THIS HOT HEADED HAT still amazes ne with the amount of patience and dedication she has for her members. I can say by experience because ive been nothing but problems for her she I guess sees past my issues and has given me chances I shouldn't have been given, I honestly should have been removed but she stands up for me and puts up with my non-sense. im sure im not the only member she does this to witch is the reason im saying this. she keeps this div safe by making sure people are sticking to the rules and that's how it should be. I may be a problem child @Hatter 77 but I low key give you props, cheers, and respect. He always keeps in contact with officer, not only 3 days as a SGT and he's ready to climb the ranks, he pays attention, asks questions, and is on the ball with me. like I said I look forward to what he has to offer KEEP IT UP @KSI Mammal.

She has been learning the ropes and is not afraid to reach out and ask any questions. She makes time to answer all questions the members, and officers, have. Trixie is warmhearted and a pleasant person to be around! All of the members seem comfortable going to Trixie with any issue and she handles things in a professional manner. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI WHISKEY82 (Gen - DM/Wrath) Link to forums account - @KSI WHISKEY82 Reasoning why they deserve this - Whiskey worked hard to help build up Discord (squad) and was a major influence toward the recent squad split. He's shown that he's very knowledgeable about KSI, and is always striving to learn more. He recruits quality over quantity; a lot of their members are very active in Discord and the new squad, Wrath, and contribute to the fun environment. I haven't had much time to get to know Whiskey just yet, but have come to know that he emits a lot of positive energy. He truly makes each party he's in a fun environment, everyone is always laughing and having a really good time. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shocker (1CPT - DM/Cruelty) Link to forums account - @KSI Shocker Reasoning why they deserve this - Shocker has been working his butt off doing the best he can to help improve Cruelty. He has been a mad house at recruiting and hopping on any promotions right away. He's doing all he can to learn the ropes of KSI and what it takes to be a good leader. He's well known in Cruelty and other squads within DM, often party hopping and joining several gamenights a night. I look forward to seeing what else he will do!

Name: KSI Skarzx 77 Link to Forums Account: @Scarface 77 Award-/-Achievement: Gold Outstanding Service Level 3 Reason-/-Evidence: There is not enough that can be said about this incredible gentleman right here. He is one of the most influential KSI members I know. This guy has more experience, knowledge, and know-how in his pinky toe than an entire division combined. He has achieved so much in his dedicated time in KSI and still makes time for lower ranking members. Probably one of the best teachers a member can learn from. His Leadership Development Class was absolutely informative and packed with so much knowledge that I know for sure everyone who attended and will attend in the future will be blessed with a truckload of growth. He is a shining star and an example not only in SL but across the entire community. He already is claimed as a Mentor, but he is definitely one of my mentors and has been exceptional in sharing his experience to grow and nurture all those he has contact with. It is undeniable that this man has dedicated himself to KSI and is the epitome of what it stands for. Name: KSI AIRBORNE 7 Link to Forums Account: @Airborne Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service 3 Reason-/-Evidence: When I first met AIRBORNE for the real first time in a party I was playing The Division 2. As always he was trying to get members together to play and have fun with. He always tries to join up and help with any game that you need help with that he owns (True Member Retention). Where my story really starts with him is when I joined AAP. When he took over the department there was a lot that needed to be re-worked so the community as a whole could understand AAP better. He hit the ground running and his ear is always open for new ideas. He is constantly checking up on the members he is in charge of on the Forums and in department chat. If you ever have a question about anything he is quick to answer or talk about a solution to a problem. Communication is key with him and if he feels that something needs to be gone over he is on top of it. He will stand back and also let you make a mistake so you can learn from it. All of the things that I have mentioned are all great leadership skills and I honestly can't wait to see all of the witness statements that are to come. General: KSI Trixie @Trixie She was put into the position earlier than expected and still ran with it, and has been doing wonderfully, making sure that everyone is being kept in the loop and making sure everyone is up to date and has a good time. Everyone is included with her and she listens to everyone, her time is largely spent in matters of KSI and she is a great addition to the general rank. Captain: KSI Whiskey82 @KSI WHISKEY82 He's worked tirelessly for months to recruit and build a strong squad and has done such a good job of it that there has been a new squad created from his, and other's contributions. He is always available or quickly gets back to anyone who comes to him for help or even just friendly chatter. He's a one man powerhouse when it comes to admin duties and even works with the writing for a department.

Working the the officer staff to make sure nobody falls through the cracks and keeps members as active as possible. Even as the stress of a squad split was plawas on her this past week you would never know it. Her, along with the rest of the officers have done a fantastic job moving people over to the new squad in an effortless manner. We recently lost the Gen over the squad and he has stepped up and filled in in every way he has been asked. Actively recruiting, training new members, hosting his gamenights, and working with the other officers to get the squad moving back in the right direction. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shocker ( 1CPT DM/Cruelty) Link to forums account - @KSI Shocker Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy came right out the gate swinging, with zero sign of him tiring out. Since he has become an officer, he has done everything he can to further his knowledge and help out his squad. Bringing in recruits, jumping on promotions, helping members with in game content, and so much more. He goes above and beyond in many ways. He has worked very hard to make it to where he is, and I look forward to seeing where he goes from here. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DrizzIe (1LT DM/Venom) Link to forums account - @KSI DRIZZLE Reasoning why they deserve this It has been an honor to watch this guy come into his own as an officer. The amount of work he puts in is unbelievable sometimes. Helping out members, recruiting, training newer members, and helping any other way he can. I cant wait to see what this guy can achieve, it's so rare to come across a member that cares as much as he does and drives in as deep as he has. Not only does his squad love and respect him, but so does every member he meets.

Division Leader: KSIxROMEO 7 (Div Leader/DM) @KSIxROMEO 7 Reason: Quite honestly, the reasons he deserves this award are too numerous to list fully here. I would run out of space before I was done. I will summarize it thusly... this man is Div Leader of one of the biggest divs in KSI numbers wise, he is acting gen of 2 squads, acting cofo for several squads... literally and truthfully if I thought it would hold any merit, I would nominate him for Gen otm and Cofo otm just for the fact that he is holding up sooooo many fine KSI folks. Which is exactly what he has been doing, he has held 2 squads together and even brought them back from the brink. He is always available to chat with anyone at damn near any time. He maintains a professionalism always, that is admirable. He deserves more than just one months award. He deserves all the months and the year. Captain: KSI DrPepper (4CPT/Discord) @KSI Dr.Pepper Reason: Peppers has always been one of the first to jump when anything needs done to help out the squad, and akways without hesitation. She maintains a positive attitude that is reflected in her ability to bring out even the seemingly most shy folks. Her game nights are always hoppin and full of laughs and fun. She remains vigilant in keeping KSI a postive and friendly gaming environment and is always striving to learn more towards bettering KSI. She also strives to learn more about being a leadee and role model within KSI and I truly believe she will do great things in this organization. Peppers is a shining example of dedication, hardwork, and everything that KSI stands for.

Where do i start... there is one member in this community i have had the upmost pleasure of working with for a very long time and that is KSI AIRBORNE 7. i came into this community and more specifically Divine Reign back in 2012. at that time Airborne was my Co Founder. this guy really would sit down and level with you. so when i came in to a small squad that had just lost most of its members to J2H my recruiter let me slip through the cracks. i was not read the CoC. i was not really told much i was just placed into a squad and that was it. so i messaged this Airborne guy cause he seemed important and just asked for some of his time. i had so many questions and this guy sat with me and really listened. he didn't rush me or anything. he read me the CoC and trained me himself. in my mind at the time he didn't have to do that he was a Cofo i was just some new recruit. but from there he inspired me and took me under his wing. i watched him do this with so many members but at least for me this was a huge turning point not only in my KSI Career but in my actual life. we built a bond and a friendship that has lasted still to this day all these years later. ive always valued that because in my mind that is what this community is about and in my mind Cody envisions just that. i watched him grow into a model Co Division Leader in Divine Reign also while being involved with AAP and Headhunters and so forth. at some point Airborne had to step away from the community for the Police Academy and i eventually left the community as well for a time. fast forward to 2017 Airborne had already rejoined and worked his way up to Co Founder again in FI after successfully impacting FI Squads and MP Squads and working his way up in the Courts to being Head Court judge. i ended up rejoining again under my old mentor and watched him rise to Founder in FI and solidify Courts with building an awesome staff and running the department effectively he eventually retired from clan ops and took his focus to Departments and web ops. with Courts he made a solid foundation and created the Records section which has become a invaluable asset to the community leaders and the join moderators. he earned Bright Idea for this. even now he sits as a senior court judge still providing guidance and leadership to his peers. he had a long history in AAP often being one of the only active members at some time and eventually took the reigns of the department which at the time seemed to be falling into a stagnant place. he rebuilt AAP to its former glory and it operates expeditiously and efficiently on every level now. he has worked to create many new awards to make sure members are appreciated for what they do. he is also a Super active forums moderator staying on top of his game to keep our forums safe and running smoothly. he also holds a Spot in DR's Hall Of Fame for the work he did there that i previously mentioned. hes a truly outstanding member and has effected this community on so many levels that he is now also a Leadership Council Ambassador, you do not just get there for nothing. Airborne is a household name, if you get involved in this community at all on any decent level i promise you will hear about this guy. regardless of if he knows how outstanding he is or if he gets this award or not, i hope he knows how much of an impact he has made. i will always appreciate it and he will be the reason these awards exist. KSI AIRBORNE 7 deserves this.

Division Leader KSI Hatter 77 - Div Lead - ES Link to forums account - @Hatter 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Hatter is always encouraging the officers in the division to make the Div and their squads great. She helps by giving us specifics. She also makes sure we aren't set up to fail, making sure we have the support to do our jobs. She doesn't dwell on the mistakes just points them out and indicates where we go forward. Gen KSI Squeek 7 - Gen - Succubus- ES Link to forums account - @Squeek 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Squeek loves her squad. She stays on top of what they do and who they hang out with, She messages each one individually and can tell you something personal about each of them. The squad loves her and respects her as well. She pulls people out of their cocoons and gently encourages them to be more. She will be brutally honest with you but in such a way that you realize she is right and makes you want to do better. Captain KSI Pathfinder - 3CPT - Succubus ES LInk to forums account - @KSI Pathfinder Reasoning why they deserve this: This is the first time I can actually nominate Pathfinder for Captain, even though he's been helping me with Captain duties for months. He's always there for the squad, and always looking to make the squad better. He has been helping to train our LTs since they were SSGTs. He has been very helpful to me since he reads people better than I do. He gives me another perspective that helps me do my job better and is not afraid to disagree with me and tell me where I could do better, respectfully of course/. LT KSI LONEWOLF864- 2LT - Succubus ES LInk to forums account - @KSIXxCODxX Reasoning why they deserve this: Since he became an officer Lonewolf has stepped up and kept stepping up. As a SSGT he took over managing security checks and immediately did a great job. One of the things I really liked was that he wasn't afraid to remind even the higher level officers that they needed to do their assignments. Even though he has a tough time getting people to his game nights because his time zone is so much earlier, he doesn;t give up. Member KSIBlueDragon30 - SGT - Succubus ES @Sarah Bluedragon is a warm person. She is always inviting to other members of the squad. When she greets you it is genuine and makes you feel special. She is one of the very few members that invite officers into their party rather then the other way around.

I can say for a fact Airborne Deserves this award. He is that guy you hear stories about when you have never met him, and one of the people who I look up to. He teaches everyone so much about everything, he will help you out without complaint and give you the information you need like hes a walking encyclopedia of everything. He's done a fantastic job with Courts and the AAP being former Department head for Courts he always took it seriously, when I got trained to be a judge he explained to me in great detail what I'd be doing and what is to be expected. He used to be a Founder in Clan ops and you'll see in whatever area he is in he will stick up for his people and always do what's best for us. In the AAP I have never seen this department run so smoothly and have such a higher standard in years, he is on point with answering people's questions and getting the job done. He recently worked with HSI to come up with ways on how he can help both giving HSI more to do and make it easier to help award people new awards since we keep track of everything. Without his constant efforts even being a new dad I think this community would be completely different.

Mr Airbourne here is the true example of real accomplishment. He has completely turned around the AAP department and done so swiftly and in style.Airbourne made this department the best it has ever been. He took it over and it was like a flower bloomed to its full potential. The department is now in full swing and really showing us what it’s made of. This department is now full of active and hyped staff that take pride in what they do and this is down to Airbourne being an amazing leader and role model.

He has his hands full with overseeing a few squads, yet still makes time to help out when needed. He is always gaming with community when he isn't helping out with issues. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to work with. She has a great personality and makes any game night fun. When needed, she will pop into officer chat and offer advice, but she doesn't do this unnecessarily. Anytime you need help, MeShell is there to offer sound advice. She constantly games with members of all squads and makes an effort to get to know people without passing judgement. She is a great person to work with and I am glad to have her as our Co-Fo. He is an excellent recruiter and brings in quality members. Without him, our squad would not be where it is today. He has provided invaluable training to the officers to help them all become successful in recruiting. He personally created a training plan for SSGTs to help them hit the ground running in their duties. His ideas are what have brought this squad to the success it is today. I dont know what we would do without him, and his contributions are appreciated. He deserves this award for all these reasons and more. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI MeShell 7/ DM Link to forums account - @KSI MeShell 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - MeShell took over as head of productions and has worked hard to get this department into shape. She works a full time job and oversees several squads in clan ops, but still she is available to make sure everything is running smoothly. She stays on top of things and makes sure we always have a stream running. We have department game nights to get to know each other better, and these are always a blast. She is quick to recognize anyone that goes above and beyond. She is a great leader, and I can't wait to see what she does with this department.
