Testimony why they deserve it

Through my many years in FI I have accomplished quite a bit. Among them are:

  • Becoming the youngest general in division history (14)
  • Splitting that squad at age 14
  • Becoming the youngest 7 in the divisions history (15) (maybe the youngest in KSI history at that point, although older leaders might be able to remember a younger one)
  • Being a prime example and instrumenting a practice for future divisional leaders to look at performance and leadership abilities for young officers instead of just age or maturity
  • Being instrumental at transitioning the division from the 360 to the Xbox one with a gain in members instead of a loss.
  • Working alongside, being the right hand man, and even to some extent helping train leaders who would later lead as senior leaders (such as: KSI VeRiiTaS 7 and KSI MFLSwagg 7
  • Tying the record with Swagg 7 for achieving the highest number of squad splits in FI as a general. (3)

I’m here to witness for Warpriest 7, I known Warpriest since 2013, he always been that guy that pushes you to your limits to become better , not only in KSI but in the your personal life. He dealt with a lot of things in his life that was hard for him but he never let stop him from be a great leader and a great friend . He definitely deserves this award, he contributed to a lot of history in FI , highest he been was Co Founder but he has a heart of a future CEO

Ill witness for Warpriest. Ive known Warpriest since the very beginning in his time here in KSI. He did so much for FI, helped out so many people in different ways. No matter what, he was there for anyone that needed help. He's helped me countless times in a bunch of stuff in my time. Warpriest has been and always will be a great leader in FI. He made history in FI by splitting 2 squads in an amazing amount of time. When he was CoFo of FI he did his best to help all of the squads including the ones he wasnt even over. I think if anyone deserves a HOF spot it's Warpreist(Jacob).

Sorry. I’m getting more. It’s just been so long since I’ve been in FI that I’m having trouble getting ahold of some of the older members

Warpriest is a phenomenal leader and has been dince I've known him. I first met Jacob when i was a gen back in firebird and that first thing i noticed was his drive and his willingness to learn even from someone like me at the time who had only been in for a few months and was a fresh gen. He was always there for me and that squad, and he eventually followed in my footsteps to run that squad after my 2nd in command to the point of splitting it. Something that I was never able to do. He made such an impact on firebird and it's split torque that I decided to make him the co-founder over the xbox one squads, a job he did very well and was always on for the members. I can't attest to much of what is posted above because of how long he was in before me, but I'd say based off of what I have seen from him he definitely deserves to be listed among my name and swaggs for putting in just as much work as we did to make FI what it was.

I second this. I recommend this member for the Hall of fame. I was in Forced Induction when he was and I saw him split squads, spend thousands of hours in personal training with other members, recruiting hundreds of members, training future leaders, increasing activity on the forums by mentoring members, leading mentoring groups, and actively making sure every member felt like they had a place in this community. To be nominated for this I think a member has to have done things that have improved the community as a whole on a huge scale. Without a doubt he has drastically improved this community. There is no other member I know except Swag who has spent thousands of hours improving this community by all together recruiting, training, mentoring, and spending time with at a least thousands of potential members and hundreds of members. Those thousands of hours that could have been spent doing other things including work, school, personal life stuff he spent instead helping this community to become better. This isn't even considering the amount of people who he trained that have become leaders themselves and the amount of people they have helped. We are talking about 3000+ plus people being impacted by this member in a positive way by being recruited, trained, or spent time with. If that If that alone isn't worth being in the hall of fame I don't know what is.
