Category: Senior Leader (Board Of Directors, Senior Directors): Gamertag: KSI Kakashii 77 Forums Account Link / @: @Kakashii 77 Reasons they deserve this award: I truly believe that this member has gone above and beyond his duties as head of LC. KSI accomplished a milestone in the peace talks with Hydra and He was there to deal with all the positives and negatives of talks between the BoD, LC members, and Hydra. I believe he was a true example of professionalism as he conducted LC meetings with this extremely hard and controversial subject. He stayed on task and kept to the subject at hand. He also has conducted interviews for new LC members at 3 am in order to get to every applicant. Im not sure how he accomplished running the meetings, monitoring the chat during meetings and taking notes but he did that for a few months. And to do all of that on top of the sensitive material handled in the meetings is really unbelievable to me as just a note taker. He is always available to answer any questions or needs I have and honestly I am very excited to be able to nominate him for OTY considering he was an intricate part of helping get the peace talks started, and continuing in a positive direction. Thank you KSI Kakashi 77 for doing everything you do out of concern for this community. He is always available day or night and he has already experienced full force the curse of DM, no sleep lol. He is active in all the chats, from encouraging the officers to meeting and greeting members. He is trying new game types in order to be active in gamenight's and individual parties. The total upheaval of our division didn't scare him one bit. He rolled up his sleeves and began working right beside the leaders in DM to repair and heal the remaining squads. He helped us from our first 7's meeting by setting new goals to learning basics over again.. King has shined as an example of what this community is all about, family and team work. He will never ever realize the amount of members he has a positive influence on. He has grown in many ways this year. He has come into his own about standing up for himself and others. He has definitely been in the trenches for KSI in trying to maintain a safe and fun gaming community for all the members in DM. Even as a div lead he is out there recruiting and then spending hours getting the new recruit connected and involved. His work ethic is such that at one point this year he wore three hats, div lead, acting cofo, and acting General all at the same time. He gets tired but is always ready to jump in and help in any situation. He remains professional and always sees things from his point of view but also from the other members point of view. He never uses his rank for power or self benefit. He always sees it as more ways to help others. DM would never have made it this year without him. As a general she never allowed anyone to sway her from her duties. She always took the time to keep close eye on details and never shied away from her squad becoming the best it could be. He first stepped up to be an officer to help his General out but that quickly turned to also wanting to help each member have their best KSI experience. He took on every promotion, every recruitment and every gamenight with a smile and never complained. He reached out to all the members and many times I've seen him in chat telling someone that he didn't have a game but would get it in order to play with them. He is everyday putting positive qoutes in the chats and trying to get hype going with questions and/or polls. He is truly going to prove to be a young powerhouse in this division. He has gone above and beyond to help out any member however young or old, good gamer or bad. He is very aware of every individual and "gets a feeling" when they need a personal message or talk. He lives the code of KSI on a daily basis minute by minute and no matter what happens or the problems that come up he is positive, patient and up beat through all of them. He is willing to help in any way possible and is even willing to get "the stink eye from his wife for being on too late taking care of others. We love you Ocean. He has the patience that most all us leaders would love to have. He can be in a party and even though he cruises through gaming he always slows down and picks members up and teaches them or carries them. Even if its hours in a raid. I have never heard him speak a negative word about anyone and he always gos with the flow and just continues on to the end no matter what challenge in RL he may be dealing with. He supports the newest recruit to the oldest leader. Rank means nothing to him because he is friendly and that's everyone equal.

This year has certainly been one for the record books with the amount of ups and downs, and twists and turns. Joe never allowed that to get the best of him, at least not in front of any of us. He's taken his position as Division Leader and ran with it. The ship very well could've sank this year, and DM wouldn't exist, but Joe took the helm and guided us in the right direction. Morale has increased tenfold, recruits are coming in left and right, member retention has been fantastic, and for the first time in a good long while there's transparency between the squads, members and officers alike. The man is a miracle worker, and deserves a KSI sainthood if you ask me lol. I'm kidding, Joe...kinda. Seriously though, Joe is phenomenal at anything he does, and being a Division Leader is no exception. She certainly has the patience of one lol. Pam is another part of the glue that binds DM together. She is on top of everything. Her attention to detail, ability to retain members, actively listen to what's going on, and be there as a mentor to everyone in DM is really second to none. It's like she and Joe are cut from the same cloth, and DM won the jackpot of awesomeness with both of them. She's always happy to be around members, and her attention to everything related to a squad is pretty amazing to witness. She has everything down to a T, and things just go smooth. As general, she was very effective at retaining members, bringing in fresh recruits, and staying on top of daily tasks such as promotions. When her squad basically doubled overnight, she didn't let it shake her. She's always calm, cool, and collected. That being said, her promotion to DM's newest Co-Founder made all the sense in the world. Just check the stat chats lol. Recruiting, promoting, member retention, being there as a friend and mentor...there's nothing he can't do, and he doesn't allow room for complacency. If you're messing up, he'll be the first one to tell you, but he'll also guide you on how to fix it. He's a firm believer that we grow stronger together, and will never leave a person behind if he can help it. He may be tough, but he's also fair, and that makes for a great leader.

He's been there every step of the way, helping guide the 7 and officer staff in all the squads to pure success. King has been a solid rock foundation as DM's acting Director, pushing through for us and being there whenever needed. He answers within minutes and helps out with anything. It's refreshing for all of us in DM to finally have contact with upper leadership in KSI, and DM is really lucky to have a hard worker like King with us. He not only is helping and making things great again in DM, but helping KSI out as a whole. This member is outstanding, through and through. When so many other people would have just given up, she stood her ground and fought through a very tough time here in DM, and shined like a true champion through it. Her in real life experience with counseling helps us all out in DM, and in KSI too. Everyone in KSI knows who DntAsk is. From her ways of doing member retention and helping members out in and out of KSI situations, her mere presence is so important to DM. She is currently holding up a squad with limited officers and just doing amazing with it. She is the rock in DM that likes to try to remain invisible, but members know how important and wonderful she truly is. DM wouldn't be where it's at right now if not for this incredible, selfless woman with a pure heart of gold. Category: General Gamertag: KSI Lilith 7 Forums Account Link: @KSI Lilith 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Lilith, also known as Amanda has really done wonders for DM and especially Wrath this year. When things got tough in there and Wrath basically lost a it's officers and General, she stepped up and saved Wrath. From training up new officers, to recruiting and promoting new members, Lilith has done wonders for Wrath, which is now flourishing with an amazing well trained General, Thanks to her. Lilith has a great presence throughout all of DM, as many people flock to her and enjoy playing and hanging out in parties with her. She is an amazing asset now to the 7 staff and DM overall. He is/was literally the backbone of Wrath. He is an extremely hard worker and cares about the members very much so. Stack recruits, trains and promotes members daily. He is currently doing amazing as a new General in Wrath, which you wouldn't know if you came across him. He always is on top of everything. If someone has a question, he'll answer them within minutes. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll seek it out immediately. He's always wanting to improve and better himself. He loves learning as much KSI knowledge as he can, and uses it to help out his perspective squad on a daily basis. Stack is kind, warm and compassionate. I'm looking forward to seeing all he will do in the new year. He attends all game nights and squad meetings that he can. He has a warm heart and helps out members like an unofficial counselor within all the squads. He is basically like an officer without being an officer. He stays online with some members just to talk to them and help them through difficult times, even staying on longer than he should. Sometimes we have to remind him that his family needs his attention too. He truly cares and loves to play anything with anyone. He is Welcoming and friendly to any new member he meets. Ocean is a member that all leaders could truly learn from. He was previously an officer this past year, mainly stepping up with his busy schedule to help out his perspective squad, just because they needed it. He had to step down, but did an amazing job as an officer, and does just as an amazing job as a member. He helps people in games so much, taking hours at a time when he's available, to show newer players what to do. He is patient, kind and makes each and every member he comes across feel important. He knows at the end of the day it's just a game, and prefers to surround himself with good company, than just getting the task at hand done in any game. He's persistent and tries his hardest to help out, even in other situations that are KSI related. He is truly an amazing and awesome member that many other members flock to, because of his friendly and positive demeanor.

He's mentored me so much and has helped me get to where I am today. Whether it be KSI or it be personal, he has always been there for me to listen to whatever problem that I have. He knows me on a personal level which almost all of KSI doesn't know me like that, I trust him and he's also a great leader. She brought the division back to life and has been a great mentor. She works hard to be there for the leadership and care for the members. KSI is better because of her. He even reaches out to other divisions to make them feel included and cared for. He listens and gives great advice to challenging issues. He has been a great role model for his division and even myself. Several of his teachings and policies I even brought into ES with me. One hell of a mentor and taught one of the best Lead classes anyone could ask for. Dude even made a whole server for all of KSI when he was a Div Lead. This guy lives, eats, and breathes KSI. She's put people in seats that deserved them long ago, help get healthy squads in place, and has helped me when i've needed it the most. Almost every time I see her she's always doing something, and in the process helps people around her for them to learn to. Tex saved WD and for that alone she deserves this award. Harley did great work in her squad and now she's spreading that all over the division and I can't wait to see what she does next, sky is not the limit for her. Her squad was not looking the best for a bit, but now with her leadership she has guided it into something new and bigger then before, while still trying to keep the family attitude that it's always had. She is very passionate with what she does and is a great general and will be a great 7. When you go to him for advice he's always been there to respond, and will say it how it is.If your trying to get something done and he catches your not doing something, I assure you he'll tell you and he'll help you fix it, when someone says "no man left behind" he means it. Even when your in trouble he'll make sure you know what you did wrong and make sure to help you not make that mistake again, he's a great moderator and always helps the areas he's over a little better.

Starset is that type of leader that pushes you to better yourself will give opportunities to progress in the department time after time even though I turn it down lol. But throughout the year AAP is and has been that department that shined like a diamond consistently and he is responsible for this but as well as the staff and when the awards was broken he was still giving the staff motivation to remain patient cause we all knew the system would be back up and it was lol and he and the cohead zoomed through it all to get everyone awarded within 24 hours all in all he might be a TTFB but he’s our TTFB Category: Senior Leader Gamertag: KSI xKing 77 Forums Account Link / @ @KSI xKing 77 Reasons they deserve this award: Often times we are presented with challenges that may appear daunting at first and often seem hopeless at times but it takes strength to persevere and throughout this year and that is what King has done this year and the years before and will do in the years to come he has this aura to him I’ve told him many times it’s the Midas Touch everything he has been involved in directly goes from fools gold to the highest grade you can get lol and when he got the CEO promotion I knew everything was gonna be alright and it has been phenomenal ever since the community is growing the members are happy it’s like KSI is turning into one big happy family again a lot of people had their hand in it but honestly the biggest hand is Kings Category Captain Gamertag KSI Blitz11 Account @KSI Blitz11 Reasoning Often times soft spoken but the definition of Captain or Capatain of The Year when he was initially rerecruited he was unsure of becoming an officer but when the time was right he stepped up and it was definitely at the perfect moment climbing the ranks making his voice being heard he was running his squad as a LT but he shined as Captain constantly working his ass off to make sure Elysium stayed afloat constantly getting with the members helping the officers just essentially being the true leader of that squad and it was that hard work that paid off that got him his general promotion Blitz has what you call Grit. Category Lieutenant Gamertag KSI MrsBlitz Account @KSI MRSBLITZ Reasoning The hardest working LT in the game is a title I used to describe this nominee never turned down a member in need whether it was KSI Advice or Real Life advice she made the time for anybody no matter the time each task that was designated to her she accomplished no questions asked MrsBlitz is that kind of officer that you only see once in a blue moon her dedication and respect for the rank and the members alike is something that is admirable.

The year of 2020 has seen Kakashii go from being a SGT all the way to the current LCC. That in itself should be enough. He is continually making the time to be with the members of the community to train the current and future leaders of the community. There was a time when Kakakshii felt that he would not be able to do what was needed to help the squad that he was over, but with determination, he was able to rebuild a squad that was struggling. Kakashii has taken his time to work with the leaders of the community on shaping the future of it. He has been involved with the peace talks with the Hydra Alliance and helping to mend that bond. The list goes on and on. This year, Swag has help shape two divisions and worked his way from being a division leader to now being a Senior Director. Rogue is a down to earth, fun going, charismatic man. When you think of an effective leader within KSI, KSI Rogue 7 is that man. He has gone from being a Co-Founder, to now being a Director. He has devoted endless hours to perfecting the betterment of the community and his division. There is no time that Rogue has not been available to talk and get things done. Rogue has continued to shine in the community by being inducted into the SL Hall of Fame, being in Education, and apart of the LC. The list goes on and on with this man. He deserves to be recognized and a pillar of this community and Sovereign Legacy. She joined the community only a few months ago. Since day one, she was a superstar in the squad. She has continued to exceed expectations that have been set for her. Her time as a Lieutenant was amazing! She stepped up to the plate and got work done. At the time I had no CPTs and she stepped into her role and her and the other LT helped with doing Captain duties as well. He streams multiple times a week, engages with his fellow streamers, and brings up moral for the team. Gosuko takes the time to help out his fellow streamers when they have questions and has continued to work hard to be the best he can for the productions department. Even though he is at BMT for the military, I know that when he returns, he will be as solid as he was when he left. When we first met, this guy was a chip of the ole block. He was the life of the party and understood how to have fun. He spent 5 months as an officer. During that time he was dealing with so many things in his personal life. This man has no quit in him and would not let things stop him from being the best that he could be. This man not just as an officer, but as a member as well took the time to break down barriers and be a friend to everyone that he came into contact with. It may seem like a difficult task, but GHIDORAH worked hard to help the members spread their wings and meet new people. He did not do any of this to make himself look better or because he was an officer. He did it because he understood his "Why". GHIDORAH's "Why" for being in this community, is to bring people together and make sure they are having a good time. Even when he personally was struggling and not having a great day, he would still put a smile in that voice and be there to cheer up the family(KSI).
