9Category: Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Havoc 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI Havoc 7 Reasons they deserve this award - Ever since before Gary left, everybody knew Havoc as a hard working leader. He helped squads recruit, ran meetings when a Gen couldn't make it, and he hosted workshops weekly for the officers and members. Once Gary got promoted and Havoc became the new Div Leader, he continued to do all that and more. He runs a huge department as well as being the only HR rep. He likes to help others and he always puts others first. He leads by example and gets things done the right way. He helped make DW as big as it is today an as active as it's been all year. Category: Co-Founder Gamertag: KSI Venum 7 Forums Account Link / @VENUM 7 Reasons they deserve this award - Let me start by saying I wouldn't want anyone else to be the Co-Fo for Elysium. Venum isn't aferaid to tell me what we need to get done and didn't sugar coat anything when Elysium went down to 27 members. He works with me not over me when it comes to the squad. He is the same guy when it comes to work and play. I see Venum as a mentor for all he has taught me about being a Gen/leader. He had his ups and downs but he has pulled away from that now and has proven that he can be a leader. He puts the work in and is always looking for what's next. He has the potential to do great things in this community but he still has a lot to learn.

@KSI Havoc 7, leader, teacher, helper. He's had a huge impact on my short time here in KSI. I got to 2nd LT with thoughts of stopping there, Havoc is the on who made me feel like I could go further and do well. He will push you to do better and help you when you feel like you can't. He's a busy guy taking care of HR, PO, DW, and personal goals. Even though he has all that to do, he will still play some Fortnite with you. Havoc does so much for this division and the people in it, it would be insane for him to not get this award.

Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Skychild Gen DW ELYSIUM Link to forums account or @ mention - @KSISkychild Reasoning why they deserve this - He is a kind leader who knows when to put his foot down and be a strict one. He hasn't given up on DW through all there hardships that we have been facing. If you know him you can tell that he beats him self up over it even though he hasn't done anything wrong. On the surface, he stays strong and keeps his officers working to better Elysium and DW. He is dedicated to KSI as a whole, not just his squad. I could keep going on forever about the great things about him, but you guys have a lot to read. I just want to thank @KSISkychild for being my Gen and giving me a chance to prove myself. You rock man.
