Personal note to squad....Sorry it took so long for me to get this up. I did not want to post it with the massive amount of new people coming in the squad.

2. You are wanting to try to beat the best team in KSI history. 

Either way you came to the right place. Below I will go over the team as it stands to date....however, we will be bringing in new recruits every week. So I have came to the conclusion there will be one try out each month. It will be during the last week of the month and you must sign up here to try out. This will not only insure that forums activity is being used but also will insure that each member(s) of the team(s) have active forums accounts. If at any time the forums account goes inactive then you will be asked to either correct the problem or take a leave from the team. ksiforums.org holds a lot of information that everyone can use. There is never to much to learn.  

RULES 

KSI  HH teams are to be comprised of the best members that can and will work together as a team. These teams will represent their home squad or division in head to head challenges and clan battles. These rules can be subject to change.

A HH team will consist of 8 members ranked off their skill level 1-8. This will be based off 3 rounds, FFA game type, MLG or Tournement style rules. The ranks will be based on kill count and K/D spread. The ranks will be the deciding factor on what number the member is on a HH team. At all times the uniform for a HH member should be KSI Shadow DL (rank) then (HH ranking). Once a month the HH members will do another head to head against each other to determine if their numbers change. So with that you can be HH8 one month but be HH1 the next month depending upon how you place in the ranks for the monthly head to head. This is to ensure all members keep their skills sharp and are always trying to better themselves.

After the monthly head to head all members will send the moderator (general or captain) a message saying who they feel should be the Team Captain that month. You can NOT vote for yourself and this allows the team to choose who they feel would make a good candidate. If a choice is not made the moderator (general or captain) will then decide. If a HH member can not show up for the head to head they will be automatically placed at the bottom of the rankings.

Rankings within headhunters are important because lets say HH3 is challenged and loses that means he then shifts to HH4 and the person that won is now HH3. So in other words, everyone that is ranked below the new HH (including the HH that lost the challenge) must shift down one slotarrow-10x10.png. That of course means HH8 would be removed from team until he can challenge his way back on. This is why the head to head done monthly is so important because the HH8 member not only needs to win all his challenges but must hope the others above him do as well to stay on the HH team.

A member of a squad is eligible to be on a HH team without having to have a KSI gamertag. The community does however encourage HH members to have KSI gamertags but it will not keep you from taking part in the team events. All team members are expected to uphold the CoC and show mutual respect during HH events. The newest edition to these rules will be our Generals finally having the opportunity to take part of being on a HH team. If a General chooses to be a part of a HH team he will not be allowed to be the moderator of the team, but he still will have the duty of making sure the team runs smoothly and assists in setting up battles. However, in order for the General to tryout for a HH team he must first get the approval from his Co-Founder or next highest ranked leader. If being on the HH team starts effecting how the General runs the squad then the Co-Founder or the next highest ranked leader has the ability to remove the General from the HH team.

The duties of a Team Captain and Moderator:

Team Captain - This member will be in charge of training and improving the team. They must have exceptional communication and gameplay skills. The Team Captain will also be in charge of setting up times and dates for team practices.

Moderator - This member will be designated by the General. The Moderator is to be chosen from one of the Captains in a squad, however in some cases the position can be passed down to a Lieutenant if needed. Moderators will be in charge of overseeing HH battles and the challenges a HH may receive for seat on the team. The Moderator ensures the Team Captain is doing his duties and also assists the General in finding battles for the team. A Moderator has the right to recommend the removal of a member from the team if that member breaks the CoC or becomes inactive.

Here is how challenges are to work:

It will be a 1v1, 3 rounds, FFA similar to the head to head HH members have to do (Halo 4 players will have a score limit set to 15 instead of 25). Now to make this fair a HH member can only be challenged 1 time a week and a non HH member can only challenge 1 HH a week. This to make sure that people dont get challenge happy and keep things where you pick your competition wisely.

Here are the rules for the challenges:

1. The one presenting the challenge posts in the designated thread they want to challenge a HH member and puts the name of that member.

2. The HH member that is challenged, within a timely matter IE 3-4 days needs to setup a time with moderators to have the challenge.

3. The Moderator with the best connection will host the lobby. The HH member chooses the 3 maps that the 1v1 will take place on. MLG rules will be used and each game will have a 25 point (15 points for Halo 4) score limit.

4. Each player of the challenge will clarify they have read and understand how the matches are to go and the end result.

5. In the event of a tie the challenged HH retains his spot.

NOTE: If you are not serious about being active and dont have time to do practices with the HH's based off the HH Captain's need for them do NOT challenge. Remember this is a TEAM and with that if any issues come up and it is  in the best interest of the team to remove or not even allow a person to challenge then that is the General's call (If the General is on the HH team then the next highest ranked leader will deal with such issues.) GOOD LUCK everyone and remember this is a gaming community so lets get to gaming!"

Description: This position is given to Directors who have proven they have the experience needed to run all of KSI’s Divisions and they have been a member for at least a year and have successfully fulfilled the Director position for at least 3 months time.

Requirements: Successful performance and achievement as a Director for at least 3 month’s time. They should be appointed for promotion by a Senior Leader or Board Member.

Duties: Senior Directors carry out and implement solutions to any problem that comes their way from the Directors. They are responsible for making sure the community is playing in a professional manner and are upholding the Code of Conduct, and that all Directors and Leaders are doing their job correctly. The Senior Directors are responsible for the management of advocating KSI on Xbox Live, and they have the power to open, close, change, and merge any division if needed. They are highly respected leaders and have full authority over all of KSI on Xbox Live. They can promote or demote any rank below them. They are also the ONLY rank in Clan operations with the authority to DNH someone from KSI. In order to DNH someone from KSI two Senior Directors must be in agreement to DNH said person from KSI.

Comments: Senior Directors are highly respected and experienced members in KSI that know what is needed to manage a growing gaming community. Senior Directors are the head of the community. They make sure that everyone is doing their jobs correctly and the community is running efficiently and productively.

Description: This position is given to those Division Leaders who may become eligible for a promotion after 1 month as Division Leader, as well as at least 32 weeks of training and experience in KSI. They must also have a productive leadership history within a division.

Requirements: Successful performance as a Division Leader with a prosperous Division. It is expected that these Division Leaders split their division, but is not required.

Duties: Directors oversee 2 to 4 Divisions. They are not in a division but assist the Division Leaders in operating a successful division. They are the liaison from Divisions to Seniors/Board as they are the experts on all information in their division. Directors are required to be involved in any and all Division Transfers to ensure the proper Division Transfer rules are being used and things are handled properly and fair. Directors are a heavily respected rank and there for need to act in a respectable and professional manner in order to teach and share ideas with their members to empower and train them to be the best of the best. Their goal is to teach, advise, and train their division leaders to make all the right decisions within the division while trying to allow the leader to grow and learn from their mistakes. They are to stay active on www.ksiforums.org and should contribute to their division sections while encouraging others to do the same.

Report to: Senior Directors, Chief of Staff and Board Members.

Comments: Directors are able to promote and demote the highest ranked member within any of their divisions, but must discuss any changes with Senior Directors before action is taken.

Duties: The Division Leaders must be able to exercise patience as they will be called upon to make many tough decisions that will affect the members in their division. They are the supreme rank of a Division; therefore they are role models to all the members in their division. Division Leaders are expected to uphold the Code of Conduct and show a professional and positive attitude at all times to all the ranks in their divisions. They are in charge of promoting and demoting within the division but cannot promote or demote to or within their own rank. They should stay active on www.ksiforums.org and should contribute to their division section while encouraging others to do the same.

Reports to: Director, Senior Director and Chief of Staff or Board Members.

Comments: The title comes with the responsibilities of running the entire division with good guidance and judgment. Also they are responsible for advising the division’s upper leadership through operational procedures, and expectations. They must attempt to participate in division meetings and communicate with the Directors and Senior Directors to ensure a good gaming experience for everyone.

Description: This position is given to those Founders who may become eligible for a promotion after 24 weeks of training and experience in KSI.

Duties: Work with the Co-Founders and Founder to run and maintain a productive division, staying active on www.ksiforums.org, and should contribute to their division section while encouraging others to do the same. They solve major problems brought to them by the Founder. They act as a Division Leader when one is not present and represent their division at leaders meetings when the Division Leader is unavailable. They are responsible for suggesting the promotion or demotion of Founders or Co- Founders with the approval of the Division Leader and Director.

Reports to: Division Leader and Director or Senior Director.

Comments: They assist in running the division by providing structure and ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience for all.

Description: This position is given to those Co-Founders who may become eligible for a promotion after 20 weeks of training and experience in KSI. This is also the position that starts any new division, whether it is a division split or a new division starting from scratch.

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Co-Founder Rank for at least a month’s time.

Duties: Founders will oversee all the squads of the division, make sure all the positions below them are doing their jobs correctly, solving any problem the Co-Founder might bring to them, staying active on www.ksiforums.org and should contribute to their division section. The founder rank is the lowest rank in the Division that can request to be a mod over their division section on the forums. They are responsible for giving permission to a General or Co-Founder to start a new squad. They are responsible to ensure the Division has a Recruit Training Program and that is being operated properly. Also makes sure his leaders are using the FTLA and other Leadership programs that KSI has to offer.

Co-Founder
Description: This position is given to those Generals who may become eligible for a promotion after 16 weeks of training and experience in KSI.

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the General position for at least a month. They must prove to have performed exceptional work as general and have growth in their squads.

Duties: Co-Founders oversee 2 to 4 Squads in a Division. Co-Founders are to coordinate with all positions below them and ensure everyone is doing their job correctly. They have to be fully trained in the Code of Conduct, recruiting techniques, background checks, squad list management and basic problem solving abilities. Co-Founders are to ensure that the Generals are running their squads in accordance with KSI policies and procedures. They are to be sure there is some form of officer training program in place to assist with the growth and knowledge of their squads. The Co-Founder should make sure his squads are keeping the clan management system up to date and all squad tags are being handled correctly. They are to confirm information is being passed down to the squads via their generals. They are also to work with the general on ANY and ALL officer promotions within their squads.

Reports to: Founder, Co-Division Leader, Division Leader and or Director.

Comments: They are encouraged to work closely with the Founder and Co-Division Leader to keep the division running smoothly.

Definition of the Advisor role in clan ops
Description:
This position is given to those Co-founders and above who need a term of leave because of rare or unexpected circumstances (Financial Issues, Relocation, etc).

Requirements:
To keep your rank of Advisor you can’t be gone from KSI for more than a month’s time unless it is because of medical leave.

Duties:
This person has no duties in KSI and has no power in KSI until the time they are actively reinstated back into KSI.

Report to:
Division Leader, Director, and Senior Director.

Comments:
This position isn’t given to a member without the approval of a Division Leader or higher. When the member arrives back and is wanting to be reinstated they must go through a 2 week trial period to make sure they are still functioning at the same capacity before they left. At that point of successful reinstatement the member will be eligible to either retain his previous rank, drop down to the next available rank, or in some cases move up one rank (moving up one rank will be held to the discretion of a Senior Director).
If an Advisor is gone for more than a month’s time, KSI has the right to remove the member from the Advisor role and set the member to return as a SGT.

Description: This position is awarded to First Captains who may become eligible for a promotion after 12 weeks of training and experience in KSI.

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Captain Rank, 12 weeks in KSI, and exceptional work in their squad. Must have one month of experience as a Captain or Major.

Duties: Generals are to take insight and training from the Co-founders to help supervise their squads. Encourages growth of the squad at all times but careful of not spamming the members too much. Generals are responsible for all training within the squad. Generals assist officers on background checks, uniform checks, and facilitate all aspects of the recruit training program. Generals are to ensure there is a Squad meeting once a week after the Division meeting. Generals are responsible for all promotions and demotions from 1 Captain down with approval from their Co-Founder. (No Public Disciplinary Action is condoned) This is to ensure that there is no quick judgment calls, favoritism, and the best decision will be made for the squad.
Generals are to ensure they are familiar with how to properly maintain squad tags and Clan Management System. Member in-activity is based on general’s discretion. General must be aware of all situations regarding gamers who are inactive for more than 30 days. If a member is inactive for 30 or more days he or she needs to be removed and a message sent to this gamer tag letting them know when they are able to get back online they are able to rejoin their squad. Generals are to be knowledgeable of their division’s procedure on squad to squad transfers, as well as notify proper leaders of members who are interested in transferring divisions.
Each General is expected to stay active on www.ksiforums.org Generals are to be a role model for all leadership in their squad by setting the example and providing a fun and positive gaming experience for all members.

Teams – Each squad is permitted to have specific teams based on member interest, for example: Headhunters (MLG based gameplay), Forge, SWAT, Snipers/Quick Scope, Search and Destroy, Objective based games.
Generals are expected to provide supervision over Team Captains to manage the organization of each squad team, and to ensure the communication of practice times and possible matches. Generals are also responsible for making sure that members are practicing good sportsmanship.

Squad Activities – The following is a list of standard squad activities that Generals must enforce:

• Custom games – Generals are asked to supervise the officers, and to keep game nights active. Encourage association with members of all ranks of the squad to build relations. Generals are asked to participate in game nights, when available to familiarize themselves with the members and to also make sure that good sportsmanship is practiced.
• Recruiting Parties – Encouraging officers to inspire the growth of the squad at all times by motivating them to recruit quality members into the squad. Generals are to evaluate officer staff and make sure proper recruiting techniques are being passed down to all lower ranks.

Description: This position is given to those Lieutenants who may become eligible for a promotion after 5 weeks of training and experience in KSI.

Duties: Organizing activities for the squad, setting up squad meetings for generals, forwarding the leaders messages to the squad, recruiting, staying active on www.ksiforums.org , Captains are also responsible for overseeing all squad teams, including organization of team practices, scrimmages, and challenges. Captains must have full knowledge of the Rank Structure. Captains are also are responsible for reporting any larger problems of the squad to the General directly.
*First Captain is the person who runs the squad when the general is not present, and designates operations of squad teams.*

Comments: They are the right hand of the General to run and build the squad; they are learning how to run the squad with the goal to become General when there is a need to fill the rank.

Description: This position is given to those Sergeants who may become eligible for a promotion after 3 weeks of training and experience in KSI.

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Sergeant rank in the eyes of the squad leaders.

Duties: Helping their Captains with squad activities and maintaining squad lists. A lieutenant should know and understand how to run background checks on the new members. They must being fully trained in recruiting techniques and know the Code of Conduct and Rank Structure. They have to be active on www.ksiforums.org They are responsible for solving minor problems and recruiting new members.

Comments: They should be role models for Sergeants, Corporals and Privates.

Description: The Staff Sergeant rank is used in those squads with a large amount of sergeants.

Requirements: Acquiring a KSI Gamer tag, and complete the recruitment training. (Cannot become a SGT within 48hrs. See recruiting process.)

Duties: Sergeants should know the rank Structure up through Senior Director, and who holds each position. Sergeants are expected to assist with all squad activities and squad meetings. Sergeants are to ensure all members are staying in uniform, and present themselves as role models for other members within the squad.

Reports to: Lieutenants, and any other higher rank.

Comments: The sergeant position is one where you will be expected to be proactive by being assertive and utilizing initiative. Use this time to gather all knowledge, and partake in training involving recruiting, squad management, KSI standard operating guidelines, and procedures.

Description: This is the third position acquired with your enrollment into the community.

Requirements: Actively participating in a KSI Global squad for at least 1 week.

Duties: Corporals are to take guidance and training from leaders of the squad. Know the Rank Structure up through Division leader and be familiar with who holds those positions. Corporal’s are also expected to participate in recruiting lobbies, and assist members with the recruiting process.

Description: This is the second position acquired with your enrollment into the community.

Requirements: Having successfully completed the Recruit Training and been in KSI as a recruit for at least 48 hours (2 days) or up to a­­­­­­­­­­ week. Private has to be removed from Recruit Tag and Added to a Squad tag.

Duties: Privates are to take guidance and training from leaders of the squad. Remain in uniform, according to the indications of the recruiter, become familiar with the Rank Structure up through Division Leader rank. Continue to be active on the forums, and meet other KSI members by attending squad activities, to include squad meetings.

Reports to: Sergeants, or any other higher rank.

Comments: Privates are encouraged but not required to change their gamer tag to KSI. Any problems they might have should be reported to the Lieutenants.

If you haven't heard by now, or if I haven't met you yet, I am www.twitch.tv/ksilive on Friday, 10JAN14.  That was a very exciting night for a lot of people and many thanks goes out to all of you who watched that stream 

I guess as a little introduction for you all to get to know me...

I gamed with KSI for over a year before I ended up joining.  For those of you familiar with the pack, I gamed with KSI ATL 7, KSI Dramatic 7, KSIxAPOCALYPSE7, KSI Skillz 7, and a real life friend of mine who was my recruiter and ultimate reason why I joined KSI DN4STY (originally Doc Nasty) who was a combat medic for the Army (you'll see the connection soon enough).  We all have some sort of recruiting story to go along with how we all ended up here, so I'll leave mine at that, if you'd like to know just holla.  I ended up getting recruited into Demise, Dark Legions coming up under those very same leaders.  Split Demise twice and nearly a third and was in DL for two division splits (Forced Induction & Royal Prophecy) and nearly a third (Tainted Matrix) before I was illegally transfered (while I was away on an op) to Forced Induction to help Azrael 7 over there.  I was a cofounder for ~10 months before picking up Founder over there (so I feel for those of you who've been in a single rank for a min).  

Eventually rose up through the ranks through there.  I've done a few things here and there... know my way around KSI thoroughly and have been around the block, so I'd like to think I'd be pretty helpful for most of your questions should you have any.  Once things settle down and are in place, I'll be able to get with you all and others more frequently.

I'm an active duty US Navy Corpsman.  No, I've never served on a ship oddly enough, but rather did most of my time with the Marines.  I'm not trying to promote the military or anything, but if yall have any questions or thinking of joining the military and would like perspective of someone who's been in for a while just hmu and we can rap it up sometime whether via forum pm, email, or xbl.  I'm also a volunteer everything it seems lol.  Father of a beautiful 2 yo old baby girl who is my world with one more on the way!  She knows when I'm on the mic so if you hear some jibber jabber in the background, that's her sayin wassup yo   I am also pretty new to the KSI Productions Team and still learning the ropes to editing vids and what not.  I have a couple projects I'm already working on.  With all that being said and with my time online is short and I do my best to prioritize to meet everyone's needs.  Somewhere in there I do get some games in.  If I don't get to you right away, please be patient and understand I'm literally everywhere lol.  Just drop me a message anywhere and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

A little about your division ELITE FORCES:

* This was a huge undertaking - to create KSI's FIRST Xbox One division.  After gathering as much information as we could about which members will be getting which consoles around drop dates (PS4/X1) we were able to allow some divisions develop project squads.  Of the many project squads that were created at the time, there are 3 squads that were clearly stronger and showed the most promise which was Inferno DM (now Assassins EF), Shogun IO (now Shogun EF), and Intake FI (now Legion EF).  This is not your usual division.  Aside from being the ONLY X1 division with the ONLY X1 squads in KSI, the creation of this division was unprecedented.  This was not your usual division split or even classic means of creation.  You all are coming from different areas of KSI brought together by a common console and idea.... to be in the forefront of KSI's future.  Just as 1st gen xbox was replaced by xbox 360, so too will 360 be phased out and xbox one will take center stage among the dominant consoles.  This is a very interesting time and we have the fertile ground to really take off and set the ground work for KSI to enter the new console era. THATS YOU GUYS! Simply by banning together, being active, and working together to make this division successful --- you're laying the foundation for KSI to remain strong and step into the future.  Congratulations & THANK YOU for all that you do to make this work.

* After many proposals and alterations to planning, I was able to piece together something that could work (see above)... and you all, Elite Forces, are the result of that proposal.

* I can't take all the credit for creating this division.  Those who lead this division right now were invaluable to making this a success.  Those names are: KSI PR3DATOR 7, KSI Muramasa, KSI FuzzyFins.  KSI HUCKLBERRY7 was also an integral part in making this happen as well.  Other directors who have assisted with the division creation process are KSI PARATROOP 7 and KSI Jupiter 7 (your former director). 

I apologize for the length  , but I don't want to be a stranger to you all.  Whether I'm over you all the entire time I'm a director or not, I'll still be around for sure.  Clearly, I'm a KSI for life kinda guy so hate it or love it....I'm here for better or worse till death do us part    #marriedtothegame    

I don't think I could possibly be like any other director you've ever had.  We all bring something different to the table.  I have a lil flavor I put on everything and yall will see soon enough what that means.
