SUPER OVER THE TOP SUPER MODE BUILD.
Right....this build is basicly "GOD MODE OF SUPERS" it allows for Obscene DPS off supers....along with a extreme FAST recharge. So far have tested this on Warlocks for the Storm caller middle path "LAZER BEAM" and bluntly putting it.....when you can get your super back in about 2 minutes and Loop them as a Team the DPS becomes....well DEATH to whatever its hit on.
