The reason Demon deserves this award is not simple, he has been a key figure in the success of Valkyrie from recruiting his old friends back into the community to even bringing in new members, hosting a plethora of workshops and gamenights as well as genuinely being there for each and every member and when I say being there I don’t mean just making a presence I mean genuinely taking the time to sit and listen to every member that he interacts with. Demon has an ability to connect with others on a level that you don’t see very much in people these days and that is in part down to his personality and ethic as a person he treats every member he meets like they are family and cares for them as such. He sets himself to what some would think is an unreasonable standard but each and every time he meets that standard and more even whilst he doubts himself while doing so. in summary demon deserves this award for the simple fact of he is truly passionate about this community and the core standards in which we pride ourselves being members of KSI

Like Paradox has said it is a bit of a weird situation as there are no longer any leaders around from that era and whilst I was in charge of LS with KSI Kenpachi 7 @Loyalty Paradox@DrDeath1447and @KSI HHooters 7were all respective generals of their own squads and we were going through a rough time with past incidents with other communities and not only did they all step up and rebuild their squads they but they set the standard and ultimately rebuilt the division up until I had a slight hiatus from the community upon my return I originally returned to my home squad of Legend LS but I didn’t feel welcome and I asked Loyalty who upon my return to KSI had reached the position of Division Leader which squads needed the most help and transferred into Midgard LS and worked under KSI Hebrew 7 who eventually made it to the position of Director and in that time Asgard LS was Merged into Midgard and myself and Hebrew being the only officers ended up not only rebuilding the squad but the division as a whole due to the fall out of Loyalty being demoted and HHooters and drdeath leaving the community which ended up in a very challenging time but we ultimately made LS the Division everyone talked about granted not always in a good light but it set the standard of how to build a division from the ground up which also incurred a couple of squad splits over Time recreation of Asgard and Paladin

Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI WldMama 7 - COFO/ES Link to forums account - @KSI WldMama7 Reasoning why they deserve this - in the relatively short amount of time that i have been able top work with Mama in the Clan ops scene i can clearly tell that not only has she got the knowledge to effectively run the division but she has the passion and the drive to keep pushing forward irregardless of whatever adversity rears its head and yet what i find the most important reason for Mama to be deserving of this award is that she truly cares about each and every member within ES even if we do irritate her and test her sanity most days General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Wu Tang General - ES/Valkyrie Link to forums account - @Mr. Wu Tang Reasoning why the deserve this - this man is phenomenal, his work ethic is second to none and i swear to god if he didnt have real life commitments or have to eat and sleep this man would be on the job 24/7 which is genuinely outstanding yet he know that he needs to take a break from it every now and then to make sure he doesnt burn himself out and he is a fine example of a leader because he has the integrity to follow up on everything he says he will do and if he know he cant deliver on something he says he will do he always informs you with plenty of notice and instantly rearranges for a better time to do it, he als o leads by example by doing the same things he tasks his officers with that is why i believe that Wu Tang deserves this award Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI TOPDOGS Captain - ES/Valkyrie Link to forums account - @Topdogs12 Reasoning why they deserve this - Top is a hard working individual that is constantly striving for knowledge and trying to better himself to be the best officer he can be for his members and regardless of his rank he is humble in everything he does and remains to stay as professional as possible to ensure that he makes sure every member is happy and comfortable and most of all that they are enjoying there experiience in KSI his only downside is that he feels that he has to do everything which isnt a bad thing but he can learn to do a lot more and be the best he can be

General Rules and Regs: All weekend warfares are open to everyone regardless of whether they are in the community or not. Late sign-ups will not be admitted. Proxy posts must be approved before hand by department heads/Senior Staff. (KSI Akame 7, KSI Atom 7 / KSI Sub 7) Tardiness will be grounds for disqualification. T&E rulings are final unless the Co-Head, Head or CDM feel a ruling should be changed or new information/evidence is presented to rightfully alter the ruling. All KSI Events must be played with a controller and not keyboard and mouse. The event will have a meeting 30 minutes prior to the event, all members who sign up must be available for the meeting to go over the event rules. okay so i initially met Sub when he was known as Deathstrok3 but it was a fleeting meet i then reconnected with Sub after he applied to the T&E Department as KSI SubZero and this man has done countless things that i have heard of from multiple members, he has such a contagious personality it is extremely hard to not be cheerful when this man is around. I would definitely say that this man deserves OS1 if not OS2 purely on the fact that he is always the first to offer his help no matter which area he is involved in and just going based on annual events this year this man not only hosted events from a T&E aspect but also simultaniously fulfilled his role as LC Rep and communicated with the T&E leadership as well as the news department and the LCC to ensure everything that needed to be relayed was relayed in a timely fashion and that anything that needed to be resolved he got the appropriate people involved that needed to be to ensure it was resovled before it escalated, i am also extremely proud that this man has attained the coveted 7s position by becoming Co-Head of AAP and a vital member of the T&E Senior staff and i can honestly see this man doing great things within this community
