I witnessed the HH team being established and i am the LB Co Founder over this squad. YAY for HH!!!

Established a great stable grounding in all squads and helped lead us toward all our squads being active 2. Trained and established good Co Founders and Generals to maintain all squads (before patriot came into the picture most squads didn't even have generals) 3. personally changed the reputation of LB by making it a more friendly division for non probational members such as myself and many others 4. since Patriot took over, LB made Flagship when originally it was a failing Division with few leaders including Generals and Co Founders. 5. Had the dedication to LB and removed members when necessary regardless of who they were(with appropriate protocol of course). 6. Caius helped and initiated a Squad Split for Nero LB creating a new squad Equinox LB 2. Caius kept fluff in LB low and still increased recruiting in LB to maintain its numbers 3. Merged Reborn LB (a squad that came in from the FA merge to LB) into Reach LB Successfully which Kept reach going to this day Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Ninja Dude - Mist SH Link To forums Account- http://www.ksiforums.org/index.php?/user/6549-ksi-ninja-dude/ Reasoning why they deserve this - 1.Very socially and will talk to anyone 2. Active always attended meeting, played game nights and active on the forums 3. started a donating drive for his General with members from his squad to get his General the game for his squad (Halo 4) KSI Dragon 7 was the Gen 4. Holds classes to help improve his members in Recruiting and training for all his division 5. Recruits quite a bit and makes a difference in numbers (63 Recruits)

He made our division, with the help of others, hit flagship and be recognized as not just a "Prison or Re Education Division" but an outstanding and in some forms better than other divisions in my opinion the best division but none the less our division could not operate or function without him.\ Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Caius 7 - LB Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums...94-ksi-caius-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Caius has made a major difference in the division especially in the enforcement of the CoC and protocol he has helped my old squad do extremely well as well as help train myself and newer co founders with great skill. he has done a tremendous job in incouraging people to work together and learn from eachothers experiances i would have no one else be my Founder.
