He works to not only grow the division, but to make it as active as possible with the growth putting the betterment of the future over current number. Which in my opinion is something that may not be the easiest choice most of the time. Definitely one of the best Div leaders if not the best, and well deserving of this. He watches what is going on in on all levels whether it be what is going on with the Gens, Officers, or even SGT's and taking it on himself to fix or deal with things that come up. He is always thinking of new ways to improve the division, a lot of these ways could even be used widely in KSI. He has been acting Gen over a squad minus a Gen for and with some of the staff really turned it around. He is always looking for more to do as a Co Founder, constantly checking the join section, aap, and other forums aspects informing his superiors of the things that require their attention and so on. She keeps her staff in top shape always working with them to motivate themselves and others. She keeps all her stats in top shape, and makes everyone else have one less thing to worry about when it comes to that. She is has done her best to learn since her time in KSI and really make sure her squad receives from all that. He works very hard especially recruiting, bring in a large number not just for his squad, but helping fellow squads when needed. I constantly get " Welcome newest member" puts a smile on face reading them. Like I said with his motives he actually enjoys recruiting and shows this to all of us. Works with all his fellow members very well to keep the squad running smoothly

I feel Sir Mpliers deserves this because these reasons///////// ~ He is a try hard at everything he does in KSI / per example in ES 7's staff we run over stats weekly, analyzing the member base and all that. Well he literally gave all the possible stats for ES, for no reason! He took what I'm guessing was a fair amount of time out of his day, and did not only his stats, but the Cofo's Stats, that we run down, and all stats for ES. I do not know how I am making this sound, but when I read the huge list of stuff he sent.. ~ He attends whatever he can, if there's a meeting, and if he's on, he will most likely be there. It is not rare indeed to run into one of his attended meetings ~ He attended 101, and then took over the officer workshops, just to spread great ideas, and info to our members ~ It his his job to run the tag here, but none the less as everything else, he tries hard giving out lists and answering questions related to the tag, from whoever may ask. ~ A couple of his accomplishments include - Building our first Destiny "project" squad from the ground up successfully, which led to it being the first Destiny squad to split in KSI/ Was the grand master or whatever of Drunken Gamers 2.0? Something like that./ Such a try hard he won Co Founder of the Year last year Like damn bro ~ And of course like everyone here has been saying, he is a great Founder who will, and does help just about everybody out whether it be a SGT who wants to learn more or an officer dealing with issues, this is our job, but none the less he does it the correct way, and is always willing. Hope this is good enough

My bad on not stating who I didn't see it was a multi nomination, but I can witness to Fatality having 30+ trains

I was formerly this members general and can vouch for this member having trained 30 plus

I have been in the division from the start, and can witness to this member having a gold KSI for over a year

I can definitely witness to this as Co Founder over her squad and former acting general, I have seen this member assist more members than I can remember, whether they be for her own squad or another.

This member has definitely had a Gold KSI clan tag the whole time which is over a year and I can vouch for that.
