Reason-/-Evidence:  Its clear that this man is long overdue for this award however I will recap the crazy amount of bs and stuff that only I have witnessed during my time of KSI. I first met swag in SL where he was the division leader at the time. During that time there was struggle to find which CoFo would be the best fit to lead the div, so on top of in house disagreements there was multiple attacks on SL from TSB members (blacklisted at the time) trying to DDos KSI members myself included. On top of that multiple leaders weren't getting along in the community however swag was the mediator. Even as a division leader he would play with members and make sure POs were getting properly trained and always was open to getting feedback to improve leadership and how to make things run smoothly and this was on the daily. Just with being COS he has helped create CS a division with the squads happy and helped negotiate what would be changed since it was a SL squad and a DM squad coming together there was plenty of disagreements and going back n forth on standards but he never gave up. Even while helping other divs including WD at the time DM shut down and he helped merge Wrath into CS and make sure all the members were accounted for. He has always been there for his members and you can see it in everything this man does from talking to members to making sure officers stay happy and everyone is heard. He has been acting div leader over multiple divisions like previously mentioned but even though he has had multiple people bash him and disapprove of his ideas or ways of doing stuff the fact still remains that none of the Divisions that I have seen him over haven't closed nor does he LET them close.  On top of daily struggles trying to make sure people don't kill one another he stays strong and never lets weakness show. He may not be a man of many words but when he talks it comes from a good place and he is the definition of a die hard in my opinion.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Swag's involvement in the community this past month is the most activity and energy i've seen in a leader ESPECIALLY being on the board in my one and a half year in this community. From dealing with community wide issues to helping divisions in need to even giving advice to CPTs and squad leadership this man does it all. Though I can only say so much from my experience I have seen swag kept the energy and momentum in the divisions he is over. I'm excited to see the future of KSI with his leadership. His advice is always top tier and has a Just Do It attitude that about KSI

Even with being a newly transferred member in Doom she didn't lose her motivation and picked up where she last off in her clan ops career. From spending time with members to hosting workshops and even trying to be an ear for members in distress she has done it all. I hope to see her motivation and drive continue in her future endeavors.

You can ask just about any leader back then what kind of member I was and they wouldn't have thought I wouldn't make it past a LT but DC taught me the importance of a stable community to rely on and most of all how to handle situations that I would normally have an outburst at. In addition he helped improve how I speak to members, and how I scout out new recruits with helpful tips he's picked up throughout the years. 
The second person would have to be @KSI Swag 77, he has been the best leader when it comes to actually leading by example (other then DC) at the division wide scale and a community wide level even as a div leader :3

The man has accomplished so much during his time here in KSI. 
 
I watched this man grow from the wee little Sgt in Knights, to a powerhouse recruiter, absolutely stunned me at how good he was at recruiting. 
 
I watched him climb the ranks as an officer, always staying on top of his duties, never missing a beat.
I had the privalege to work beside him as a fellow CoFo in SL. DC is the kinda guy who will always have your back and will always be there for you.
Fast forward to the present, and this man has made it all the way to Head of Education! Hes using all his skills hes learned to project that onto the members coming up in the next generation. He pours his heart and sould into Education for KSI. KSI is prospering thanks to member like KSI DC 7.
