Goal: Recruiting I know every week I say that and we dont really meet it to our exceptions but its time to get my arse to gear and get this squad to achieve higher because aint no mountain high enough and no river long enough I forgot the rest of the song so....yeah. GO LEGEND!

Why would you be a valued member if added to this committee? Its no secret im the most outgoing person KSI has to offer, I handle situations with ease & comfort my members in a time in need. As well handling any questions people may have. No question is ever wrong! It is a reward in itself to accomplish the KSI mission of having more members feel comftorable in where they are after all we are a gaming community!
What has your KSI experience been? Please explain in depth. Overall, a thrilling experience. As a metephoric example when I first joined KSI it was like riding a roller coaster. Not sure what to expect and as you climb up ypu start having second thoughts and wondering why did I do this, & coming down fast screaming but with a smile on your face of enthuaaim, exciment. Because I took that risk. As the ride ends you want to go back on again. With being in ksi id go to the roller coaster everday to feel the risks ive taken and the sacrfices ive made knowing i didnt regret a single one.
How often are you available to complete the duties of a Welcoming Representative? When needed I litertarly am the only one who hasnt turned off discord notifications! 
Do you consider yourself to be approachable and outgoing? Well answered a question to early, but of course! Thats why being General is amazing because i know ALL MY MEMBERS can come to me no matter what!

Performance ops:
The Community Education Project is in full swing throughout KSI.
For those unsure, the Community Education Project is a series of new workshops, training guides, and other resources that has been created and implemented to replace our aging system of workshops that hadn't change much in the better part of a decade. The process was long and thought out (starting in October), incorporating all kinds of leaders and members of KSI. We truly believe what has been created brings forth the best that this community has to offer. This, and other projects like it will help to ensure that KSI is around for decades to come.
-Last month LS, ES, and DM completed a trial of the new workshops (Pilot Program). Through them we got excellent feedback and made changes. These divisions have already begun seeing results
All other divisions are beginning the Pilot Program this month. Divisional leaders, if there are any questions, comments, or concerns please talk to eithe the Percormance Officers listed in the private message you received, or contact KSI Gandhi 7.
This is supposed to be a collaborative process. If at any point you have an issue, please talk it through with the Performance Ops staff. We are humans and realize that  not everyone takes to changes like these immediately. Conversations are better than arguments.
-In the next few months PO will also be rolling out new workshops (forums and recruiting), training and recruiting guides, a new KSI Welcoming Committee and much more!
 
 
Tournaments & Events:
On Saturday, April 7th, T&E will be hosting a tournament on Halo 5. It will be a FFA, with World Championship Series settings.  The event starts at 8pm EST, and signups close promptly thirty minutes before the event starts. (7:30pm EST.) Please make sure to use the proper format when signing up!
This month's upcoming events have been posted up on the calendar. Go check it out and see what type of tournaments are coming your way!
The HH Play-off season for CoD WWII will be kicking off this Friday, April 6th. All Team Managers should already be aware and involved. The rules and schedule are posted up in the HeadHunters section on the forums. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to KSI Gambit 7.
Applications for T&E will be opening for a limited time (two weeks) starting on March 28th. If you're interested in joining, go check out the Join a Department section on the Forums! Once the application period is over, staff members will be reaching out to you for a short interview process. Please reply within the application topic.
 
 
 
AAP:
DMP is fully off the ground, head by the sections and see what milestones your Division has reached and apply for them
If your division is currently ranked 1st on the WW leader board in the DMP section make sure you apply for the WW Champions crown milestone!
We're seeing alot of increase in activity around our section and are getting to hand out awards for all our hard working members! Swing by the awards tab and see what awards you and your fellow members can apply for!
DoTM winners will be up by the end of the week keep your eyes peeled for That!

 
Marketing:
If you have any ideas or suggestions please post them up in the marketing section of the forums! We need all the ideas we can get!
 Remember as the year goes on, there are multiple opportunities to score huge points for the Divisional Cup but it's the little ones that count as well! Here are some things that can help your division score big:
Weekend Warfare: Point per member per event
Montage/Clips: Point per person who submits montage or clip to Productions for usage of Social media and youtube
So you think you can Write: Point Per person for monthly SYTYCW Artical Submission
Of the Months:Point per member submitting an OTM nomination
Spotlight: Point per member submitting a member and a 7 to AAP for a news spotlight
TownHall: Point per member’s question asked
Twitch Subs: Point per member subscribing to KSI’s Twitch
Recruits: Gaining 1 Member per squad per week overall, Gaining the Appropriate amount of members= 5 points
Officer: Gaining 1 Officer overall per month per division= 5 points.
