Honesty came to CO under some hard times. He is a very proud man with alot of good ideas and ways if listened to. He never passes up an oppertunity in which he can better the division. He came over and took the initiative to get to know my div. He didnt wait until they had a problem or came to him he came over to CO overcame and just tore into working and dong whats needed in CO I am proud to say that he is my Co Founder. Among the things she has introduced is a massive fluff removal, and giving support to us all throughout that process, and making sure that all officers have the same training and knowledge in all squads, by launching a training program with division wide officers workshops. I don't know if I've ever met anyone that would be more motivational. And these qualities are much needed in the time of great change that GZ is currently ongoing. There is none that is online as much, there is none that lends as much help to her fellow members and leaders as Zombie, and it is amazing that she has the energy to do all this. She works as hard regardless of health or sickness, or if she is having a bad day, and she keeps up and plays with all her squads in their own time zone, despite living in another time zone herself, and she does this not once or twice, but every single day. We are currently in the process of a massive fluff removal, and our numbers will temporarily go down quite drastically, but we have already seen that the members that stay are getting more active and involved, and the officers are all stepping up their game, and none of this would be possible without our General. Ethre is always there to deal with issues and help us out, regardless of what the issue is or what time of the day it is. He is incredibly knowledgeable, he is hard working, and he sets a great attitude for the squad. He keeps the squad going, and his motivation makes all of us want to do better and be better. The squad would not be rising and getting stronger the way we are without Ethre. Because the squad is getting stronger and better every day, even if our numbers may be low for the time being, and it is amazing to see that Ethre has gotten us all turned around the right way again. Member - KSI Legend95 - Staff Sergeant in Pride, GZ Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/14612-ksi-legend95/ Reason why they deserve this - KSI Legend95 is one of the most knowledgeable members we have in our squad, and despite his rank being a SSGT for the time being, the time, effort and responsibilities he takes on matches that of any other officer we have regardless of rank, and I couldn't ask for better help from an officer than the help and support that he gives, both with directly squad related things, but also if any of us have a bad day, feel down and need some cheering up, Legend is there with the knowledge, and a joke or silly memes, and it makes everything a little easier in the day to day routines in the squad. All the above nominees have done an outstanding job in their respective ranks the past month, but I also think that another reason why the jobs they are so amazing is the fact that all our leaders are very much in tune and helpful for each other. The team work and spirit of GZ allows for great leaders to be born, and the great leaders we have makes that spirit grow and spread all the time. I believe that 100%. When Winner was presented to me I was like ummmmmmm lol. But things happened and hes here and I am glad he is a member of CO. He has come through and done what he said he would do in spite of odds against him,and Im proud of him. The first night i played with him and Cody i had a blast then I thought ohhh lawd Im going to have my hands full. lol What i have is two good members that have overcome difficulty and used it to better themselves. Good job. And if it werent for the people in my div I would be lost they drive me insane.... but they are all my lovlies wouldnt trrade them for the world. She was an ex-cofo who joined back into KSI two years after leaving, but she still has the Cofounder touch. She has not only promoted activity in Undead recently, but also on the forums as well. She recruits and plays well with other members, when need be she also hosted a squad meeting on our General's behalf due to an unexpected absence. Squeek has done all of these things and more for our squad and our division, that is why I think she deserves this award. He is the type of person who doesn't care about some outside situations such as time or work, he will still answer problems and respond to questions at 3 in the morning or while at work. Cheddarbob however is exemplary at setting good character traits, for example he does not get Roostery or pull rank ( except for rare occasions ) which leads his Generals and 7's to be more selfless and open. One of the job details for a Director is that the Director is supposed to set the example for the rest of the leaders, Cheddarbob is clearly the best in the business in this department. He is constantly doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He has been working SO hard to get our Xbox One squad approved and going for our members who are preferring to move over to XB1. He is our section mod & makes sure that stays nice & clean. He works on AAP staff as well putting time over there. He is on Productions team & live streams different game types including zombies to try to help grow the Twitch & YouTube areas. He sets up 1 v 1's with members so they have a chance to get to know him & ask questions. He is a great leader for TW & definitely deserves to win.
