Another reason i think he deserves it cuz he takes his time to talk to all the GENs in are division. When he makes a decision he try to get as much opinions as he can get from the Gens an up. I Think if it wasn't for him DR wouldn't be where its at. So i feel he goes up beyond just his job in KSI. An as i said be for are squad was hurting are squad was an still is running off of KSI EXODUS 7, KSI AIRBORNE 7, An KSI THOR 7. So I believe he went out of his way to help keep the Division up not only his squad.
