So.. I'm not up to date on what all Stack has done recently. But, when I was around and he was coming up the ranks. This guy was a force to be reckoned with. If it wasn't for his hard work and dedication, his squad probably would have been worse for wear. So I can say with Confidence that if that is the mentality that he is still rocking with, then NOBODY deserves this award more.

He always has a unique outlook towards different issues that arise. Whether it's a problem or new scenario for training. It's always great to bounce ideas off him. Skarzx does his best to be as involved in the division they we will let him. Lol but hes always looking out for the members and keeping them safe. Weve had our personal ups and downs, but there is always a mutual respect and honesty. Shes is always looking for new ways to keep her members happy and coming back every night to gamenights. Everyone in her squad loves and respects her. Always out recruiting, helping with promotions, trading the new Officers and members. This lady is CRAZY about the workshops, and is FANTASTIC at hosting them! Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Slay (CPT- DM/Venom) Link to forums account - @slay Reasoning why they deserve this Slay has been doing very well as he is rising through the ranks of KSI. He is always looking for ways to improve himself and the others around him. He jumps on promotions as soon as they are available and is constantly looking for new potential members when he is gaming. I truly look forward to what this guy has to bring to the table in the future. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Kingred4243 (LT - DM/Venom) Link to forums account - @KSI KingRed Reasoning why they deserve this - KingRed has really hit the ground running. As soon as he was promoted to SSGT he was out recruiting. Brought 3 new members in in his 1st week! Its was really cool to see. He has been working hard every day to help the squad and make sure everyone is doing well. He is always looking just to hang out and have fun. He always has a positive attitude and is cracking jokes with everyone. Everybody in the squad loves and respects Ocean. He embodies what it means to be KSI.

Gamertag: KSI Skarzx 77 Link to Forums Account: @Scarface 77 Award: Gold Outstanding (OS Lvl 3) Evidence/Reason: I see these posts go up for this award sometimes and the 1st thing I do is try to think of what all they have done for the community. Unfortunately sometimes, that's not a very long list. As for Skarzx, this man has gone above and beyond what has been asked of him in every position he has held. As a director and HIO, he has been not only an active member of our 7staff, but has revamped the Education section of KSI, completely rewrote Lead 201 into an entirely different format and created CT 201, updating the current CEP workshops, creating new ones, formulating trainings programs to help up and coming officers, etc. This man has impacted KSI. He has worked to help shape KSI into something that works FOR the members not the "Leaders" and that is the best change I have seen in this community since joining. He has helped to change the atmosphere and the way people look at and attack their duties. That is Outstanding Service. That is the Most Outstanding Service. Without question.

Weve had some ups and downs but hes always kept a level head and approached each situation with an at least mostly open mind. Lol his work ethic is second to none and he puts his heart and sole into KSI. I've learned a lot about some different areas and aspects of KSI working with Skarz. We all appreciate what he does for this community, and he more than deserves this award. Shockr is a major asset to DM, and especially to me. He keeps me on my toes to say the least. Hes also one hell of a secretary! Lol jk but in all seriousness, if it wasnt for Shockr DM would probably look a lot different right now. He works his butt off making sure the squads all have everything they need and makes himself as available as he can. His work schedule recently changed and is pretty much crap now. But hes hasn't even flinched. Just looking for the next task to be completed. The next person that needs help. Whatever he can to make DM better each day. So many people's lives have been touched by Peppers. She is always on the lookout to see if someone is in need. Her #1 priority here is that EVERYONE is having a good time and gets to smile each day. She is the heart and soul of Discord. She works hard to bring in new people each day and trying and play with as many members as she as well. She truly leads by example and is what others should strive to be. Kind, warmhearted, and hard working. At the time he 1st became an officer, Venom was pretty short handed and we werent really sure how he would work with his IRL work Schedule. Thankfully he has shattered all expectations and busts his butt all day to make sure the members of Venom.have what they need. He is ALWAYS looking to learn something new and put it forth to help his squad. I really look forward to see what time has in store for him here. Hes always trying to overcome his weaknesses and turn them into his strengths. Obviously there have been a couple hiccups along the way, but I have seen so much progress over this last month in him stepping forward to fill the gaps that a few others left on their way out. And in that alone he deserves this award.

Not only is he fantastic Recruiter, but he is one of the best officers I've ever seen when it comes to member retention. I've worked with or around Pam since she has been in KSI. I can honestly say there isnt another person that has grown as much as she has. When she 1st joined us here, she was probably one of the most shy people I've ever met. Lol but just looking at the people posting on this app, proves how far she has come. She has touched so many people's lives here in KSI. Brought numerous people back from feeling they had to leave, recruited some our the coolest people I've met, and is an inspiration as to what it is to be a leader. Shes always in the front ready to face everything head on. (even when she doesnt know it) Her number 1 goal is member retention and making people's lives better. She is what we should all strive for as leaders and completely deserves this award.

Could we do division awards? Like an award for each div that if a member has been a part of that division for a set amount of time like 6 months they would qualify for their divisions award?
