I hear By bear witness for Wildmama7 on her award of OS 1-2. This woman has shown me the better way that KSI as a whole is run. She has proven time and time again that without her most of if not all the people that surround her on a daily basis (myself included) would not be here. This woman swayed me to rejoin and give KSI another chance proving to me that the way it was ran is not how it is ran today, If this woman could persuade someone that was done wrong by other leadership (2013-2015) to come back and just have a good time with some awesome people and show the membership what true leadership is well then i have no idea. Do i believe she deserves this abosfreakinloutly 10 times over and that is putting it lightly. Your having a bad day and need someone to lean on she's right there, she finds out that something is wrong with her people she'll pull you to the side and help you get through it. This woman is a staple of this community and someone i hold dear to myself and my family holds her in the same regard.

Notes:
Went over the recruiting process. First play a couple of games then send out a mass message to all recent players asking if they would like to join KSI. To anyone who responds about wanting to join, ask if they have any questions and answer them to the best of your ability. Ask for their age and birthday. If they are 15 years of age or older, proceed with reading the code of conduct. While reading through the code of conduct, stop at certain points and explain into further detail of what it means. Explain to them what is and isn't allowed in KSI. Tell them the rank structure and how long they will be at each rank i.e. Rct 48 hours PVT 7 days CPL until name change. Once you finish the code of conduct and rank structure, them go into their motto change it to reflect their division, squad, and rank within KSI. Next have them go into their bio and have them put who they were recruited by and when they were recruited. After they have done that have them go to the dashboard and settings and have them change their privacy setting to the way they should be. Tell them that when they go to save the changes that it will take them offline then bring them back on. Next have them add all the officers within the squad they are being recruited into. Make sure they also add the recruit tag. After they are all done, check and make sure that their motto and bio are both correct, that they added the officers and the recruit tag granted you may have to check back the next day to make sure they did add them. Once the recruiting is done, ask them if they have any other questions and answer them to the best of your ability. Don't forget to welcome them to KSI.
