This man is all over everything. Top to bottom left to right Swags on it. Swag has a way of teaching without you knowing your being taught. He works tirelessly for improvements and success. He never gives up and is always willing to help you no matter your stature in KSI. I’ve known swag for about a year now and he’s never stopped. He’s KSI’s energizer bunny realistically. He’s always on go and ready at any second for anything. He’s reliable and solid as they come. And a genuinely great leader and role model for the community. Okay all jokes aside, Ive worked along side Rogue for the majority of my KSI career. He was one guy that really stood out to me when I was a fresh aspiring officer who didn’t know jack and was eager to learn. Best of all, he wasn’t even in my squad. He’s been a tremendous influence in countless members, officers, and even 7s staff success. Saying he is passionate about this community is honestly diminishing because he’s beyond those definitions. The guy cares about everyone from the newest recruit to his guys and gals above him. He always strives for progress, success, and most of all fun. He’s a blast to be around, is always there for advice and guidance and is just someone who’s made mine and so many others experience with KSI one to remember. He was an outstanding Div Lead now presently a Director and he’s done it with the upmost respect, professionalism and integrity one can do it with. SL would not be what it is and will be with out his influence. Category: General Gamertag: KSI Newera 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI N3WERA 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Once upon a time, I handed the keys to my beloved squad to this guy and did so with confidence and ease. Newera isn’t just your average run of the mill KSI general. He’s got brass, charisma, and drive for perfection. Excuses can’t and will not get your anywhere with this man. This guy absolutely manhandled his squad but not in a terrorizing way. He was on top of everything, his omega, his clubs, his officers, the education, the retention, and most importantly the teamwork. Newera can sometimes rub you the wrong way if you don’t know him, but rest assured this guy simply means business. He’s a work first play later kindve guy and has mastered nearly any and all duties he’s ever had. He’s very knowledgable and works hard for those around him. He’s a great team leader and team mate to tackle tasks with and is always willing to go that extra mile. He’s been a pleasure to work with since the beginning and is someone I truly consider a friend. His jobs never done until every last card is counted and every last rock is turned. He’s detailed and organized and quite creative as well. This guy works 60+hrs a week every week and still was always there for his squad. He volunteers for any extra work or duties with no hesitation time and time again. There is a reason he was neweras successor. He sharp, focused, and on point at any given time. But more importantly he’s kind spirited and cares for his members. He provides warzone dubs for those who can’t get them on there own like my self haha, but seriously he’s been an irreplaceable asset to his squad and now this division. He really works for this community and it’s members and I sincerely applaud him for that. Since becoming a Sgt she’s done amazing. Then as she became an officer she has excelled in every area. Training? A breeze. Game nights? Packed. Workshops? Effortlessly executed and interactive. Member retention? By the book. She’s efficient, skilled, and dialed in. She has zero issues executing her duties and is always gaming with members. She’s fun to be around and is always willing to learn new things. She really kicked butt and I’m excited to see where she goes next. She’s got that X factor we always keep an eye for and I have great faith she’ll go far. Category: SSGT Gamertag: KSI Dakeech Forums Account Link : @KSI DaKeech Reasons they deserve this award: When I first became acting gen of knights SL, I had one officer and a boat load of issues to fix. Then an old friend hit me up and said hey Uhm if you need help I’m here. So one thing led to another and in a Couple weeks we had 4 officers instead of 1. Recruits coming in, promotions. Being done and game nights rocking again. I thank dakeech for that. If there is work to be done he’s on it, if someone needs someone to talk to he’s there, he has great social skills and can often be the life of the party. He works hard on his tasks at hand and is dedicated to his cause like no other. He reminds me of my younger self quite a bit and I think with some time and effort he’ll really be an all star in the not so distant future. The guy just doesn’t stop delivering and I sincerely applaud him for that.

This man went from founder all the way now to Sr. Director. He has been over WD for a bit and did amazing with what he was handed. Even over SL and now the brand new div CS, he will show great success over there and will keep making many great leaders to follow in his foot steps. Category: Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Rogue 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Rogue 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Sense coming back to SL I've seen lots of improvements this leader has done. Within the first few days of being in SL he impressed me a lot and motivated me to rank back up. He is always in party's and games with thr members of SL and continues to do the same now as Director. He has trained many current 7's like KSI Slick 7, KSI N3WERA 7, and even KSI Kakashi 77. This man is the definition of KSI and what it stands for. Many current members of SL respect him and I've had the pleasure of watching go from Co-Founder all the way to Director and hopefully even higher. Slick is one person who at one point in time was higher but now I have the pleasure of saying MR. Division Leader to him. He has saved 2 squads and has trained way to many leaders. Some people who he has trained was KSI NEWERA 7, KSI WuTang 7, and now GEN of Templar KSI Huntartt. He is always working to help others not downgrade them. His leadership skills and overall mindset is overall amazing. He is one person if you ask to play games will has zero problems actually inviting you and just playing games. Overall he is the leader SL and KSI deserves. He he is not just the GEN of Prestige but also Co-Head of products. This man is someone that you can go and hang out with and just chat and chill and bunch of other stuff. He is lucky enough to say he is following the footsteps of Kakashi 77 and to be in the hall of fame in SL. I can't wait to see what him and his officers can do in the future. Category: Captain Gamertag: KSI IrishEmu Forums Account Link / @: @KSI IrishEmu Reasons they deserve this award: Back when I was GEN over in Napalm WD this woundful leadee was a great right hand man and a great friend to me and all the members in the squad. He had his entire officer core leave while he was the only officer and even worse a SSGT, but he kept pushing on and soon after Abaddon merged into napalm and he was a powerhouse. He would do everything it seemed like and would lead the leaders below him and would always be on time for doing everything. Now to see him as a GEN is great and I see lots of potential in this young officer. His mentoring skills are unreal and its kinda scary. He trained KSI zChoji who had just became an officer and the chemistry he bring between the three of us is unreal. Choji is one of my new officers I'm already scared of. While trying to become an officer this member was working day in and out trying to be promoted and when the day came the entire officer staff gave him a HUGE scare but over all ended up being a good thing. If I was to be promoted of step down in the future he is one i would have no problem taking my spot as CPT he he is only a SSGT. I can for sure see choji as a GEN in a year no doubt. Hope to have him as my officer for a long time.

I can speak for what he has done for me and my department. He has been here my whole journey in AAP. When he promoted me to Department Head, it was clear that we’d always have a line of communication whenever I needed it. He was readily available for myself and the other department heads to help out when and where needed. He is always trying to think outside the box and is open to new ideas throughout the departments. This man is the prime example of how a leader should be in the community. He’s faced some hardships during his time as Director, such as the former WD 7 Staff all dipping out at the same time and having to help rebuild the division from the ground up with leaders such as DC and Harley. Swag is very keen on ensuring everyone is accounted for and talked to, even goes out of his way to make time for members who want to talk and game. He also is big on education and making sure the leaders below him are trained efficiently and properly, setting up everyone below him for success. Category: Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Rogue 7 Link to Forums Account: @KSI Rogue 7 Reasoning: I feel Rogue did his best work this year as a Division Leader. This man was the life-blood of SL. He ate, slept, and breathed that division. Always providing a positive and intuitive atmosphere for everyone in SL. He helped continue to grow SL into the powerhouse it is today. Rogue played a big part in pushing through education of materials to the Generals, Officers, and 7’s Staff to keep everyone informed and prepared for anything they may have to do or come across. He always made time for the members and was the Voice of Reason during the peace talks in with Hydra in SL, getting all the members input on the situation. That tradition has become a stable in SL, having the leaders utilize Discord for a town hall type of meeting. He was there for all of the members, he was actively helping the squads he was over with recruiting, all around helping push them towards the right direction. He was also instrumental in officer training and ensuring that any officer moving up the ranks was prepared and trained to the fullest extent. He took his experience and tools in SL to WD when they needed help. Since his arrival in WD, he has been actively pushing towards the improvement of the division. He is one of the key leaders in the community. Keep grinding man. She is an amazing leader who centers herself on the idea that her squad and division is a family. That family aspect truly pushes the influence that not only her but everyone is here for anyone. She was a great leader in DW before the merge and going in WD gave her the strength to keep pushing forward and strive for greatness. She is one of the sole reasons WD is still around today. I feel that as a General, she excelled the best. She was always on top on her of her duties, always readily available for anyone no matter the circumstance. He was a Captain in Elysium DW before the merge and then Elysium SL. When he was a captain, he was instrumental in making the gamenight schedule every week and hosting workshops throughout the week for members that needed it. He was actively teaching lower ranking members how to recruit and sat in on a plethora of recruitments to make sure it was done correctly. He used his personality to his advantage when it came to inactive members, approaching them, messaging them, trying to get them back involved and informed. He was my right hand man in Elysium, when I was his General and then his Co-Founder. In this position, she was the master at Member Retention. She constantly was reaching out to members and getting gamenights and squad activities popping. He actively is watching the forums for any stuff that may go down, he sits in on every interview for new hires and is always available to help out when and where needed. He played in big part in revamping the Rejoin/Join area and building its staff with suitable Join Mods. If he swings the Ban Hammer, know it was for a reason. Category: Department Member Gamertag: Loyalty Paradox Link to Forums Account: @Loyalty Paradox Reasoning: I feel Killer aka Loyalty Paradox has done his best work in my eyes as a Department member, specifically in the AAP Department. Upon his arrival in the department, he was actively trying to learn more and do the best work he could. He asked me countless questions and used that to further his knowledge of the department. He was always clean with his work and never had any issues. When he was promoted to Senior Staff, he used the position to help the department and others. Anytime a question popped up in our chat, there he was answering it or providing input. I’m excited to see what his next move in AAP is, thank you for your hard work. He is the nicest person in the world and is always down to talk with you or play a game with you. Sit in a party with him for 5 minutes, I guarantee he’ll be on your Top 10 Best Friend’s list in KSI. He’s one of those members, when you look at a squad, who constantly brings a fun attitude and life to the squad and party.
