KSI Spring 2018 Donation Drive   05/08/2018

If KSI has made a difference in your life and you want to make a greater difference in the community, please donate here. Every donation that KSI receives is immediately put toward tournaments, events and site upgrades that improve the KSI experience for all members. “The members are KSI’s driving force, and this donation drive is an opportunity to play a larger role in creating the future of KSI,” Chief Operating Officer KSI ImPyyy 7 said. “We’re continuing our efforts to make our events and support structure bigger and better than ever, and every donation goes toward that goal.” The emphasis of this drive is improving the swag we will be giving away for Spirit Week, as well as making some necessary improvements to our server/sites. However, no donation drive has ever had the rewards and incentives this drive has. During the current donation drive, any member who donates $75 or more will receive their own customized group on the forums, complete with unique color and sprite image next to their display name. Anyone who gives *any* amount — through donations, bits, or subscriptions to KSILive — is eligible for a VIP-only event that will be hosted at Spirit Week. Should you feel usual donations are too much, but still want to contribute, you can subscribe to our Twitch channel, KSILive. All subscribers will still receive a Twitch Sub award, the “I ❤️ KSILive” group, and be entered into the VIP only event at Spirit Week. This will allow members to show off the perks of contributing more to the community. As always, despite the rewards for higher-level awards, there are still perks for those who aren’t able to reach that threshold. Any and all donations will be thanked and rewarded with the “I ❤ KSI” member group on the forums, ‘Spring Chicken’ donation award, as well as specific tiered forums awards based upon the amount donated.  The awards will be: Platinum $1-$25
      Diamond, $26-$74
Oynx $75 To receive your awards please PM Ace or any other admin with the email used when donating to verify. Thank you, KSI Web Staff

Dig into Your Division:
Know your members, ask questions, and know whats going on. Take initiative to get involve in your members lives, This will make you more approachable as a leader and a role model for your leaders and members alike. The best way to motivate your members and be aware of whats going on is to include yourself in the conversation around the water cooler, but always maintain a level of respect and professionalism.

Make sure you keep up with the growth of your squad and balance the officer staff accordingly. If you are:

35-45 per squad, You should average 1 General, 1 Captain and 2 Lieutenants
45-55 per squad, You should average 1 General, 2 Captain and 2 Lieutenants
55-65 per squad, You should average 1 General, 2 Captain and 3 Lieutenants

The following layout does the math for you.
Overstaffed? It's time to grow into the staff.
Correctly staffed? Time to grow while maintaining your training/promotion program to keep up with the numbers.
Understaffed? Time to train and promote people to fit your numbers.
Grossly Understaffed? You better have a good plan or your division is in SERIOUS trouble.

For more information follow the link: http://www.ksiforums.org/topic/21854-important-divisional-officer-breakdown/ . Have officers mentor and train their replacement. It's always a good idea to have a back up plan, you never know when your going to need it. Maintaining the order and balance will also reduce stress for the squad and allow for continued growth. Staff Sergeant Rank, use it. If your General is having a hard time deciding on the next officer don't be afraid to throw a Sergeant up to Staff Sergeant, this is a great way to scout potential officers from with in the squad.

Meeting Responsibilities:
Be sure to have someone here to take notes and deliver them if you can not. If you take the notes, but can not deliver the notes, pass the information along to someone who can. This goes for all meetings: Division Leaders, Generals, and Squads Meetings. Failure to follow through will result in Rank Suspension.

Division Leaders Meeting Next Week:
Division Leaders Meeting next week, Wednesday July 20th, 2016 will be on Call of Duty Black Ops II at 8pm EST for Founders; or any other Leader in control of the recruit tag for your division, will be in attendance in place of the Division Leaders unless they are one in the same. Make sure the appropraite leader makes it on time and is prepared to take notes.

Divisional YouTube:
If your division has a YouTube page OR you are interested and thinking about starting one up, CONTACT YOUR DIRECTOR. The Directors, Senior Directors, the Productions Team and KSI ImPeRiiuM 7 need to be consulted and will be involved in this process as SoP's and Guidelines are still being drafted.

Access Denied and Squad tags:
You should be logging in to your Access Denied and squad (silver) tags every day to update and keep track of whats going on in your division/squad. Please remember that is you go 7 days with out signing in to your Access Denied you will be rank suspended. General rule of thumb when taking a poop sign into your G14.
