Reasons they deserve this award - Tex is without a doubt an amazing Division Leader but what truly makes her stand out is the fact that she knows that KSI should not always be your priority. Over the past couple of weeks I've had a bunch of exams, just before them I was in a party with her and I was trying to explain that I may not be able to complete my duties as an officer because of this, she just turned around and said, 'KSI doesn't matter, do the exams and get the grades, come back afterwards but that's what matters for you at the moment so focus on that'. Honestly, just for a response like that I believe that she deserves Division Leader of the year.

Reasons they deserve this award – He not only does a great job in his role as founder but did an excellent job when he helped out Defiant. We were in a difficult situation when our Gen had to step down but he stepped in and helped everyone out. He dealt with a lot of unfortunate situations and was always there to help people in the squad and talk things out so they could be resolved well. I have never had an issue that he was not completely open to discussing and handling in a well thought out manner. I thank him for helping out Defiant and truly believe he deserves this award.

Reasons they deserve this award – He has been an amazing officer and always did things right The way he handled situations kept everyone friends with each other and happy. Everyone was always happy to play with him and he made people feel at home in the squad. He taught me everything I know as an officer and I wouldn’t want it to have happened any other way.

Shanda not only is the most dedicated member I've ever met but she is also one of the hardest working. We may not agree on everything that’s happened in the past year but I can tell you that damn near everything she's done she's done to better this community. How she manages to keep up with half of the things she does is beyond me. She is constantly breaking the boundary set as the example of a good leader in KSI. Though this past year she's literally come from recruit to being the Co-Div in just a year. She's put her social life on the back burner, even trying to recruit people while out with friends. Sponsored countless gamer tag changes and overall done everything in her power to make this community a great place for every member. I feel like it's worth mentioning that she's the reason I joined KSI in the first place and have met everyone that I have thus far and for that I cannot be more grateful.

The reason that Igan deserves this award is because he has been such a constant in my KSI career over the past year. He is one of the most dedicated, caring and knowledgeable members I've ever met in KSI. He always puts the needs of the squad he's over before himself. He always shows up for meetings even though the meetings have always been early for him (being in Australia and working with an east coast squad). Sick or just sleep deprived he will always show up. He always makes the time to be as active as humanly possible, (even while being a member of T&E and Graphics). He is always looking for ways to improve the life of the squad (like with the Discord app, setting up servers for whoever needs help) and makes KSI and Discord a great place for every member that joins. He is always willing to help everyone with whatever needs to be done. Be it new ideas, help with recruiting, hanging out for game night's, even being a backup for the raid if need be (even if his hand is killing him). When one of our members didn't have the funds for Destiny 2 he helped me chip in and get them the game. Over all he is the best co-founder I've experienced in KSI & the reason i became an officer again, and I know for a fact that I wouldn't have made it this far without him. He is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of calling my superior.

Bryan is a hard working doctor, family man and my captain. He has been through so many ups and downs this year but still has been a constant in the squads that he been in. He even/also offered to help me and Igan with the purchase of the D2 game for one our members (as previously mentioned). He's now doing even more thing's for KSI (even though his schedule is crazy) like being on the Marketing team. He even purchased Minecraft to help with one of the many "contest" (albeit drunkenly and he hates Minecraft). He shows not only his dedication to KSI but what it truly means to be a leader more and more every day.

Joe always looks outside the box, he was constantly looking for new and improved ways to reach our members. He was the one who suggested to do the questions of the week again and even though it was an old idea he knew it would work. He is a great member and a good LT and while I could just put him in for member I choose not to because of the simple fact that it takes a great leader to admit when he just doesn’t have the time anymore to be a proper leader but it takes a greater leader to put your squad first and more importantly your family first. Maybe that's not award worthy for the OTY's but in my book it at least deserved a nomination.

Harley is one of the most enthusiastic members I've ever met. She is constantly getting involved with whatever she can. She has a love for all things gaming and a great outlook on life. She's constantly juggling things with either work her little one but always makes time to get on and get involved with our members. She has been the glue for Discord for quite a while. I can honestly say she's one of my best members and a great addition to my officer staff.

Juju is one of those members that is a great person to hang around. He's funny, passionate about gaming and he is always willing to give advice or help out. As a perfect example last night he used the forums to check out to see if a member who invited his new recruit was part of Org or .com and he made sure the proper protocol was followed. He has pulled in at least 2 recruits himself and is just a great overall member that I'm happy to have a part of my squad.

Amy is a great member of KSI she is outgoing and not afraid to speak her mind and when it comes to streaming she is very passionate about it. She's on the forums a lot and she always encouraging people to check out the streams. She's not just a good member of productions she has literally helped me and one of my squad members by getting us copies of Fortnite to help us out even though she wasn’t a part of our squad. She's been a very supportive member to me and my squad. She is a great addition to KSI and a great member to be streaming and spreading the KSI message!

Reasons they deserve this award - Throughout Grims time here in EO, he has become staple for us as a Division. You can find him on the Join/Rejoin section daily. Consistently and willing in all different sorts of parties of the members that make up EO. Well respected, and very knowledgeable using the experience he has obtained while going through the ranks. Also was the general of a squad that produced 2 current 7 staff members and 4 out of our 5 current generals not to mention the captains and LT's that were grown from his time running a squad. During which of all he remains his fun loving self, he his immovable when it comes to being emotionally compromised. He handles any and all situations with a clear and level head. I go to this man with any and all "sticky" KSI situations for this ability that I challenge anyone to compete for because he stands above all in this category. No better man than him for this position OTY.

Reasons they deserve this award - Pardon my french but God damn. This man has redesigned the role of General and has done so in such a timely matter it's insane. When all us fails Skarz does not, he will one man army a squad and you can catch him laughing and joking having a good time while doing it. Never complains never asks why, he gets the job done. He has trained a multitude of officers and even current gens of EO without this man we would be nowhere near where we are now. Even now as a co-founder and acting General of Predator a squad we put off for dead, is now thriving and driving towards great things. No one else for this award.

Reasons they deserve this award – I met this guy when I was up and coming in Defiant. When I was a staff sergeant and was being trained to be an officer I had a lot of questions. He showed me what it meant to be an officer. By that I mean he helped me understand the information that was being presented to me. No matter the time of day or night. Guyy 77 made himself available to me and other officers and was flexible about working with our personal schedules. He is still this officer and is only getting better. With knowledge he gains, his ability to teach, and his ability to lead has been proven time and time again.

Reasons they deserve this award - This guyy and myself have spent countless hours in parties and pms on other platforms dealing with the ins and outs of KSI and he has never faltered in his position whichever it maybe as an officer he instilled ideals into an entire squad that would humble anyone. 1st Class officer that would make any of us ashamed to even compere for the Title of Captain of the year. If we could take half of what he stands for a give it to every other division in KSI this place would be undoubtedly a better place for any and that call themselves KSI.

Reasons they deserve this award – How can someone from another squad get noticed by a current general that they don’t even deal with. I will tell you how no matter what it is she is all over it. She is always in the discord chat talking about game night and how everyone in EO is welcome. I go on Recruit EO checking profiles looking for work for my officer staff I always see her name on several recruits. In short Ruby stand in a league of her own. She is the woman, the myth, the legend in EO. Everyone man woman and child should inspire to be like her in everyway for her caring attitude to her leadership ability.

Reasoning: I believe that Impyy deserves this for a laundry list of reasons. He is one of the few people here that does actually give this community 110%. Being involved in all the departments to the extent of involvement he has in each of them is a handful in itself. Impyy also heavily involves himself with  every community event we have, from Turkey Bowl, to helping with hosting Happy Hour. The guy is also one of the few Senior Leaders that many of the members feel like they can approach and communicate with, which helps breed community morale. Impyy is directly one of the most influential members of how the community operates, and is truly the definition of a Senior Leader.

Reasoning: Rebel deserves to be recognized for his dedication, hard work, and his no BS commitment to the division on Forced Induction and it's members. Rebel is one of the few people to have been around KSI for nearly 10 years, and you can easily tell with the knowledge of the community he brings to the table, which directly influences outcomes of many issues within day-to-day KSI. He handles incidents very well, and keeps the drama throughout the division to a minimum with a very direct approach. In this past year he has had to take up leadership of the Maximum Punishment division, and then to take over Forced Induction after the promotion of Veriitas. He has continued to lead FI in the right direction, and to make a positive significant difference.

Reasoning: Silence deserves to be recognized due to all the time and work he puts into several facets of this community. He is heavily involved on the forums and with 90% of FI's rejoin and join applications, he is a member of the KSI Court Staff, and is the backbone of the support system for the members of FI. Silence always takes the time to give someone any answer they may need that he has, or will attempt to find an answer for them. In any scenario, members of FI know that they can come to Silence and will be treated with respect, and they all in turn respect him for it.

His attention to detail, and drive to accomplish things are at the foremost of his good leadership qualities.

Reasoning: I have not seen another Dept. Head, myself included, that goes out of his way so much to make sure that everything goes as best as it possibly can as Gary. Factoring in the timezone difference he has to us in North America as well, he seems to always still be up and on for all of our major streams in the evening, meaning he is up into the wee hours of the morning in the UK. Gary is always trying to push his members to come up with new ideas, and to implement them, he is not afraid to give members a chance to make their ideas a reality. He is truly a great Department Head.
