Reasoning why they deserve this -ever since he has made co fo he has been doing everything in his power to make FG better as a whole,he is a great person and a hard worker who loves KSI as much as I do,he's involved himself in every aspect of the DIV and continues to do so, I can see him rising the ranks of KSI.

When I was still in high school, I was heavily involved in several programs in which I ended up in leadership positions. One of these programs was the YMCA Model United Nations. The man who ran it was an amazing leader, and my first year as an officer he taught me so much. One of the things he shared with us were leadership maxims. Maxim is defined as follows: from the Latin word maximus, greatest: a great sentence, proposition or truth. For every maxim, there is a principle for application. I thought I might share these here as they have helped guide me in becoming the leader, and man, that I am today. I will post them verbatim with a little KSI-centric explanation, if necessary, afterwards.
 
1: "Character is what a man is in the dark."-DL Moody
Action: Walk with integrity.
KSI: Conduct yourself with integrity even if no one is watching.
 
2: Expose yourself to other people who have been successful and bounce your ideas off people who have been where you want to go.
Action: Speak with alumni and other officers.
KSI: Talk with people who have been or are where you want to be in this organization. Never be afraid to try and learn.
 
3: You catch more fish with nets than with poles.
Action: Work as a team.
KSI: Pretty self explanatory. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. We're all working towards a common goal.
 
4: If you sweat in preparation, you will not bleed in battle.
Action: Be prepared, review information, and practice procedure.
KSI: Be prepared for anything. If you're in a leadership position, you may be called upon to make difficult decisions. It is better to know a lot and need a little than need a lot and know a little.
 
5: "He who chases two rabbits, catches neither."-Confuscious
Action: Keep your focus.
KSI: We always have a million things going on, if you want more responsibility, great! Just make sure you can handle everything on your plate. There's nothing worse than overextending yourself and then having multiple areas suffer because of it.

Action: Push for excellence.
KSI: This one is two fold. Try to be the best you that you can be, and don't be afraid of mistakes. Everyone makes them sometimes, we're all only human.
 
7: "We overestimate what we can do in a day, we underestimate what we can do in a decade."-Anthony Robbins
Action: Work daily for long term goals.
KSI: Rome wasn't built in a day. If you're working on getting a HH team up and running, or forming a new concept entirely, put some effort in everyday and eventually you will get there.
 
8: "Discipline is doing what you don't want to do, so you can do what you really want to do."-John Maxwell
Action: Prioritize your tasks.
KSI: Sometimes we have to do things we don't like. But in the long term, chances are it will enable you in some way, shape or form to become a better leader and do better things in the future.
 
9: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."-Albert Einstein
"To improve is to change. To be perfect is to have changed often."-Winston Churchill.
Action: Change, we cannot repeat the same mistakes.
KSI: Again, mistakes do happen. But if they happen once, there should be no reason for them to happen again. Live and learn.
 
10: "Analyze carefully the risk vs reward equation before taking the step."-Blaine Bartel
Action: Make decisions carefully.
KSI: Again, this one kind of explains itself. When attempting something new or that you haven't done before, make sure that if it doesn't pay off, no serious harm is done.
 
11: People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care.
Action: Have compassion and identify your coaching opportunities.
KSI: When dealing with a crisis of any magnitude, try to put yourself into the other persons shoes. If you can, without being condescending, turn it into a teaching moment, go ahead and do so.
 
12: "Find out what you're not good at, and don't do it."-Dave Thomas, founder of Wendy's.
Action: Use your best skills, and let others do the same thing.
KSI: Let's say you need members, but are an awful recruiter, but a wonderful trainer. But you know a great recruiter who can't train. Team up, have them recruit and you do the training. There are so many members in this wonderful community that there is always a way to make it work.
 
 
 
 
I decided to post this after finding some of my old materials from that program today, reading through it, and realizing how much these really stuck with me and influenced my life. I hope you all can gain as much from these as I did.

After looking back and seeing that the nominee was just awarded for OS lv1 and awarded. 
I cant bridge the jump from 2-3 while knowing which each award above LV1 actually stands for. 
Its not like an award where the levels are like representations of how many times you were nominated for that award. theyre pure service brackets in a sense where you have to be exceeding even yourself to be notice for an award like the one above the other.
 
So in that case my vote is a No for now.
 
At least for the OS awards.

KSI xGRIMx 7 deserves this award because he has mentored almost half of the devision. I am working in becoming a gen with the support of him. I would have never been so motivated and want to do anything with KSI if it wasn't for him. I know I'm not the only one that is this way because I have talked to several people who feel the same way. He should obtain this reward for his overall accomplishment with the Division! Gooo Grimmy!

i can vouch for him being his division leader. I know i can't personally claim him as a mentor since i was his mentor to an extent. But i have personally witnessed this guy mentor well over 5 people in our division. He has taught many the ways of KSI and stands true to what it means to be a leader in KSI. Many strive to be like him within the division since he is more hands on. Grim definitely deserves this award due to his commitment to taking others under his wing and training them and teaching them the true ways and what it really means to be a member of KSI

I am a Founder in FG and i have witnessed his outstanding training ability he is also an amazing mentor.
