Reasoning why they deserve this - Romeo has had a huge burden placed on him this past month. With Grunt moving up to director, Romeo has had to pick up alot of his duties, ASWELL AS, being an acting general over one of the squads still. He has continuously managed to keep the squad very active with eachother, and the division, and can manage to keep a full weeks worth of gamenights going. Even while doing this, he manages to stay on top of us all in keeping our goals headed in the right direction and knows about all issues, even ones me and MeShell might not know about ourselves.

Reasoning why they deserve this - MeShell has really hit the ground running since becoming cofounder and has tried to the best of her abiltity to get to know about everything going on in our div, even the squads she isnt directly over. Here in DM, that is a quality we all love to see in any 7 staff member. She has had to be acting gen since her promotion, but that hasnt slowed her down one bit in getting things started with the other squad she is over. She has completly intergrated herself between the 2 squads and Joe really enjoys having her as his CoFo. I couldnt be happier having her as a partner to help deal with and solve issues that may arise in any of our squads.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Since becoming general he has grown sooo much more as a leader. He has trully embodied what it means to lead by example and is not afraid to step on toes or get his hands dirty to get the job done. There has been a couple times when he needs promotions done, he has gone and done them himself because he has forgotten to post a promotion list or reminded his staff before it was too late. On top of that, he is almost always availble for any of his staff or me to reach if we have any question, concerns, or just need to shoot some Poop. I really cannot wait to see where he can go from here!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Uppish has become the very back bone of the squad he is in. Almost everyone knows Uppish is the man that can get ya the help ya need. He is constantly, and i mean CONSTANTLY, out there recruiting. there has been a couple times ive been playing with him and hes had to ask for a chance to send recruiting messages out/ or inviting someone that may be a potential recruit. Not only that stuff, he is also VERY engaging with ALL of the member of his squad.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Vonner(meta) has continuously been an underdog in his squad but he still gets the work done! He has been one of the more active officers in his squad, and still continues to do so! He is always trying to be as active as possible wether it be WW, the annual events, and several div events. His work schedule has been making it hard latley for him to do so, but he is still trying and we all see it!

Award/Achievement: Destiny
Reason: Closed Beta player for both D1 and D2. Had one of the first ever Destiny squads on the 360 and xb1 in the community. Was on D2 Head Hunters this past season for LS. Have the collector's edition box for D2, pre ordered it 15 minutes after it became available. Have collectible lego sets, pictures, coloring books, and clothing. Also, turned my 7 yr old daughter into a Destiny addict. 

I think hatter deserves this award very much, she gotten insane in so many issues we have had in crysis and WI, but she always returns happy and cantstay mad forever from the start when she was captain and now to Cofounder, she has put more then anyone could ask for in helping in the sqaud and lots of times I would have thought she would have given up but she didn't she fought through the hard times of members harassing others and more even times when she lost her sanity she still kept going before crysis split and still now after crysis and formed abaddon she has taken care of all the issues their as well and she still didn't give up, she is one tough cookie and I'm happy to still have her in Wicked Intent from all that has happened

Why would you be a valued member if added to this committee? I was in Welcome committee  once before in Menace DM in 2013 and would like to do it again during that time I got recruits comfortable never left behind  im also organized when it comes to new recruits, privates and corporals, treating the members as family and give my 100% like I have in my years of experience giving the members all information  and strength to be a full knowledge member, and on the note I have always had a soft spot for helping members on anything in KSI. 
What has your KSI experience been? Please explain in depth. My experience  in KSI  has been a big adventure I have went to multiple divisions and squads in my 5 years in being here I grew lots of squads made even more friends and during my time I achieved  the rank of a 7  (cofounder), and I intend  to reach even higher, KSI  definitely  made me into a caring knowledgeable member and with that I shared  my knowledge  with my friends so they can rise up the ranks as Well and in some cases competitive ones in gaming.
How often are you available to complete the duties of a Welcoming Representative? Anytime, when needed,  or when im not busy at work when I hear the word new recruit, I go into action and  send messages out just like before them spend time with them alot and get them with other members 
Do you consider yourself to be approachable and outgoing? Yes I'm determined and dedicated  to do the best I can for KSI, answer the cry for help
