Reasoning why they deserve this -
He did deserve this because he is always working his ass off for this community and never lets anyone down within KSI. He is always there protecting the members and does without get recognized for it. Kakashii works very hard to keep all the discord servers running and keeping up GFX requests and working a full time job, and he still put in time and effort into this community. KSI wouldn't be the same without him here

Reasoning why they deserve this -
He is always working in the web ops area and never lets any of the his lower ranks down. Bane is always there when you need a question answered or picking up apps that aren't able to pick up by the join mods.  He is always communicating with everyone and making sure that everything runs smoothly thought the whole join area. 

@KSI BIKRMOMA-Captain- Since her promotion to captain BIKRMOMA has hit the ground running. She has used her organizational skills to create a spreadsheet to help track members and their game play and activity.  She has also been instrumental in the training of new officers and members.  Without her ability to help bring out the best in officers and members alike Hydra wouldn't be what it is today.  She also has the ability to keep our Division leader KSI Gambit 7 in line.
@KSI ShootahLT-This man has really stepped up since Christmas break. He is continually asking questions and trying to learn as much as possible. His organization if our Apex and Rocket League players has reached players who normally don't feel included.  He is always making sure members are feeling a part of all activities! His unique personality and charm are absolutely amazing. 
@KSI SwannySSGT This SSGT may have gotten a slow start but is fully coming into his own. He is always in large parties with members when on and is really good at reaching our less active members. He is getting workshops done and trying to learn as much as possible.  His sense of humor is unique and engaging. 
KSIDATSNOOP SGT- Snoop sent me a message that made my day about how he feels like Hydra is a great group and that he felt he could come to me with an issue of not feeling connected. We were able to figure out the issue and help him reconnect with our squad. He is a newer SGT but has immense potential and is a truly wonderful person to be around. 
@commanderpricyCPL is interested in eventually becoming an officer. Despite his young age he conducts himself with  a  level of maturity well beyond his years. He is the life of the party on Xbox and active on discord.I can't wait to watch as he finishes school and continues to grow into  the caring adult I know he is going to be we could use more young people like him. 
@KSI Gambit 7where to begin...as the only 7 in our division and despite the birth of his first child he has kept ES in the best position possible and has made some hard decisions for our division but we can already see the positive effects of his decision making and leadership in ES

KSI would not be the same without his contributions.  From his organization of discord and contual improvement of our forms of communication within our squads and the community. To leading one of the most popular departments The graphic artists and pushing them to making some of the coolest gamer pics. To becoming more involved in our division and giving some advice on how to improve our gamenight scheduling for ES. This man takes the time and helps keep me awake during my overnight shifts. I feel he is often overlooked and taken for granted despite all the things he does. Thank you sir you are appreciated.

Without him the forums join rejoin area would not be the same.  While I was a part if his staff he always made sure I understood things and had a direct hand in my training  . He always made himself available and has even been mentoring one of my captains. His impact on KSI as a whole may be behind the scenes but his impact is felt non the less

Reasoning why they deserve this - I believe DC is well deserving of this months Senior Leader OTM, due to knowledge and involvement he has had with members this past month, from what I have noticed. DC has a hosted a very well informative workshop within WD this month, leaving Offiers and Members who have attended with new acquired knowledge, as well as involving us into better expressing our knowledge and opinion. Learning more about eachother and the influence we believe leaders have. DC is well informed, hence the CoK lol, but doesn't turn his back on members wishing to learn more or involve themselves more. He is a great leader and a great example an officer looks up to to improve their knowledge within the community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I've only encountered her once due to our different divisions. The reasoning I would like to nominate her is given the Gamenight I have attended with her attendance, I have noticed how welcoming and enthusiastic she is towards new members, whether from her own division or another. She seems to always be open in meeting new individuals and always offers others a chance to shine.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Just like the nominee above, I would like to nominate N8iv due to his welcoming demeanor. Reasoning why they deserve this - LEGION is a kindhearted individual who always goes above and beyond to make fellow members feel involved, welcomed and invited. Whenever I join his party, there is always a positive atmosphere. LEGION has personally bought me a game that the party was playing so I can join them. Though the game was on special, the deed itself shouldn't go unnotice as the principle behind just shows the lengths he would go to make members feel involved and doesn't miss the opportunity to give them the chance to meet and game with new members.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I believe Tripped best suits the description of a OTM member due to his overachieving work ethic. Tripped is a hardworking individual who has stood out the most within my time here in Samurai. He is outgoing and has put much time and effort into this squad to help turn it around and revitalize it. Tripped has been involved with new members and POs going above and beyond the task of an officer and not shying away by stepping up to the plate when needed. Tripped has been increasing his activity and has been a vital pillar to our squad. I cannot wait to see him grow within the community. He has hosted many gamenights and workshops to ensure members have a chance to be involved and aid several POs with their requirements. Tripped has stepped up so much, and I feel as though the growth of the squad has especially been due to Tripped's efforts. Reasoning why they deserve this - Food 7 has been really open to new ideas and never pushes any ideas away. He is very welcoming to new ideas and isn't afraid to involve himself into the development of the idea that was brought up. He is very knowledgeable and a great leader, who enjoys involving himself as well as supporting ideas that aren't his own, as long as it's for the benefit of the community. Reasoning why they deserve this - Kakashii is a true team player I don't get to spend much time with him but he makes time when it matters most. Has came out to a few Templar game night to make his presence known in the community. He has put effort into ensuring that the servers are properly taken care of for the community along with interacting with every member possible. Makes member's feel welcomed and relaxed around his presence and is an example to the rest of us.

Reasoning why they deserve this - There is too much to say when it comes to athena but to make things sort and sweet is; she makes her presence known everywhere. She overworks all her responsibilities in terms of putting in everything she has to ONLY see the benefit in others that are part of this division and community. SL is her family but she puts KSI above all. She truly cares for the development of ALL leaders in this community and self development of each person.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sparky has been a "spark" to the squadron itself. He has shown that putting your mind and focus to it with a busy schedule pays off. He has been a KEY member to develop and build this squad to where it is right now. That is what get sparky to recently get promoted this week to SSGT. I think out of all SGTs that served so well sparky is up there in terms of his input to this community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Being the former CSO of the community, I personally can understand and account for the amount of work it takes to organize the leadership council, communicate with members, fulfill an active board position, and still be constantly looking for new ways to improve the community and ensure longevity in the process...and I only did a tenth of what this man does lol. Kakashii's ability to provoke thought amongst members, lead several different directives simultaneously, and still be a highly requested graphics artist on top of this is absolutely ridiculous in itself before you realize he adds into this a 60 hour work week. KSI could not have chosen a better member to fulfill this position and use it properly and I just wanted to thank you personally in a public space for your dedication and work ethic. #AnbuBaby

Reasoning why they deserve this - King constantly likes to put himself down and say that he doesn't do enough or "disappears" often. Id like to take a minute to let him know that that is false and he does more than he will ever know. Hydra has recently been on the second wave of its glow up and this wouldn't at all be possible if not for all of the behind the scenes work King has done for this squad while we continue to grow. His presence is constantly felt, our members are ecstatic when he jumps in the party, he is constantly there when I need anything to ensure Hydras growth or happiness and he is swift to offer advice that is not only helpful, but needed. It'll be a sad day when he returns to just bein CEO of the community but in the meantime all of Hydra is appreciating his commitment and dedication to our happiness and success so thank you homie.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I cant find the words to properly convey my appreciation and pride in having this young lady as the Captain of my squad. Mommabear is just that, a momma bear not just for her family but for our entire squad. She is always the first person saying good morning in the chats, she is always the first person with the welcome message for new members, and always the first pair of open arms people run to when they have a bad day. She is a beacon of light and love for this squad and its no wonder why when she hops online, there is no room in her parties as people just flock to her. She has come such a long way in her KSI career and continues to impress with her knowledge, drive, and passion to make HYdra the best squad in the community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - When I first found out that Bane would be transferring into the same squad I was rejoining a couple months back, my first thought was "Ah s***" because I knew I would be in for a lot of headaches...but even more fun lol. Bane is easily one of the goofiest comedy based members Ive ever encountered in KSI but watching him use that to make members smile, to make their days better, and to get everyone riled up is a blessing. He truly is a man of the people and even while goofing off, is constantly observant of the people around him and their needs. When he decides to get serious, he utilizes his 5+ years of community experience to navigate and solve any issues that arise and is a constant resource for the members of Hydra when they have questions. He is outrageously generous, frequently doing raffles and give aways for the members of Hydra just to make people feel good and generate activity. Im proud to call him a great officer and a great friend as well.

Reasoning why they deserve this - When I think about Jewels entrance and impact on Hydra it be equivalent to throwing a bench player in whose unheard of thinking that theyd do their job and thats it, and they end up blowing out the game and starting the day after. Jewels came into Hydra quietly but after she got comfortable instantly transformed into a monster officer. Her keen eye in making sure the stats were cleaned up, appearing at anytime to make sure promotions were being completed, constantly asking questions, and always looking for ways to improve the squad. She has a very easy calming spirit that drew our members to her quickly and she is excelling at everything she puts her mind to. She has been a phenomenal addition to to Hydra and our officer staff.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Its not too often that you find that rare gem of a recruit that comes in and is absolutely thirsty for KSI knowledge, driven to get involved, is an amazing person, and truly understands the most important part of what it takes to be an officer. This young man never seems to be out of statements that amaze me and demonstrate his level of maturity and leve;-headedness. He is a shining example that you dont need to be an officer to create happiness and drive a squad forward and its an honor to watch him complete his PO training knowing that Ill have the fortune of being his General. Reasoning why they deserve this - Kanao is  great leader for the news team. Easy to get intouch with and has a answer for any problem you have. She is easy to work under. Allows you to work at your own pace, at the same time keeps you motivate with showing interest in what you are working on. She does a amazing job running the new team

KSI Paratroop 7 -
I met Paratroop within my first few days of joining KSI. As a new member in KSI, meeting my General for the first time was a little nerve racking. But boy was I wrong. He was a super laid back guy, and was extremely friendly with everyone. Even with that said, as nice as he was, he most definitely had that “Big Dog” presence in any party he was in. He was respected by members and leaders alike, no matter where he was. 
 
What I learned from Paratroop was to be “That Guy” everyone looks up to, and wants to be like. He inspired me to start climbing the ranks and begin my career here in KSI. I'm thankful for his guidance and teachings, and without it, I really do believe I wouldn't be half the leader I am today. 
 
KSI Skarzx 77 -
Fast forward a few years, and after a rollercoaster of a ride in KSI, I ended up in Sovereign Legacy. This is where I had the pleasure of meeting Skarzx. I had heard about him from a few of my peers, but had not had the opportunity to sit down with him. I had that chance when SL was born. The hype Skarzx brought to the room was amazing. We were all extremely uneasy about starting a new division, but Skarzx never wavered. He only saw success. He was a man of many crowns, full of compassion, knowledge, and a drive that is hard to match. 
 
What I learned from Skarzx was to never give up. To never show weakness in front of those who look up to you. He taught me alot of what I know about KSI, both past and present. He taught me that it's ok to fail, but what's important is what you do after. 
 
There are many who I would list here, but honestly it's a lot to remember. However, these members were the ones who had the biggest impacts on me. I will forever be grateful to them, and will always have the utmost respect for them.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Kakashii's been doing an amazing job with everything he's working on. As the LC Coordinator, he's been helping to keep topics going and continues to give great output every LC meeting. As the owner of the community server, he's done a great job with the revamping of it and keeps it updated as much as he can. He's been doing a great job and keeps improving everyday.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Kanao has been doing fantasic work in the news team, and got promoted to News head for that reason. Evidence:
Airborne has been a down to earth and straight shot kinda guy since joining KSI back in 2012. He charged theough the ranks in DR, eventually making his way to Co-Div Lead. He split squads, led his staff, and had DR at the top of the food chain for a very long time.
It was at this point Airborne felt Clan Ops wasnt for him, he switched it up and went the department route. And he didnt stop and do some mediocre work there. He came in like a wrecking ball, pumping some life into the AAP department, Airborne is directly responsible for where the AAP is today with its structure and policies.
Now as a board member hes playing two different roles at the same time. He diving into uncharted waters heading up as KSI's PR contact with other communities, shops, and etc. All while still heading departments as the Chief Department Manager.
 
Airborne has been through the ringer in his time, and there has been times where things got to be too much, but he stuck it out for the community be loves so much. When he takes on a project, he does with the intent of putting maximum effort into it.

What I learned from Paratroop was to be “That Guy” everyone looks up to, and wants to be like. He inspired me to start climbing the ranks and begin my career here in KSI. I'm thankful for his guidance and teachings, and without it, I really do believe I wouldn't be half the leader I am today. 
 
KSI Skarzx 77 -
Fast forward a few years, and after a rollercoaster of a ride in KSI, I ended up in Sovereign Legacy. This is where I had the pleasure of meeting Skarzx. I had heard about him from a few of my peers, but had not had the opportunity to sit down with him. I had that chance when SL was born. The hype Skarzx brought to the room was amazing. We were all extremely uneasy about starting a new division, but Skarzx never wavered. He only saw success. He was a man of many crowns, full of compassion, knowledge, and a drive that is hard to match. 
 
What I learned from Skarzx was to never give up. To never show weakness in front of those who look up to you. He taught me alot of what I know about KSI, both past and present. He taught me that it's ok to fail, but what's important is what you do after. 
 
There are many who I would list here, but honestly it's a lot to remember. However, these members were the ones who had the biggest impacts on me. I will forever be grateful to them, and will always have the utmost respect for them. 

For starters, seeing as I have been around for awhile, I would like to recognize a few people I considered to be my mentors over the past 9 years.
 
KSI Paratroop 7 -
I met Paratroop within my first few days of joining KSI. As a new member in KSI, meeting my General for the first time was a little nerve racking. But boy was I wrong. He was a super laid back guy, and was extremely friendly with everyone. Even with that said, as nice as he was, he most definitely had that “Big Dog” presence in any party he was in. He was respected by members and leaders alike, no matter where he was.

Airborne has been a down to earth and straight shot kinda guy since joining KSI back in 2012. He charged theough the ranks in DR, eventually making his way to Co-Div Lead. He split squads, led his staff, and had DR at the top of the food chain for a very long time.
It was at this point Airborne felt Clan Ops wasnt for him, he switched it up and went the department route. And he didnt stop and do some mediocre work there. He came in like a wrecking ball, pumping some life into the AAP department, Airborne is directly responsible for where the AAP is today with its structure and policies.
Now as a board member hes playing two different roles at the same time. He diving into uncharted waters heading up as KSI's PR contact with other communities, shops, and etc. All while still heading departments as the Chief Department Manager.
 
Airborne has been through the ringer in his time, and there has been times where things got to be too much, but he stuck it out for the community be loves so much. When he takes on a project, he does with the intent of putting maximum effort into it.

The man has accomplished so much during his time here in KSI. 
 
I watched this man grow from the wee little Sgt in Knights, to a powerhouse recruiter, absolutely stunned me at how good he was at recruiting. 
 
I watched him climb the ranks as an officer, always staying on top of his duties, never missing a beat.
I had the privalege to work beside him as a fellow CoFo in SL. DC is the kinda guy who will always have your back and will always be there for you.
Fast forward to the present, and this man has made it all the way to Head of Education! Hes using all his skills hes learned to project that onto the members coming up in the next generation. He pours his heart and sould into Education for KSI. KSI is prospering thanks to member like KSI DC 7.
