Airborne is a phenomenal person and one of the smartest people I’ve met in KSI. I have often called to him when I don’t know what to do to talk to him and pick his brain about how he would make a decision in my situation. He’s been around long enough and paid attention to his surroundings to the point where his knowledge is nearly unparalleled. In Department Ops, Airborne’s advice was crucial to helping me make decisions about the News Departments’ direction during my tenure as the News Head. Every day he makes the community just a little bit better than when he found it. He’s always available to answer questions and always willing to go well above and beyond to help anyone out. Airborne is a fantastic role model, and we’re very lucky to have him here. Thank you for everything you do my good sir @KSI Airborne 7

Airborne has been a down to earth and straight shot kinda guy since joining KSI back in 2012. He charged theough the ranks in DR, eventually making his way to Co-Div Lead. He split squads, led his staff, and had DR at the top of the food chain for a very long time.
It was at this point Airborne felt Clan Ops wasnt for him, he switched it up and went the department route. And he didnt stop and do some mediocre work there. He came in like a wrecking ball, pumping some life into the AAP department, Airborne is directly responsible for where the AAP is today with its structure and policies.
Now as a board member hes playing two different roles at the same time. He diving into uncharted waters heading up as KSI's PR contact with other communities, shops, and etc. All while still heading departments as the Chief Department Manager.
 
Airborne has been through the ringer in his time, and there has been times where things got to be too much, but he stuck it out for the community be loves so much. When he takes on a project, he does with the intent of putting maximum effort into it.

Evidence: Airborne has been super helpful to me in the past! Any question you have for him he either knows the answer already or gets you an answer as soon as he possibly can. When KSI was still getting their merch made by Pegasus, I ordered a jersey and the logo was backwards. I talked to airborne he went out of his way and he talked to the guy that made the merch.. instantly got an email to contact Pegasus and got a jersey correctly made.

My arch nemesis in Madden lol jk maybe but in all seriousness Airborne is definitely deserving of this award in many ways my first interaction with Airborne was AAP when he was Senior Staff and he had to correct me on a vote and instead of making me feel dumb he actually taught me something but later on down the road when the old AAP head transitioned to the BoD we had a new one who didn't do anything and instead of sitting there and waiting Airborne was the person who kept us all motivated and kept us going and it was that outstanding leadership that got him promoted and under him AAP thrived and he then got his board position but doesn't mean he left us because he still gets in the mix with us and helps us when we need it but Airborne is also very active with other aspects of the community often times you find him with divisions and squads mixing it up in Modern Warefare or Madden and a variety of games now you have to ask yourself how does that qualify as something outstanding well I'll tell you from personal experience I was recruited in 2014 and you seen a lot of things but you didn't see BoD members with the members TBH unless they were part of the clique but AB isn't that BoD member to me Airborne should've gotten this level of OS ages ago but nonetheless he is most definitely qualified and deserving of it

As CEO, many instances have been mentioned but I'd like to again point out specifically our Hydra Peace talk situation, as it applies to major strife and perseverance. The blatant lies and outright animosity directly aimed at several of us over this topic was at a level I have NEVER seen in this community in almost a decade. King kept going strong through these talks, and really was better than some of us at keeping a level head during the situations in house that occurred. 
To get a grasp of how much strife was involved, these situations that went on led to a member of the Board retiring and another Board member almost leaving the community altogether. 
I'm going to be honest, even considering this as one extended situation, these issues dragged on for WEEKS. This in itself should qualify King for Die Hard.

GENERAL KENOBI

I'll keep my input short and sweet, this guy was crucial in making sure we even still have a News department, as the only thing that made it work was taking people from the old History team as it was done as a standalone team.
Uppish and Co. got the department back on track, instituted new article types and reworked the foundations of some of the prior News programs for the better. I personally appreciate the effort that was given, wholeheartedly. 
I cannot speak to clan ops, so I'll leave that to clan ops leaders.

I think one of the most influential for myself, is my man @Scotland. I've been here a long time, done tons of stuff, but had never poured my maximum effort into Departments. Scotland helped show me some of the positive differences you can make in this community, solely by being a leader in Departments/making department programs and policies that try to benefit the member base. He was a big reason I stayed in KSI at all after the falling out I had with the rest of the FI 7's staff. I'm genuinely glad I got to meet this guy when I went to Europe, and he is still one of my friends I constantly hit up. 
There are quite a few people I could mention here throughout the years, but with my position as CDM I feel like this made the most sense to mention.
 

I had the privilege of working with King on the moderating team for quite a while, and can say that his contributions should definitely warrant Web Ops HOF. He was a driving force behind the overhaul of most of the Web ops subsections (GSM, Join Mod, etc) and his contributions have directly positively effected the current state of Web Operations today.

We all come from different walks of life here but to me we all share something. We have that one person or people who have influenced us here whether your a newbie or seasoned vet some has made a difference for you 
 
 
 
 
I’ll start it off the person who made the biggest impact on me here is our very own CEO @KSI xKing 77I met him back in ES in 2014 where he KSI xFatality 7 he was my CoFo but fast forwarding to 2017 I was PVT overdue for a promotion in Samurai LW and one day he showed up an messaged me saying why are you still a PVT I told him cause the squad was garbage which it was and he said well change your name and let’s change the narrative and after some weeks and seeing the changes taking place I said what the hell and I changed my name and the rest is history I climbed the ranks became the Gen of that squad split that squad became a CoFounder and eventually let that place but it was during that time frame I got interested in other areas of the community due to his influence and how he would talk of them areas such as Performance Operations and Join Staff I’ve been in this community for going on 7 years on and off but in these last 3 1/2 years I’ve achieved numerous things I’ve led a Division a department and I help with the day to day operations of Web Ops I have 7 in all three areas of the community I put in the work to get these but that work wouldn’t have ever came to fruition if it wasn’t for King 
You’ve said to me my respect isn’t given its earned and I feel the same way and you sir have earned my respect.
