Right on, the 80s are definitely the best. Almost every genre had tons of iconic music.

This guy has been here for years, and has been through all kinds of hell, and things that seemed to be random acts of divine destruction. He ended up in CO during our DR split to CO, and became a 7 there. Anyone who can remember CO can remember all the drama that division eventually contained,(not saying names) and I remember the brain aneurysms that it was giving him.
Then I got this guy to come back in MP with me, and shortly afterward while we were still squad level members, MP and FI were merged. Then FI was great for a time too. But as we can see with it not currently being a division anymore, and most of us know of the debacle including the leadership at the end, the good times ended there too. Not to mention the headache after with who all left and their community choices that were involved spicing things up.
Then it was on to SL for him. I know less about his trials in SL as I do not participate in Clan Ops currently, but from what I do know some of it over there has been slightly wonky at times as well. We are gaming together most of the time, and I can just tell he is going into full overdrive of losing his sanity (lets be honest, if he had any to begin with) just like he has several times before in the community. 
In closing, he has been someone who has contributed several places in KSI several times over the past years. He has had the unfortunate opportunity in the past to be in the wrong divisions at some of their worst times, and has been driven to the edge of sanity almost each and every time. He deserves Mad Max.

There are many that can and probably will witness to the drama that is FadeZ. I've known this guy for almost 7 years, and I can definitely say we have been involved in more than our fair share of some drama.  Between dealing with community issues, to all of our messed up real life issues, when you stay close with someone so long we all lose any filter we had. 
I've been around to see this guy  grow from DR's resident "felon" (not really, inside story) and to see him go through multiple instances of creating drama for himself and then instantly regretting it within short amounts of time. Love this guy, but he is for sure a drama queen.

My vote: Downgrade Blacklist to DNH with the Friends List stipulation remaining intact, as we've all discussed and for the duration of her DNH.

I am with everyone else on this. Other than joining AG after being blacklisted, there has been no other issues from Knky Mama during her time away from the community. There have been no reports of her being in parties with other KSI members other than her family, or causing drama through the background of her families' mic. 
 
 
My vote: Downgrade Blacklist to a DNH, with any violation of the rules that are set for her friends list resulting in an immediate upgrade to Blacklist. 

No real issues prior to the incident , and none afterwards. I would say she has paid the price for her crime so to speak , but she did commit a serious violation regardless of her reasoning. I am voting towards downgrading her Blacklist to a DNH on the grounds that her Friends list is cleaned and remains that way while she is under DNH. 

I feel that the blacklist downgraded to a DNH is acceptable. She's cleared her friends list and claims keeping it like that won't be an issue. With the lack of real information to uphold the blacklist, and Knky not wanting to rejoin the community, but just be able to sit in parties and be able to chat with KSI members, I vote for the lowering to a DNH. 

She has not caused problems since her blacklisting and seems to be keeping her head down and I don't feel that she is a threat to the community in anyway. If she can clear her friendlist and not associate with those people then Im fully for lowering her blacklisting to a DNH pending her compliance

We also have December's Drama Queen, I know this is supposed to be a "Good natured" thing, and when asked he did mention it does not bother him at all. I asked to see if we get any more statements, but I'm thinking probably a Yes.

Information gathered from First Meeting between KnkyMammaGigglez and Court Judges - 
 
1. Member stated KSI xHawk 7 was the first point of contact in reporting the initial situation , eventually it would go through KSI Trendies 7 and ended with KSI Paratroop 7.  Additional Witnesses: KSI Hebrew 7 , KSI Trendies 7, KSI Pantsir 7.
  2. Joined AG about 3-4  months after removal and blacklist from community, allegedly left AG around 2-3 months later. Had issues with Upper Leadership in AG.
  3. Explained the to the member (Knky) that if in the event of a downgrade of her current Black list status, another security check will be conducted on her friends list and any member that is BL/SR or in a BL/SR community , they would need to be removed, before any final decision can be decided.
  4. The initial pictures sent out by HHooters that sparked this entire situation did come from KSI Seraphim (Not sure if correct spelling) who was romantically involved with the Knky in real life. In retaliation , KNKY Only messaged 2 pics of Hooters, one in undergarments, and 1 topless (nothing below the waist). All Pics were obtained from ex (name in previous case).  
 

I think there are two sides to every story in a situation like this. I don't feel comfortable taking accusations about a div lead and the 7's staff into account when we don't have the other half... and I don't think that is really in our job description. Another factor here, as Kalakoi stated above,  is that she has only been in the community for a few months.
This right here?? This should have been sent all the way up the line for the Seniors or the BoD to handle. I don't know for sure if it was, but I never heard of it while I was a director. Again, it's another thing to think about, and unless there is documented proof, I don't feel comfortable adding that to make my decision.
