It is as this time that I must regretfully notify you all that this division will be retired as of this week.  Though it is with a heavy heart that I personally bring you this news, I want you all to know it is for the best.  Not just for the members left here, but for the legacy that Shadow Haven will leave behind. 

This division is my pride and joy.  The one area of KSI that I called mine, as I was the original leader to bring Shadow Haven into existence and with the help of so many GREAT leaders along the way created a legacy that no other division in KSI can compare to. Through thick and thin, SH always came out on top and was resilient.  Unfortunately over the years, a division is put through many hard times, and as leaders we identify with that greatly.  It is at this time, that resources would be better served in divisions thriving, and the members currently in SH should be able to game and have a better KSI experience without the weight of a divisions survival on their backs. 

I want to personally thank each and EVERY single person who devoted even a moment of their time to this amazing division.  I am not only grateful, but proud of the way Shadow Haven paved the way for so many other divisions and leaders the same.  We will live on, as I've always said, there is a piece of Shadow Haven within EVERY SINGLE division in KSI today.  And if you don't know.. you better ask somebody ! 

Here's to Shadow Haven, a division that set the benchmark for what greatness and standards should be!

Meeting notes for Phoenix SH: 1/20/2013

Main Points:

1. We have merged with the Division known as Shadow Haven. Due to the circumstances that have been an issue for the last couple of weeks, the division can not stand as it is. So, we have been merged into SH, and mottos need to reflect that "KSI Phoenix SH RANK".

2. A new division means new leadership for us. So, the upper leadership staff is as follows:

    KSI ROMANS 7: Founder

    KSI Dragons 7: Co-Founder for Phantom/Mist/Eternal

    KSI FROZEN 7: Co-Founder for Phoenix/Outcast

Please get to know this list, as these people will be taking care of our from the "Higher-Up" standpoint. Especially KSI FROZEN 7, as he will be working driectly with us.

3. People that want to move up, get with myself, or KSI FROZEN 7. We will provide you with the tools to do so. Remember, promotions are earned, not given.

4. Squad battles will be coming up. These will consist of competitive matches between "Phoenix", and "Outcast". More details will be provided when leadership positions are filled, and a Captain is chosen.

5. There will be a FFA tournament that I will be hosting in the next couple of weeks. Keep tuned for details, and the prize for this will be 800 MS points.

6. Lastly, we have an ELITE clan. If you would like to apply, get in contact with KSI FROZEN 7. He is the current leader of the "ELITE Clan-Ops". He will accept you into the clan. Remember, it is free, so if you have computer access, it is highly recommended that you sign up.

Goals for the week:

1. Attempt to maintain squad integrity with the move to the new division.

2. Begin to develop an officer staff to satisfy the needs of the squad, in terms such as:

    Recruiting.

    Running game nights/Squad teams.

    Training.

3. Begin training for members who want to occupy officer positions, and give them the tools that they need to succeed in their current, and possible positions. Which means training people to properly train from the recruit tag, performing sufficient background checks, and whatever else is needed from their position.

4. Develop a squad team to help with interaction with the other Call of Duty squad, "Outcast". This will help with activity, as well as give members a fresh take with people that they have not necessarily met before.

Closing: 

I see much to come in the future of Phoenix, and this division as a whole. This is a new beginning for us, not only as a squad, but as FN as a whole. I have faith in every single one of you guys, that you will rise from the ashes, and show what KSI what we can really do as not only a division, but as a family.

Practices: Remember, being on the team is a commitment, so if you cant make the practices let us know. We will have 2 practices during the week. It is mandatory to make one of these. if you fail to make it 2 weeks in a row you will be placed in spot 8 of the team and if you continue to miss them you will be removed from the team.

If you want to challenge someone for there spot on the team you must challenge them(except for spot 1 you must be spot 2 to challenge) and the match will be a 1v1 best 2 out of 3. There will be a spectating judge to ensure no cheating and fairness. If the challenger wins he gets the spot and everyone moves down a spot. Ex. If spot 5 challenges spot 3 and wins he/she gets spot 3 and spot 3 moves to 4 and 4 to 5 and so forth. But if he loses he remains in his spot.
