This is to be the rules for the Synister Head Hunter team as well as the official challenge thread.

Synister’s HH is the best of the best of the members in Synister, and show everyone else how good Synister really is! Our HH will work as a team to represent, Synister in squad vs squad challenges and any other challenges that are presented to the Management. Our team will also show good sportsmanship and teamwork when it comes to games. NO TRASH TALKING WILL BE TOLERATED. We also agree to play by KSI’s CoC. These rules are subject to change.

The HH team will consist of 8 members ranked off their skill level 1-8. This will be based off 3 rounds, FFA game type, MLG or Tournement style rules. The ranks will be based on kill count and KD spread. The ranks will be the deciding factor on what number the member is in HH. At all times the uniform for a HH member is KSI Sythe DL (rank) then (HH ranking). Once a month the HH members will do another head to head against each other to determine if their numbers change. So with that you can be HH8 one month but be HH1 the next month depending upon how you place in the ranks for the monthly head to head. This is to ensure all members keep their skills sharp and are always trying to better themselves.

The HH Team will consist of three levels; the management level, who are responsible for responding to challenges and disciplinary action; the HH tier 1, which consists of the top eight players of the team, including the Captain and the Drill Sergeant; and HH off tier is known as the sub tier, this tier is made for those who have dropped down from HH8 or could not make the top 8. As a HH T2 member you are responsible for subbing in if a HH T2 member cannot make a game. The whole HH team can consist of a maximum of 16 members who will be ranked off their skill level 1-16. This will be based off 5 Rounds of tryouts. Prelims: Team/strategy based game Versus another HH team. Qualifiers: another game against another HH team, you will be judged based on K/D here. Third round is a FFA game type, next would be WW tournament rules. After that it shall be MLG rules.

Your rank in the squad is determined by your final score at the end. You will be scored on K/D, Teamwork and sportsmanship. The Score is determined as follows: K/D – Kills – Deaths = Final score, Teamwork – scale of 1 – 10. Sportsmanship, Good – 5 pts, Bad: -5 pts. The ranks will be the deciding factor on your HH number (1-8). At all times your HH Uniform is: KSI Synister FD (Rank)HH, in your bio you must include your HH ranking. If you choose you can put in your name your HH Ranking, E.g. HH1 or HH CPT). Once a month the HH members will do another head to head against each other to determine if their numbers change. So with that you can be HH8 one month but be HH1 the next month depending upon how you place in the ranks for the monthly head to head. This is also the time if your part of HH Subs, to challenge a HH8. If a HH8 loses to a HH8 Loses to a sub they switch places. This is to ensure all members keep their skills sharp and are always trying to better themselves. IF you fail to show up to your HH you will be automatically placed at HH8.

For HH captains the team will vote on who is the best of their team to be captain, all votes are confidential and are sent to the squad tag. The vote Format is as follows HH CPT - (GamerTag). If no choice is made then the management (Cpts, General) will make the choice for them. This process is repeated once a month. Note: Self voting is not allowed. The Drill SGT of the team is something that is currently only in FD. The DSG is in charge of setting up all drills for their team, this is usually assigned to a SGT but can be assigned to anyone SGT or higher. If a SGT is assigned as a Drill Instructor they are to set their motto as ‘ KSI FD Synister DSGT’ or if they are a LT+ they are HH(ranking) Drill Sergeant in their bio. The DGS is selected by the Captain.

Rankings within headhunters are important now because for the official challenge because if let’s say HH3 is challenged and loses that means he then shifts to HH4 and the person that won is now HH3. No more of the if you lose your off the team it’s if you lose he takes your current slot and you shift down one slot. That of course means HH6 would be booted from team until he can challenge his way back on. This is why the head to head done monthly is so important because the HH6 member not only needs to win all his challenges but need to hope the others above him do as well to stay on the HH team.

Here is how challenges are to work:

It will be a 1v1, 3 rounds, FFA similar to the head to head HH members have to do. Now to make this fair a HH member can only be challenged 1 time a week and a non HH member can only challenge 1 HH a week. This to make sure that people don’t get challenge happy and keep things where you pick wisely if you want to try and against whom.

Here are the rules for the challenges:

1. The one presenting the challenge posts in this thread they want to challenge a HH member and puts the name of that member.

2. The HH member that is challenged, within a timely matter IE 3-4 days needs to setup a time with moderators to have the challenge.

3. The HH member chooses the 3 maps that the 1v1 will take place on.

4. All players of the challenge will clarify they have read and understand how the matches are to go and the end result.

5. In the event of a tie the challenged HH retains his spot.

Now to wrap this up the next post should include the full list of your HH teams to let you know who is who and what ranks each one is. If you are not serious about being active and dont have time to do practices with the HH's based off the HH Captain's need for them do NOT challenge. Remember this is a TEAM and with that if any issues come up and it’s in the best interest of the team to remove or not even allow a person to challenge then that is the General's call. GOOD LUCK everyone and remember this is a gaming community so let’s get to gaming!
