Here, you can vote for the members you believe have worked the hardest at their respective ranks. He was the 1st person to get me into Productions, and I know I wouldn't be as good an editor as I am now if it weren't for him believing in me. He's been constantly appreciative of my editing since I released my 1st edit on some silly editing software. Now I've learned so many new editing techniques, and Illusion was always the one to tell me good job and give good input. That's why he deserved Senior Leader of the Year! Greg is the only one I've had the opportunity to meet in game. Most likely because he's the director in charge of the division I'm part of. Also because he seems to me, to be an easy person to approach and have a truthful discussion with without being scared of him due to the position he has. He's a respectful and easy going person from which you never hear anything wrong about and even better, when you hear something about him or someone mentioning his name it is always positive. Greg is to my perception a very taciturn kind of person, but joyful to be around, and he transmits this fever to the people he comes across. Division Leader KSI Heero 7 (Div Leader - Twisted Division Leader so all squads) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/7261-sage-mode-naruto/ Reasoning: Heero aka Sage Mode Naruto has he puts it on the forum, is a totally devoted person to the KSI community in general. Always willing to help, like I said in the previous AAP of the month, that he did get by the way, he will often forget himself and gives too much of his time and himself to better his division and assist other divisions as well, but also every members who would require his assistance in any ways. The man his too generous of his time and in my opinion it affects his energy or health. He puts everything aside to maintain the highest standard he can dream of for KSI, no matter the cost to his person. That makes him an extraordinary human being, and there for person and player to be around. I'm proud of my division leader, as I'm sure many more are feeling the same way about him. For such simple facts, I want to nominate him for the Division Leader of the year. Co-Division Leader KSI Sworn 7 (Co-Div Leader - Twisted Warfare) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/7662-%C3%A4lph%C3%A4%CF%89m%C3%ABg%C3%A4/ Reasoning: Though a wee bit harder too contact in game, he's easy to get in contact with on the forum. Sworn is offering a helpful hand when ever required of him. Like Greg 7, you wont hear Sworn 7 talking much, unless he's got something brilliant or useful to say. He's no spammer... His words and actions seem to me like they are calculated. Nothing is said or done without a goal to achieve, but a goal useful to the KSI community or any of its members. Founder KSI Payton 7 (Founder - Twisted Warfare) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/3148-voljin-darkspear/ Reasoning: Easy going, easy to talk with, easy to approach, easy to open a discussion, easy to contact in any ways and for any reasons, in other words he's an easy-man . Jokes aside. Though there's such a thing as a chain of command, and I follow it, I find most of my answer by talking with my squad general weekly if not daily, but I know that if I can't find an answer that fits my questions and personnal interrogations properly, I know I can find in this Founder, an truthful and respectful ear and voice to which I can confide to. Co-Founder KSI Nico 7 (Co-Fo - Division/Squad) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13110-ksinicodollaz-7/ Reasoning: Though i know a few Co-fo, Nico remains my favorite, is it because he's co-founder to the division I'm in, or is it because he's the one I go to each time I'm in need of new answers, when squad officers weren't enough in the past and even sometimes now, I cannot say, but I know for certain that he will always be there, as long has he is a 7, to listen to people needs and thoughts, and even if wouldn't be a 7, Nico is in my opinion a natural helper to all. General KSI ToxicRain (General - TW/Killjoy) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13837-bri-bri/ Reasoning: The burden that was then on KSI Hermosa's shoulder, felt on Brianna's when she came to be the new General for Killjoy lately. With a very short staff, she had and still has to struggle to maintain her boat afloat and keep Killjoy reputation. Though her resources are limited she is succeeding in her endeavour. The killjoy adventure didn't stop with the departure of KSI Hermosa, and ToxicRain with her squad members and officers is making Killjoy of TW and KSI crown jewel, no matter the pitfall she faces for the division her squad is in, the squad itself of course and its members. She is a survivor, working for her squad indeed but also offering her time to players outside her squad, always willing to have a great chat with anyone who wishes it and helping anyone who requires her need should she be able to bring the required help to the person in need. Captain KSI Madball13 (General - TW/Trocity) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15341-ksi-madball13/ Reasoning: Though he is a general now, I met him as the Trocity captain for a much longer time, and on my opinion, I believe that our former and first squad general in Trocity didn't make is life any easier. Madball had to do a large part of Domo's general job for a time, though it is expected of KSI Madball13 in his position of captain, he has been acting general so to speak, for a long time before taking on the job officially, and had to give some pep to the officers and members at the time and still now and then today, to keep everyone in the mood not to play, that players already have it, but in the mood to invest themselves and there for their time in the squad and the KSI community. Alone, he wouldn't have achieve what he did, but without him, I doubt Trocity would be what it is today, of course, but I doubt Trocity would even be as close as what it is today. He is, in my opinion again, a pillar to TW and has been since his time as captain, to my knowledge. For that reason I propose him as captain of the year, instead of General. Instead of limiting my reasoning to the contact I have with him, I prefer here to bring my thought on what I saw and concluded from such perception of his time as captain in Trocity, for it is the only squad I've been and still is in. She is and shall always be an inspiration. Even in the face of adversity she remain as strong as a rock but with that soft touch we know her to have the secret of. Should there be an award call "Role Model" I would nominate her for it without any second thought. He always has his Leaders backs no matter what and he stays on top of every little thing so that we as Leaders only have to worry about the Basics in our Division. He is a shining example of what every KSI officer should aspire to be, without Huck I don't think we would be as strong of a community as we are in my opinion and if he were to leave or step down it would leave a major hole in the members and leaders he has helped and mentored along the way. The guy radiates confidence and pride in not only himself but in his division. I know he will go far in KSI and may be one day a Senior Director in charge of all of us. Docness this year though has brought everyone in his division together and made FI stronger then ever and they are the perfect example of what we want a division to look like! He can be a butt or I can but I honestly respect this guy a lot. He has certainly pushed and tried to pull one of the oldest divisions in KSI together so that it continues to live on. He does so much for this site and his Division as well as us Leaders. Whenever we have an issue or question about the Forums, he is right there to either fix it or direct us toward the solution. On the Clan Ops side though he is just as willing to help by giving us advice where its needed and tips as well. Doctor has definitely proven in my eyes that he is a much better Leader and Founder then I am and he truly deserves this award. Just kidding, honestly this man paved the way for EO literally because in the beginning I really didn't know who was in EO let alone ever played with someone from that division. Once I met Light, that all changed very quickly because of the way he ran the division as just a Co-Founder, he knew how to maintain multiple squads as well as get down to that member level to talk to them which in turn led them to become more interested in KSI. He may only be a Founder right now but Light as a Director may be as good as some of the Senior Directors when they were Directors. But he is a great guy and he knows how to run a squad to success with his recent split and him being promoted to Co-Founder just last week. He was with me from the very beginning of the split of HD into IO and he worked his tail off to get everyone including the members and officers to enjoy the Forums Side of KSI. He has really paved the way for what will become the Future of IO and he is following in the footsteps of some of KSIs Senior Leaders and doing everything he can to contribute to this community. He has done a great job this year and I know that the whole 7s staff in IO is watching him closely. I was more then right with that statement, between him and SweetTea they brought their squad together constantly playing with members, training, and recruiting all together which in turn caused their squad to split within a month or two. I am very proud of this member and what he has accomplished in such a short amount of time and I am hoping for a better future moving forward. He made it known when we split from HD that we would be the best in KSI and he has Proven it time and time again. He has taught and pushed his members to be the best and to out due anyone who comes our way, because of his confidence in his division we have been challenged several times by others in KSI and have come out on top because of his leadership skills in pushing us to exceed and out due. We have only recently split and we have grown so much in such little time due to his dedication and faith in his division. Any one with his kind of persona most definetly deserves this award. He is a growing one of a kind officer and I know his time as a seven will only show how much more exceptional he will be. He has definetly been a great mentor and is the true meaning of Knowledge Strength and Integrity. I can only hope that I can follow in his foot steps as a general of his old squad. He is far from selfish and he is a very caring and understanding individual. He was general of the month for a reason and he definetly deserves this award. She is the best of the best when it comes to recruiting and training. She is one of those officers that as a general you dont even have to say anything cause she either already knows or has already done what needed to be done. Not to mention that many of her recruits have become officers and generals. She is a very very very dedicated and important member in this community. She has proven herself every time a challenge has come her way. Through out this year starting from HD division she has been a major instrument in our successful squad splits and division splits and i hope that the time will come when she will finally have her own squad. He is very respectful to everyone. Anytime I have ever needed Huck he is more than willing to help me in anyway possible. He will never lead you the wrong path. He takes time to get to know you and be the best leader he can to fit each and every person he meets. He works so hard to make sure the divisions he is over runs smooth. I have seen first hand the dedication this guy puts into Rawhide IO everyday. He never gives him self enough credit for all that he does. This is one guy I know that deserves a 7 in his name. He is always willing to lend a hand in game nights, trainings, and recruiting. He never feels like because he is a Gen he is to good to do any of the work he would ask his sgts to do. He is full of knowledge in KSI. He is one of the reason I can call this community a family. Conrado is an amazing person, one of the best Generals I have seen. Queenjess has kept her finger on the beating pulse of the community and responded to the masses with swift cat-like reflexes, excellent professionalism, and 100% accuracy all the time. You KNOW word is official when it comes from this one. She's a mentor to numerous members within our community including myself and many of the higher ranked leaders. For those who do not consider her a mentor, she's definitely a role model for EVERYONE here in KSI. It's safe to say she's the face of the community, and for good reason. She's literally involved in everything that goes on here. If she didn't enact the change, she's a part of it. If she's wasn't the originator of a great idea, she's the driving force behind it. When it comes to enforcing policy, it reminds me of her smiley gif in her forum name because it suits as she does crack the whip to keep everyone in line. There's no one more ferocious when it comes to protecting our members. She shuts Poop down quickly, reviews the information at hand and digs further and once her mind is made up game is over. Being the mama bear of KSI as well as being among the most influential members here isn't easy, but she handles the position in her own fashion gracefully. The way she operates in this rank will could never be duplicated, only wished for. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI HUCKLBERRY7 (Dir - IO, CO, FI, SH) Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has restored my faith in the directors. He's cool, calm, patient, calculating, mature, and really works with his divisions. He does not mind getting dirty with handling issues yet he also uses events as teaching tools to groom leaders which I really like and few folks do around here. It's so hard NOT to get along with him. He's a fun loving guy who's always looking out for the well-being of others. He's not one to shy away from a challenge or a sticky situation that must be addressed even if it means doing something right even when its an unpopular choice. This guy is friggin awesome and the same goes for his integrity. Can't get enough of him and I'm very happy to have him as my director. He was a great find for KSI and has become an integral member of upper leadership. Between Jezrien and Acid... these guys are both serious contenders for this. Unfortunately, I haven't worked with Jez on a clan-ops level but have seen his work with the News Team and I love what I see. However, I know Acid and what he's done for KSI and specifically my division. Co-Division Leader is a strange rank. It reminds me of the Major rank back in the day. An awkward one to really feel out and make it your own, but he's done just that. This man meets with ALL the officers of FI on a regular basis as well as gaming with the junior members of the div keeping his fingers on the pulse of FI. If something is going on, he'd know just as soon as the Sgt who's about to report it lol. He's my go-to guy when it comes to anything and everything that deals with security issues and my information kiosk regarding those as well. If any member has a question about who so & so is associated with, or something is amiss, he's readily available to readily put down that knowledge about folks who aren't even posted anywhere. I love that, and his knowledge of these things have been instrumental in keeping FI safe and secure. IA department can attest to his contributions to their field of work. He's very creative, coming up with intricate plans to assist squads on a larger scale and that's a HUGE help with divisional planning. His style to mitigate issues, award punishments or reward individuals is just so smooth it keeps things on an even keel. No matter what's going on, after talking to him, you just feel like everything is alright in the world with his cool attitude and comforting words. He's got the respect of all those in FI and those he comes across in the community. He's a solid leader and stand up guy who will certainly go even further in KSI given the opportunity. He's been a blessing to have in FI. I'm very happy to have & work with him. From on the spot, last minute gathering for a quick meeting, passing out time sensitive information directly to individuals, to hosting events, mentoring & training officers, policy implementation & enforement. Great member to have in FI and leader to have in KSI. SHE IS NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR OVER 80 NAME CHANGES IN FORCED INDUCTION THIS YEAR (2013) ALONE via "Corporal's Showdown" tournaments held a few days out of each week! She is a true leader who's wisdom and guidance is sought after by all officers and other members from within the division. Many members who she works with regularly consider her the mother of FI as she knows everything about everyone and has a great memory of who's doing what, when, why etc & she's fierce in her protection of FI members. Mama don't play dat. Oracle has devoted much time and effort to recover a struggling squad, recruit and train it's way up from the brink of merging to splitting, then immediately directing her attention to a now stagnant squad elsewhere. Personally trained every General to take over their respective squads. The amount of work and effort she puts into KSI and her members is astounding. Oracle is a highly motivated, dedicated, and committed member of this division and KSI. Certainly one of the hardest working members I know of or have encountered and is a gem to have knowing she's another bomb leader in KSI. Her efforts greatly reflect that which embodies all that is KSI in the most positive light and is a shining representation of Forced Induction Leadership. She simply rocks. Founders, good luck topping this one. There's simply no slowing down for her as she's already set her sights on other areas of KSI to get into. There's a reason why he's a Founder now. EO is now a thriving division showing promise once again with over 250+ active members. He's busted his ass to cultivate the junior leadership within his division, recruit/train, and motivate his people to successfully save his div. He's giving or gave away a friggin XBOX ONE as a prize for certain criteria. The guy is simply a diamond in the rough KSI has uncovered and we're about to see how shiny it is in...The Light. I had to go with Fuzzy because of how he came to be a General, what he has gone through, and the undying dedication he brings every day to this community. Fuzzy was recruited & trained by KSI Shinobi 7 & myself. We had to get this guy in here. We instantly knew what we had on our hands here. This guy is simply destined for greatness here in KSI. After taking over Intake he was immediately faced with having to kick out 2 members and about 2 weeks later had to deal with a security threat due to poaching. I believe within 2 months of being General he encountered just about everything any Gen in nearly all circumstances would have faced and he did so superbly. Talk about a crash course. He is always professional and courteous to everyone treating all with respect even if they don't. He motivates his peers and all others in FI. He literally has read everything on the forums in attempts to become more knowledgeable to assist everyone to the best of his ability. He sought out additional responsibilities and continues to do so. Fuzzy created and currently manages Forced Induction's first and only Welcoming Committee which is doing outstanding work with greeting new members, grooming them to become productive members of our community, and providing them with necessary information about what they're a part of here. I'm proud to say that he too is FI product. He's humble, respectable, and will be the first to admit when he's wrong and fix it on the spot. He'll go to the ends of the earth for anyone in his squad, div, and KSI. His drive and determination has opened eyes to many and has sparked a new kind of activity here in FI. This guy is a guarantee for KSI. I'm about to say something that may turn some heads, please don't shoot me for doing so.... but he's the next Huckleberry 7. Boom. The word is out. That's the regard I have for this individual and the potential he has. No? Smooth brought a whole new feel and trend to what it means to be a captain. He's very professional in his dealings with each member he communicates with even if the situation is volatile. There was an issue with AD Dawg popping in random parties with some of the junior members in FI. This guy made it a point to jump into every party on his friends' list to get it set to invite only and when he did end up in a party with a junior member and AD Dawg he quickly squashed that. He calmly explained who that member was to the junior and why they're blacklisted and TALKED AD Dawg out of the party interestingly enough. I caught the tail end of that conversation but the way it was handled put a smile on my face not just because of how well he took care of the issue but knowing that he's like this ALL the time. The dude really is smooth - a cool, calm, collected man with a head on his shoulders. At the time he was captain he had pushed the Velocity HH Team further in their adventures of dominating the records to 13-0. He went so far as to get them all registered onto weekendwarfare.org as well as read & explain all the HH rules, how practices will be ran when/where, and was the first to take the lead on how the team will operate on certain maps. He was a good field general and now the general over that very squad. He's earned the respect of his seniors, peers, and subordinates. Having always being the helping hand or providing the words of encouragement, he's known throughout FI and several other divisions especially through his many appearances on KSI's live streams on twitch =) I'm confident this individual will go far in KSI. He's helped our div, the forums, new joins and random members across KSI in a full spectrum of ways from how to div transfer, who they should get in contact with for what, how to navigate the forums all sorts of things. He's gotten his hands dirty with a few special tasks I've given him directly to help safeguard FI which he accepted willingly and executed perfectly. I can not wait to see this guy move up the ranks and b/c he's already making waves as a Sgt. He brings the fun back to the forums and meetings on xbl. He's the voice from the bottom we desperately need in every division to light a fire under some of these folks. He's willing and HAS helped many if not all divisions at some point. Simply a very knowledgeable individual, very funny, very active, and very helpful to ALL who comes to him. I'm proud to say he's the best damn Sgt I've come across since KSI McClaytone who some of you old heads may remember who was also FI product. I had to think long and hard about each of these nominations except for when it came to this. I knew exactly who I want to nominate and who I truly feel should be member of the year. KSI P0W3R 77 as puts together some great content of his own free will or per request for many folks. This is a talent he's used to help bring that added flavor to his version of the "KSI experience" to his members and peers. The guy has learned a lot since becoming a trial gfx artist and he's really showing off what he's got and taking off with what he's learned to put a smile on everyone's face. He's willing to try things he hasn't done before or specialize in just to do just that - my own sig for example. He specializes in real people as the main feature, however, I liked this particular character and he did a helluva job working that & was completely out of his comfort zone. Todoh has taken some new members of the Productions Team under his wing who have gone from near clueless to great editors as well to include KSI El Pollo 7 (aka Chickenwing), and KSI Chaozzz (now just Chaozzz). This is an attribute of great leaders. Those who not only have the talent and put it to use, but those who pass on their knowledge to better others. She is always having game nights with her squad and division. She stays very active, only getting about 3 hours of sleep. She always pushes herself to be the best she can be, in which she is doing an amazing job. She just joined T&E and was a great help in our latest tournament. Since she got general over Menace, all i noticed was the great work that she has done to make her squad as great as it is right now. I hope she gets this award and she deserves it. She always strives for the best for the squad and is always there for any game night. She gets along with anyone and everyone in the squad. Most definitely the best person in Eclipse, heck, all of Shadow Haven, working as hard as she possibly can, rebuilding a squad that isn't doing the best. Where do I begin? There’s no way to put into words all the ways Jezrien has helped me grow. I know I wouldn’t be where I am without him. He pushed me and pushed me to be better than I thought I could ever be. At the time I thought he was just being a butt head, but now I know he was just pushing me to my full potential. When someone doesn’t know what to do about a particular situation, he won’t give them the answer. He will guide them to find a solution themselves, so that he never takes the experience away from them. I honestly never aspired to be a 7, or even a general, but Jezrien made me believe in myself. Jezrien always seems to find something in people that they don’t see in themselves. The first time I met him he inspired me and gave me hope when I had completely given up on myself. I look back to when I was a captain and I’m amazed by how much he’s taught me and inspired me. Every time he speaks he bestows wisdom. He’s the person that everyone goes to for advice even when he was just a sergeant. I’ve never seen him make a decision that had a negative impact. He always inspired me, and everyone else. If there’s even the slightest chance that someone can be convinced to stay in KSI, Jezrien can do it. When I felt like quitting he wouldn’t let me. He’s talked so many people out of leaving, and they even come back feeling more inspired to do better. He’s the most inspiring and fluent speaker I’ve ever met. He always knows the right thing to say or the right thing to do and always keeps a level-head while doing it. He’s the only role model I’ve ever had.. I’ve always thought, “Why would I want to be anyone but myself?†But honestly, he’s the best leader I’ve ever seen. I would love to be even half the leader he is. He’s worthy of Co-Div of the year. He’s helped revive this division from near death, and he continues to be a huge contribution to its growth. He’s an amazing trainer, as he helped train me for Co-Founder. I’ve learned a lot from him, and he’s someone I feel comfortable going to when I need advice on something. He’s always willing to help out, and he has tons of experience and knowledge for people to learn from. She’s put in so much hard work, and revived her squad. She single handedly turned Memories into a powerhouse. She’s an absolute joy to be around. He turned into a sponge and just started learning everything he could. He started recruited and almost all his recruits changed their gamertags. He’s trained a lot of the current lieutenants in Echo. He’s extremely dedicated; I’ve never heard him talk about quitting or feeling discouraged. Though i'm not into the upper leadership past General, i think he's the right man for the job and deserving of the award. She sets the standards and is the perfect general for the job. His role within Fallen is now pivotal to the squad's well being. He always gave good advice to whoever asked and has only been a help since. Not only that, but even when she needed time off for surgry she still tried her best to stay on smartglasses communicating with everyone keeping it running smoothly. and also as a General, she could sit back and just let the squad run, but no if theres something that needs to be done. She'll take it into her own hands and take care of it even if it was any of our officers fault. Jbombshell has been an amazing leader, she has been acting Gen for Memories, since before i joined, when she was a Second Captain. Memories has grown into one giant family because of her, and we all love her as our leader. She has earned the admiration of us all especially from her officers for all her hard work that she does for our squad. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her Squad stays how it has supposed to, and knows everything that we need to for our jobs within the squad. She puts everyone in Memories, and in KSI before herself, and even her family and friends sometimes routinely losing sleep to the point of causing insomnia to make sure her Squad enjoys themselves. Of all the generals I have seen, and the few I have been under, I have not seen any more dedicated and worthy of the position. He was promoted to Staff Sergeant shortly after, and since then has excelled at recruiting as well as anything else we ask him to do. He never says no, and always is able to complete all his tasks especially when recruiting. When asked "Miku can you get us 3 recruits?" he simply replies "this lobster sure can, just give me a bit."
