best people for the job. It truly is a different department that what it was a year or so ago. I believe that he truly wants to help and in doing so is Venom being outstanding in both can ops and PO which in my opinion makes him more than worthy for OS level 3 and I believe that if he keeps it up he will continue to have a bright future in KSI.

Although siren has been in KSI for a short time compared to some of us. She‘s managed to stand out which isn’t easy in a Division that is as big as it is. As she has risen through the ranks she continues to impress those around her by her dedication to her fellow squad members. I here several people speak very highly of her including her last couple of Gens which says a lot to her character. It’s not always easy being an officer it takes time and effort which is something Siren continues to do day after day. She’s one of those officers that you don’t have to worry about whether or not they are doing their responsibility’s something needs to be done and she does it without being asked which makes the Gens job a hell of a lot easier. The only complaint I have against her is that she changed her gamertag a while back and it confuses us old timers trying to figure out who she was. (people shouldn’t be allowed to change their gamertag not really but it would be nice sometimes) In all seriousness she is one of DM's outstanding people (which there are a lot more of them) she always goes above and beyond improving her fellow members KSI experience.

I’ve watched her multiple times go out of her way to make certain her members were happy sometimes by switching to a different game or multiple times she has helped out financially but more importantly she has been there emotionally. If DM had a mom she would be definitely be it. Although she is very shy and doesn’t like attention people naturally are drawn to her because she is one of the kindest most caring people that anyone would meet. Her accomplishments are many including being a damn good GEN over Venom and splitting said squad successfully. DntAsk also was crowned queen of spirit week (so she’s practically royalty). In all seriousness it doesn’t matter what rank she is at any given time rank is just a responsibility to her as long as she is helping out the squad and its members that’s all she cares about doing the right thing.she always does more than what is asked of her and she has the respect of everyone she comes across especially myself.

Push For Community Involvement Universally:
To all members in the community, specifically the leaders: Get involved in departments and Div Cup. These are 2 crucial components to this community and it is the duty of every member and leader, to at least try to get involved with them and if not, push those around you to do so. Again, why not optimize your KSI Experience by trying everything that you can to see what it is that you want to do in your career with us?
Positivity:
Make sure that when we as leaders are dealing with issues that we are not venting towards or creating an air of negativity. It is our job, as leaders within the community to handle and address issues as they come up, doing our jobs should never impact our members and their experience.
 
Discord COC Apply's:
Please remember the the COC applies in your discord server. When chatting in there it is the same as being in a party. We don’t want to be breaking any part of the COC especially harassment of fellow KSI members. Remember if your having an argument take it into a private DM and please remember the officers are there to help resolve any issues that might come up.

We have been in the process of creating uniform Discord servers for every division for quite some time now. In the weeks to come some of these changes will be made towards achieving that goal. This includes but is not limited to:
Deletion of unnecessary roles

Deletion of chats and channels (Yes this includes the meme channel due to abuse on several accounts)

Why does this member belong in your division’s Hall of Fame? Please explain.

KSI Dragons 7 I’ve known him for almost 2 years now in that time he’s always helping out whenever he can. Most in KSI know him for his works in the graphics department but myself and many others throughout DM know him as this amazing guy that’s always joking around having a good time and making DM a better place. Throughout his stint in DM he’s been an officer during most of that time. When his squad wasn't doing so well he was the glue that held it together. Most would have given up but month after month he kept trying. Eventually he moved on to another squad and he helped that one rise from the ashes so to speak. The squad was in shambles it had a recent split that didn’t work out and we had to merge the two together most of the officers stepped down due to IRL or they didn’t want to put in the work of basically rebuilding the squad and bringing back those that were salvageable. It took him a lot of time and effort but eventually it paid off and his squad was happy and active again growing at a steady pace. He was doing excellent work all around and deserved a promotion only problem was he didn’t have anyone to take his place. He really didn't care that he wasn’t being promoted he was just busy trying to help out his squad. Eventually he did get promoted to Co-Fo and has continued to help out DM in so many different ways. He is far from lazy if something needs taken care of and he can then he does it with a willing and happy spirit. He’s also not afraid to offer his opinion whether it agrees with everyone else or not he thinks outside the box which is extremely useful for KSI leaders to have not being yes people or sheep and just going with the flow. Sometimes his ideas are so crazy that they might just work other times we're like no way in hell that’s ever going to work. He doesn’t ever give up he’s always says ok and moves on to the next idea always pressing forward. I know that without him and others like him DM would not be in such great shape as it is right now. Dragons is a true leader that helps mentor people and it’s hard to explain but he brings out the inner child out of people don’t get me wrong when he has to or there's a need for it he is completely professional and conducts himself as he should but the rest of the time he just loves having fun and playing games with people which helps build the family atmosphere in DM and it helps retain members and motivate people to step up and become officers. Dragons might not know it but he is a shining example to many in the division and a mentor to them. As I mentioned earlier just as he was the glue that held his squad together he has continued that role but on a division wide scale. Even though he hasn’t done it alone as none of us can, he always goes above and beyond and leads by example, and when he does mess up or make a mistake he always owns up to it and learns from said mistake. Dragons more than deserves to be in DM's hall of fame for all his hard work in the past, present and future working towards a better Division. Dragons contributions to DM will always be remembered.
