This process will run similarly to KSI’s “Of the Month” and “Of the Year” awards, but with some minor tweaks. You will only be able to nominate one (1) person in your division per time, so please choose wisely. To be eligible, the nominee must meet the following baseline criteria: 1) Must currently be in the division they are being nominated for. 2) Must be in the division for at least six (6) months. 3) Must be in KSI for at least one (1) year. 4) Must have earned at least Outstanding Service Level One (1). 4) Not been blacklisted, security risked, or DNH’ed unless successfully appealed and overturned. 5) Must have KSI gamertag. Please make sure those criteria are met. You can confirm that criteria by visiting their profile and looking at their awards tab, or by asking the person you are nominating. When the nomination process ends, AAP will confer and select up to three (3) inductees per division. They may choose less depending on testimony and evidence provided. Previous OTM/OTY/Award nominations will be considered when going over nominations. This process will happen twice a year: 1) at Fall Classic in September and 2) Spring Break in March. You will only be allowed to nominate a person in YOUR division. You cannot nominate a member of another division, or if you are not active within Clan-Ops. Please explain. KSI Dragons 7 I’ve known him for almost 2 years now in that time he’s always helping out whenever he can. Most in KSI know him for his works in the graphics department but myself and many others throughout DM know him as this amazing guy that’s always joking around having a good time and making DM a better place. Throughout his stint in DM he’s been an officer during most of that time. When his squad wasn't doing so well he was the glue that held it together. Most would have given up but month after month he kept trying. Eventually he moved on to another squad and he helped that one rise from the ashes so to speak. The squad was in shambles it had a recent split that didn’t work out and we had to merge the two together most of the officers stepped down due to IRL or they didn’t want to put in the work of basically rebuilding the squad and bringing back those that were salvageable. It took him a lot of time and effort but eventually it paid off and his squad was happy and active again growing at a steady pace. He was doing excellent work all around and deserved a promotion only problem was he didn’t have anyone to take his place. He really didn't care that he wasn’t being promoted he was just busy trying to help out his squad. Eventually he did get promoted to Co-Fo and has continued to help out DM in so many different ways. He is far from lazy if something needs taken care of and he can then he does it with a willing and happy spirit. He’s also not afraid to offer his opinion whether it agrees with everyone else or not he thinks outside the box which is extremely useful for KSI leaders to have not being yes people or sheep and just going with the flow. Sometimes his ideas are so crazy that they might just work other times we're like no way in hell that’s ever going to work. He doesn’t ever give up he’s always says ok and moves on to the next idea always pressing forward. I know that without him and others like him DM would not be in such great shape as it is right now. Dragons is a true leader that helps mentor people and it’s hard to explain but he brings out the inner child out of people don’t get me wrong when he has to or there's a need for it he is completely professional and conducts himself as he should but the rest of the time he just loves having fun and playing games with people which helps build the family atmosphere in DM and it helps retain members and motivate people to step up and become officers. Dragons might not know it but he is a shining example to many in the division and a mentor to them. As I mentioned earlier just as he was the glue that held his squad together he has continued that role but on a division wide scale. Even though he hasn’t done it alone as none of us can, he always goes above and beyond and leads by example, and when he does mess up or make a mistake he always owns up to it and learns from said mistake. Dragons more than deserves to be in DM's hall of fame for all his hard work in the past, present and future working towards a better Division. Dragons contributions to DM will always be remembered. Please explain. Since MeShell has come to DM, she has been a rock for people to lean on, Geology Pun intended, She is the life of every party, and Everyone flawks to her. All of her members respect her. Even with her busy work schedule and everything she has going on IRL. She welcomes every new member with open arms, goes out of her way to assist her members with whatever the need. When training up new officers for her squad, she goes above and beyond to make sure they have every resource they need to succeed. I know that DM would be a different place without MeShell. She brings such a welcoming atmosphere with her everywhere she goes. She is probably one of the best Generals I've seen in KSI. Please explain. ROMEO is the of the most unique leaders in KSI that I'd ever seen, all in a good way. He is a breath of fresh air. From the day he started officer training, this member had been giving it 110%, going the extra mile to always learn more, and do more than his current rank/responsibilities entail. He has such a deep passion for KSI, seeing DM as more than a gaming community. He sees and treats it like a family. ROMEO really came into his own as a General. He literally knows each and every member in his squad, still to this day, passing down his torch as General. He is always there for them personally and professionally. When he was a Co-Founder he quickly got to know the members of the other squad he was over, and the entire Division. He jumps into everyone's party to assist with recruiting, training, Promotions, etc. What really makes him stand out is the fact that he doesn't just do the job of a Founder currently, but every rank underneath him too. He leads by example in every party he's in. He is not afraid to speak his mind and tell it like it is, giving constructive criticism to help other members out. He does it in a way that is blunt and truthful, but not condescending. As a result of this, he has gained all of DM's respect. He works full-time and sometimes even more, but still finds time to jump on the Xbox app to hang out in parties with all of DM. Whether it's training someone, spreading knowledge and wisdom about KSI, or personal related stuff, ROMEO is there for DM and it's members. Send him a party invite, he'll jump on the app and help whoever out in a minute. His professionalism is a force to be reckoned with, as are all his attributes as a true Leader. He goes above and beyond in all he does, pouring his heart and soul into it too. Everyone in DM is Thankful to have him around, as he's definitely earned a spot in DM's Hall of Fame. Please explain. Romeo is truly amazing. I said a lot about why Romeo deserved OS Level 1, and for those same reasons is why he belongs in the DM Hall of Fame. My Xbox App says I've been friends with Romeo for 26 weeks now, which is approximately 6.5 months. During these last 6 months of getting to know Romeo, I've seen him do so much for DM and the members of the division. He's such a people person, and is always party hopping and stopping by what seems like every gamenight he possibly can. All members in DM flock to Romeo - for example, whenever I check Romeo's parties he always seems to be in a party with people! This goes to show you that he is highly respected among the members of DM and everyone enjoys being around him! I am so grateful that Romeo was my Co-Founder. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me when things just weren't the greatest. He's helped me with training officers, hopping online to help sit-in with new officers when no one else could be on, he's even helped with recruiting! Heck, Romeo absolutely loves recruiting and when he finds a potential recruit he makes sure that they get recruited into the squad that would be best fit for them. Romeo deserves to be in DM's Hall of Fame because he's worked harder than anyone else. He puts his heart and soul into KSI, especially DM. He doesn't think of KSI as just a gaming community. He thinks of DM as a great big family! He absolutely goes the extra mile to ensure that everyone is happy and has a good gaming experience.
