  1. KSI Kakashii 77 @Kakashii 77 OS Lvl 2 (if not lvl 3 as well) Reasoning: The first time I ever met Kakashii he was the Co-Founder over Knights SL. It was his second time as a co-founder. Shortly after he became acting general for Knights because our general KSI RhubarbPie stepped down. Kakashii and I were in a party after I had just became a SGT and he was talking recruiting. I told him I could pull recruits and he told me that as much as I talked I should get 4 recruits by the end of the week. I recruited 8 people that night and 11 people in 48 hours just to show him I meant business, and that is how I met Kakashii. He trained me in a lot of things on how to become an officer, and he expected me to fulfill the role properly since he was giving me the chance to prove myself as a SSGT. He trained the entire officer staff of Knights as well as a lot of SL at the time including KSI Itachii 7, KSI Sasuke08 (SL Div Hall of Fame), KSI Toxin 7, etc. The man is a three time co-founder. He stepped up the last two times when SL was in dire need of help at squad and divisional levels. He is always willing to do what is necessary to make sure that the division and the community is a better place. He trains officers to be prepared not only for the role, but he also trains them to go above and beyond. He expects nothing but the best from his officers, and he is not afraid to tell people how he is truly feeling. One thing that makes him a great leader is that he is able to separate friendships and business. He is going to be friends with anyone that wants to be friends, but he does not play bias in decision making. He will go out of his way to train someone, but he will also make sure they are held accountable. He holds himself and others to a high standard, and he always takes responsibility for his actions/never makes excuses. Some may considered him hard nosed, but honestly, all he wants is for the community to thrive because the officers are competent in their roles. He was a huge inspiration to me and had a monumental impact on my leadership style. I wanted to emulate Kakashii within KSI because I saw how much of a great leader he was. He is one of the reasons I felt welcome into KSI and inspired me to not only change my name and become an officer but to work my hardest so that one day I could give back to the community as much as it had given me since my recruitment. Kaksashii also made a name for himself as the Leadership Council Coordinator. He originally joined the LC when Ronin was the head. He impressed Gambit (overseeing the LC orginially), Ronin, and the other board members and quickly became a name within the LC. When Gambit and Ronin left he became the next person to inherit the responsibility of the LC, and this was a rocky time for LC. Kakashii managed to inherit the LC when the Hydra peace talks were happening. Kakashii was the man responsible for keeping things civil during the peace talks (and I can honestly vouch about how difficult of a time that was because it was mass chaos in the discord and the meetings). He handled himself well and managed to listen to all opinions, concerns, comments, questions, etc. in order to make everyone feel valued at the meetings. There were times were people were heated, but Kakashii always managed to do his best at keeping his composure (minus one or two times, which is understandable for the circumstances) and moderating the debate/arguments that people were making about the peace talks. He has also overseen some pretty big things within KSI as the LCC in which I cannot disclose at this time since it is not my place. Also, due to this position he has been tasked with helping with the creation of CS and overseeing its beginnings so that the division may continue to grow and become successful as its acting Founder. Kaksahii also made a name for himself in departments ops. Although he was not in AAP the longest, he was a great member in the department until he decided that it was not longer something he wanted to pursue. Most people think of Kakashii and departments when they think of graphics. Kakashii has made probably close to 500 gamerpics, signatures, etc. for members. I have personally seen quite a bit of his work that he has done, and a lot of people within KSI are rocking a picture he made. I have rarely seen him deny a request unless it is an extremely difficult request. He is constantly helping other members at all times even when it means that he doesn't have time to do anything that he wants to do/enjoys doing. Kakashii also donates not only time (8 years in this community!!!!!!!!!) to KSI but his money as well. He boosts the discord server with nitro, he subs to the twitch regularly, and has every single monthly donation award. He also has the following notable awards: KSI Hall of Fame KSI Div Hall of Fame Pro Recruiter KSI Mentor Dedicated Die Hard Mad Max For these reasons I believe that Kakashii is definitely deserving of OS 2, and I would even argue that he deserves OS 3. Hell, I would even argue that this dude is more than deserving of Most Outstanding at this point in time. Name more than 5 other people you know that have been in KSI as long as Kakashii and that have done just as much as Kakashii/dedicated their time and energy as much as this man has. He is by far one of the best members we could have in this community, and I am so lucky I can call him not only a mentor but more importantly a friend.

  2. Name: KSI Dropshot 7 Link to Forums Account: @Mr. DropShot Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service lvl. 2 Reason-/-Evidence: Speaking from being around Drop for literal YEARS we have worked together, it's a crime that this man doesn't have OS lvl 2 already. He has been around for most of a decade, and he has contributed In several areas of the community, making his way to earning a "7" in each possible way, clan ops, web ops and dept ops. He was a great resource for the Courts, as the guy has stayed a Judge since like 2013 (correct me if I'm off on that Drop). Every time we had new hires or something to work through, it was like having a Court encyclopedia because he was there for all of it. As Department Head of T&E, maybe people don't know about all of the time and effort put into making these annual events what they are. He does have a support staff, but HE is a large reason as to why the events are ready to go, year after year, without any real hitch. I promise it will be noticed when he hangs up that hat. Now he is also Head Admin, and although I'm no longer a web ops member, he still comes through clutch every time I have had an issue I can't fix myself with the forums. He is readily available, and is WILLING which hasn't always been the case with Admin Staff. I'll let other witnesses attest to his time in clan ops, as we never worked in the same divisions at the same time, but there is no reason based off of his other efforts alone he should not have OS lvl. 2

  3. Dropshot is someone that i've looked up to for a while now, I met him and worked with him when he was still a senior forums mod, and since then he has shown time and time again that he is a great leader. He's always professional when dealing with situations and tries to help when there's ever a question in the chat, and likes to crack a joke a few times to help ease the atmosphere which makes working a lot easier. He is also one of the few leaders willing to speak his mind and saying how it is, which is something that helps things move faster and helps out everyone in the end. Dropshot is an amazing leader and proves to be, and him being the head admin shows that, with helping every single day. He deserves this OS and should already have OS 3 months ago.

  4. For Departments, DC has been a contributor both in the News and AAP departments. When we "rebooted" News this past year, he was one of the main reasons the department got on track considering we had 100% turnover. He also busted his A$$ in the AAP this year, to the extent he realistically could've been named Co-Head of either department, before he was given that title in the AAP. Now, he has been spending most of his time and effort on improving KSI's education standards and workshops. As the Head of Education this guy is going to continue to improve the classes and information documents themselves, but also strive to make sure that any member who wants the chance to become more educated in KSI has the opportunity to. I am glad that we have people that put effort into this community like DC, as without that effort, this community becomes less. Thanks for your time and effort @KSI DC 7

  5. DC is a great leader, he expresses opinions that has helped out the community, he lead multiple squads into being successful, and has trained some great leaders that have been in this community. Every single time I see dc doing ksi work he does it with passion, with intent to make where he is in ksi better by the day, and almost always tries to welcome people into the community. I worked with dc in news for a short time, but while he was there he made news great to. DC still has a gigantic fight left in him, and him being the head of education he will show that and in the end changed ksi to bring it to a better light. He is a great man and he's been deserving of this award long before today.

  6. If anyone were to deserve this award DC is the man. To start off with my experience in SL, Elysium transferred over from DW and when DC became our CoFo and raising up the ranks he was a great mentor to me as a SSGT/LT helping me learn a lot of the skills which I definitely benefited from when becoming gen. If he wasn't in a party mentoring or training someone he was usually recruiting or gaming with members making sure everyone was being reached and this is as a CoFo. DC was and still is a powerhouse recruiter, I feel as though he doesn't know moderation because when he recruits you can see him pulling whole 4-5 man lobbies IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. DC would go out of his way to help squad growth and member retain even if he didn't have to do it just because he wanted to make sure the squad was prospering. Of course things came up and DC business transferred to keep WD stay float and make sure it wouldn't shut down. DC doesn't just think on a division or squad level, but on a community wide level and that's what makes him so deserving of this award. While being a CoFo in Clan Ops he was also pursuing a position in Education as the new Head. He is always working on a new guide or workshop that will benefit the whole community and not to forget training up the new generation of mentors and assistants. He use to also be the Co-Head of AAP, stepping in and helping the award all the awards once the awards system finally fixed itself back in late 2020 and not to mention him being super helpful when it comes to answering questions about the awards system or just about anything KSI related. You can go to DC with the stupidest questions and he wouldn't judge you but will instead teach you everything you need to know about the topic in question. He's a great mentor and an even better leader and that's why i can say he deserves this award.

  8. Name: KSIxAsuma 77 Link to Forums Account: @KSIxAsuma 77 Award-/-Achievement: KSI Mentor Reason-/-Evidence: Throughout my time in KSI I have talked to many people and learned from some of them but KSI Asuma has been one of the most influential people to me while I’ve been in KSI. Not only did I get the privilege of working with him once in prestige, I actually got it twice. When he came over from Templar the first time it was to help out which he did he helped make prestige a healthy squad that made people feel wanted and important, the he left us (but he never let anyone feel as though he prestige) then he came brought back over as a CPT to stay in prestige permanently and 2 and a half weeks later became the general of Prestige. He’s and I have got to work together on many occasions you can say and he’s always been a honestly and helpful person. Without him I may not be the person I am today he has taught me so much like different ways to recruit and the improtances of things like member retention and without his guidance I don’t think I would have been able to make to a CPT (even though I had to step down do to life getting in the way). With that being said I can truly say KSI Asuma 77 has been a mentor to me during my time in KSI.

  9. The great @Kakashii 77 where do I start because his resume speaks for it self. Well from the time I’ve been in KSI Kashii has helped mentored to become a active member within the community. Within my time here in KSI I have watched him go from CPT to LLC. He had to set up when I first joined because the prestige general left and so did most officer core with the exception on him he stepped up and rebuilt the squad from a small 41 members to 81 members in a matter of about 2 months, I think, and he wasn’t a easy general to work with he expected nothing less then your best. With his in SL he went on get become a COFO then LLC and also get inductees into the SL and KSI Hall of Fame. Notable Awards: KSI Hall of Fame KSI Div Hall of Fame Pro Recruiter KSI Mentor Dedicated Die Hard Mad Max

  10. I've been working under kakashii for a decent time now, and this man is a well round great leader. He has always been interested in learn the community and every part about it, which makes him pretty knowledgeable about most things in the community. I was able to work with him mostly in web ops when he was a join mod, and he had some great work ethic and stayed on top on what he was doing, and it's been showing through every conversation I've had with him. Ready and equipped to be a great leader, kakashii deserves this for more then one reason, and I think he's shown that he is more then worthy for this award.

  11. Dropping my vote to witness I have personally seen what DC has done over the course of 1.5 years. He always tries to do the very best he can. DC and I have had our ups and downs. Sometimes even butting heads quite intensely. But nevertheless I still respect the man and appreciate the hardwork I have seen him crank out not just in Clan Ops but in Dept Ops too as well as Education/Information. Everyone before me has talked about his personality and hard work, so I won't waste your time with things like being there for members, playing with them and welcoming them in, his great recruiting abilities or even his mentorship. Hell as any leader those are some expected traits. So instead, let's look at his achievements and responsibilities to the community and how he has gone above and beyond the rest. Accolades: Former SL Co-Founder Current WD Co-Founder Current Head of Education Former Co-Head of AAP Former News Senior Staff Current LC Ambassador Important Awards to Note: Squad Splitter 3 Time Top Recruiter of the Month for SL in June, Sept, and Aug 2019 Jack of All Trades (LEAD 101 and alll 6 CEPs) Graduate Leader (CT201) Leadership Mentor (Education Mentor hosting LEAD 101 and CT201) CoFounder Of The Month Monthly 7s Spotlight Novice, Pro, and Master Recruiter Trainer KSI Mentor Department Staff Of The Month Divisional Hall of Fame for SL News Staff OTM: Departmental 2019 OTY RunnerUp This awards are not easily obtainable and the positions he either held or still hold were at one moment all at the same time. Along with his Education/Information Team, we have a great plan ahead for KSI. In Education I have been working very closely with him on designing, improving and updating the educational workshops. Bouncing ideas back and forth on what to include and how to make them better. We want KSI to have the best education system gaming communities could ever offer. In Information, he facilitating the update on the KSI Handbook. Not an easy feat at all. All in all, I strongly believe that we all should recognize each other for the many achievements, the hard work, the sleepless nights, the sacrifices both here and in real life, the stress and yet the perseverance, the obstacles that are overcome and the drive and dedication continuously to the community. All of this is why DC is deserving of OS3. @KSI DC 7

  12. Kakashii was one the people who got me involved with the community. The man joined in late 2011, and is still around. THATS ALMOST A DECADE LATER and he is still here and not just standing on the sidelines, he contributes. He has been on 7s staff several times throughout the years, and is a great source of knowledge because of it. He now keeps the LC poised in the right direction for the betterment of KSI as well. I really feel like this time through has been his best, as he got to be a crucial part of training and guiding SL, and is still making impact in other areas of the community as well.

  13. Gt: DC 7 Fourms @DC 7 Where do I start I had trained this bright, intelligent man and look where he is he's got the skills to pay the bills this man keeps chugging when he needs to we thought each other alot and help each other all but this isnt about us it's about him now I could badger you to death about the long life story of his start but let's focus on when he was a SSGT this man wanted to be top dog he busted his ass got everything he needed to do to done and still did more he is a god dang super star and for that this is my nomation as a witness. Through good times and up he surpassed me and still makes me proud to have trained this beautiful man hes had hardships , greatness and wanting to give up and cry but he never did he never stop believing in the bigger picture and the smallest picture and that's why as witness by my hand KSI UNDYING believes that this man has earned to strive for os 3. Signed KSI UNDYING PS. never stop chugging and believing in your self crunk

  14. Gamertag: KSI DC 7 forums: @KSI DC 7 award: OS3 Evidence: when I first met DC I knew him as Dcrunk still have in my phone as such he came into imperial with a fire lit under him to do the best they he could. When I stepped down he stepped up and became the general of the squad helping it to achieve its second squad split. He is one of those leaders who is only a text away if you need help. He rebuilt in officer core from the ground up during the Christmas break getting the squad back on track. Then he became a 7 and even though he wasn’t always over the squad he was still available for advice at any hour. When it came time that I took over imperial he was always someone I went to for advice to see if I was doing what I needed to the best they I could. When another division was in trouble he left the home he made in SL in order to go over there to help achieving even more and helping them get back on track. He deserves this award for his outstanding service to KSI

  15. @KSI DC 7 in my opinion deserves this award due to his hard work, compassion, go get em attitude, loyalty, and most importantly PASSION for his role. He never makes us lower ranking members feel like lower ranking. Being a mentor to me when I first rejoined KSI, DC was always available to help. If not right then before he went to sleep. He never shows annoyance even though I bet he greatly feels it at times. He gains respect by leading by example instead of commanding it. He's been deserving of this for quite sometime. Even now with him in another division I can call him for assistance or education. Truly a remarkable person. Best of luck my guy! -KSI GHIDORAH

  16. Ugh... Athena. KIDDDDINGGG! Athena from what i know, is an exceptional KSI member. Ive seen her work, and she inpresses me with how much devotion and passion she puts into her squad. Her gamenights are always full of members, and every single one of them are having a blast. There hasnt been one gamenight of hers ive been too, where someone was complaining or just being a poopoo head, because they were all having a great time. (Even if all we ever play is gunfight) lol As for her performance as an officer, She is HUNGRY for more. She is always looking ahead at the challenges and goals ahead of her, while doing an OUTSTANDING job as her current rank. Athena has a very bright future here in KSI, and i would love to see her recognized for the hard work she puts into this community.

  17. DC.. I've honestly never heard of the guy sorry. But on a real note, DC is a very hard working individual. When he first transferred over to WD was when I really got to know him. He is passionate about this community and is pretty much willing to do anything he can to keep things a float. I really got to work with DC when I was on the hunt for a new Education Head. We talked almost everyday about Education, what we wanted to see done, the direction it was gonna go in, the potential Information team we wanted to add in and so much more. He's a guy that I put all my faith in and he didn't disappoint. He took Education and added so much to it, built the info team and has great mentors. The vision that this man has for Edu in 2021 is gonna be epic and I'm glad I get to work along side him on his journey. Can definitely say if DC keeps working at his pace and doing whats needed for the community this man is future Hall of Famer and for sure gonna go down as one of the greats. Thank you for all you do.

  18. I GUESS I'll witness for DC.... :p DC is a member who without a doubt has been die hard for this community. I remember hearing rumblings of an awesome new SGT that was recruited into my squad. And BOOM we had one of the best recruiters KSI has ever seen. Through his time climbing the ranks DC has always poured his heart and soul into everything he does. Recruiting, training, mentoring, and promoting, he can be trusted with taking care of it all. His recent adventures as the HOE (head of education) of KSI, has really allowed to DC to spread his wings, and spread his passion and knowledge onto so many other KSI members. He hit the ground running with education, tackling a whole mess of issues with KSI's education program. As for his presence in the LC, DC regularly meets with me to discuss future plans and goals for KSI, and is very outspoken at our bi-weekly meetings. He is an absolute pleasure to have on my team. keep on, keepin on DC.
