I knew of his legendary conquests, goals and his tax filing skills. However it was not until earlier this year that I finally met Ace properly and started to learn what this man does for this community. He to my knowledge has not even complained about not receiving recognition or credit for the many things he does for us, to date the most notable of which is the G15 Omega! Ace, while he is one of the most laid back persons on the board is an amazing support structure for me. I know that should I need an ear to listen to me, then have me in stiches after words. Category: Director Gamertag; KSI Badkitty 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI BadKitty 7 Reasons they deserve this award - Myself and kitty don’t see eye to eye a lot of the time, however in her time as a director I always knew that when situations arose – and she was involved it would be handled correctly with dignity and everyone involved would know that the decisions she came to were morally sound. Earlier this year she was placed in a situation no Director wanted to be put in, and had to put her foot down on a divisional leadership team. Long story short she held the moral high ground and never let the abuse get to her. While she is no longer a director, I feel in my years in KSI she is one of the best I have seen. While I feel this is all that needs to be said of this member, I will of course delve into him some more. Myself and Gary have worked together now for many a year, He was my productions head for a long time, and we learnt together, bled together, perhaps shed a tear or two together – however should you ask, I will deny it – KSI Gary 7 has while he was a division leader set a bar very high on standards for how division leaders should be. He kept his distance from being involved in officer staffs, but kept involved enough to know when he needed to coordinate his divisional staff to intervene and get things back on track. He was a model Division leader and moulded his staff below him to ensure smooth transition should he no longer be around the division, and look, he’s now a Director! Category: Founder Gamertag; KSI Havoc 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI Havoc 7 Reasons they deserve this award - KSI Havoc 7 has always been someone I have been around during my KSI career. He saw my high points and my lowest points and has always stood by me, and numerous others during it. He is the best support structure I have ever seen both in my professional career and KSI. That aside I have seen Havoc go from strength to strength in DW, Providing an amazing environment in which the entirety of KSI strives to achieve. He continually ensures that everyone is happy, developing and moving themselves and their peers forwards! Category: General Gamertag; KSI hatter 7 Forums Account Link / @Hatter 7 Reasons they deserve this award - Hatter has never had an easy time within this community, however she always fights for her members and doesn’t back down where they are concerned. She is always running workshops and training sessions continually to ensure that whether she is there with her members or not, they will be best placed to move forwards and have ensured success should they want it. Category: Captain Gamertag; KSI Greenday 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI Greenday 7 Reasons they deserve this award - KSI Greenday 7 has my nomination for captain of the year, not for the dedication and continual push for progress her squad and division but for the determination and passion showed in the face of adversity. Greenday continually shows how much she cares for this community, she has experienced so much strife and hardship that most normal people would get up and leave over. Earlier this year a group of misfits decided that due to a large donation that Greenday had made to the community that had supported and helped her through a very tough time in her life. She suffered immense abuse however she persevered through it and rose above to be the better person. He is going to be very upset with me for nominating him however he doesn’t choose my nominations! Veriitas is a Senior Director and one hell of one too! He is always involved within his divisions, gaming with the members and teaching and ensuring that everyone is happy and progressing forwards. However regardless of this, the reason I am nominating Riita is for a much more personal reason. During my current tenure as a Board member I have needed a support structure, for advice, idea brainstorming and having someone be there for me. Riita has filled that role for me. He is always on hand when I want to remove the hair from my head. He has also been there for me with my recent issues that I have encountered away from the xbox which, between him and Fuzzy have kept me sane. From the very bottom of my heart, I appreciate you. He is always doing permissions, checking things that are going on and making them right. He never misses a trick and is the up and coming admin! Riiot doesn’t get frustrated at my, and others, silly questions. He pushes past the silly and lets us know in our terms what is going on and how he is going to help. He has ambition beyond his position and isn’t afraid to show it. When I made December my News & HSI Department head after the removal of the previous department head, he didn’t skip a step. He has quickly and efficiently reorganised the entire department and is currently building it up towards the coveted department split. He rebranded the History team to give it a larger function in the community rather than just gathering old information. He has developed and nurtured multiple department members to prepare them for the next step in Department leadership. While he gives me countless headaches and fills my head with more information than my small brain can handle, he ensures that at all times I am filled in on his activity’s, no matter how large or small. He found his place within the productions team some time ago and had remained very quiet within it. However he quickly started to excel when He was given the Happy hour team. He is now working with Skarzx to progress further and prepare to take the team to the next level.

KSI Odin 7. The last man standing in Twisted Warfare. This is how myself and Odin met, He was the last member of the divisional leadership team in TW - Twisted Warfare. We were both co founders at the time and were introduced by the Seniors due to the fact our Divisions were to be merged TW into LS. This weighed in heavy on Odin, he tried his damnedest but he could not make TW continue, not through the lack of trying. He was committed to each and every member that came with him from TW to LS, and fought to ensure that they were integrated fully. However this didn't end it for Odin. Once our integration was done he steamrolled on forwards. He was my right hand man in so many more ways than can be described here. He ensure that anything I had missed, it was followed up on, anything that was outstanding was done. He is a finisher kind of guy. He likes following through and getting the job done. Between us we made LS a powerhouse division once again. He raised his last squad - Trocity: to the top of the Divison, along side my Love squad: Echo. Odins life got in the way shortly after my departure to EF, and he departed us to sort his stuff. Odin returned recently and has already battled his way through the trials and tribulations that LS has gone through, and the majority of this community in recent months. Within his recent outstanding service that I have witnessed: I hopped into a workshop that LS was hosting, and he was there. I looked at who was in a game night for one of LSs squads, and he was there. Odin is with his members the entire time he is online, he doesn't miss an opportunity to spend time and ensure they are enjoying the community to its fullest!

Riiot is a one in a million member within this community, someone who sees it for what it is, and should be. When I met Riiot it was in his interview for joining the AAP team, many moons ago, He knew his stuff - It may have been a little out of date info but the basics were there. He moved from strength to strength throughout the department and when I received my own Promotion (Punishment) he was the obvious choice to move into an AAP leadership role. He made each person who he worked with feel welcome and wanted, and was able to ensure that no matter what was going on around the department, his focus was only on the members and the functioning of the department. When the Head vacancy came up, I recall being excited to tease him with a promotion to head, but he didn't care. Like myself he sees the title less important than the job itself. Which while making me very sad that I couldn't have my fun - Made me finally realise what kind of asset has been brought into my camp. Since that fated day when I finally moved him to department head he has moved from strength to strength, rarely needing my support nowadays - He has with the support of his AAP team, Overseen the creation of the Divisional Hall of Fame program, Revitalised the Divisional Mile Stone program, and overseen the largest activity flourish the department has ever seen. While all of the above was ongoing he was also a senior mod of these here forums. He was constantly moving around the forums - specifically clean up the messes that I had left all over the place, and ensuring the the ModCP was clean and shiny for any admins watching us from their podiums in the sky. While my words on his moderating mean little, his efforts are evident due to his position now as a Admin. This is something that less than 0.001% of the community achieve and it is through only hard work and dedication that this is achieved. Since becoming an Admin Riiot took over Leaders & Department Access granting, monitoring and removing, and boy does he do it quickly. Typically if any access is requested it will be fulfilled same day - a change which was greatly appreciated by the entirety of department Operations, I am sure everyone else appreciated it too, however I cannot speak for them! The summarise all of the above - Riiot consistently goes beyond what is expected of him, or anyone in a similar position. He cares for this great community with a burning passion that will not go out anytime soon, and is reflected in each action he takes.

I will witness for Akame. Now this witness is going to be majority for his first time in KSI. Akame was a spunky Captain when I met him, he ran his squad - legend LS under Mufasa - You old folks in here will remember him. He ran it like a ship captain, or rather like one of the best officers I have ever seen. All organisation was done by him, started by him and then passed to the relevant person or he was at least present for it. He never missed a gamenight, nor a squad event or Meeting - He usually hosted most of the Officer meetings and When his general was not present he was always there. When I promoted him to General, he did not miss a beat - Continuing to train his officer staff to be one of the best in the division, and teaching them more than the usual officer things. He made them highly competent and comfortable with conflict resolution. The squads activity topped the division under Akame and eventually he was promoted into the Divisional 7s team - as a co founder. I unfortunately had to watch this from the side lines as I had moved to EF however I saw him move from Co founder throughght (co div?) Division Leader. He grew LS to a size which was unseen in that division for many years, 350+ members, and potentially looking at the first LS division split in the better part of half a decade! He has a quality that few leaders have - He uses his position not to grow his ego and throw it around, to grow his "power" and "authority" but to better the community for his members, and he does the dirty work to ensure that they are able to enjoy themselves and not have to worry about the "Other stuff". Kudos to you Akame, keep it up.

Vertiias has been for a long time an exceptional leader within this community. From when I met him many years ago he has continued to ensure the stability and security of KSI and all its members within. From when he was in FI as divisional leadership all the way up to his current position as a Senior Director. From a Dept Ops. perspective he has been a key player in T&E which he once ran, and the marketing department is a department which he set up and ran for a long time. Overall he has never failed to surprise us with his constant and enduring dedication to this community to which is shaping KSI to what it is today, and will be tomorrow!

Would this be for an award or divisional milestone?

KSI Gary 7 is an outstanding member of this community, and as his peer I have seen much of what he has done, accomplished and gone through to do so. With his clan ops experience so far Gary has had an uphill battle from the start. When LW Went through its troubles all the them months ago, Gary was the only person who stuck to the guys and tried to persevere, while his peers abandoned him and the division. He would stay up until all hours, 5/6/7 am just to ensure his guys were having a good time and that no issues were occurring. He was n the midst of restructuring his division when DR Merged into LW making DW, so he had to redo his structure and start from scratch. This is more than enough strife to make a person up and walk away, however Gary has not once looked at walking away. Looking forwards, and it is evident on both divisional numbers and in the division participation charts, DW is now one of the most active divisions in the community, both in community events and in the KSI Departments, which leads me to Garys next outstanding service record. Productions. Gary has once again taken this department by the horns, when the more prominent players in the department faded away he was unafraid to take the reigns and and make it his own. He was while doing this fighting the good fight in LW/ DW at the same time, so to balance running, restructuring and revamping a department and dealing with clan ops pressures is a phenomenal feat and one that needs to be recognised as not an easy one. Gary has expanded the KSI Productions team beyond montage competitions and the occasional weekly stream, to a consistent and constant team where almost everything is happening. He was a vital part (with Skarzx) in utilising the calendar and ensuring his team is signed up in advance to stream, and to get events streamed as well. To sum this up - @KSI Gary 7 is an outstanding member of this community one that with time will be recognised by more than just his peers. Thank you for all your efforts, and this is likely not the last outstanding nomination you will see from this fellow.
