  1. Hi , I'm a Jets fan ,,,, that's right i said it aloud . Why you may ask ,,, because I'm an internet warrior and all the soda cans and chips you just threw at your screen after hearing such an audacious claim written in plain text ,,, cant hurt me ! Its a long arduous journey being a Jets fan , we don't get to start with hope at the beginning of any given season , however we remain stoic strong and steadfast that somewhere out there is an omniscient being that hears our desolate cries and pleas every halftime when we are playing our Division rivals the Patriots . Gang Green they call our fan base ,, irony to say the least . The rotting appendage of the AFC East yet we drag our deflated dreams onto the field every game and hope year after year for some good draft picks . We are a resilient fan base taking all our pride in a few completions a game and a good run or two a year . Small in stature and yet mighty in sheer Grit and determination we stand proud in the face of humility ! Whats it like to be a fan of your favorite NFL team ? Excited for the new season ? Tell me why ,,,

  2. Whiskey is very accepting and easy to talk to, but also not afraid to be the bad guy if he has to be. In the time i have been here in KSI he has quickly become one of my favorite people. He can be serious when he needs to or the situation calls for it but he is also humorous and outgoing, very likable and easy to talk to about whatever is on your mind. He works tirelessly for the betterment of the squad and KSI as a whole. He has always been there when called, ready to drop things at a moment's notice for his squad and it shows just how much he cares about us and our organization. I admire him as a person and an officer and i hope that he continues to be such a positive striving infliuence.

  3. Whiskey has been a vital part of the current success that his squad(Discord) has been experiencing. He goes above and beyond to help ensure that the officer staff is getting things done, and are being acting with the squad as well. Whiskey goes out of his way to bring in more quality recruits to further the squad. Actually ending the month in a tie of 2nd over all for the Div for the month of May. Whiskey is always searching for more information about KSI and its ins and outs. Spreading that knowledge as he goes. He has been a huge help with getting the newer officers trained up properly and encouraging them to reach for higher heights. He is very active in our discord server, talking with the squads and trying to get people more evolved, and is always available for the members when in need. I look forward to see how things unfold as this guy continues his KSI story.

  4. Being the newest officer to the squad I know first hand how much time and effort he puts into the squad. He exceptional in his duty to the squad whether he's recruiting, hosting a game night or discussing a topic during squad meeting. All while giving you a good laugh at the same time. Seeing whiskey work is like magic, he gets what he says done. He also made my training to be an officer go smoothly and effectively, making time to sit in on me recruiting to, getting one of the newest recruits in for promotion, whiskey has more than put the effort in. An his promotion to 1st captain shows he has made great strides to help KSI.

  5. Try being a Bengals fan. It's not all bad, they have won more than they have lost and been a much better team overall in the past 10 years or so. The problem is, they have had teams with immense talent, and always seem to blow it. Usually first round of the playoffs. It's almost more painful to believe in your team, and after they give a some small hope they crush you. We have been season ticket holders since 2010, and win, lose, or tie (Yes Ive been at a tie game) it's still a great time to go and watch and cheer on my team. Who Dey!

  6. Despite the stresses and time constraints of being a single parent, Whiskey has committed a lot of his free time to the betterment of our squad and KSI as a whole. He is integral to the success of our squad. He works closely with AWOL to ensure that everything is running smoothly and everyone is well informed. When we found that we were all lacking training (long term issues, no slight against current leadership intended) he jumped into action to make training smooth and consistent. I personally can be a bit nervous/anxious at first and he helped walk me through recruiting and training, allowing me (and everyone else) to practice the process on him first before I jumped into an actual (supervised) recruitment myself. When our numbers were low Whiskey encouraged everyone to go on a recruiting spree, but set a good example by going above and beyond to bring in new and quality recruits himself as well. I believe he sent out upwards of 300 messages that week and consistently goes above and beyond to keep our numbers healthy. He is always in our squad chat and joining in the gen chat to get people excited an involved. He, along with others encouraged Joey to do his Bird of the Day and when Joey had to leave for irl time constraints Whiskey started piping in with some funny (as in please don't follow these)tips. Everyone knows and loves Whiskey. Whiskey, is an essential part of the open communication in our squad and amongst officers. He expresses his opinions and encourages others to do the same. Whiskey, having had a bit of a rough start with KSI, butting heads with 7s and other leaders in the community, has turned himself and those relationships around. I have seen him mend relationships with people and become more and more patient when frustrated with a situation, seeking out solutions to problems and coming with facts and concrete arguments, while keeping a cool head. I have also seen him handle delicate conversations with members, helping them feel comfortable despite the need for the private conversation. His recent promotion to 1st Captain I think speaks volumes about the fences he has mended and the efforts he has made to succeed and help others succeed.

  7. Whiskey is the life of the party in Any game night. He can make you go from bad day to your pissing your pants laughing. You can never have a dull day with Whiskey. There's times ill stay up 1-3 in the morning seeing Whiskey recruiting people into KSI. He would make sure their a good fit for KSI he just doesn't go around and recruit just to get the numbers up.

  8. Name: WHISKEY82 link to forum account: @KSI WHISKEY Award/achievement: Outstanding Service Level 1 Reason: WHISKEY is a true team player. He is very consistent in bringing new members to our squad. He is meticulous when it comes to training and helps new members acclimate into the squad. Communication is something he excels at, he is very friendly and most importantly he listens. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty in any job our KSI squad has to tackle. His game nights are always a place of laughter and good healthy gaming. His effort is an inspiration to fellow officers and squad members alike. WHISKEY puts forth his all to KSI and our squad on a daily basis.

  9. I am a Rams fan. At times it’s so depressing to see my team make it all the way to the Super Bowl, just to choke over and over again. Though I will come along and pick up those cans....$$$$

    Guide to the AAP

AAP Guide Updates Welcome to the Awards and Achievements Program! The KSI Awards and Achievements Program, or the AAP, is a department used to assist in recognizing members for their achievements and contributions to the community. Any awards that you may receive will be displayed at the bottom of your forum posts for everyone else in the community to view. The AAP can also be a resource when considering your fellow members. I'm sure you have someone who has frequently answered your KSI questions, or has mentored you through everything you have learned in this community. With the awards system, you are able to nominate and recognize your fellow members for awards in either of these situations and in many others. Recognition can be a very nice "Thank You" for someone's time and effort. Before posting in this section though, there are a few things that you should familiarize yourself with. Awards http://www.ksiforums.org/awards/ This is a link to the section of the forums that list all the awards. Upon investigation of this list, you will notice that the awards are broken up into several categories based upon what they are related to. For example, Of the Year awards are only for a specific period once a year in which members nominate others for the best in their rank in the community for that respective year. In Forum Awards, you will find some awards based on the number of forum posts a member may have or even Gamerscore on your Xbox account. There are several other categories for many different things as well. Feel free to give the section a quick glance to get used to recognizing what some of the awards mean. Also while looking at the awards, you will probably notice that there are descriptions beneath most of the awards. These descriptions can help explain what the award is given out for, and what type of witness statements the AAP staff are looking for when it comes to witnessing for an award. Make sure before nominating someone that you check the description to see what each award is meant for in the community. If you have questions regarding any of the awards, feel free to reach out to a member of the AAP staff or the Head/Co-Head of the AAP. The staff list can be found below. http://www.ksiforums.org/topic/39333-aap-staff/ Nominating and Witnessing for Awards After you have found the correct award and you know that you want to nominate either another member or yourself for that award, please go into the AAP section and you will click the "Start New Topic" button. When filling out a nomination, please use the following format: Topic Name: (Member nominated) (Award nominated for) Nomination Example: Airborne Headhunter Nomination Format for the Post: Name: Link to Forums Account: Award-/-Achievement: Reason-/-Evidence: Staff Award Requested: (Included only with Meta Awards category) If the proper format isn't used, you will be asked to correct it. If it still not fixed, the topic will be closed and you must start over with a new topic. Also, please refrain from posting more than 3 award nominations at once. After you post the award, that’s when your witnesses will come in. They should come in and be able to attest that the nominated party has fulfilled the award requirement, and will also give factual evidence on how they have done this. Make sure to keep any witness statements you may post relevant to the award at hand as well as making sure that you are able to post proof/evidence if necessary. Please note: For some awards Divisional leadership / Senior Leadership may be required to witness. You are not able to self-nominate for every award. The following list of awards/categories are all items that you CAN NOT put yourself up for: Of the Year Of the Month Outstanding Service (All levels) Most Outstanding Trainer Mentor Education 101 and 201 Mad Max Die Hard Drama Queen Recruiter (Novice, Pro, Master) Also, please do not nominate other members for Meta Awards, these are Self Nomination only awards Divisional Hall of Fame Members who are in KSI and apart of the division they are requesting cannot be nominated for Divisional Hall of Fame except during the normal nomination periods around Spirit Week & Fall Classic.
