Back in the summer when she first joined KSI she told me she had second thoughts of being in this gaming community because of past experiences. However fast forward to today, and she talks about nothing but KSI. She is constantly writing down meeting notes in a notebook, helping to set goals for the squad she is in with the help of her general, welcoming new members into Venom, and constantly spreading positive motivation within her squad and even throughout KSI. I have seen in just a day of being on the forums, she is liked and respected by everyone in KSI who are either the leaders of this community or the basic officer trying to help this community achieve great things. Though she cannot speak, having her in a party just brings happiness and life to the party, members are always looking to her for her opinion on anything from personal stuff to what she thinks is acceptable in KSI. She is always there to help members better understand KSI and the forums, like the other day she had to leave the mission me and her were doing in GTA to type out messages to a member that needed help with forums and thats not the only she has taken time from her game to help. Like yesterday she wrote down all the awards and there descriptions down in a notebook and looks over them every night and invited by the officers of Crysis to help explain how AAP works during their officers meeting last week. She worries about her squad like when we are out, she is complains at least once that she has to get home and help her squad grow. She is also always informing her squad about whats going on in KSI with multiple messages everyday that the general or the squad tag should be doing. Anyways, I believe Sweetpea will continue to grow and be come a great leader in KSI one day. She is an inspiration to many members in KSI and I hope she continues to show that anyone can succeed if they put in the effort and determination to improve and learn. When I needed help during our tournament he came through with no questions and won with 3 other members in my squad. This guy was one of my first 5 recruits into Memories and he has never left my side. A true Captain. He is a strong recruiter and is always training people. She is the most sweetest person you'll ever meet in KSI hence her name.. SWEETPEA. But not only is she sweet, she's also hard working and assertive. She gets her work done when she has been asked by higher ups in the most efficient and effective way. It always shocks me that she is unable to speak because of how much emphasis she puts in her messages, I feel like she speaks to me everyday. And although she can't,she still spams everyone on what needs to be done and updates in KSI. In Venom she is one of the few great leaders and is a strong CPT. But during her time as a LT she was recruiting and training-- hosting gamenights playing music and making sure she kept a safe and fun environment for everyone. She touched so many peoples' lives in KSI and continues to do so. She was a wonderful LT and is now a greater CPT. KSI AfterChrist 13 Posted December 18, 2013 Report Share Posted December 18, 2013 Captain KSI Carmenia (2nd Captain/Twisted Warfare/Killjoy) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/17772-msmarie/ I've only been a member since September, but the one person whom I have personally seen do a lot for her squad has been KSI Carmenia. She was the one who recruited me, so I do have more interaction with her than most. But anytime I have had a question, she either answered it or pointed me in the right direction. She recruits like mad. I remember seeing her log on just yesterday, and I don't think it was even five minutes later before she sent out welcome message for her new recruit, Deathbunny209. When our then general, KSI ToxicRain, stepped down to concentrate on her studies, Carmenia stepped up to fill in the gap as acting general, and while I think Toxic has been an excellent general (and is missed), I feel Carmenia has proven herself quite capable in the position. He is a very respectful and well rounded individual person too be around he has also trained many and recruited many as well this guy was also my mentor and has taught me a varity of things while coming up threw the 7's core i feel this guy deserves this award great job mystique. (inserts blank nom) Docness has been the best damn leader I’ve encountered throughout my career in KSI. Everyone knows, or has heard of his non-stop help in ksi. He is constantly at work here in fi, but he’s also a HUGE part of ksi as a whole. He's an active user on both clan ops and web ops, something that not many are these days. If I’m not mistaken he’s the go to guy for help all around. No matter the situation I know we can count on him if we are having trouble with another member, to even if we don't know what else to do to show and prove ourselves in KSI. Being a div leader is hard work and takes great dedication, which is exactly what doc has, he makes it seem like the rank to be. Doc, if I’m not mistaken (usually not), was the one who came up with the format to use to keep track of the chaos of a move to multi-platform consoles. Breaking it down to the different consoles (ps3, ps4, xbone, and 360) and different games (Ghosts and blops 2), he also put in a “squad breakdown†part where you have the members of that squad and what they will be moving/staying to/with. Ask yourself. How much more of hassle would it have been without that roster? He didn't do it to get noticed, he did it with KSI's best interest at heart. Doc isn't all about the rank, he doesn't do it to become better than everybody, he does it because his goal is to make us quality members. I’m proud to say that he’s not only my div leader, but also a great friend. He's approachable, and when you do go to him he is always helpful. He’s a chill guy who takes his work seriously, but doesn’t (and hasn’t) change the way he is as a person. He is an outstanding Co-Division leader. Always on point, and ready for anything that may cause harm not only to our division FI, but ready for anything that may hurt KSI. He does, just like docness, a tremendous amount of work within fi and I, along with the rest of my div, am glad he is a part of our division. What to say about this 7. Oracle is THE people person of FI, she is easy to talk to, and does her work like no other. She has been a help to members all around due to her name change competitions. You see, she has funded many members with 800 microsoft points so they could begin their journey as a sgt and up. An amazing number of about 80 people THIS YEAR can say that they got their name from a miss KSI Oraclex 7. This is quite possibly the most generous thing I’ve ever seen a member do, and she does it so willingly. It is NOT her job to supply name changes, but she does it anyways. She has grown into a great leader, one of the best. The potential in this woman is so great, that I would be surprised not to see her as a BoD member in the future. That is how much I believe in her, THIS is how much we, FI, believes in her. She has it in her heart to one day help ALL of ksi, I believe that is her goal, what she strives for. I've been able to see this 7 since their join into KSI, I am honored to say that I have seen the career of KSI twstdFist 7 come into play. No other 7 could be this high of a quality when it comes to what our higher ups. Just like the rest of the amazing 7 staff in my division he is a constant help to members, and has truly gone above and beyond helping FI grow. Fuzzy is active, and blunt with what he thinks. This attitude WORKS though, he knows what he is doing and is a loyal leader. Fuzzy was the one who introduced the welcoming committee in fi, a group of people who mass message telling everybody about the newest members in fi. This is so helpful because it shows the members that are just recruited that we DO care about them, and that they’re not going to be left out. When first introduced to the rank of General he was automatically put into two situations that not many see the first few weeks as a general. I can not explain to you how much I respect I have for this man, when talking to him its like im a completely different person. This effect he has is just, its very peculiar. I don't know what it is about him that makes him, him. He is a future leader, I say this with utmost confidence. Fuzzy may be annoying here or there, but only because he cares. My mindset on the gen rank has completely changed due to him, and im thankful for that. He is a great member who is going to become a great 7 one day, and I can’t wait for that day to come. I don’t know where we would be without him as intakes gen. The reason why is because he was a sgt before hitting the rank. Impossible? NO. As a cpl he was already recruiting (with an officer present as per order of our gen) He took advantage of the rule passed by our gen and got himself noticed before he turned into a sgt. Then worked his ass off to become intakes 4lt. If it was not for his tremendous work as a cpl, I don’t know if he’d be as great as he is now. I can see the potential in him growing each and every day. Gun knows what’s what and he is a DAMN good Lt who deserves this award without a doubt. IF what he shows isn’t dedication, I don’t know what is. He has faults, we all do, but he tries his best. And isn't that all we ask for when it comes to our officers? A person whos willing to be critiqued over what he does to improve themselves? That, is what I think an officer should be like. I nominate him for member of the year because of all the work he has put into ksi. Both clan ops and web ops he thrives. Chicken is a very odd fellow, ill tell you that much. Right off the bat he did what most wouldn't do wen it came to joining the forums. What he did was jump right in, right off the bat. 10 posts down, check. Blow up the sb. check (ongoing as well ) he became a regular, a friend to all. He immerse himself with the knowledge given here and took off in the ranks, hitting Co-Fo as if it was just, meant to be. Sadly, he stepped down... But not for reasons unknown or vague, or even ridiculous. No, chicken stepped down because he knew what his calling was, web ops. And it wasn't a lie, chicken has done anything he can to be a key part of these forums. He is a part of the productions team, the GFX team, a section mod for his previous div IO (amazing div btw), and also apart of the tremendous, always at work AAP. He does his very best to help on these forums. Chicken is always helping members, in whatever way he can. Be it a simple how do you make a spoiler, or how do I get a sig. Chicken is there to not only tell you the requirements, but he is also there to guide you through it all. if you are reading this nomination, I urge you, I encourage you, im Hucking telling you!! Go to him for anything you need, he doesn't help you to get noticed by anyone, he helps you because he feels that it is every members right to be a part of this website and are getting around easily. Reason for nominating him is because first off he is a great mentor .He taught me so much in being a great officer, a great teacher and a great friend. When joining KSI I was the newbie that didn't know anybody like that but KSI ItS SmOoTh made me feel welcome to the KSI family. He takes charge of his squad keeping everything organize and everything fun. When issues comes along he keeps everything in a professional manner. He treats everybody in his squad equally. He taught me that if u want the job done u got to go out and do it .
