Food 7 got a reaction from KSI Swanny in CEP: Basic Training Workshop (Updated 3/28/21)
CEP: Basic Training Workshop
Updated 3/28/21
“Becoming a Leader in KSI”
Workshop Introduction: The rank of Sergeant is the first step in moving forward towards that goal of being an officer within the community. Not just that, it's also the first time where members truly get a taste for what it means to be an active member in a gaming sense. In this workshop you will learn the basic things that all officers need to know to help provide members a positive experience within KSI. You will learn the core values that make up KSI and the requirements that all officers must fulfill to be successful in the community.
Workshop Occurrence: This workshop will be offered at the discretion of Divisional Leadership and Squad Leadership: SSGT and higher.
⤙ Pre-Workshop (Conversation Starters and Discussion Topics)
The following questions may be used as conversation starters before beginning your workshop. It's important to make sure you begin by getting everyone thinking about the topic at hand.
What do you add, or can you bring to the table to reframe the conversation? What can you do for my squad? What are your long term goals in KSI, and how can you achieve them? Where do you see myself in a year's time?
⤙ Workshop Core (Workshop Topics, Progression, and Key Points)
Workshop Curriculum Introduction: Throughout this workshop you will be introduced to a variety of topics, including the daily responsibilities of both sergeants and staff sergeants. As we navigate this information, keep in mind that as a sergeant, you represent one of the most important position in KSI. You are the link between its members, and its officers. Although you yourself are still relatively new to the community, you have the power to make or break an experience for a member, or potential members. In all of this, remember the following.
KSI stands for Knowledge, Strength, and Integrity. Those aren't just three words, but also principles that every single leader, member, and trainer must demonstrate in their daily duties. All member should know and be able to explain what KSI means.
◅ 1. KSI Core Values
Knowledge: Knowledge is essential in every aspect of your membership in this community. With that we as KSI members thrive to gain knowledge in all aspects of the community as well as learning something new that can be applied to real life.
Strength: Strength is needed to persevere through tough times and to continue moving forward. You will uncover obstacles throughout your time in KSI. They may take the form of dwindling squad or division numbers, issues with members or officers, or personal problems that become more important than gaming. With each of these, never think they are too big to overcome. They aren't. Approach all problems at their base level. Focus on helping one, two, or three members before trying to tackle the problems of the world. Strong leaders create a strong community.
Integrity: Integrity is perhaps the most important trademark of a KSI leader. At the end of the day, it, and your actions are all that you have. If you promise to do something, or are entrusted with greater responsibilities, it is important that you follow through, and not only that, but that you follow through with them to the best of your abilities. Just because you move up in the community doesn't mean your work is over. In fact, it's just beginning. As a leader, and as an officer, members are going to count on you to carry out any number of tasks, from game nights to recruiting parties. It is vital that we don't let them down.
◅ 2. Becoming an Officer
Sergeant is a critical rank in KSI. Not only does it help form the glue that keeps a squad together, it also represents a member's first experience with leadership. While the position itself is not time consuming, or difficult, it gives you the first taste of what it is like to be an officer in this community. Some members will decide to stay at the rank of sergeant and just be active gamers within the squad. Others still will decide that they like the taste of responsibility they've received and wish to continue up the rank structure.
Do I meet the qualifications?
When attempting to become an officer, there are numerous characteristics and requirements evaluated before the idea of an officer rank can even be considered. As mentioned before, being an officer is hard work and therefore requires a considerable amount of time to be a good officer. The most common pitfall for aspiring officers is that they simply do not have the time to be active and involved with the daily task required by their rank. It is critical to assess current life situations and all prior commitments before taking on this responsibility.
Besides having the ability to commit time to being an officer in this community, the KSI handbook provides us with a list of minimum requirements to be considered for an officer rank. The requirements are as follows:
Successful fulfillment of the Sergeant rank. (KSI reflective gamer tag included.) Advanced understanding of the Code of Conduct and the ability to uphold it. Knowledge of the recruiting standards/processes. Co-Host any workshops and game nights to gain adequate experience on how to run and maintain a party. Remaining active on the forums by posting weekly check-ins, regular game night attendance, and all workshop notes. Capability of assisting a future member with the rejoin application process. Completion of the New Member Workshop Completion of the Basic Training Workshop Completion of the Recruiting Workshop
What do I Bring to the Table?
With the two previous questions, we’ve covered the requirements, duties, and tasks that need to be accomplished for all upcoming officers. However, there are multiple virtues and characteristics not listed in black and white that are needed or expected of officers. On a daily basis, there will be several things that need an officer's attention.
Events and meetings that need planning Training that needs to be finished Problems that need solutions Questions that need answers The heart of the matter: These tasks will require patience, attention to detail, organization, emotional control, and a level head. These characteristics can be very hard to master, and while it is beneficial to have them all, excelling at a certain few can be more helpful to a squad than being the jack of all trades. So whether you’re the organizational strategist, the problem solver, or the well of knowledge, it is important to discover what exactly you add to your squad as an officer.
◅ 3. Officer Responsibilities
Squad Level Events:
Every Division and squad will dictate its own format on how to host events efficiently. This includes the schedule on which they occur, what games they will occur on, how to establish contact with the most members possible, and so much more. The following steps are ones where, if practiced, can make the events you host become very successful. Every large event needs a format, so the attendees can have a healthy, and enjoyable experience while also enjoying their time spent with the squad. Implementing the ideas listed below can help you to make sure that it's not just an idea, but a reality. Squad level events are the heart of KSI. KSI would be nothing without the members within the community. Squad level events and activities are the most important jobs of any officer because it keeps our members engaged. An active squad is a strong squad, and a strong squad is a strong KSI.
Game nights:
Open a party five, ten or even fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled event. This will give members time to jump in the party, and get ready so the event can commence as close to the scheduled start time as possible. An added benefit of this is that your members will get more time to socialize and bond as a group. The event host should get on the squad tag or club to send out the first wave of invites to every online member. As officers join, encourage them to go on the squad tag as well, to send out a second wave of invites. Right before starting, take your attendance, and make any quick announcements you might have. Additionally, any members that join while the game night is in progress should be added to the attendance before the end of the event. Don’t forget that game nights don’t have to end at a certain time. If people are having fun playing together, let them keep going. This promotes squad activity and unity. Members should feel free to come and go as they need throughout the night. The most important fact is that you are giving them a venue to game, and enjoy their fellow squad/division mates. Note: Game nights are hosted by SSGTs and up; SGTs can co host a game night and sometimes a SGT can host a game night on their own with special permission given by the general of the squad.

Additionally, any members that join while the workshop is in progress should be added to the attendance before the end of the event. Prior to the event, go over workshop notes, and make sure you’re comfortable with the content you’re teaching, and speaking about. Members will have questions, so you should be ready to answer at a moment's notice. Try to stay on topic and not veer off on tangents so the members in attendance don’t get confused and lose interest. Be the master of your content. Be confident, and be prepared. Most importantly though, be genuine and relaxed. Make sure the information comes across in a relaxed, and genuine member. Have a conversation, don't give a lecture. Have all members mute their mics, and proceed to go over the information at hand. Afterwards, ask for any input from the officer staff, then if the members have any comments or concerns. If not, end the lobby. For all meetings, clearly designated some avenues that the attendees can use to indicate that they have an urgent question or comment to make. This could be the party messaging system, a message to you, or a click of the mic. Whatever it is, it needs to be clear. Note: SSGTs and up can host workshops; SSGTs that have not hosted a workshop before should co-host a workshop before being allowed to run a workshop on their own.

Squad meeting notes should be posted in the divisional meeting notes section on the forums as soon as possible. If there is another place where they need to be posted, also ensure that they make it there in a timely manner. Note: Squad meetings are hosted by Generals and up; sometimes a CPT may host the squad meeting with overview from the General, which is part of the CPT’s general’s training.
Forums Activity
Officers are required to use the forums actively during their KSI Career. Officers need to know how to navigate forums, help new members create accounts, teach new members how to navigate the forums.

◅ 4. Squad & Divisional Transfers
Unfortunately, like in real life, things don't always work out in KSI. For one reason or another, you might find that the squad or division you are in just isn't the best fit for you. This could be due to a variety of factors, including game type incompatibility, personal issues, or issues with other members, or leaders in your squad or division. As a first course of action, we always encourage you to follow the chain of command and try to resolve anything that might be affecting you. If that isn't possible or nothing comes of it, then you may start the process of looking for a new home in KSI. After all, we would rather you find the place that is right for you within our community instead of leaving it. Every single member of this community is vital, including you. Below you will find the process for Squad and Division Transfers.
Squad Transfers: As the member wishing to find a new home, you must be the one to request the transfer. No one can do it for you. To start the process, you must first contact your General to discuss the issue. He or she is going to ask you a series of questions and try to find an in-house solution. If that isn't possible and they approve the transfer, they will then contact the Co-Founder of the squad to discuss your intention. The Co-Founder will then talk it over with all of the Generals in the division to try and find you a new home. Once that has happened, the two Generals will then meet to sort out the details, such as a discussion on your professionalism, reason for transferring, etc. If everything checks out, your transfer will be approved and processed.
Note: At any point in time during this process, any of the officers listed may deny your transfer.
Division Transfers: Just like Squad Transfers, Division Transfers can occur when a member no longer feels like their current division is the best fit for them. Also just like Squad Transfers, the same criteria will apply. Always try to solve any problems in-house before trying to find somewhere new to live. Without getting into the same repetitive detail, it's important to recognize that the process for Division Transfers is slightly different and requires attention to detail. Just like with Squad Transfers, you must follow the correct chain of command when requesting a move. First speak to the General of your squad. If they agree to your transfer, they will then talk to the Highest Ranking Officer in the division to receive final approval. Once that happens, you will be directed to create a topic in the Divisional Transfer Section of the forums. Your Division Leader and Director will then post their approval. If the division you desire to transfer to also approves of the move, the Director and Division Leader of the destination will also post their approval. It's important to note that when transferring divisions you are not guaranteed to keep your previous rank.
Note: At any point in time during this process, any of the officers listed may deny your transfer.
The Divisional Transfer Forums Area can be found here.
Note: A member who is transferring will be on a two week rank lock. An officer who is transferring to either a new squad or division will take a one rank demotion and a two week rank lock unless they were offered/given a business transfer (approached by upper leadership to transfer due to a need of officers in another squad/division). An officer may receive more than a one rank demotion if the rank is full in the other squad. Ex: If a captain transfers to a squad that has a full LT staff, then the Captain will have then become a SSGT in the new squad.
◅ 5. Workshop Scenario
KSI Watts, a brand new SGT who has been in KSI for two weeks, attends a game night hosted by a brand new SSGT KSI Timmy; this is KSI Timmy’s first ever game night. The game night consists of eight people and during the game night one member, KSI DeepDish, uses the “N word” quite a few times. KSI Watts is upset; however, he does not want to cause a scene because he does not want to violate the Code of Conduct. KSI Timmy does not address the issue considering no one is complaining about the use of the “N word” being thrown around multiple times during the event. After the game night KSI Watts goes straight to his general KSI Toga and demands a squad transfer. KSI Toga asks why he wants a squad transfer and tries to calm him down. KSI Watts agrees to stay in the squad, but he demands that the issue be handled appropriately.
Who is responsible for KSI Timmy not handling the problem of KSI DeepDish using the “N word”? KSI Timmy should have handled it, so he is partially responsible; he could have asked KSI DeepDish to stop or remove him from the party if the behavior continued Since it is his first game night there should have been another officer present The general should make sure that the people they are promoting are capable of upholding the CoC
Should KSI Timmy be punished for not handling the issue? Why or Why not? If so, what punishments should occur? Yes, he should be reprimanded and given a warning that if he does not handle problems in the future it could lead to a demotion No, he should be taught properly on how to handle situations and be reminded that if he cannot handle the issue to contact a higher ranking officer that can handle the problem
Should KSI DeepDish be punished over the incident? Why or Why not? Yes, he should be given a warning and be told that the next incident could lead to a one strike or the removal from the squad/division Yes, he should be put on a one strike for violation of the CoC No, he was never talked to in the party about his behavior, so he should only be warned
If KSI Watts decided to leave the squad, then who would be responsible for making sure a squad transfer happens? The General of the Home Squad (squad the member is currently in) will go to the Co-Founder over their squad The Co-Founder will go to the Co-Founder over the Away Squad (squad that the member is trying to transfer to in the division); If the Co-Founder is over both squads they will skip this step The Co-Founder will go to the General of the Away Squad The General will interview the person trying to transfer and will decide if they would be a good fit in the squad Note: Any of these leaders can deny a transfer; however, the leader that normally denies the transfer is the General (or Co-Founder) of the Away Squad. If the General of the Home Squad denies the member will more than likely quit, which is why it is uncommon for them to deny the transfer themselves.
⤙ Post-Workshop (Conversation Starters and Discussion Topics)
The following questions can be used to conclude your workshop. You do not have to ask every question. Pick the ones that you believe will have the most impact and benefit for your workshop group.
What is at least one thing you can take from this workshop to improve your overall leadership? What does it mean to be a leader and a mentor? What does it mean to be an officer? Why are those positions of SGT and SSGT so important in the overall context of KSI? What can you do as a SGT or SSGT to help make sure that your squad is running as effectively as possible? Where do you see yourself in a year's time? -

Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) KSI Sinon GEN CS Calamity
Link to forums account - @KSI Dilf
Reasoning why the deserve this -
There are many reasons why Sinon deserves Gen OTM. He is always there for his members and his officers. With me he has been nothing of understanding with my own situation in IRL and is always willing to work with everyone. Sinon like everyone has his flaws, but he has been diligently working to fix those said flaws and has became a better man than when I first met him when he was a brand new SGT. While he is a busy man with a family he takes time for his members and there is no one like him.
Captain
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sleepy CPT CS Calamity
Link to forums account - @Sleepy
Reasoning why they deserve this -
While he has won CPT OTM before, he again deserves it. When Poop hits the fan he's there, when a member needs help he's there, and when his Gen needs him he's there. His IRL life isn't easy, but he always stays positive and helpful in the community. When there was a significant amount of transfer to be done when I couldn't help he did it by himself with out complaint because that's just the man he is. He is more deserving of this award and several others I know he will go farther than I ever would.

WulfPup while having school and dealing with IRL issues always has time to hang out with the squad. She is always kind and generous and there for her friends! After her transfer she has just picked up were she left off and it's a pleasure to have.

Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO)
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DC 77 [Chief of Knowledge]
Link to forums account - @KSI DC 77
Reasoning why they deserve this - I believe DC is well deserving of this months Senior Leader OTM, due to knowledge and involvement he has had with members this past month, from what I have noticed. DC has a hosted a very well informative workshop within WD this month, leaving Offiers and Members who have attended with new acquired knowledge, as well as involving us into better expressing our knowledge and opinion. Learning more about eachother and the influence we believe leaders have. DC is well informed, hence the CoK lol, but doesn't turn his back on members wishing to learn more or involve themselves more. He is a great leader and a great example an officer looks up to to improve their knowledge within the community.
Co-Founder
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI ATH3NA 7 [SL - CoFounder]
Link to forums account - @KSI ATH3NA 7
Reasoning why they deserve this - I've only encountered her once due to our different divisions. The reasoning I would like to nominate her is given the Gamenight I have attended with her attendance, I have noticed how welcoming and enthusiastic she is towards new members, whether from her own division or another. She seems to always be open in meeting new individuals and always offers others a chance to shine.
General
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI N8iv 406 [GEN - WD/Vanquish]
Link to forums account - @KSI N8iV 406
Reasoning why the deserve this - Just like the nominee above, I would like to nominate N8iv due to his welcoming demeanor. I have noticed him to be often active, interacting with many WD members, no matter the rank, new or old. He is always welcoming and always make others feel involved and invited.
Captain
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI LEGION [CPT - WD/Vanquish]
Link to forums account - @KSI LEGION
Reasoning why they deserve this - LEGION is a kindhearted individual who always goes above and beyond to make fellow members feel involved, welcomed and invited. Whenever I join his party, there is always a positive atmosphere. LEGION has personally bought me a game that the party was playing so I can join them. Though the game was on special, the deed itself shouldn't go unnotice as the principle behind just shows the lengths he would go to make members feel involved and doesn't miss the opportunity to give them the chance to meet and game with new members.
LT
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Tripped [LT - WD/Samurai]
Link to forums account - @KSI Tripped
Reasoning why they deserve this - I believe Tripped best suits the description of a OTM member due to his overachieving work ethic. Tripped is a hardworking individual who has stood out the most within my time here in Samurai. He is outgoing and has put much time and effort into this squad to help turn it around and revitalize it. Tripped has been involved with new members and POs going above and beyond the task of an officer and not shying away by stepping up to the plate when needed. Tripped has been increasing his activity and has been a vital pillar to our squad. I cannot wait to see him grow within the community. He has hosted many gamenights and workshops to ensure members have a chance to be involved and aid several POs with their requirements. Tripped has stepped up so much, and I feel as though the growth of the squad has especially been due to Tripped's efforts. Thanks again for the time you put within the squad, it will never go unnoticed!
SGT
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI xLycan [SGT - WD/Samurai]
Link to forums account - @KSI xLycan
Reasoning why they deserve this - Due to xLycan's previous trail within KSI, moving up to the rank of General, Lycan's knowledge never seeses to amaze and aid fellow members. xLycan has been involved and active within Squad activites, and has been much help in aiding and mentoring fellow members/POs who are seeking his knowledge and help.
Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS)
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Food 7 [Head of Information]
Link to forums account - @Food 7
Reasoning why they deserve this - Food 7 has been really open to new ideas and never pushes any ideas away. He is very welcoming to new ideas and isn't afraid to involve himself into the development of the idea that was brought up. He is very knowledgeable and a great leader, who enjoys involving himself as well as supporting ideas that aren't his own, as long as it's for the benefit of the community. He has aided me with one of our current projects. I can't wait to work alongside him with more projects that can benefit KSI as a whole, as well as adapting our work for all members to benefit from.
Department Member
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Kakashii 77 [Design Artist - Chief Technology Officer]
Link to forums account - @Kakashii 77
Reasoning why they deserve this - Kakashii has much dedication and involvement within the Graphics Department and never seems to amaze members with his talents as a GFX artist. Kakashii has always gone above and beyond within whatever task has been placed within his hands. No matter if it's Department, Clan Ops or Web Ops related, Kakashii is always dependable and key pillar that holds KSI together.

Co founder @KSI xKing 77
Has been helping with my training and always available when I have questions. King has become part of whom I consider to be family. I know if I ever needed a pick me up or help all I have to do is ask. If King hadn't taken interest when I joined I would probably be a sgt still lost in KSI trying to figure this place out. Because of him I want to continue striving forward and help make KSI the place to be and help KSI continue to grow and prosper.
General @KSI Gambit 7
Extremely kind and understanding has continued to encourage me to progress and training for next steps in KSI Career. He is a total goofball who doesn't mind being roasted so long as it keeps our members entertained and active. He helps me understand how the position works in KSI and how to navigate through some of the pitfalls that occur. He makes me think and is constantly challenging me to be better and do better at everything. He looks at my daughter as a sister and tries to truly be there as family. I know I say this alot but Hydra has become an extension of my family because of its officer and members. Gambit is key to this division continue success.
LT
@Bane 7 Lt has been a wealth of knowledge from past experiences in KSI. He always makes himself available when I have questions. He has also been encouraging our members to get involved. His antics on discord keeps gambit on his toes and everyone laughing. He is the heart of what makes Hydra fun and happy.
@KSI Kakuzu666
Ssgt KSI Kakazu trying to balance school sports and KSI has been extremely helpful with getting our younger members active and involved. He has brought some of our members whom we thought would just fade away to the forefront and got them wanting to help and become Officers. He makes me laugh and I am so proud of him. He is like one of my kids I wish I could be there at one of his football games and scream as I cheer him on.
@BXCw3tb0xsgt TBOX for becoming active and interested in being an officer and stepping up. He has gone from almost being considered fluff to being one of our active members in the evening. He participated in fall classic and did very well I couldn't be prouder of this young man.

KSI Gambit 7 (Hydra ES) @KSI Gambit 7
Ive known gambit for several years now. Everytime were together in a squad or division he actively goes out of his way to make sure that not only me but countless others are having fun and doing alright. Hes always extremely helpful and teaching us something new. Hes not only a fantastic leader but a fantastic mentor aswell.
Captain -
KSIMommabear (Hydra ES) @KSIMommaBear
Ever since my transfer to ES shes always kept me active and involved in the squad affairs. Shes very hard working and constantly working to become a better leader, you see this every day when youre around her.
LT - KSI Jewels (Hydra ES) @KSI Jewels
Jewels is honestly jack of all trades kinda person ive personally watched her struggle at one thing and then work tirelessly to perfect it. She pushes people around her to be better and to grow not only as people but as officers, i had the chance to watch this happen not only is SL but here in ES. Ive honestly stuggled to figure who i should put my vote in for, being jewels or bane and its a difficult choice since both are fantastic leaders.
SSGT -
KSI Kakuzu (Hydra ES) @KSI Kakuzu666
This man is the definition of having a full schedule. Hes balancing School, sports and officer work. Hes an inspiration to us all due to his sheer drive. He works insanely hard to learn all that he can from great leaders like gambit and king and the way down to former 7s like soap and i.

KSI Evanbop (Hydra ES) @KSI Evanbop

KSI Gambit 7 (Hydra ES) @KSI Gambit 7
Joining a gaming community is a tough decision and even after being recruited, some may have doubts, or feel as if they won't meet others standards. I happened to be one of those people. KSI Gambit has truly been a beacon of leadership and a person who sees others not as below him, but as equals. Despite not even being an officer yet, Gambit has treated me like a close friend. Gambit is the clean hand that extends to the man wearing rags. This quality alone makes him my nomination for general. Thank you Gambit. You are one hell of a man!
Captain -
KSI Mommabear (Hydra ES) @KSIMommaBear
KSIMommaBear was the first people to greet me when I joined KSI. "Welcome *100 emoji Fire emoji*" I died of laughter after seeing that message. Unlike others who welcomed me with a plain old uncapitalized welcome, Mommabear was enthusiastic and even put emojis. I have see many people join Hydra, and Mommabear is always one of the first people to be there to hype them up. You really bring us together Mommabear.
Lieutenant -
KSI Jewels (Hydra ES) @KSI Jewels
Talking to new people is sometimes a struggle, but when I tell you Jewels makes it look easy--- I mean it. The first time I met Jewels in a party was when she was recruiting me to CPL. Instead of introducing herself like a normal person would do, she hopped right into conversation talking to me as if she knew me already. I was dumfounded yet It put a smile on my face. Since then, I came to her for most of my workshops knowing that I could talk to her with ease. She opened up to me like a loosely rapped gift. You bring out the best in us.
Staff Sergeant -
KSI Kakuzu (Hydra ES) @KSI Kakuzu666
It's strange, Kakuzu seems like he is able to adapt to nearly any social environment. After about a minute of talking to me, he had let loose and showed his true colors knowing that I could handle it. Or maybe it was never on purpose. Anyway, Kakuzu was the one who recruited me to KSI and I appreciate the way he led me through it. He cut up the recruitment into organized parts that were easy to complete making the recruitment a breeze. You are a friend to everyone.

Senior Leaders
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Kakashii 77 - CTO
Link to forums account - @Kakashii 77
Reasoning why they deserve this - Kakashii is a true team player I don't get to spend much time with him but he makes time when it matters most. Has came out to a few Templar game night to make his presence known in the community. He has put effort into ensuring that the servers are properly taken care of for the community along with interacting with every member possible. Makes member's feel welcomed and relaxed around his presence and is an example to the rest of us.

Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI ATH3NA 7 - Co-Founder of Sovereign Legacy
Link to forums account - @KSI ATH3NA 7
Reasoning why they deserve this - There is too much to say when it comes to athena but to make things sort and sweet is; she makes her presence known everywhere. She overworks all her responsibilities in terms of putting in everything she has to ONLY see the benefit in others that are part of this division and community. SL is her family but she puts KSI above all. She truly cares for the development of ALL leaders in this community and self development of each person.
SSGT
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Lucifer - SSGT in Sovereign Legacy - Templar
Link to forums account - @KSI_Lucifer
Reasoning why they deserve this - Personally Lucifer joined with an overall positive and motivated attitude to get the squad rolling. He comes in day to day to help do what is needed. This squad has completely turned thanks to the efforts of him putting in his part. It is a pleasure to work beside him and build up this squadron.
SGT
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSISparkyFly - SSGT in Sovereign Legacy - Templar
Link to forums account - @KSISparky Fly
Reasoning why they deserve this - Sparky has been a "spark" to the squadron itself. He has shown that putting your mind and focus to it with a busy schedule pays off. He has been a KEY member to develop and build this squad to where it is right now. That is what get sparky to recently get promoted this week to SSGT. I think out of all SGTs that served so well sparky is up there in terms of his input to this community.
Department Head of the Month
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxAsuma 77 - Head of Productions
Link to forums account - @KSIxAsuma 77
Reasoning why they deserve this - lets just say he is one of the department members in media who much standout in insuring that this brand gets advertised out there. We see how much time he puts in ensuring the top platy of the month videos and clips are created and is a very welcoming individual. Cares about growth and development of the community in general.

@KSI Gambit 7
Ever since I transferred over, Gambit has been extremely helpful and welcoming. He makes sure he answers any and all questions that I have, no matter how dumb they are. He also makes sure that everyone is having a good time and playing games with somebody. If someone is playing games alone, he always invites them to join in. I was nervous fo transfer to a new Div, but Gambit really helped making me feel welcomed and appreciated.
