Reasoning why they deserve this - Lucario here has proven his worth this month, getting a captains position shortly after the FI/TI division split stepping up to his new position, showing a massive increase in activity both with the squad on Xbox, and overall on the forums, he has proven himself to be a great asset to his squad, and his division as a whole.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI GON FREECES (formerly KSI KINGBRANZ) has shown that he has what it takes to be a great leader, since his promotion less than a week before the FI/TI Division split, he's really improved, adding to the squad as much as he can, and for as long as he's been my LT, he's done nothing but rise to the plate, challenging himself and performing his duties to the best of his ability.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Terrors is a huge part of KSI and MP. He is the reason that MP is still pushing forward. Without I would definitely not be able to push forward as much as I’ve been able too. He listens to all problems with an open mind and makes sure that everything is handled in a orderly fashion. I’m pretty sure that MP would be long gone if it weren’t for his hard work and him pushing forward no matter how difficult things may get. Props to you Terrors.

Reasoning why the deserve this - ArCher has had many things throw his way and he still pushed through all of them. He has many accomplishments to his name including beginning to reestablish competitive teams, rebuild massacre when Torture was creating and he lost many people, and splitting massacre to get MP’s first official split and to get Riot MP. He is very active and he solves problems with an open mind. He turns a bad day into a good one and will not settle for anything less. He has a very powerful drive and it has helped Massacre and MP tremendously. He has made me proud to say that I am his cofounder. ArCher has a big future ahead of him within in KSI and within his life.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This nomination in my opinion is long overdue. With everything that is going on with me and how busy I tend to be Joker has been a very big help with Enforcer. As soon as I ask him for something he is right there ready to take on the challenge. He has been the foundation of enforcer for a while now and has made enforcer a great place to be. He runs squad meetings, gamenights, and goes on recruiting runs with other members to make sure that the squad is being activa and that they are recruiting. He is very respectful not only to higher ups, but also newer members and lower members. He is very involved with this community and is always eager to pick someone’s brain for more knowledge about KSI. He is a strong individual and he is very understanding. He has the potential to go far within this community and his personal life.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Courtney is a very active member and has been helping archer build massacre up. She is one of the main foundations on which massacre rest on. She is a very strong individual and will stop at nothing. Whatever KSI throws at her she is ready to take it on and use it to build her knowledge. She is always willing to help in whatever needs help and she will make sure it's done right. She is very knowledgeable and humorous. She knows exactly what must be done in order to make sure things are alright. She is never afraid to ask questions in order to expand her knowledge about KSI. I am very happy to have her here.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sage had the difficult task of taking over a newly split squad. He set in stone what had to be done in order to make this squad successful to is officers and made sure it got done. He is very active within his squad and will make sure that everything is running smoothly. He is never afraid to do what has to be done for the well being of the squad. He is very powerful force within Riot and MP. He works alongside archer and I to make sure that things are getting done and that he understands things that he may be confused about. I am  very happy to have the honor of having him in my division and I can not think of a better person to lead riot into success.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Well well, Asgard LS.  The only Halo 5 squad in KSI.  Started out as a project squad of only 25 members in February and look how far it's come.  And whose been at the helm the entire time?  Rocco.  From delegating authority, making tough decisions, and steering the ship, KSI Rocco has excelled in managing arguably the most successful squad in Last Strike.  Keep it up boss!

Reasoning why they deserve this - DrDeath is a newer face to Asgard in regards to changing his name in mid-February and really stepping up the plate from there-on-out.  He finds time to recruit, train and mentor members, host game nights, and even found the first Griffball team for the squad.  He even took over managing the headhunters team of Asgard after the previous captain left.  With a squad split looming, look for KSI DrDeath to be leading his own pack soon.

I feel like he needs this reward because he stepped up to the GEN position recently and has just been rocking it. He's always talking to his squad and making sure everyone is ok. He text me individually just to see if I'm doing alright. He cares so much about his squad and he has been doing such an amazing job. It makes me happy knowing that there are people like him in KSI and I makes me want to be able to do what he does and take control over a squad that fast. He just maintains a calm attitude and he's a very good listener. He can be stern when needed but he is an amazing guy to be around.

Reasoning why they deserve this award: I think it goes with out saying that Fith and his wife have both stuck their neck out time and time again for the greater good of the KSI community, I truely admire their desire and commitment to always lending a listening ear or a helping hand in any instance on and off the console, its a humbling life lesson and is something that ive taken home with me and used in my own endeavors and thats really what the ultimate goal is to spread a positive message and just maybe change someones life in the process, they are two truly amazing people.

Reasoning why they deserve this award: I remember a few months back when i came into KSI with an unsure mindset on what to expect and how to move forward i have one keen memory from the beginning that still holds value today and thats this members determination and strength of character thats always been a present factor in everything he does from helping host the squad meetings to hosting his own seminars he keeps everyone up to date and makes sure no one slips through the cracks. After having suffered a near crippling injury to his legs and having been told that he may never walk again but nevertheless he said that he would and we all prayed and i was able to firsthand witness his power of will and can thankfully say that if we were giving these nominations in person he'd be standing here with me today, a truly phenomenal person.

Reasoning they deserve this: Although this member has just recently resigned his rank to deal with personal affairs he did a wonderful job for the month of march and past months, he was always working toward getting recruits off the recruit tag and went through the trouble of creating a printable copy of our communities Code of Conduct and was all around a great guy who carried with him a welcoming energy, his dedication doesn't go un noticed, with kids of his own it goes with out saying that doing all that he did was no easy task.

Reasoning they deserve this: He has really made an effort to get more involved and has been dedicating alot of his time to our tactical team, for someone who works a busy schedule this is not always an easy feat so i admire his desire to become more apart of the squad in the midst of dealing with his own personal struggles having recently overcome a gambling addiction hes come a long way at making changes and i know that hes got a bright future ahead of him in KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I think that Reaper has done an astonishing job taking lead of this squad and using what he knew to make sure we werent left behind no matter what. Also, even thought there have beensome issues recently he has always handled them to the best of his ability and perfected the art of making sure there is no "bad blood" and making issues not arise by doing so.

As an officer I've been able to rely on him for guidance, mentoring, laughter and always a push when I thought I couldn't and yet, he knew I could. Bandit is a completely amazing person. That's how I want to start out how to describe to y'all why she deserves this. Throughout the time I've been in KSI, Bandit has been the most encouraging, funny, and a spectacular leader. She is just as an amazing person as she is a leader. She has helped improved DM with her strive and determination. It's also great to see that she is active with our division. In my eyes that's showing that she really does care. Now, she knows exactly when to be serious and when things can be funny and not so serious. Which is both inspiring and helpful to those who don't know. Bandit is nice but also knows when to cut this crap and get down to business in serious matters, which also makes her such a great leader and a person. She is inspirational and its completely amazing. She definitely has a positive influence on the division and with an end result, makes our division feel like family. Don't know what we'd do without her.

When he received word of this, he went straight to work trying to find out what happened to the accounts and got them restored quickly. Also, I've had the pleasure of talking to him in multiple Live parties. He's very nice, uplifting, and funny person to talk with. Infinitely knowledgeable.

Reasoning why they deserve this – There are countless reasons that Bandit deserves this award. She is extremely passionate and protective over Demonic Mayhem that it gives the rest of us the peace of mind that we're safe under her leadership. Her knowledge of KSI procedures impresses me. There's never a “I need to check on this” ever. There's no hesitation in her decisions and she's always fair with how she handles the good and the bad that 'crosses her desk' so-to-speak. Reasoning why the deserve this - AtomicKwon deserves this award more than anyone in my opinion. He has been working hard ever since he recruited me in December. He has been flying up in the ranks and has been working really hard. He put a lot of his time into Octane and KSI which is hard to do for someone in his position because of how much he has to do in his everyday life. Not saying he can't handle it, because he can. Him and I have become super close and he has opened my eyes a lot. I look up to him and he inspires me to work harder and achieve greatness, not just in KSI, but in my everyday life as well. He is very wise and always knows what to say. He is always there to talk, even when he should probably be sleeping. All he does is try to help, and I see myself in him because I am just the same. I can't wait to shadow him because of how much I feel he knows. He is definitely deserving of this award every month in my opinion, and I don't care if I ever sound like a broken record because it is all true and I don't know if I would have ever joined a gaming community if it wasn't for him.

Reasoning why they deserve this – I think that Thor should be recognized for the work he has done as a Director.  As LW’s Director he should be helping us out as needed, but Thor goes above that. He has spent countless hours in parties with me, as well as LW’s 7 staff, helping us with various things.  Not only does he help us when there is an issue, but he also takes time out of his day to play and chat with us. He is always there for us, and even gets to know us on a personal level. I know a lot of things that I have mentioned fall into the description of being a Director, but Thor has gone above my expectations. We appreciate everything you’ve done for us in LW.

Reasoning why they deserve this – I have a long list of reasons as to why KSI Ascend 7 deserves this award.  To start I’d like to just say that LW would not be where it is today if it wasn’t for Ascends’ efforts.  He is the type of guy that will do anything for another KSI member, regardless of rank, or if it is even axed of him (Sorry man). He reaches out to all members to get to know them not only as another member, but also on a personal level. This is something that he has done, that I was unable to do as Co-div, he is able to connect with all of the squads and their members and build a solid bond with all of them. They don’t look at him as a boss, but as a leader. One way that you can tell is that Ascend is always like “Yeah, let’s go do that”; instead of “yeah you go do that”. This is a great characteristic of all leaders and I am proud that Ascend always has that type of attitude. Ascend is always trying to come up with new ideas to increase activity as well as improve everyone’s KSI experience. Ascend steps up and takes care of things when I am not online, which is part of his rank duties, however even when I am online he asks if he can take care of it. He is always trying to learn more to improve himself, which he passes on to the rest of the division. A lot of the LW members can attest to this, but if you need someone Ascend is the man to go to.  Something that Mpliers knows from experience, this guy will take care of a situation whenever it surfaces, even if that is at 5AM.  Ascend was in charge of the LW Recruit Tag for quite some time, and during that time the tag was the most active it has ever been.  He was on it 2, 3, sometimes even 4 times a day, which if you’ve held a recruit tag you know, that is way more than the norm.  I could go on about Ascend for days but the thing that it comes down to is this, LW’s success comes from the work he has done and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. Ascend, keep up the great work man, I’m excited to see what will come from LW with you as “the hog with the big nutz.”
