GT KSI VENUM 7 Award Bright Idea Account @VENUM 7 Evidence About 8 months ago I was looking at the previous applications for the Join/Rejoin Areas I noticed things about them and that was the fact that the applications were to cluttered and that there were certain points in them that didn't even apply to applicants who were looking to join KSI so I came up with the concept of splitting them in two making one specifically for Rejoins and one specifically for Join applicants so after a lot of brain storming and rewrites I pitched the completed apps to King and he approved them and these are the applications we are currently using and I must say the transition from the old to the new has been a smooth transition so with this being said I feel I deserve the bright Idea for this.

LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sassy TEMPLAR SL Link to forums account - @KSI Sassy Reasoning why they deserve this - Ever since her LT promotion she had stepped up even more than she was as a SSGT! She is amazing when it comes to getting to know new members and keeping them interested in staying in KSI! She always goes above and beyond her duties to make sure things are done correctly and getting whatever is thrown her way done! And is super great at communication with the members SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI C0untry TEMPLAR SL Link to forums account - @KSI C0untry Reasoning why they deserve this - since his promotion to SSGT he has done nothing but impress! Constantly going out finding new recruits to the community! He also is very well with interacting with the members and making sure things are done correctly! He is amazing when it comes to his duties as an officer and is on top of everything that gets thrown his way.

"The AAP is for members of the KSI community. If you are not a member of the community, you are not eligible for KSI awards." Although I'm aware of Kami's contributions, if he rejoins the community he is more than able to receive this if this award is approved for the rest of you. Since he is no longer a member of the community he will not be awarded this unless he eventually becomes a KSI member again. Other than that, good luck!

Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DC 7 Head Of Education Link to forums account - @KSI DC 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Since DC has been the HoE he has worked hard to get new workshops and guides made for the community. From working with him in Education on different workshops I've seen him trying to merge different workshops together so the information in said workshop would all be consistent while removing any trivial information that isn't essential. He also is always writing new material that will help our other members understand the concepts more clearly. He even hosts workshops throughout all the divisions to make sure every squad has a chance to learn the new material. I can tell he puts his all in the workshops to improve upon the information already listed to help future leaders in the community. CPT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI iChief Link to forums account - @Chieffy Reasoning why they deserve this - Ever since chief has come into the officer core and even with his promotion to CPT he has been able to stay on task and get Poop done (excuse my language). This man takes up every chance to learn that you give him. If you need something done like a promotion or a member needs an officer to help out he is there to assist and he is just a great energy to be around. I've definitely seen his leadership skills come up here and there and I believe he has great potential in the future, even with a busy work and social schedule chief is sure to be on time to any event you need him at or that he is hosting. He has done a great job at mentoring other officers in the squad and i can't wait to see what more he can do. Its a pleasure working as a team with him and the rest of his squad. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sinon (AKA Dilf) Link to forums account - @KSI Dilf Reasoning why they deserve this - Dilf and Chief are essentially two peas in a pod when it comes to their work ethic. This guy is either always in a party with member/s playing and having fun or just talking to his other officers to gain more insight. Dilf is on top of promotions and is always there to jump on an opportunity when it arises. There is always good energy and vibes when you join a party with him and is always down to just talk if you don't have the games he plays and vice versa. He NEVER shys down from an activity or a chance to recruit and help other members grow their knowledge. The potential is overflowing with this one. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Bane 7 Link to forums account - @Bane 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - I know he's gonna hate me for nominating him as a SSGT but god dammit he's a great Schuckin SSGT (pardon my language). Bane is the kind of man who no matter what party you go in he seems to either follow, or already be in there hanging with members. His man's work ethic is crazy, he is constantly posting in the discord trying to get members active and play with him. He makes it a task to get to know everyone in the squad and make sure everyone in the squad knows him. He has a lot of passion and drive for KSI and we are working with that. He is always down to train and help out potential officers which I like to see not to forget he's a party hopping god. If there are KSI parties open, he's not one to shy away from jumping in and making a few friends on the spot, that's just the kind of person he is. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Ish Link to forums account - @KSI Ish Reasoning why they deserve this - Ish has been one of those members that's activity has been consistent through out his time here in Doom. Whether it be in the discord chats or participation in the gamenights he is down to chat. He's been putting time into recruiting and I can tell he cares about the community and wants to see it grow which is a great quality to have in a member. Department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Tinc Link to forums account - @KSI Tinc Reasoning why they deserve this - Since Tinc has been hired in AAP I've seen nothing but initiative and activity from this man. He takes criticism well when it comes to making mistakes but is never afraid to keep trying to verify awards and replying to topics. He is always down to learn something and doesn't shy away from asking questions when unsure. I can't wait to see what more he can do in AAP.

Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI HARLEY 7 | WD Link to forums account - @KSI HARLEY 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Harley has been working around the clock in WD trying to get it back to where it was. She's been doing a great job delegating work to the co-founders, leaving her room to play and interact with the members. She's been pushing through a lot and has shown great will power within this month, and promoting 2 great co-founders in the process. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI N8iV 406 | WD | Vanquish Link to forums account - @KSI N8iV 406 Reasoning why the deserve this -N8iV has just recently become a general (Which is about time) and has been doing an outstanding job at it. Every day N8iV is with his squad and available, hanging around members and making the squad really feel like a family again. It's good to finally see him become a gen and WD got a strong general in the process, they picked the right man to run and lead this squad. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DarkAngel 7 | Moderator Link to forums account - @KSI DarkAngeI 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - I've been able to work with dark for a few months now and she is a great moderator. With her having knowledge of the game section, and join mod area, she has been able to work on both side's problems and give a helping hand when needed. She is always there when she can be and keeps the chats interactive and fun, and puts some great conversation topics in the process of her doing the work required.
