Testimony:
Why does this member belong in your division’s Hall of Fame? Please explain. For all the things she does and has done for KSI and For SL and before that FI. I have personally see this woman give her all into KSI as a whole. She always been there for members whether it be answering questions including answering any questions that I have had, for morale support or just if you need someone to talk to, I couldn't even begin to count how many name changes she has bought for people so that they could move up or cause they couldn't afford it. Not to mention how many games she has gifted to not only me but many members in our division. She gives her all into our community. She doesn't turn helping anyone away. She stays on top of all her department things and keeping us informed in what's going on on the forums what events are coming up the sytycw and everything else you can think of. Constantly trying to get people involved she keeps us on top of our division history. And always encourages us or helps us out if we need it. I know that if I need anything she will always be there to help. Although she stepped down to SGT from a captain spot to people to have more time for departments she still deserves to get recognized for all the hard work there as well so let me touch base on that. You don't see many hard working captains like she was she would not only help her squad but help other squads needing it as well whether it be help posting meeting notes another person in on a game night to encourages others to join or even to take over host of it or answer question to other member hosting workshops she would be on it. Helped keep her squad together and active. Even though she has gone through many trials where most would have quit she refused to lose she fought on. As a SGT she stays really active in her squad discord and available still for people needing answer to questions which I still bug her with at times still attend game nights when she can and just always boost people up if your dad talk to her for five minutes and she will find away to cheer you up some how we need more members like her in KSI. And if any one deserves this award I would say this woman does. And if I took the time to write out all her awards then I would have to say I strongly believe this.

- RockDogg is probably one of the oldest people from one of the older Divisions and everyone will tell you how hard he has worked he made Knights split and became Co Founder hes been a huge help to Royalty and just even to Skarzx after his promotion he really stepped up for all of us. No one will tell you he's selfish because he will message you and make sure you're okay he has trained 60% of the people in here from knights and royalty alone and he is one of the top recruiters here so he has worked his a** off for us and i think he deserves his recognition just look at everything said in his OS nominations!

Progressive Mindsets
Over the course of this new year (2019), it is our goal to push KSI in an upward, forward moving direction in terms of growth, community strength, and longevity. In order to do so, it's important that not just leadership, but all members of this community adapt to a progressive mindset where we think ahead, plan for better, and push beyond limits. The next time you sit down whether alone or with fellow KSI members, think of ways the community can change for the better, what you can do to contribute to growth, and how to make KSI a better place than when you joined it.


Venting
As a member of KSI sometimes situations can get stressful and in some cases irritating. It's important that as members of the community we are venting "Upwards" and not "Downwards". With so many people and so many differences of opinions it is understandable that at times we may butt heads. Please remain professional and if you feel you need to vent a situation out to someone, then you are doing to someone who is not directly involved and not below you in rank. If people are bad mouthing other members and less experienced members hear this, it can leave a 'bad taste'. Please be smart when venting.


Professionalism
It is important to remember that KSI is a 'Positive gaming community' which means we must conduct ourselves in the appropriate manner. When in party's we must be mindful of who is there and what is and what isn't okay to discuss. We must remain professional when in party's with members of KSI and non members of KSI to ensure KSI's positive reputation is maintained.


Divisional Goals
Divisional leadership, your goals for the month are still be monitored and checked on in terms of steps taken and movement towards goal. When the new month timeline roles around, new goals are to be posted and updated on every week. Please stay on top of this for the benefit of your division and maintaining accountability.


Divisional Hall of Fame
 
During the upcoming Spring Break events finale, Divisional Hall of Fame inductees will be announced. In preparation for the next round of Divisional HoF nominations, IT WILL BE MANDATORY that all nominees at least obtain Outstanding Service Level 1 before being eligible for nomination.

On Saturday (February 16th), T&E will be hosting a Car Show on GTAV. (MUSCLE CARS ONLY) The car show will begin promptly at 8pm EST, with sign-ups closing two hours prior to the event. (6pm EST)

- Tardiness will be grounds for disqualification.

Now is the time to recognize those members who you believe should be cemented into your division's, and by extension, KSI's history. Please keep in mind that Outstanding Service Level 1 is a requirement for induction into the Divisional Hall of Fame. While there may still be time to get your Outstanding Service nominations posted and closed in time there is no guarantee that they will be.

I will drop my vote to witness
Kakashii what can you not say about this guy. The guy was willing to give up as officer set down due to how much work he was going through and personal life issues but when he seen how much help I needed this guy was there running throughout security checks getting to know members. Helping me with the officers hosting some game nights when he could then this guy ran out of internet. But soon as he could get a hot spot he would get on for meeting and even host some really laggy game nights that were still some fun. He's helped a guy going into another squad get a gamer tag change so he can be recruited in. He's always will and ready to help anyone with any question or just if they need some one to game with he jokes around but knows exactly when to be serious he's come to be a very good gen and am proud I left my squad in his hands to lead

I will drop my vote to witness,

KSI Rockdogg 7 was a general in FI when I came over to run the division as a Founder. This guy has always set a great example of how a General and an Officer of KSI should be, Hard Working, Professional (AT TIMES) , and above all being available for anyone at any time. He grew his squad very quickly and efficiently and lead Knights to the first ever squad split in Sovereign Legacy which in turned help keep Royalty alive as a squad. He is in fact sitting over Royalty as an acting general and already in his time he has turned the squad back on course with growth, activity and a more bolstered officer staff. He is also the first 7 that was promoted in Sovereign Legacy when I made him Co-Founder. SL Best Recruiter, and one of the Main Components that saw SL go from a small merged up division to now the 2nd biggest Division in just 4 months (150 ish members to 276 as of 2/18/19). His ability to inspire others to be better and do better is probably his best quality and honestly between him and KSI Hyde 7, SL is in very good hands even if I were to leave today. That is how much confidence I have in Rock. He deserves OS level 2 for his Dedication, his Commitment to his members and his actions both since SL has been a division , as well as before that in FI and even to this day.

Testimony:
Why does this member belong in your division’s Hall of Fame? Please explain. For all the things she does and has done for KSI and For SL and before that FI. I have personally see this woman give her all into KSI as a whole. She always been there for members whether it be answering questions including answering any questions that I have had, for morale support or just if you need someone to talk to, I couldn't even begin to count how many name changes she has bought for people so that they could move up or cause they couldn't afford it. Not to mention how many games she has gifted to not only me but many members in our division. She gives her all into our community. She doesn't turn helping anyone away. She stays on top of all her department things and keeping us informed in what's going on on the forums what events are coming up the sytycw and everything else you can think of. Constantly trying to get people involved she keeps us on top of our division history. And always encourages us or helps us out if we need it. I know that if I need anything she will always be there to help. Although she stepped down to SGT from a captain spot to people to have more time for departments she still deserves to get recognized for all the hard work there as well so let me touch base on that. You don't see many hard working captains like she was she would not only help her squad but help other squads needing it as well whether it be help posting meeting notes another person in on a game night to encourages others to join or even to take over host of it or answer question to other member hosting workshops she would be on it. Helped keep her squad together and active. Even though she has gone through many trials where most would have quit she refused to lose she fought on. As a SGT she stays really active in her squad discord and available still for people needing answer to questions which I still bug her with at times still attend game nights when she can and just always boost people up if your dad talk to her for five minutes and she will find away to cheer you up some how we need more members like her in KSI. And if any one deserves this award I would say this woman does. And if I took the time to write out all her awards then I would have to say I strongly believe this.

Rockdogg is one of the oldest people from the FI and CD merge to make SL and he poured his heart and soul into this division he is one of our top recruiters and he gives his all for everyone I can tell you not every 7 would be willing to sit with me and listen to what I have to say as a SGT the way he does. There hasnt been a day where he isnt working. Since becoming a 7 he is there for all the squads and works with Skarzx to help take some of the work load that skarzx had by himself. He's the kind of person who wears his emotions on his sleeve but he puts his feelings aside for us and he cares about everyone's opinion and works so hard for us pushing events and gamenights I think he has earned the chance for this award.

reason:  Rockdogg has been around a little longer then i have been and  i have had the honnor of working with him from another div and now under him in the same divison . he will work with all members no matter of rank or sqaud or even different divison no matter if its gaming they need someone to talk to. Rockdogg has always took his position  serious  so when he mentors someone he is claim patient postive and respectful when doing it . he dont get faustard when someone dont understand he will work with someone as much time as they need to learn what he is teaching them. Rockdogg is one who desevers this award .
