The year of 2020 has seen Kakashii go from being a SGT all the way to the current LCC. That in itself should be enough. He is continually making the time to be with the members of the community to train the current and future leaders of the community. There was a time when Kakakshii felt that he would not be able to do what was needed to help the squad that he was over, but with determination, he was able to rebuild a squad that was struggling. Kakashii has taken his time to work with the leaders of the community on shaping the future of it. He has been involved with the peace talks with the Hydra Alliance and helping to mend that bond. The list goes on and on. This year, Swag has help shape two divisions and worked his way from being a division leader to now being a Senior Director. Swag is the man you go to when you are feeling down or need someone to talk to. He will always be there! Swag has put hours upon hours to help grow the divisions that he has been over. Rogue is a down to earth, fun going, charismatic man. When you think of an effective leader within KSI, KSI Rogue 7 is that man. He has gone from being a Co-Founder, to now being a Director. He has devoted endless hours to perfecting the betterment of the community and his division. There is no time that Rogue has not been available to talk and get things done. Rogue has continued to shine in the community by being inducted into the SL Hall of Fame, being in Education, and apart of the LC. The list goes on and on with this man. He deserves to be recognized and a pillar of this community and Sovereign Legacy. Slick has shown resilience as a Co-Founder in his duties and time he has spent with the members of his division. As Acting General, he worked very hard to get a squad that was struggling, back on its feet. He has been able to make an impact and mentor many people. He how now taken on the role of Division Leader in SL and is continuing to work hard to build this community stronger. This man deserves this award. She joined the community only a few months ago. Since day one, she was a superstar in the squad. She has continued to exceed expectations that have been set for her. Her time as a Lieutenant was amazing! She stepped up to the plate and got work done. At the time I had no CPTs and she stepped into her role and her and the other LT helped with doing Captain duties as well. Athena would and continues to spend time with the members of the squad and provide amazing concepts to help better the squad. KHOSEC has worked very hard with his time as an officer. He has taken every changed thrown at him and taken it head-on. He is well versed and knowledgeable with being able to handle situations that arise and understanding the best course of action. Venum has worked hard to be there for the members that he oversees and makes sure that they are well equipped to help them with what needs to be done. She has taken the time to revamp how things are done within the department and it has done wonders. Shell has continued to work with the members of the team to be the most qualified and prepared for their tasks. Enough said, this woman is a superstar! Department Member: Gamertag: KSI Gosuko Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Gosuko Reasons they deserve this award: In the time that Gosuko has been in the productions department, he has been a rock star! He streams multiple times a week, engages with his fellow streamers, and brings up moral for the team. Gosuko takes the time to help out his fellow streamers when they have questions and has continued to work hard to be the best he can for the productions department. Even though he is at BMT for the military, I know that when he returns, he will be as solid as he was when he left. Member (Overall best member of the community for the year): Gamertag: KSI GHIDORAH Forums Account Link / @: @KSI HIDAN Reasons they deserve this award: Let us start with the first time that I met GHIDORAH over 6 months ago. When we first met, this guy was a chip of the ole block. He was the life of the party and understood how to have fun. He spent 5 months as an officer. During that time he was dealing with so many things in his personal life. This man has no quit in him and would not let things stop him from being the best that he could be. This man not just as an officer, but as a member as well took the time to break down barriers and be a friend to everyone that he came into contact with. It may seem like a difficult task, but GHIDORAH worked hard to help the members spread their wings and meet new people. He did not do any of this to make himself look better or because he was an officer. He did it because he understood his "Why". GHIDORAH's "Why" for being in this community, is to bring people together and make sure they are having a good time. Even when he personally was struggling and not having a great day, he would still put a smile in that voice and be there to cheer up the family(KSI). Voice for Clan Ops and yet still on the battlefield helping revamp and lead divisions. Taking over so many hats due to a diminished Director team and still chugging forward. The level of stress that Senior Leadership experiences can make anyone want to run the other way. Her resilience has stood still through it all. Truly one of the best Senior leaders we have. He has been helping SO many divisions since his promotion. He never backs down from a challenge and is always willing and wanting to meet new members and play with anyone. His fun goofy Uncle vibe makes others smile and laugh. He has made positive changes to the community due to his leadership. Without Swag’s mentorship, there would not be as many incredible leaders here in KSI. ALL HAIL THE PICKLE KING! His successful progression up the ranks were a sight to see. So much unlocked potential building. I saw this “X factor” like none other in this man. Before he even made a name for himself in his squad, I had this deep pit in my stomach and I can remember vividly telling my fellow 7s, “This is the guy, this is the future leadership in KSI”. Sure enough he became a much deserved CoFounder. During his time as a CoFo, Slick has never backed down from a challenge to big or small. He is a logistical beast, on point in every situation, level-headed and extremely professional. He was acting General in Knights SL twice and each time he rebuilt and trained the officer corps, he grew the squad, keep it healthy and gave it his all. He wanted to give it one last hoorah and he generated a hell of an active and healthy squad. He is always on his tasks and is a beam of light in SL. Slick is highly respected in SL and his mentorship has built up 2 more CoFos and a General in Templar since they were CPTs and LTs. He plays with anyone and everyone, gives his super useful and wise counsel, and truly treats others as brothers and sisters. This guy can not only lead the horse to water, but he can also damn near make him drink too due to his positive and uplifting nature. From his incredible analogies that bring a comedic yet clear understanding, to his drive to better the community and create amazing leaders. I am extremely proud to have been and still be in his presence each day. The sky is the limit with this man. General: Gamertag: KSI N3WERA 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI N3WERA 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Out of every General I have experienced; being a General came naturally to N3WERA. There was NOTHING that this man didn’t do. He was always on time with Gen Check Ins, meeting notes, Omega, etc. Always training, always recruiting, and continued to build a badass and STRONG powerhouse squad. Templar needed NO micromanagement. It was a well oiled and fully running machine. N3WERA helped build one of SL’s strongest officer corps. You tell him “Hey I’d love to see 5 recruit this week” He would be like bet and he’d get his team to crank out more than you ever asked for. Templar was about 120 members strong at one point. The largest squad in 1.5 years of SL’s history. Logistically – God Tier. Potential – Unmatched. Loyal Friend – Like none other. Captain: Gamertag: KSI WuTang 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Wu Tang 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Super Captain simple as that. Even with this man’s crazy 50+ hour work schedule he did not miss a single beat. He was always learning, always training, always growing into the A-MAIZE-ING leader he is today. True definition of Time Management as well. Heavy hitter in recruiting consistently and on point with every aspect a Captain does and then some. It was a no brainer that KSI WuTang 7 (formerly known as KSI WVUA11en) would be the upcoming leadership not only in his squad but in this division as well. This guy plays with anyone and will help any member catch a WarZone win. He is always there for the members and has an eagerness to do all he can for KSI. Lieutenant: Gamertag: KSI xATHENAx Forums Account Link / @: @KSI xATHENAx Reasons they deserve this award: Throughout my time in KSI, I have seen many Lieutenants. Some have come in, done well, and gone. Some have succeeded and become Gens and 7s. But… There is no one like KSI xATHENAx. The Mega Officer. I first met Athena when she was a CPL and I talked to her about the possibility of changing her name to reflect KSI. With her sort of on the fence about it, I challenged her to a night of 1v1 Gunfight to claim a $10 gift card for a name change. This is where I first experienced her positive and friendly demeanor. Even though it was close, she whooped my butt and claimed the name change. From that moment on, I encouraged her about possibly becoming an officer one day. Even though she was hesitant at first, eventually her colors and light started to shine as a SGT and she became an officer shortly afterward. As a lieutenant there was nothing that she could not do. Prestige was okay but just plateauing. Just kind of there. Not much really happening but not dead, just more or less stagnant and continuing. Now enters Athena. Suddenly this young woman revitalizes the squad in every area. No one matches her member retention, party-busting gamenights sometimes twice in a day with new members. She is welcoming to every member and her name has definitely been heard throughout the other divisions. Members from all over have gamed with her or been a part of her Gunfight gamenights. Everyone always has a great time, and they feel included. She is the squad’s head recruiter meaning she can knock out weekly squad goals herself alone not including helping others learn to do recruiting. Because of her influence, she is the face of Prestige. With that, a few incredible individuals have been directly mentored by her. KSI KHOSEC, KSI Bearded1, KSI Shrimp not including the longest potential officer list I have seen in forever. She has successfully trained many officers and even officers in other squads during her workshops. Honestly, she not only revitalized her squad but the division as a whole. She is a sponge for more knowledge, she consistently reaches out to me and the other leaders for growth advice and is continuously trying to learn as much as she can to become a good, fair, and successful leader in KSI. She attended my LEAD101s and her responses were spot on. The notes she was taking proves the incredible student she is. Her communication amongst fellow officers is above any other LT. She became a part of the Leadership Council and is involved in so much. To put it plainly, KSI xATHENAx was CoFounder-capable as an LT. I know that is a huge stretch, but it is beyond truth. I have seen her more successful as an officer and LT when it comes to squad engagement, upholding example leadership, member retention, training, learning, squad management, officer delegation, event hosting etc then most Generals and even 7s Staff I have encountered in 2020. If she continues down this path she is on, I only imagine the wonders that she will create. She had far outreached the expectations, responsibilities, and duties as a LT 100 times over. As I stated in the beginning, there are many amazing Lieutenants in KSI and many are deserving of recognition for their various achievements. But when I think of Lieutenant of the YEAR for 2020, her name resounds 1 million miles left, right, up, down, and everywhere in between. Her achievements and work ethic speak volumes about her leadership and time as a LT but there is one more I want to point out. She is a great friend to all. She is there for everyone. In good times and in bad she can be called upon. She is an example of what it means to be a family in KSI. I could not be prouder of her and foresee greatness surrounding her name. SSGT: Gamertag: KSI KHOSEC Forums Account Link / @: @COD3SILVER Reasons they deserve this award: KSI KHOSEC is part of the next generation of leadership. He has a positive and friendly attitude, he trains others as if he has been doing it for years and makes workshops personable. Recruited and mentored by KSI xATHENAx, so the quality of this man is above reproof. As a SSGT he was tackling any challenge that came his way. He is always down to learn more and even asks the hard questions that most others would miss. I can’t wait to see his leadership dynamic continue. SGT: Gamertag: KSI Sasuke08 Forums Account Link / @: @Sasuke08 Reasons they deserve this award: KSI Sasuke08 is one of the most well rounded and knowledgeable SGTs I know. From his officer experience to his continual aide to almost anyone, he is the SGT Of The Year for 2020. Due to his expertise and dedication to keep training others, he is the SL Training Officer for the division. He is always around and even though he has a 13-hour time difference since he is stationed in Japan, you can still see him partaking in so much with all the members. He is a great trainer, funny, welcoming, and friendly to all. You see him in almost every major gamenight across the division and is out there most of the time doing better member retention than officers by 10 fold. No matter what his circumstances are, he still remains a strong SGT in SL. He also was awarded SL Hall of Fame this year. That alone should tell you his dedication to the community, his knowledge and experience, and his abilities. Department Head: Gamertag: KSI Starset 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Starset 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Starset has been an amazing Department Head in AAP. He is accepting of everyone, know his way around everything and due to his overall experience as a Forums Mod, former CoFounder and a Department Head, he has to be one of the most well rounded heads currently. He is always open to suggestions and helps a lot with different questions. Even when AAP was down, he was doing all he could to get a fix and push AAP to the next level. I’m excited to see what plans are in store for AAP. Department Member: Gamertag: Loyalty Paradox Forums Account Link / @: @Loyalty Paradox Reasons they deserve this award: This man right here is ON POINT. He constantly encourages AAP involvement amongst the staff and he reaches out to members to help them obtain new awards. He is pushing announcements throughout the division, answers any questions about the Department and has been great at driving conversation and communication in AAP. Most recently became a Co-Head for his passion and dedication to the department. DC had recruited me March 16th and in this short time of knowing him nothing but greatness has been shown. DC trained myself and many other officers throughout CS creating a powerhouse of recruiters in the division. He played a huge role in the squad split of doom. He recruited promoted and trained people beyond the point of burnout, and still kept going. He embodies the meaning of the S in KSI. Without DCs strength and perseverance through rough times I can 1000% say CS would not have some of the standards and staff in place it does. DC is one of the most humble and generous people I’ve met in KSI, I wouldn’t be in the position I am today without him. The man literally stepped down to give me a chance at LT. He’s never one to disappoint and is without a doubt in the top tier amongst the KSI divisional 7s staff, Grogu makes everything his own and is extremely meticulous and wise while completing tasks or making decisions. Stack has some of the best social skills in this community with out a doubt, the only man I know who can talk to a wall and somehow it’ll talk back. He’s played a huge role in the success of Wrath, as he’s huge on statistics and activity. I can speak on multiple times where he’s been party hopping while doing his document based work. She has taken Doom and literally transformed it. She had to basically fire her entire officer staff and by the beginning of this month it was barebones. 2 captains (one on military LOA) 1 LT (who was demoted), and 2 SSGT (both left the community). She now has 2 CPTs (one still on military LOA), 3 LTs, and 4 SSGTs with about 7 potential officers. She is always working her ass off when it comes to getting things done in her squad. Even if she is not online, she is constantly communicating on discord. She sets goals for officers that she wishes for them to achieve. She is an amazing trainer and has trained up a fantastic officer corps that seems unstoppable. The squad has also grown about 20 members since the start of this month. She has given the squad a direction of growth and has raised the spirits and morale of all members within her squad. She has made moves that have completely transformed this squad and has strengthened the squad/division as a whole because of her decisions. She is never afraid to ask for advice and considers all of her officers opinions before making a decision; this characteristic of hers has strengthened the officer corps because the officers feel valued and feel like they are able to help make decisions. All of the members know and respect her. She is an absolutely amazing general that has got her squad in the right direction, which if things continue the way they are she will lead the squad to a split within no time (if this where to happen it would be the 2nd split to happen since I split Imperial on 12/10/2019). He honestly rivals me when it comes to getting stuff done. He is the first one to jump on a promotion. I have stated multiple times "Oh I need to get this done right quick", and he leaves the party and gets it done before I have a chance to finish what I'm doing and take care of what needed to be done. Dude is a legit powerhouse that everyone in Doom seems to know and respect. I know he will do great things in this community, but he is 2nd to none at the LT rank. When he first came over to Doom he said he wanted to move back up into the officer corps. I told quite a few people it's one thing to say it, then it's another to prove yourself and do it. I had my doubts that he was actually going to put in the efforts for his promotion, and I am glad he proved me wrong. Bane has recruited, promoted, trained, hosted game nights, hosted workshops, and party hopped like no one else in Doom as a SSGT. Bane is a well known face throughout the squad, and everyone seems to get along with him. He mastered the SSGT rank and has now been promoted to LT because all of his hard work. He attended every workshop about three times while he was a SGT, and he was recruiting at all times. He also takes members opinions into consideration when it comes to game types, so all members can be happy, which boosts attendance at the events. Boy oh boy was that wrong. Fenny is an amazing general that has shown the squad what a fearless leader is. It's been a while since I have been in a squad that is so close with each other, and Fenny is a huge reason why Doom is like this. I really think his work as a SGT needs to be recognized. He immediately knew he wanted to rank up, the guy recruited, attended game nights, and stayed active with the squad. This guy was attending many CEP workshops multiple times. Ish will become a very knowledgeable leader in this community. I see what he’s doing. TheFiend is a guy everyone would want in their squad if they could. He has the drive that the community needs from members. TheFiend has ended up in my parties very frequently, and it’s always been a good time. This guy continues to ask questions all around the community. Bane is the kind of man who no matter what party you go in he seems to either follow, or already be in there hanging with members. His man's work ethic is crazy, he is constantly posting in the discord trying to get members active and play with him. He makes it a task to get to know everyone in the squad and make sure everyone in the squad knows him. He has a lot of passion and drive for KSI and we are working with that. He is always down to train and help out potential officers which I like to see not to forget he's a party hopping god. If there are KSI parties open, he's not one to shy away from jumping in and making a few friends on the spot, that's just the kind of person he is. Category:Board Member Gamertag: KSI Ronin 77 Forums Account Link / @ThaHomieRonin Reasons they deserve this award: I haven't really known Ronin for very long I knew of him but we mainly hung out in different circles until recently this year. I’ve seen a lot of the different things that he does for clan ops and KSI as a whole. Now Ronin is the type of person that likes to get stuff done he doesn’t like procrastinating or having other people do his work for him he truly leads by example which is very admirable and has earned my respect several times over. Now some of the things Ronin has done for this community for KSI’s benefit. Now the problem for Ronin is that he gets a lot of heat sometimes for what he does which isn't fair but it comes with the job. Now Ronin keeps his head up and continues to push forward. (usually drinking dish soap in the process) Out of all the board members I see Ronin going above and beyond doing more than his fair share always keeping himself involved and informed on everything going on in each and every div by talking to the directors at least once a week along with talking to the Divisions 7 staff. He also trusts his team of directors to go and be hands on and handle situations instead micromanaging us but at the same time offers advice and corrects any mistakes I make instead of letting me continue to make mistakes. Granted I am a little biased because he’s the main board member that I work with. It truthfully has been a bit of a bumpy road but as a team we have gotten through everything and every team needs a great leader and Ronin is that leader and he more than deserves this award. Category: Director Gamertag: KSI TexAngel 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI TexAngel 77 Reasons they deserve this award: I’ve known Tex for quite a while the whole year actually first as my director and then as a fellow director. As DM's director she was always active with us staying hands on but at the same time she gave us the space to do our own thing. She recognized that we had a good thing going offered advice when possible but never pushed change on us. She taught me a lot on how a director can and should do there duties. After I got promoted up to a director she continued to give me sage advice and help out with the little things and made me feel welcome to the directors team. Anyone that knows Tex knows that she gives her best and is always willing to help people out which is wonderful to see. We might give each other a hard time if anyone has seen us in a party together but in truth it’s our mutual respect for each other, and I know that I’m not alone in that sentiment (respect for Tex not giving her a hard time although a lot of people do like to give her a hard time also) Category: Division Leader Gamertag: KSIxROMEO 7 Forums Account Link / @KSIxROMEO 7 Reasons they deserve this award: What can I say about Romeo that others have not already mentioned I guess my unique perspective. The truth is like other people on here he could easily fall into several other categories but Div lead definitely takes the icing in the cake. Romeo over this last year has certainly been through some thick and thin situations has he handled them all perfectly no nobody ever does Romeo like the rest of us has his faults he can be very stubborn and hard headed and a few other things that I won’t go into (because there might be children reading this) but in all seriousness he might be all those things but one of his greatest strengths and on of many reasons why I’m nominating him for this award is because of his heart. He might talk a big game and try to act all rough and tough ( which he is) but at his core he is a big softy. He deeply cares about his division and it’s members and it shows. He is always trying to make things better always takes the time to talk to and play with all his members ( usually falling asleep in party's) Sometimes his passion for his Div gets him in hot water but he will never stop trying to help. When Romeo took over as DM's Div lead I knew that DM was in excellent hands while his methods are different than mine (as it should be not trying to raise a grunt clone army) his ideals on how the past, present and future of DM should and can be is the same he wants a fun family like atmosphere something that he along with several other people has been successful in implementing. Romeo’s journey or adventure hasn't always been the easiest but I’ve never seen him give up he’s been acting GEN over several squads while being div lead and takes on more work than anyone else because he leads by example as any great Div lead can and should. He’s always out bringing in new Recruits hosting game nights and doing everything in his power to ensure that those around him don’t get burnt out. The truth is I could go on for quite a while about Romeo but the main point I would like to point out is that despite any faults that he might have he always does his best to make those around him the best person that they can be which is what KSI is all about. Category: Co-Founder Gamertag: KSI MeShell 7 Forums Account Link @KSI MeShell 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Where to start with MeShell she (as many people reading this that have met her can attest to) is a genuinely nice person. As much as she tries to be the MT7 which according to a recent revelation to me from her it’s all my fault because I’m the OG MT7 that corrupted her among others( I’m not denying it). But truth be told she is the type of person that no matter who you are she wants to help if you let her. She always seems like she is the life of the party. Since becoming a Co-Founder this year she has continued to help DM be the home that it is. She was acting GEN for quite awhile after becoming a Co-Fo (this time in the right Div Rip CD) she has continued to help her fellow 7's and anyone else that she can because that is the type of person she is she could sit idle by and do nothing but that would go against her core being. She has a way about her that forces you to try new things like ROBLOX she even got this old man to try it out ( more than once I’m ashamed to say) and I actually enjoyed it not so much the game but the people I was playing with. It is a natural talent of hers and it has helped bring the people within DM closer as a family. She like everyone else has her faults ( which I’m not going to mention them except her biggest one always calling me old the truth hurts) and her ups and downs but she doesn’t let that define her she gets knocked down so to speak she gets right back up. She along with several others are the reason why DM is so successful not perfect no Div is perfect but very successful because the members are happy. Category: General Gamertag: KSI Starset 7 Forums Account Link @KSI Starset 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Starset really worked hard to turn his squad around and get it on the correct path. He did everything asked of him and then some. Working hard on getting rid of his fluff, getting members more active and building up an officer staff pretty much from scratch. He does have a few faults ( like his obsession with shoes) but he has done a great job on motivating people into stepping up and helping out. He is a natural leader and more that deserves his promotion to Co-Fo but I believe that out of all the ranks he’s been this year he was best at being GEN. He has been a big help with getting DW back in the right direction and will continue to be what DW needs. It’s not easy running a squad sometimes especially when it’s in a rebuilding phase but he made it look easy never venting down always keeping a positive attitude. She always takes the time to get to know the members and is always very protective of people. A lot of people call her Mama Harley and for good reason she is always keeping people in line when they get out of line but most importantly she takes care of her people like a mother hen. She always goes out of her way to pay special attention to those that need it not because she has to but because she wants to. She does everything that is asked of her and more to help everyone out it’s the type of person that she is. She is one of those people that people can always be relied upon to do the right thing not always for herself but definitely for those around her because that is the type of person that she is one of the most kind hearted people that I’ve ever known. She always takes her responsibility’s seriously can always be relied upon to perform her duties without having to be asked to or be monitored. She knows how to be an officer and isn’t afraid of doing work. I could have easily nominated her for several other categories but I feel that as a LT she has really excelled this year. Category: Department Head Gamertag: KSI Venum 7 Forums Account Link @VENUM 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Venum and I haven't known each other for very long but about the time I was put over his Division was about the time he became head of PO. Now over my time I’ve seen a few people take on this responsibility and even though he still has some kinks to workout (No pun intended) he is constantly trying to improve his department. Some people try to push their department and literly force it down people's throats to make their department relevant but with Venum it’s different. He wants PO to be there and used as a tool for the people in clan ops to help not hinder the divisions. I can remember a time when PO was trying to constantly push the info out workshop this workshop that but with Venums PO under his tutelage he just wants the info there available for the people and to have his people available for any Division that needs the help. Even though he is busy with his other responsibility’s like being Div lead or forums mod he finds a way to balance everything and do what’s right for KSI. Category: Department member Gamertag: KSI WHISKEY7 Forums Account Link @KSI WHISKEY 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Whiskey is an up and comer in KSI he has made leaps and bounds within clan ops recently becoming a Co-Fo but I feel as though in department ops he really outshines the rest of his fellow members. He has risen through the news department recently becoming Co-head. His journey involved a lot of hard work and dedication doing things that I’m incapable of doing as you can see in my typing. Whiskey goes through and corrects other people’s mistakes which can be very taxing mentally but he didn’t complain he just kept doing what he does best help out. I heard high praise coming from Tex about his work which is for good reason Whiskey is the type of person that always wants to help and always does his best. There is a lot of stuff that I don’t see that he does do for his department but others do and he deserves this award among many others. Category: Member Gamertag: KSI Joe 7 Forums Account Link @KSI Joe 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Joe is a hard one for me to write about mainly because I’ve known him for so long and pretty much nominated his for what seems like a hundred different awards all of which he more that deserves and then some. No matter what rank or what is happening with him in real life both of which have been constant rollercoaster rides for him he doesn't change at the heart of who he is. From the day I meet him what seems like a lifetime ago and at other times just the other day ( I guess old age will do that to you). He truly is the rock that holds DM together there’s not one squad in DM that Joe hasn't personally helped in one way or another whether it be as an officer or as Joe does best someone to talk to (when you can get a word in lol) he does talk a lot but he also listens offers advice his best rank would be DM's councilor because at one point or time he always seems to end up talking to people listening to their life story’s and offering advice on how to proceed. Very few people can say a mean thing about him ( I’m one of them always hating on his clear obsession with Alexa bliss) but in truth he always means well and always wants to help out his fellow KSI members and is the true embodiment of what KSI stands for Knowledge he taught me a lot (including how to be toxic?) as I came up through the ranks and he has helped out countless others. Strength he is one of the strongest people that I know in KSI he has been through a lot of hardship but he is still here still strong as ever. Last but not least Integrity Joe always does what he thinks is right is he always right no but he doesn't stop doing it and always and I mean always tries to do what’s right and he never looses his moral compass. He is far from perfect none of us are but I can’t think of anyone else in KSI that is more deserving of this award he is always there for his fellow members and is a large part of why DM has such good member retention is because he is so welcoming to everyone. I know that I wouldn't be in KSI today if it wasn't for this man and I know for a fact that I’m not alone.

He has been dedicated to making the Departments less insular and more of a part of the community – member oriented. December has so much knowledge and is always happy to impart it, frequently going above and beyond to get the information out to members. We were having a meeting and the topic of the newly revamped forums class came up. He was sent a message asking about it and about 15 minutes later he was in the party and we were learning. He is always available to help and if he can’t help you, he will make sure you are connected with the best person for the job. December trained me for the News Department and has taken all of his good qualities from his position as head there to the board. He is patient, but honest and will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. This is evident in always calm, well-reasoned responses to issues that arise. He is friendly and available, despite being very busy. Maybe intimidated is a better word for it. But, over the last year I have come to realise that he is one of the friendliest and welcoming members of our community. He runs popular game nights with squads and is always playing with all of the members at all levels of the organisation, joking around with them. He also balances the fun with an ability to deal with tricky situations with a firm, but calm hand. He is frequently the voice of reason and doesn’t like to beat around the bush. Romeo always makes himself available – that man hops on at work to make sure that issues are dealt with and important questions are answered promptly. He will talk you through it in voice chat rather than a text to ensure that nothing gets lost in the interpretation of a text. He is dedicated to KSI and ensuring everyone has the best experience here as possible. He is a huge reason KSI feels like a family for so many. She has been visible in parties and the discord chats from the get go, not just the casual chats. What really makes her stand out for me is that as an officer she noticed the lack of classes being made available in the Division and now, as a Co-Fo she is making sure they are happening regularly so that everyone has the learning opportunities they need to grow and thrive if they so choose. Whiskey goes above and beyond in every role he is in in KSI. If I could I would be nominating him for Captain OTY and Department member OTY as well, but the rules are the rules, so I digress. As the inaugural General of Wrath he worked diligently to get Discord to the point they could split and then worked equally hard to build Wrath up to the amazing squad it is now. Not only does he work hard, but he also inspires others to do more and be more than they thought they could. He built up an incredible staff of hard working officers and encourages others to get involved in the squad and the departments. While he works hard and asks the same of others, he is also the first to encourage others to make sure they take a break, delegate and not burn out. He is a top recruiter, bringing in amazing new members and is always happy to train and impart knowledge. He created a training program while in Discord and implemented it in his own squad ensuring all officers, as they come up, have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. He also encourages all other officers to take time and disseminate their own knowledge to help mentor those coming up the ranks after them. Whiskey is the first to hop in chats and get people involved in events. He is always helping other players advance in their games and his game nights are always inclusive and a blast. He is always coming up with ideas to promote positivity and connect the members. For example Wrath Reach Week where every night one week was cohosted with a different squad in DM, forging new friendships and quite frankly bringing the squads closer together. He also created a forums thread to promote positivity and encourages shouting people out to show your appreciation outside of awards nominations. I cannot think of anyone more deserving. He is fun in a party and really loves playing with the members, keeping crazy hours for someone living in the UK in order to participate in squad activities and events. He is thirsty for knowledge and has branched out into Departments ops in order to find new ways to engage in the community and its members. She quietly and diligently does the work and doesn’t ask for any praise or acknowledgement. She will hop in and volunteer when no someone else has real life get in the way of a task. She is an amazing recruiter, frequently bringing in multiple new members at a time and integrating them into the squad. She is engaging and will happily try out any game with a member. Her schedule doesn’t always allow her to participate in classes, but whenever one is available for her she is the first to volunteer to sign up. She wants to know more and is striving to be the best officer she can be. KSI LadySatan goes above and beyond and deserves this award. As a SGT though he stands out as someone who is inclusive and friendly. It doesn’t matter your skill level he is happy to play with you and teach you the ropes. He may try to downplay it, but he is an amazing member, playing with a wide variety of people on a wide variety of games. His love of participating in events, weekend warfares and head hunters is fantastic – everyone enjoys cheering infinityhunt on the twitch streams. He has lovingly been dubbed our “home town hero”. He has been named member of the month in our squad multiple times. He is also a crazy font of knowledge about the games he plays and is willing to share that knowledge with anyone playing, or considering playing a game. He is also one to embody no member left behind, as he helps you farm or work on a character even if he doesn’t need to himself. He will abandon whatever he is doing to hop in another game if he thinks he can help you. All around he is a fun member to hang out with and an asset to this community. He is always promoting the work they do and works diligently on his duties. He is ever present in the community and everywhere on the forums. Uppish is genuinely excited about all aspects of KSI and what the Departments do to make that possible. He is full of ideas and always has the answers to your questions, or will find them for you and will make suggestions when you didn’t even realise you were looking for a solution (that is some crazy talent there). He is impartial, fair and the first to recognise someone else’s outstanding efforts. KSIxROMEo 7 @KSIxROMEO 7 Outstanding Service Lvl 2 What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? Personally, I’m not sure. But I‘ll bet that Romeo will know the answer. That’s because, like Santa, Romeo knows everything. So far in his tenure as DM’s Division Leader, he’s had to assume the role of Acting General of 2 squads, and Acting Co-Founder of 4 different squads! Currently, over Wrath, Sinister, and Venom. Romeo still recruits and promotes people for his squads. Actively engaging in officer's duties and responsibilities from SSGT to Div Lead on a daily basis. And since he has stepped in as Acting General of Sinister and Venom, both squads are beginning to flourish with new growth and new officers. Romeo also runs KSI’s largest Division by a wide margin. With 430+ members DM is thriving to say the least. With everyone recruiting and promoting Demonic Mayhem is growing bigger everyday and it’s amazing to see. This is in large part due to Romeo’s steady hand and commitment to excellence at every level. Romeo's to his members is extraordinary. He’s always involved and never far away for whatever you need. Romeo has personally been there for me on many occasions to answer questions, to talk to and hangout with, or bounce ideas off of no matter how ridiculous they may seem. (Ex: A 72 hour gamenight. This guy can be stern when needed I know first hand but he's genuinely a pretty selfless guy. He's devoted countless and I literally mean countless hours of overtime for months if not years in his KSI career. He's helped me hundreds times and I've witnessed him first handedly be the mentors to many great leaders within this community. He's a testament to what being a great leader is all about. He is friends with everyone, never really heard or scene a bad action from the guy, granted I've only been here 2 years and some change but still the guys always up beat, motivated, and hungry to take Clan Operations to new heights and is always willing to listen and hear out his director team and let them make calls on their own whether it be for learning purposes or he truly sees what they see. all in all Swag is a bang up guy who you can always count on for knowledge or direction or a good ol knee slapper joke lol. He's still that loud mouth in the back of the classroom don't get me wrong lol but his mentality has been on the up and up all year. He's always focused on not only the short terms goals for each squad of his Div but also months out as well. He's always planning and scheming something new and exiting. I've watched him work his keester off a lot this year even when not being over CS as their Director. He reminds me a lot of my self as a div lead honestly with his endless planning and executions of said plans, but in reality he makes no decisions with out continuously putting the members sake first. He's had to make some tough calls this year with demotions, fluff's, squad directions and the divisions direction and he didn't stall or quit once not even hesitate. He moves with a laid back chill vibe but he'll whip you into ship shape if you cross him or take advantage of his kind laid back vibe. Working with Uppish has been a great ride so far and I genuinely cannot wait to see where he takes CS in the near future! He's got grit, determination, drive, and ambition as far as the eye can see. When he smells an issue brewing he's first on scene to stop the broil over. He's big in the proactive and preventative maintenance department which I love to see from todays Generals. But in his Clan Ops factors the guy is awesome. Constantly working to be better, make his officers better and make his squad over all better and more active. I honestly dont think there is a person in his squad who does not know him quite well. Hes always inviting others to his party and party hopping as well. He plays loads of games as well which helps him be more fluent with the members as well. He's an avid history buff on KSI and its history and is always seeking to learn more and more. Sleepy no doubt will make a great General sooner than later and from the hours ive spent with him in parties to imply put it the guy has it, that 1 of 1 personality thats just personable on all levels, doesnt matter what your gamer friend "type" is you cant help but like the guy. If time allows, he'll hop into the Gens meeting, and he'll even make room for a game night if he's not dog tired from a long day at work. But that ability doesn't even begin to describe how seasoned and well versed Sleepy is in everything he finds himself involved with in KSI. People flock to him, and it's very easy to see why if you get the opportunity to spend some time around him. I want to personally shout out a few people so bear with me as it is 1am in the morning for me lol First I want to shout out @KSI Angst thus far he has really put his all in learning how to recruit as well as recruiting three of his good friends who we are lucky to have in this community with us! He is always doing his best and I see great things for him in the future! I want to shout out @KSI Kat She is such a sweetheart and is always lending a hand to fellow officer staff who are in need. She is such a hard worker and I don't know where are squad would be with out her! Her determination and guidance can be seen from all over the squad and division, I know she will make a wonderful general one day. A huge shout out to @KSI C0untry and @KSI xLittio they have been amazing writers on the news team, country you are always on time with your work and i can thank you enough for that! With each article you write you get better and I know you will be out writing me! Not sure if I'm able to witness but if my time as a former KSI leader I can think of many people who would qualify for this award. Amongst them would be KSI Rogue 7. He has given blood sweat and tears into KSI admist personal life trouble, work related issues, heck even pandemic related issues and you will always see this man work. As his former leader I witnessed him do amazing things when others in similar situations would dial it back and step down, he instead soldiers on and works harder . Granted I have been out for a few months but his current rank is further evident that he continues to strive and be a leader. He is KSI incarnated and I wouldn't be surprised if he makes CEO one day if thats what he wants. So if you asking me if he qualifies for Die Hard, I think the description of the award is basically describing him fully. Lastly speak to any person who isn't in KSI anymore about Rogue and they will tell you exactly what I told you.

It's refreshing for all of us in DM to finally have contact with upper leadership in KSI, and DM is really lucky to have a hard worker like King with us. Her in real life experience with counseling helps us all out in DM, and in KSI too. Everyone in KSI knows who DntAsk is. From her ways of doing member retention and helping members out in and out of KSI situations, her mere presence is so important to DM. She is currently holding up a squad with limited officers and just doing amazing with it. She is the rock in DM that likes to try to remain invisible, but members know how important and wonderful she truly is. DM wouldn't be where it's at right now if not for this incredible, selfless woman with a pure heart of gold. He is/was literally the backbone of Wrath. He is an extremely hard worker and cares about the members very much so. Stack recruits, trains and promotes members daily. He is currently doing amazing as a new General in Wrath, which you wouldn't know if you came across him. He always is on top of everything. If someone has a question, he'll answer them within minutes. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll seek it out immediately. He's always wanting to improve and better himself. He loves learning as much KSI knowledge as he can, and uses it to help out his perspective squad on a daily basis. Stack is kind, warm and compassionate. He was previously an officer this past year, mainly stepping up with his busy schedule to help out his perspective squad, just because they needed it. He helps people in games so much, taking hours at a time when he's available, to show newer players what to do. He is patient, kind and makes each and every member he comes across feel important. He knows at the end of the day it's just a game, and prefers to surround himself with good company, than just getting the task at hand done in any game. He's persistent and tries his hardest to help out, even in other situations that are KSI related. He is truly an amazing and awesome member that many other members flock to, because of his friendly and positive demeanor.

He powers through so many tasks and goes above and beyond the call for his squad. Definitely on point with his responsibilities, hosting game nights, helping out others all the time, and doing a wonderful job in Productions. His Clan Ops career can be incredible if he sticks to this path and continues to learn and lead. He just strives to hit higher than the mark each week. The officer corps has not been in the best of spots, but he is always working hard to better Imperial. New Years - 'Nades Out!: Part 1 - Preliminary Tournament (1/3/20) 7pm EST NEWLY EXTENDED Part 2 - 'Nades Out Tournament (1/10/20) 8pm EST Overview: Here in KSI we love to compete to prove our skill against each other, but that can get repetitive to see the same competition over and over again. SO...who wants to test their skills against OTHER COMMUNITIES!? We've officially extended a tournament invitation to Xiled Syndicate (XS) as well as well Eclipse Gaming Syndicate (EGS) to throw down with us on Modern Warfare, and they've accepted! Time to see which community has the top squad! This is the first time weve done this in a ery, very long time so its up to you, the members, on how successful this is. Here are the details: The official 'Nades Out Tournament will take place Friday, January 10th 2020 This tournament will follow rules and regulations taken from the CWL/ Proffesional Rules and setup Each Community will be allowed to submit 3 teams to represent them in the final tournament How will the teams be selected to represent their community you may ask. Through a preliminary tournament of course! We will be holding a KSI Specific tournament similar to weekend warfare in which the top 4 placed teams will be the teams that get the honor of representing our community in a head-to-head battle against XS and EGS! The Sign Up format is below - please contact KSI Gambit 7 with any questions comments or concerns! IMPORTANT: As the winners will be representing our entire community, the Code of Conduct will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. Any display of toxic or unsportsmanlike behavior displayed durring the preliminary tournament will be an immediate Disqualification. ANy of the same behaviors displayed in the actual tournament with the other communities will be subject to harsh punishment in both a department ops AND clan ops perspective. So, I don't really go here anymore, but sometimes I like to come and sit at yalls table to steal all your snacks. Alot of you know that I have no issues adding my two cents to pretty much anything. Even if you don't want them, here they are anyway. Kitty's Two Cents: DntAskImAWaffle, also known as DntaskImAwfl, is well known to many, throughout all ranks and divisions of KSI. She repeatedly puts herself out there, whether that is in departments, or divisional events. DntAsk is looked up to by members of the community. She is also well known to members of the BoD, as she sends out the best motivational messages! If you need advice, she will give it to you.. even if you didn't really want it at the time, you will still come out better for it. Based on her knowledge of all things KSI, she is someone I know I'd be comfortable with leading the charge. I noticed my fave mention she won LT OTY, but didn't she also split the win for Spirit Queen? If she did, I couldn't pick a better person to fill those shoes. So.. you hear a lot of people say KSI is like a family to them. Well with Pam, it's not "like" a family. It IS family. Because no matter what, she always gonna be there for you. She will move mountains, cross raging rivers, and jump that largest of seas to get to you and make sure everything is ok. And if it's not, then she isn't leaving your side til it is. There are not enough characters in the forums itself to list individually the things the amazing person has done for the people of DM and KSI. Need a couple bucks to change your GT? shes got you. Need to bend someones ear for hours on end? Shes for you. Need help running a mission in a game? Shes got you. Just need a small confidence boost because everything seems to be going the exact opposite direction you planned? Shes got you. No matter how big, small, or sideways your issue. Pam is there. And she always will be. I was the one that recruited DontAsk, and you try to teach the new members as much as possible so that they have everything they need, but with her, I have learned SO MUCH more than I could have ever hoped to have taught her. She makes us better people. Not just gamers. There is not a more Outstanding person, or more deserving person on xbox much less this community. OS1 is nowhere near enough what this woman deserves. There is not 1 single person in this community that could say a negative thing about KSIDntAskImAwfl. That in and of itself, speaks bounds as to what kind of person she is and we should all be trying to be.

KSIDntAskImAwfl @KSIdontask OS Level 1 I will drop my vote to witness. Pam is known around DM and the community as literally the nicest person in KSI. She's a shining example of what our members should strive to be. Kind, helpful, understanding, comforting, and an absolute pleasure to be around. From the moment I was recruited in last November, Pam has been there for everything. She formed the basis of my KSI knowledge, how to be a good officer, and a better person. When I first reached SSGT and no clue how to do anything. Pam took time from her incredibly busy real life schedule and showed me how to work the Forums and where to find things like Roll Call, the Activity Log, and answered every question I could possibly think of. Pam does this not just for myself or her officers. But every member of her vast squad, and anybody from DM's over 400 members. DontAsk spent some time as the General of Venom DM. During which she worked crazy hard recruiting quality members, training them properly, and integrating them into her massive squad. Throughout her tenure as Gen, Venom was plagued by a consistent lack of officers to match its incredible size. Venom spent about 3-4 months with 90+ members. Over the course of that time, Pam worked tirelessly to find, train, and build up several officers until Venom was healthy enough to split, creating Sinister DM. KSIDntAskImAwfl put a LOT of work into that endeavor and has had a profound impact on a ton of members in Venom, Sinister, and DM as a whole. To be completely honest, I was blown away when I realized that Pam didn't have OS1. And she's easily the most deserving OS1 candidate in recent memory. Pam, you're easily one of the most amazing people in this community and the literal dictionary definition of a true asset to it. You've helped me through so much. Thank you for everything Pam.

Can’t spell bESt without ES!

Whiskey has always had one goal in mind. What can he do for the members to make it easier, funner, and better for them. With this goal in mind, he has made huge changes in some of the things we do in DM and in his own squad. We have not always agreed about everything from the get go, but imo, that is something that has made him the leader he is today. Every officer, and i dare say his gen, look up to this man as an example of what a leader should be. He is constantly on top of EVERYTHING going on in his squad. from the gamenight scheduling, to the random get togethers. From making sure a new officer is getting the training they need, to ensuring he and Awol have all the info they need to do their thing. . Everything he does, he does for the members and when he is arguing for something, its never about himself, its something he thinks needs changed or done to make something easier on the members. He, aswell as Awol, didnt have the greatest guiding hands coming up thru the ranks, but they still managed to find everything they need to get the job done, and so much more. I can not wait to see where this man goes in the future.

Hatter is my right hand in ES and has done more then what's expected of her on a day to day basis. She is the backbone of ES, always making sure that the divison and myself are on point lol. Since Siggy rejoined the community he has done nothing been work his a** off. Siggy is always online getting with members and other officers trying to make his squad better and getting everyone to have a good time. When people are upset, or just not having the best day Siggy will always be the first one to hit you up and make sure that everythings okay. This dude is one of the best I've been able to work with in a long time and can't wait to have him in my 7 staff some day. She is always motivating her lower officers to try and take that next step as an officer. She has very high standard goals set for herself here in the community and with all the work shes put forth as of late I see her making those strides fairly quickly! She's always on top of things and always asking questions if shes unsure about things going on. She's gonna be a GREAT senior mod someday and shes a great friend! Venum is always communicating with members from ES and trying to help us make it an even better place to hang out in. Venum is always on top of his game and hes pretty much the heart and soul of PO even tho hes super hard at work on running DW he always makes sure he has time for us. Venum being my best friend in KSI, I know I can always count on him no matter what! Member KSI Torch096 / Banshee ES SSGT Link to forums account - @KSI Torch096 Reasoning why they deserve this - Torch.. When I met Torch we literally were just jokingly destroying each other in the divison chat because we were bored lol. Here we are now months later and torch is now one of the hardest working officers in ES. Torch is someone who can be rough around the edges but he's also a super hard worker and also a super clutch player in most games. One thing I can say is he was a huge part of our Spring Break win so I definitely can say I appreciate him for that and I appreciate him for everything he has done for Banshee and ES as a whole!

In that regard this man has made it seem like nothing has changed what so ever. He immediately filled his role and just kept building off the momentum the division is rolling with and continues to keep everyone active. He's always in parties bouncing around the div and getting Invovled which shows great leadership. He's been great. He's been in constant parties promoting growth and improvement. Hes also been co hosting game nights with the officers In his squads which is a very hands on approach i commend. She has been really hands on with assistance and it's truly a relief to see a member give that dedication with so much going on in their life while not letting it effect anything at all. She's there for everyone and has showed it. We are very grateful. He's been the first to ask questions and try to help and learn from his peers. He is one of the few who jumps to volunteer for anything. He's shown an amazing work ethic with his role and I appreciate it. I look forward to see where this guy goes. He gets his assignments done on time and jumps to take on what he can and help out where he is needed which I find very commendable and value the asset he has been. He has also recently transferred to Elysium to assist the squad earning an officer position and helping his general already drastically improve the squad. He's always there if you need him and very dedicated to what he does. Nothing slows him down and that is inspiring.

From the start,he has been nothing but supportive to not only myself,but to all of ES as a whole. He has stepped in on countless occasions to help the officer staff with training and recruiting. There is clearly a reason he is here in ES,and he truly has made a difference in the past couple of months turning this division around for the better. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Hatter 77 GEN Banshee ES Link to forums account - @Hatter 77 Reasoning why the deserve this - When I first arrived in Banshee,there was a good reason that Hatter came with a warning label from Jynxie. She has been one of the most intense people I have met in my current and past experience within KSI. Now with that I want to mention that this is not by any means a bad thing. It takes an intense person like her to really get things to change,and she definitely brought that with Banshee. She is one of the driving forces (the other will be the captain below) that truly inspired to become an officer again and motivate me to do better in this community. I appreciate all of the guidance and help she has offered along the way. Jynxie has worked tremendously over the past couple of months taking care of Banshee. She has made her squad her baby in a sense. Sometimes she works too hard,and you have to beg her to actually let you do your job because she's trying to step in,but it's because she knows she'd rather just get it done herself. From being a good leader to a good friend,she is already known throughout KSI and it clearly shows already from the vast majority of people. Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Ronin 77 (Senior Director) Link to forums account - @Unrivaled Discipline Reasoning why they deserve this - This could be a novel but Ill keep a long story short. Ive known Ronin ever since we were Directors together and if anyone would have asked me if I ever would have envisioned myself working well with him on a daily basis, my answer would have been a quick F*** no. However over the past year I have not only had the privilege of working side by side with him on everything as Senior Directors, but also cultivating a friendship with him allowing me to see several things. Due to this, I can honestly say that inside this community, there is not a single person who works harder, has done more for the community, while receiving the least credit than this man. He has redefined what it means to play the home-screen game while on Xbox as he spends every waking second he has either in meetings to develop and execute strategies for divisions, helping to cultivate new ideas within departments, "theory crafting" potential solutions to major clan-ops issues, or training and passing on the knowledge he has to those fortunate enough to be in the divisions hes over. This paired with a resume of reconstructing injured/broken divisions, facilitating the largest merges we have seen in a while, while simultaneously finding more things to add to his plate. No more needs to be said. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI TexAngel 7 (Director - LS/DM) Link to forums account - @KSI TexAngel 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - This is a hard one as I love and respect both of our Directors equally for not only putting up with the BS, staying through some of the hardest times we've ever seen, and more (love you Gary). However Tex stands out to me this month hardcore due to the fact that I believe she has truly found her stride as a Director. I have worked with Tex since she held the rank of Division Leader in ES. In her career then she was a competent leader, little bit quiet in Division Leader meetings, was pretty much only trained thanks to herself and her want of knowledge, but lacked the confidence to make executive decisions without checking in. Skipping forward to where she is now, I actually have to laugh out loud because its like looking at two different people. She not only takes charge of situations, she does the d*** thang. She has found a voice that people not only listen to but adhere advice from. She makes decisions that not only benefit the division, but the community as a whole. I'm truly proud of the leader she has become and no one can be complimented for that but herself. Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gruntier 7 (Division Leader - DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Gruntier 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - As shown by the amount of nominations this man has, the best thing about grunt in my opinion is the fact that he not only demands respect, hes earned it through running a division so well, it flows almost seamlessly from his 7 staff, down through the members, and all the way back up. For the beginning of this year (2019), we have pushed that all of our 7 staffs get back to doing the basics well. Gruntier has not only done them well, hes perfected them and is constantly relaying the same training to all of those underneath him. His rack record speaks for itself and he has a very long and prosperous career ahead of him. First impressions King were all negative. Attitude problems mixed with a strong ego usually don't tend to work with me and thats all I was told and knew of him until I actually began working with him in ES and I can most certainly say now, Im glad I got to know him. King will always be rough around the edges and if he has an opinion on something, rest assured you're going to hear it as he hold nothing back. However, when it comes to the members in his division and their protection and happiness, you can not possibly doubt kings dedication to maintaining both. You can't talk about any of the progress or drastic leaps forward ES has made as a division without stamping King's name on it. From personally stepping in to run a squad and retrain their entire officer staff, spreading and promoting activity like a wildfire throughout the division, constant supervision of needs and issues, being the first person to lead by example. He has absolutely been a necessity for success and now that hes received the keys to the kingdom so to speak, you can look forward to seeing ES sky rocket. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI VENUM 7 (Co-Founder - DW) Link to forums account - @VENUM 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - I haven't seen a 7 as active in all regards of the community (both web-ops and clan-ops) than Venny. I think the most important thing to note about Venum though, is not only is he active in every part of the community, he balances his time between them flawlessly while still engaging with members on an every day basis. From being Senior PO, to a re join/Join mod, co-founder, and acting Gen all at the same time, that's a tall order to fill. Through the 1 on 1 conversations I've had with Venum in the short time I was DW's acting director, hes passion, insight, and drive for clan-ops is truly one to be marveled. He most definitely deserves this award this month. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Hatter 77 (Co-Founder - ES) (Previous Gen of Banshee until recently) Link to forums account - @Hatter 77 Reasoning why the deserve this - The level of respect I have for Hatter and the work that she has put into ES and more directly Banshee, in the short time shes been there is ridiculously high. As a previous Gen, transferring into any squad where you are the highest ranking officer and without the connections and respect you'd have being originally from the squad is hard. Doing this into a squad with a sole broken/ under trained officer staff with an even less existent member base makes this feat a nightmare. Hatter was in this exact situation yet despite the odds against her, managed to take a dead squad and turn into not only the power house of the division, but a family that has only continued to grow and thrive even after her departure from it. She is constantly implementing new trainings, meetings, and plans to benefit not only one squad but all of them in the division. SO....hats off...to her Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Jynxie (General - Banshee/ES) Link to forums account - @KSI Jynxie Reasoning why they deserve this - Jynx may be one of the sweetest people I've met in this community. On top of her constantly being on top of all of her duties and responsibilities, her time and attention is sought after by her entire squad. What makes Jynx such a great leader is her ability to listen, but more importantly her ability to truly form relationships with her members that make them feel safe and at home. She is a confidant, a friend, a leader, and sometimes a second mother to her fellow squad mates which not only promotes them to do more for the squad, but also encourages they themselves to provide that same aura to the new members. Shes infectious and is truly a fantastic successor to the Banshee Gen line.
